I loved almost everything about the hotel. There were so many pros about this hotel. Our room was magnificent. The customer service was friendly, professional and outstanding. The hotel provided everything we needed. I could have comfortable stayed in our suite for a month and never left. My favorite place to eat in the hotel was at the Pantry for breakfast, their menu is perfect for breakfast. I loved how everything was super convenient and close in range. The only con about the hotel was the sensors for the mini bar in the room. If you touch it then you get charged extra so I made sure to not come close in contact to it. I loved the location of the hotel it was surrounded by everything. The best part about our holiday was booking our room here. It made the whole experience top notch.

While I wish to leave a positive review, my stay unfortunately fell short of expectations in several areas. The behavior of the front desk representatives was quite surprising; their attitude did not align with the standard expected of service representatives. I hope these points can aid in your decision-making when selecting a hotel in Las Vegas. Parking Charges: Upon check-in, I was charged for parking despite the availability of an open and free parking lot. Regardless of explanations given, the receptionists seemed disengaged and persisted in charging for parking. Check-in Process: Despite having provided all necessary information during booking, the check-in process took over 20 minutes. The staff's actions were unclear, leaving guests waiting, and the self-check-in via phone did not function properly. Check-out Experience: During check-out, I was questioned about the items in the minibar. Simply opening the refrigerator to inspect a drink led to a warning that touching any minibar item, even without use, would result in a charge. This policy seemed unreasonable and rushed. Customer Service Response: When attempting to dispute the parking charge, the representative threatened to involve security if I persisted in arguing. Only upon requesting to speak with a manager did the representative relent and waive the parking fee. I sincerely hope these insights contribute to improvements in service and help future guests in their decision-making process.

The room was good, very basic but a nice comfy bed and pillows! Our room was next to guests who had a loud family, baby and the room was adjacent to ours so it was horrible. Not the hotel fault just sucks room walls were thin. We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the part of the strip we needed. For the price we paid we got a good deal and can't complain much. But the room was clean and the service was good!

If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good time... You should definitely go here. The mirage has a beautiful pool with adult friendly relaxing spots and a waterfall for kids to play. The pool is also massive!!! Rooms here are very clean and pretty. The service is very helpful and quick (depends on who you are dealing with). Overall the mirage is an awesome place to stay and I totally recommend it.

The volcano is super cool!! We heard it will be going away, so we watched the show multiple times. The hotel is nice. Beds are comfortable. Clean. The pool is great for kids, it’s 3.5ft all around & has a large sun shelf. The hidden hot tub was our favorite place to warm up (was still a little cool in March) Decent food at pool, fun drinks & Dole Whips! Very accommodating hotel for our service dog.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. It has it all. I visited to attend a conference that was taking place in the building. This hotel is HUGE. It took me almost 15 min of speed walking to get from my room to my conference in the ballrooms area. There are good parking options. It’s pretty centrally located on the strip. The Stay Well versions of their rooms are a must. Perhaps one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, period. I have to mention, there is a working bathroom fan in the bathroom. It did a great job not letting the mirror fog up after a shower! There are lots of choices for dining and shopping. Of course, there is any kind of gambling in the casino that you can think of. If this hotel is still standing in a couple of months when I come back, I would stay here again.

Got a 3 day king room comp over weekend overlooking volcano and $150 slot play. (Slot play offsets taxes and resort fee.). Room was fine but bathroom was small. Did mobile check in for coming in after midnight. Had to go to players desk to get free play loaded which was a bit of a wait. 1st time to Vegas so was nice to have a place to land after walking. Good selection of games. Got bus pass to see strip. Saw Beatles Love at hotel with a good rate. Taxi service was good and effortless going coming and going to airport. Overall good experience.

Room was clean and bed was super comfy and firm. Was unable to get the room bedtime cool due to the extreme outdoor temperature, but we heard a lot of people saying the same about other hotels. It wasn't hot in the room, but getting it below mid 70's was a struggle, especially since we had a corner room. Overall the casino and supporting shops and restaurants were better than some of the places I have stayed in the past. Decent mid-strip location was fine for getting anywhere. Staff was fine. Reasonably priced for what it offers. Had a great stay overall.

Dumpy room, carpet was dirty and bathroom didn’t lock. I understand it’s an old property and can’t expect modern updated rooms but they should atleast be clean. The least they can do is kept up with maintenance and fix small things like door knobs. Even after complaining they didn’t bother changing our room. Stayed for a night and then went to Delano, beautiful clean rooms and great service there.

We recently stayed at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas for three nights with our children. Our experience was largely positive. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the pools and other facilities were great, which was a hit with the kids. Additionally, we appreciated that they offered free parking for guests on Wednesday and Thursday, which was a nice bonus. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary hot drinks in the room and include breakfast as part of the stay. These small touches would make a big difference in the overall experience and would be greatly appreciated by families like ours. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at The Mirage and would recommend it to other families traveling to Las Vegas. The facilities are excellent, and with a few small additions, it could be perfect.

Now that this place is owned by the Hard Rock it has definitely gone downhill. No coffee maker in the rooms, not even a pad of paper and a pen! Next time I come to Vegas I will not be staying here. If you're looking for some luxury and conveniences find another hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed in a penthouse suite at the end of October 23. Our room was absolutely immaculate, and the view was amazing. My husband had booked the room as a surprise he was working in the car show that was on at the time, so I walked around a lot of the hotels in Vegas, just to have a look and I have to say the Mirage was by far my favourite. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, and in my opinion, one of the best I saw in Las Vegas. The staff from the reception to the casino to the restaurants and bars were all so helpful. Everyone I came into contact with couldn’t do enough and were by far the friendliest staff, I had encountered out of all the other hotels I’d walked round that week. I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

The hotel is wonderfully located perfectly in middle of all the places we wanted to go to. I took my daughter to Vegas because she loves views of city landscapes. We got a room specifically with view of city in mind. Our room was very nice but had no view. The mirage staff were so helpful and made sure we got the room we wanted. This hotel cares about its customers! Will be recommending to everyone I know.

No longer the hell of the Strip like it was 40 years ago. However, the location is pretty much perfect. Short walk to the Sphere, for example. Casino lacks the excitement and crowd of others, but for some that's a good thing. Rooms are clean and good enough. Big surprise: no in-room coffee service like most big hotels in the city. Gym is great. Restaurants are probably right in between.

The Mirage is a great hotel and I will be sad to see it go. It’s the perfect size compared to other hotels on the strip. It’s not huge that you will get lost in and easy to navigate. Also great location in relation to everything else on the strip. My only complaint would be that I wish they had more food options opened later than 11:30pm.

This hotel has change since the last time I was in Vegas but the pool area is very clean and beautiful. The restaurant choices were great. Food was good. The room was nice although it smelled like cigarettes. At night they still do the fire show

We came to see the U2 show and The Mirage was great location to stay. Best part was the easy check in. I was able to do the whole check in from my phone. When we got to the hotel on Saturday afternoon the check -in line was pretty long but because I used my phone for check in I was skip the line and was able just show the Key Kiosk a QR code and the room was dispensed. Super easy and lines.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I went here for a work convention with about 3,000 people. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges you to use a fridge. $40 a day. Not even a coffee pot in the room. I understand it is Vegas and on the strip I understand that, but we are already paying so much for a room that this place is not worth it. We really only used the room to sleep and shower, but if you won't be in your room much this hotel is still not worth it. Then imagine if you are going to be in the room more, it's definitely not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Walked thru the Mirage after not visiting the casino since the mid-90s. Unfortunately the property has seen better days. Hard Rock has purchased the Mirage and i look forward to see what the property will be like once Hard Rock does it's thing. Gonna miss the volcano but am sure the guitar will be great as well.

This has been our favorite hotel for many years, but the old girl is definitely showing her age. Our room was NOT GOOD! It said non-smoking floor but our room reeked of stale cigarettes all week. The bathroom is so old and outdated and not cleaned well. The bed was comfortable so that was good. The hotel pool is where we spent our time. The casino floor is just dated and old looking. Although they did have lower table limits which was nice. We probably won’t be back sadly. Just too many other nice places to stay.

Our stay here was great! The room service was friendly, helpful and thorough. The resort had lots of things to do, very pretty gardens, walk through places. The pool was so nice, clean, the water was heated which made it even nicer in our November stay. We were pleased with our overall stay. Was a little pricey, however, everything at Vegas is costly. We will definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean from the rooms, casino, & restaurants. Prime location on the strip. The casino didn’t stink of smoke like other ones I went to on strip which I appreciated. There are some retail shops inside for essential needs/souvenirs. It has a few food restaurant and snack options if wanted to stay in hotel instead of venturing out. Starbucks location is convenient and fabulous- everyone was friendly and courteous.

The rooms are good and Spacious enough. The location is perfect. You can walk around and reach major hotels for their evening shows. Staffs are very polite. Casino have minimum bet starting as low as $1 (on few machines) and high stakes poker games too. So there is something for everyone. You get your rooms quickly. Big pool area with drinks and eating options. Volcano shows are the best starting every hour after 8.00 p.m. Though few vegetarian options are available, but Vegas has great Indian restaurants and other restaurants providing vegan and Vegetarian options so eating outside of the hotel is a great idea. Few information:- 1) Self car parking is available at the hotel but is charged @$18 per night. 2) There is no hot water kettle in the rooms. Provided at an extra cost of $50. 3) There is a fridge in the rooms, but to store your personal items it is charged one time cost @ $50

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the strip with anything you could ever need very close by. When we arrived, we asked for an upgrade or room change (we had booked a volcano view room, but it’s currently not operational due to the upcoming F1 race). We were “upgraded” to a room that was absolutely filthy. Dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and blood on the shower wall. We withstood one night in that room, but I received a confirmation email showing our room change, but they had charged us almost double for the room. We went to the lobby in the morning and the agent we spoke with was very sympathetic and helpful and switched us rooms. The room was exactly the same, but was cleaner. Overall this hotel needs a serious renovation (I believe that’s coming soon), but I can get past a dated room if it’s clean. We also noticed that noise travels easily in this hotel (we felt like we were a part of the party in the next room), but it is what it is…it’s Vegas! We brought a sound machine so we slept well regardless. All staff we interacted with were excellent. Lots of restaurants and amenities in the hotel (Starbucks for MUCH needed coffee). The signature scent in the hotel is also heavenly. Would definitely go back after the hotel is renovated.

We enjoyed the restaurants and layout of the lobby. It was easy to navigate and it wasn't as overwhelming as the other big hotels. The LOVE show is a must see! There were a few downsides which includes the concierge service. We emailed a few times and they didn't respond at all and when they did, they gave us the wrong information. For others that drive, Tesla chargers are for self parking only and not valet. In terms of the rooms, it would be more of what you would see at a 2 star hotel. It was quite lackluster and needs to be upgraded. We also paid extra for a strip view which we were not provided and even asked about it, but were told that our view of the Caesar's Palace parking lot is considered a strip view. Overall, a good experience, however, next time we will most likely stay at a more modern hotel with better services.

This hotel is great! Starbucks, California pizza kitchen- the restaurants were awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the casino and came home winners. They have a great pool! Overall the hotel impressed us more than Bellagio because the room was better and water pressure was better too. This property is great for kids and adults alike.

Brilliant place to stay. Beautiful decor and the main casino and lobby is SO CLEAN. They are undergoing a change of branding- changing to the Hard Rock Casino and even during our 7-day stay, everything was handled. There were a few things CLOSED due to the changing process. But nothing that they weren’t willing to accommodate in some way. They staff was seriously helpful on all fronts, and very kind! Very welcoming environment!!

The hotel was clean and spacious and less crowded than some of the other large hotels on the strip. The fountains and waterfalls were also beautiful. Loved the Otoro restaurant- quiet and tasty, with impeccable service. The Beatles Love show was amazing! Lines went in quickly, and the staff was helpful with answering our questions. Overall, great experience.

Genuinely delightful (outside of the gaming side). Food options are plentiful (like anything on the strip, it is expensive as all hell). Rooms are well decorated and extremely clean. The pool is crowded but very relaxed and enjoyable. The mini-garden is well decorated and a great photo spot. Overall, quite amazing.

The rooms were nice and have an nice view of Vegas but we found a pill in one of our rooms for active HIV infections so that made us wonder how clean the rooms actually were. Everything else was awesome, rooms were upstairs, they had a huge casino on the main floor with a handful of restaurants if you don't want to go far. There's a section for away from the casino on the main floor used for conferences and weddings, too. Only giving it a 4/5 due to the pill found

Large rooms with great views. The pool area is massive and serve some great cocktails. Some really nice places to eat inside the casino and the staff is super friendly. Also situated nearly smack in the middle of the strip nothing is too far away to walk. A great base when visiting Vegas.

Loved the Mirage. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was great. The proximity to the other properties around was great. Nice selection of restaurants, and the casino didn’t smell like smoke! Volcano show is really cool and worth seeing! Definitely worth paying a little extra to stay here compared to down the strip.

Have been to Vegas many times and usually try to stay at different casinos for the variety. This time was at the mirage for business and was a little worried because it's an older casino. But the rooms were fine. Older but fine. Spacious. The fitness facility was decent but doesn't open til 6am. The spa facility was also quiet and tranquil and the staff there was very nice. The casino floor is smoky and older but the central location to other casinos was nice. As everything is in vegas these days the food and drinks are over priced for what you get.

Enjoyed an extended weekend stay. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was great. A special shoutout to Chris working the table game! If you are looking for a table game to play, Mirage has Criss Cross. I recommend giving that a shot. Oh, I was a bit disappointed the volcano was not operating.

Good location. Sad to hear the hotel was sold to Hard Rock, and it will be demolished soon. (Half of the pool area was gone already). Besides, the bathroom/toilet needed some maintenance. Overall, it's a good stay.

I went to this hotel with great expectations. The rooms were unclean . You cannot walk bare feet in the bathroom felt sticky and dirty . The windows seemed like not cleaned for ages . Room cleaning didn’t show up after agreeing to come back after 45 min . The fire show outside the hotel was closed probably due to renovations . Front desk staff was nice . The request for additional towels was addressed immediately. May be I was unlucky with the room but that was my experience. The food court is nice though.

Had a great experience. Got the Penthouse, strip view for 4 nights. It was nice and roomy, 1600 sqft. Everything worked as it should. My only complaint is that the Beatles decal on the building covers the windows and creates a screen that is very difficult to look through. It should be on the lower floors, in my opinion.

Looks fantastic! Cascading waterfalls, gorgeous palm trees 🌴 classy interior, lots of different activities on site (apart from the gambling 😁). The aquarium in the lobby is huge and looks gorgeous. The erupting volcano outside is a magnificent site to see. It’s too bad that it won’t be there for long. The small pathways around the fountains present a great opportunity to escape the burning heat for a while and rest if you are strolling up and down the Strip. The staff in the lobby and the casino were very pleasant.

Perfect location! Right in the heart of the strip. Across the street from The lovely Venetian. And next door to the Forum shops. Walking distance to a lot of places. Would stay again if the hotel was more inviting. My only problems were with check in and the reservation. I had a flight delayed. Had to sleep in the Dallas airport and the when I went to check in the following morning, they acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay. "my manager said we will be able to get you a room your stay" I was also informed if the fridge was touched, no matter if you took anything or not, just moving anything and you would be charged for it. Seems a little abrasive to me. All of Vegas is Smoke filled. I wish they would do away with it inside the Casinos but understand why they won't. If you are a non smoker, expect to leave with a pretty good cough.

  • 4/5 Ana R. 5 months ago on Google
It was great everything is coordinated the staff is friendly and professional the restaurants are good, delish but prices way, way inflated for food. The pool is so incredibly clean everyday. The rooms have been updated and are so spacious! The carpeting when coming in the main door should be cleaned and the glass doors need windex and also the elevators. All in all, it was a very nice stay. Would stay her again.

The only things that make this hotel a "premium Vegas resort" is that there are no coffee makers/fridge/microwaves in the room, and everything is an up-charge. The facility is dated and dingy, the check in process is long and arduous (self-serve option didn't work). I had to wait in a long line for check in, at which point the reserved room was not available. There was also a long line for check out. I did receive some good service with them extending me a $75 resort credit, but honestly the end-to-end experience wasn't great. I stayed at the Wynn last year and it was MILES ahead of the Mirage with the overall "Premium" feel of the experience. I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately it just fell short. The building and rooms are quite old, and you feel it. That said, the conference center was really nice and the event was quite well run.

Stayed here for two days in May 23, a spectacular hotel on the strip similar to others on the Vegas strip, with its flaming volcano show and large casino space. Rooms which we booked here were very small but neat( of course they have many types of rooms to choose from). the rates on these strip hotels show a huge swing from day to day like $250 one day and $75 next, one needs to strike at the right price to get a good deal. Overall a very convenient hotel to visit the Vegas strip.

I stayed at the Waldorf for a few days before moving to the Mirage for work. I would highly recommend staying at another property. The bathroom was decaying, and the Hampton Inn had nicer rooms. I have stayed 90 nights at a hotel this year so far, and I could not make coffee in my room when I woke up. To me, it is ridiculous to ask guests to walk to get coffee first thing in the morning, especially those in town for business.

The hotel and its location are fantastic. While it may be a bit on the expensive side, it's definitely worth the cost. Located at the center of strip, it's within walking distance of most of the top casinos and other attractions. This hotel captures all the qualities one would expect from a 4.5 star resort.

All good things must end with the pending closure of the Mirage. The casino is easy to navigate, the food choices broad with good quality and the rooms comfortable. A little worn, but the place was used, loved and lead the way towards a modern Vegas design and theme. The tropical theme was relaxing and welcoming. Who can forget the scent upon entry. While other casinos were imploded due to age and design, the bones of The Mirage will live on in the Hard Rock. Thanks for the great memories!

I stayed at the Mirage two weeks ago for a vacation, and it was a lovely experience. First, the staff was superb! They were always friendly and tried their best to accommodate me and my family. Second, I seriously think that they have the best location, price, and pool! The pool was just amazing! (After conducting 2 hours of research, I decided to stay at the Mirage because of the pool.) The room was clean and everything was functional. They were even able to check us in early without any price change, which we appreciated a lot! And of course, their Volcano show!!! I will truly miss it! **I heard that they are starting the construction of the new hotel in October 2022, so get there and enjoy it before the Mirage disappears!

For a hotel of its age on the Vegas strip, I was impressed with the accommodations. The room was a decent size, clean, and with some updated decor. Plumbing had good water pressure, but the shower/tub a bit small. Otherwise, a very suitable and comfortable stay. Casino floor has a great variety of table games and slots, as well as eating spots. I'd recommend. Sadly, this property has been sold and will not be around much longer. It's a Vegas iconic property. So sad to see it go.

During my stay at the Hard Rock Mirage in Las Vegas, my initial night didn't meet expectations as several promised offers, such as FreePlay and resort credits, were oddly missing from my reservation. Dealing with this issue was frustrating, especially since the manager, Steve, provided no assistance, leaving me disappointed on principle. Disheartened by this mishap, I initially decided to abstain from the casino for the remainder of my trip. However, the following morning, I had a conversation with Miss Chase, my host. In just two to three minutes, she efficiently resolved all the discrepancies, ensuring that all the promised offers were reinstated. Chase's exceptional service truly salvaged my impression of the establishment, preventing them from losing my patronage indefinitely. Moreover, I must commend Reggie, the individual I had the pleasure of speaking to when I called their phone line. His assistance was outstanding, coupled with an excellent personality. As someone experienced in sales for over a decade, I recognize natural talent, and Reggie possesses exactly that. His remarkable skills and demeanor make him an ideal candidate for a promotion to a casino host, concierge, or any position where his natural knack for customer service can shine through. In sum, while my initial experience with missing offers was disappointing, the prompt and efficient resolution by Miss Chase, along with the exemplary service from Reggie, significantly improved my overall perception of the Hard Rock Mirage in Las Vegas. Thank You Aaron O.

The overall ambiance is lively. The rooms are comfortable, and the variety of dining options, including the buffet and upscale restaurants, caters to different tastes. The location on the Strip is convenient, offering easy access to other attractions. Would definitely be visiting here again.

We had a one bedroom suite and it was huge. Lots of room to spread out, nice amenities. Only complaint was the lack of electrical outlets for charging personal devices. There was a power strip on one side of the bed but nothing on the other side. The bed was not that comfortable and neither was the couch. Casino was ok but did not receive any promotions after spending a lot of money. The hard rock casinos in Florida are a lot better with the promotions and free plays.

The rooms are not worth the price. It's off the strip which is good. Service was also good. Don't get me wrong the rooms are nice and clean but I've stayed at better hotels with way less the price.

Staff were fantastic. The girls in the centre bar were very nice to me. Like to thank Samantha, Martha especially. The room was good, I felt it needed new decor here and there. The still sports bar was good. Again nice staff. Did not use the restaurants inside the hotel. Went out for something to eat. Liked the waterfall and the plants.

PROS: Great pool area that is spacious and family friendly. Great selection of games to play along with a great sportsbook. Cleanliness is vital here as well. CONS: Can feel like a hike getting from the front desk to the guest elevators for your rooms. Hotel room did not have a refrigerator and the items on the mini bar in the rooms are NOT FREE. TIPS: Utilize the Walgreens that is literally across the street to get drinks, snacks, etc. Get to the pool area early to get a good seat and bring a tumbler for your drinks that you make in your hotel room. Will save you money. Bring a mask since it is required at The Mirage and surrounding casinos regardless of vaccination status 😷.

June 27th-July 1st. Hotel and room was clean despite how full the hotel was during the week.Very comfortable bed. We were in a Resort Tower King, which had separate elevators from the base rooms. Never had to wait. Restaurant prices a little high, bit quality of food was great! Will stay again in the future!

Liz and Saul need to be recognized for their amazing customer service. From check in, to check out and EVERYTHING in between, the Mirage’s staff IS WHY we continue to come back. We came for our anniversary and have once again left VERY VERY HAPPY. Obviously being on the strip you have countless choices. But my husband and I always want to stay at the Mirage. I promise you’ll leave very happy. Cheers to ANOTHER GREAT STAY 🥂

Still a great place. I’ve stayed here several times before. And that was more than 15 years ago. Very clean and courteous service. I would recommend this place to anyone. And I would definitely come back.

Beautiful rooms and very nice casino. We will definitely be back. We are m life customers and can stay in any casino and the Mirage is the best so far! Clean, friendly and they are not mask nazis..

I had a wonderful time here. Was staying here because of a business conference. The room was rather large and the smell of bleach everywhere was actually really comforting. The bed was very comfortable as well. If I come back to Vegas, I might stay here again, but only because I would like to see what else the strip has to offer. It has one star removed because of the cost of water. Rookie mistake on my part to be fair, but a liter of water, Pringles, and a pack of cookies should not be $60. Lol! I recommend this hotel!

Hotel room was very nice. Service needs to be improved. Waited 25 minutes for bellman to come to room to pick up bags to depart. Never came - had to take 3 suitcases down ourselves. Make sure you use QR code reader to make breakfast reservations. Over 1 hr wait if you want to eat in hotel

We thought we would try Mirage this stay. We had a really nice stay at the Mirage. The pool area vibe was great. The food options were okay, we ventured out a little in this area to have more options. Overall, the location is awesome but the rooms are a little dated but clean. We are accustomed to more updated hotels. We had a wonderful strip view and still had a wonderful trip.

I haven't been to the Mirage in quite a few years so I wasn't familiar with the changes in the layout but it was still easy to find my way around. It was pretty busy that evening and even with the Covid mask mandate still in effect for the most part, patrons were compliant. The casino is still very pretty with the tropical plants and is kept really clean. Parking is easy but it's disappointing that they're charging locals for parking.

I had a blast here for my first real time on The Strip in Las Vegas. Enjoyed just sitting back for some casual gambling and enjoying the environment of the Mirage Hotel. Right from check-in the experience was great! Beautiful fish-tank and photo-op moments before heading to the room. Spent most my night in the casino/lounge areas, and the next day recovering in my room w/ a great view, and affordable/delectable room service! Much thanks Mirage Hotel LV, hope to visit again soon!

Great view from the 25th floor and having a corner room gave two great views of the Strip. Room felt old though, really needs a refresh. Carpet was pretty gross, ancient inputs for the TV, no pen or paper, no cable management spoken behind the TV, dusty. Bathroom had a makeup mirror with no working light. Toilet had some goofy flush system that didn't work that great and required multiple flushes for anything. Staff was the highlight and everyone was very friendly. For the price, we aren't complaining too much but we would never stay here again. Too many other Strip properties just do it better.

The hotel is very well located, the room was very good, however the pillows are all very high, they should put 2 high and 2 low. Check in was fine. The pool and the service are quite good, however it has so much chemicals that it gave us skin allergies. The restaurants are not good, I do not recommend them.

Nice place, the rooms are beginning to become dated and they are missing some basic amenities. For example the tub and sink drains are very slow and you end up splashing around while you're showering. There is a mini fridge I'm the room but it is stocked with wildly overpriced mini bar supplies with no room to store a bottle of water or a take out box. The restaurants that we visited were good with a special nod to Diablo's. The other amenities, such as the pool are nice with plenty of chairs available when we visited.

Definitely going to miss the Mirage as it is today. A Vegas icon as the first of the mega resorts to be built on the strip, I have always enjoyed entering here and being welcomed by the tropical theme and the beautiful aquarium behind the front desk in the hotel lobby. Hoping that the new owners are able to update and make it the Hard Rock but still keep some of the charm with this place. Have stayed here many times and the service, amenities and overall experience are all without complaint.

Just an amazing experience overall. This is right on the strip and close to other Casinos 🎇 so it makes it easy to hold casinos. We got to explore a lot more of Vegas due to the mirage's location. Will be booking her next time as well.

Everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly we were getting married. They even gave us a food comp since we were there to get married. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the beds were great. I had a excellent view. The volcano was so much fun.

Mirage is now a part of Hard Rock, and I thought I would be impressed. The hotel is beautiful, they have a nice pool, and The Pantry has a good breakfast. ..especially the biscuits and gravy 😋. The TV and WIFI went out every 5 minutes, which was annoying! The pool has reservations for the lounge chairs with better cushion and an umbrella 🌂. ..that was new to me. Great pool, and the food wasn't bad either 😉

This hotel has changed since staying here a year ago. The rooms are clean and service is great everywhere except at the front desk. Check in was at 3 and told we would get a text when the room was ready. We recieved a text at 4:15 and they had us in a completely different room then told at check-in. We go up to our room finally and it's still being cleaned so we had to go back downstairs to be told they have no more rooms and sold out and that we just have to wait until a room is clean. They offered no compensation and just stated sorry for the confusion. Hard pass and will stay elsewhere from now on.

Very nice hotel, it's a shame that they are soon going to be changing to the Hard Rock, but I enjoyed it and my family enjoyed it as the legendary Mirage. We had an issue with our tub in the room not draining and they fixed it as well as gave us $100 room credit to use at any of the restaurants in the hotel. The pool is amazing my wife and daughter loved it and spent most of their time there when we weren't walking the strip. We are also glad we were able to view the volcano show before it's gone. Overall a very friendly staff and we're glad we got a chance to experience it before they change over to the new hotel.

  • 5/5 Briana V. 9 months ago on Google
The rooms are nice, the only issue we had was that the bathroom tub was clogged so the water wouldn't go down the drain until after you finished showering. The pool was great and you are allowed to bring outside snacks and drinks, an exclusive offer that other hotels on strip do not allow.

  • 5/5 Brittany H. 8 months ago on Google
We Love the Mirage! I know its going to change soon, but we will enjoy it while we can! Gloria in the High limit room is top notch! We look forward to seeing her when we make trips to Vegas. Location is great, rooms are nice. Food is great.

  • 5/5 Keith S. 8 months ago on Google
Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Everything was great. The pool was awesome. Lots of food and snacks options. Iconic volcano show is classic Vegas too bad it's getting knocked down for new Hard Rock Hotel. Try to experience the Mirage before it closes.

  • 3/5 Bryan S. 9 months ago on Google
The main part of the room is fancy enough, but the bathrooms are terrible. There's a little bit of mold on the ceilings and the fact a place that makes this much bank can't do like plenty of hotels and have large bottles of nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner wall mounted in the shower is pathetic. Also, the fact that it's a tub and not a walk-in shower is also pathetic. This place takes in most likely millions in profit a day from people gambling away their money, but they penny pinch, rather than putting it back into the building and giving the guests a better experience.

Hotel and service staff are always polite, warm and extra helpful. They anticipate your needs and go above and beyond. Rooms show hints of wear and tear but still impeccably maintained, not an issue at all! Great for families!

  • 5/5 Nikolai B. 7 months ago on Google
The bell desk was very helpful when I lost my luggage claim tag. The rooms were great, had a nice view out into town. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of amenities. My only complaint is that the pool closes too early so we never got to use it.

  • 3/5 laura j. 9 months ago on Google
Very clean BUT… 1- put us 2nd floor facing a white wall. No view, no plants, nothing. Never stayed in Vegas without seeing a building or street…something. 2- toilet banged & drained ALL NIGHT 3- they penalize you for putting your own food & drink in fridge. 4- no coffee maker. Casino & restaurants are good. Overall it was tolerable but won’t stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying at The Mirage, only stayed for a couple of days but the room was clean and absolutely enormous! 2 queen beds meant my friend and I could stay in the same room but have our own space. Even though it’s located on the strip it was very quiet once you get into the room. Couldn’t even hear people going up and down the corridor. Didn’t have much of a view but then I wasn’t too bothered by that, you’re there to explore Vegas right?!

  • 5/5 Anthony S. 9 months ago on Google
I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s on the edge of being a budget hotel on the strip, with lower prices than some other options, but much nicer than those budget options. Our room was clean, well stocked, and the location is close to everything. The service is quick, and they are all very friendly.

Can't add a rating for the rooms because my wife and I didn't stay at this hotel. We visited the casino and explored the hotel as much as we could. Everyone that works there was polite and pleasant to us. We went to see the volcano show. It was awesome! If you get a chance to stay there or visit, do it now..hotel was sold and it is being turned into something else. 😔 it's an original on the strip and considered a classic by many

Huge long lines when checking in, with someone who spoke very unclearly. Could be much better. The room has plenty of space, but no window can be opened and the air conditioning gives off a nasty musty smell. The humidity filled the room. After informing the frontdesk someone came and offer to spray the room with perfume for masking the scent. You don't get fresh, much needed, fresh air, but that is apparently normal. $50 if you use the fridge, or if they need to rearrange it. You can also leave your car at the hotel, for a fee of $ 18 per day. Insane. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, but it lacks flower arrangements and other decoration on the tables in the hallways, It looks empty in the endless corridors. I do not really recommend the hotel, large is fine, but not well coordinated. Excalibur, for example, was better.

Rooms are a bit dated but it's still a great hotel! Good service and restaurants. Nice pool. Good location. Decent casino but most of their blackjack tables only pay 6:5.

The new owners are doing their best to hold the grand dame together while they put together the Grand Master Plan for redoing the property and turning it into a Hard Rock. The bones are the same but the vibe is different and the type of guests is different. What was it the Beatles said I long for yesterday. It looks like the new owners will do great things to the property. But that's a few years away.

Rooms were cleaned every day service was exceptional dealers live a sorry life they just need to leave there personal life at home. Most of us tend to have a good time in Vegas. But some of these dealers kill the vibe with their rudeness and sad faces. If you tired of dealing with people time for them to look for another job in a diff industry!

Big thank you to Craig at the front desk for taking great care of myself and my wife. He treated us like Gold from check in to check out. He was our "go to" front desk personnel during my birthday stay for 4 nights at The Mirage. Very professional, worked quickly to assist us and guide us during our stay. We were very, very impressed with everything about our 1st stay at The Mirage. The property is very clean, well maintained, has lots of recent updates and is a GREAT value in a great location on the strip in Las Vegas. We've stayed in the past at other more expensive hotels like Bellagio, etc but decided to give The Mirage a change and so glad we did. You won't find a better value. We are now lifelong customers after on stay here. Rooms were updated and very clean, food options in the hotel were superb. ALL the staff including Craig at the front deck treated us like we were loyalty and really took great care of us during our 4 night stay. The spa was incredible and big thank you to Katie the masseuse who made me feel brand new after a 50 min massage. The gambling floor was kept clean, all 5-6 restaurants we tried on the property were all delicious and high quality food. Can't say enough great things about this hotel and the entire property and experience but I will..... The outdoor pool area has been recently updated and we loved spending hours by the pool in the very comfortable chaise lounges.. heck, even the flooring by the pool is super comfortable and easy on your feet. The pool was slightly heated to the perfect temperature and the DJ by the pool played the perfect mix of 70s-80-90s & modern music. What a great venue, hotel, pool, staff, restaurant... This hotel has it ALL. If you wanna save a buck, be treated great and have a safe/clean environment during your stay look no further than THE MIRAGE. Ask for Craig at the front desk. He will take great care of your for check in/check out and during your state. Thank you Craig and the entire staff at The Mirage for making my birthday stay and incredible one!!! A++++++ for service, value and just a superb 1st experience at The Mirage.

Defiantly better than my stay 4 years ago. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice slots. Good restaurants and fast foods. Little disappointed in THE PANTRY. Breakfast was not very good, but the service was 👍 Very good coffee, in the restaurant and room service. Will stay here again.
