First time staying, the resort was large, spacious, and very safe feeling. Two gyms to workout and multiple pools and hot tubs. The complimentary happy hours were a wonderful addition as well. We were put in a handicap room, which is okay, but it was a very awkwardly sized room for us. Everything in the kitchen was low, forcing me to kneel or hunch over to cook or clean. The bathroom was meant for a wheelchair, so the shower was very open causing water to go everywhere in the bathroom. Overall the room was nice, just not the right fit for us. Perfectly sized for someone in need of a wheelchair accessible room though! Also, the view was great!

We got here last night. Very friendly and professional staff. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL. It's not very far from the strip, but it's at a good distance, so you do feel the craziness of the strip. It actually feels like a relaxing vacation. The rooms are great. Equipped with everything you need. Great comfy bed too!

I have been to Las Vegas my share of times during the years, and I had always stayed at the hotels on the strip. This time around, I decided I would make a change and stay in a quieter place and chose this hotel, and I have to say that I regret not having done so before. These are the reasons why: 1. It's within walking distance of the strip. 2. It's located in a relatively quiet location. 3. The rooms are incredibly convenient (full kitchen, living room, private bedrooms, etc.) 4. Prices are incredibly affordable for the location and features of the room. 5. They don't charge the odious resort fees. 6. The staff are friendly 7. Free parking 8. 24/7 security. 9. Clean facilities. 10. Beds were quite comfortable I have found the place I will continue staying at whenever I happen to be back in town.

My friends and I stayed here as guests of a member. While not directly on the strip, we were close enough to walk when necessary and take the free shuttle to Harrah's when convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful, even during the sales pitch gauntlet. We had a dual room lockout, which was great for our group of 5, and included an oversized tub in one of the rooms with jacuzzi jets. Also, during the sales pitch, we saw a 4 bedroom suite, which would be great for large groups to spread the cost. Since we went in January, we didn't really try to experience the pools, and we skipped the rest of the entertainment in the resort to spend our time on the strip. One of my favorite parts of the resort was that they used NFC bracelets as keys, and made one for each member of our group. This made it incredibly easy for everyone to always have a key and not lose it. Overall, depending on where I was going to spend most of my time, I could definitely see trying to get a room in there again.

Room was very nice, though we did hear some noise from our next door neighbors. The shuttle to downtown was a nice feature but it only makes one stop and there's no real advertised schedule, you could be stuck waiting for 40+ minutes. My biggest issue was the hard sell I got for a timeshare. Had to say NO about ten times before the guy finally gave up, they should not push this on folks who just want to stay a few nights. Location is good, right across from the F1 pit row and a 15 minute walk to the strip

Employee Vernon has such an amazing personality. He was very kind and helpful. I was really sad celebrating my birthday but his positive words changed all of that. I'm forever grateful. Outside of that, the first room wasn't clean and had an odor. They charged a cleaning fee to move to another room. The rooms were nice and spacious with a nice pool view. Experienced other issues but overall I was happy with my stay due to different events they provide for guest. I would give them another try due to my positive experiences.

This place is nice, stood here with friends and we had our own apartment style room. Came with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, kitchen, dining room, living room and was really nice. I really like this hotel, but it's kinda a bit away from the strip, which sucks because to Uber, it's over $20 to get to the strip. If you are not going to the strip and spending time with family, then stay here. There isn't much to do in the hotel besides go to the pool, which is nice. Your key card to get into the room is a wristband, which makes it more convenient and it's water proof. I really like that idea because you won't lose your room card. I will stay at this hotel again because you can fit a lot of people in the room.

Customer service was excellent- from front desk to staff bringing up things we needed. Room was clean and sufficient of our needs. Full kitchen with laundry amenities. Wonderful working jacuzzi en suite. There is also a little cinema that we didn’t get to use but is available playing older movies. Outdoor pools and jacuzzi are well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here!

Had a great stay here. Checked in late on a Thursday. I expected to get a lousy room as it was a holiday weekend, but was given a choice of floors. Room was clean and up to date. No pressure for the dreaded timeshares sales pitch-it wasn't even mentioned. Location is fabulous, close to the strip if that's your thing, but not so close that you can't drive away.

A good deal for your money. Parking garage is covered and only accessible by key which makes it feel even safer than parking on the strip at some of the hotels, staff is very polite and friendly did not have enough toilet paper in the room and the front desk sent someone up, their are no bell carts in any towers tho you have to go to the main tower and the bellman helps you out which was helpful. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer and stove and microwave. Free parking was very nice and free wi fi. Pool in tower 3 open 24/7 which was nice, definitely would return to this property. Kitchens come fully loaded with everything you need how cool!

Being only a few blocks off of the main strip, the location is very convenient. They also offer a shuttle to the Paris, although it is one way, making it a bit easier to not have to drive and pay for parking at the casinos. Rooms are a bit older but have great amenities, such as a kitchen in the rooms I have stayed in, making it feel more comfortable than just a bed in a room. Pools are also great, they have both an adults only pool and a family friendly pool with several hot tubs that can be used. I have stayed several times and will likely stay several more.

I was originally booked my first 2 nights in a 1 bedroom and 5 nights in a 2 bedroom. When I checked in the lady at the desk asked if I'd like to stay in the 2 bedroom for the entire trip so I didn't have to switch rooms. So she upgraded us. We arrived during F1 and it's been crazy but the staff has been wonderful. They also check in throughout your stay to see if you need anything. I will definitely be back. I have timeshare with this company but usually use another of their resorts when I am in town. This will be where I stay from now on.

Update. TIMESHARE PRESENTATION IS A JOKE. 90MIN turned into 135MIN. Got 2 tickets to see the WoW Show at the Rio, so I figured maybe it was worth it. Called the box office and the tickets are last row and towards the back of the stage. Terrible seats. They told us these are the seats that they reserve for the timeshare people. Went to desk of Wyndham and they told us just have the box office when we get there to move us to better seats. Pretty sure this is not going to work. Will update after show. The show DID NOT MOVE US but when the show started you can move to closer seats which is what we did. The Timeshare people are misinformed.

We had a great time within walking distance to Ellis island casino. $5 blackjack table. And great food. They have a BBQ ribs dinner to die for. We enjoyed the swimming pools and hot tub. There's a place to grill with plenty of seating. Great place to hang out in Vegas. The only downside was the traffic issues. Road construction on all sides.

The one good thing I can say about our stay here is that it was free (it was gifted to us). The rooms are spacious, but they are not well maintained (there was mold in the shower). The location is "near the strip", but walking was not much of an option (the sidewalks were blocked) and the shuttle/taxis/Uber were 30+ minute trips because of traffic. Worse yet, food options within walking distance were miserable, the "restaurant" on site was stomach churning and the "market" had nothing but small overpriced snacks and booze. Finally the service... The check-in was fine, but we were hounded by the sales people every day trying to get us to buy into their timeshare. They would intercept us in the lobby, they would call us in the room, they even called my cellphone number TWICE while we were actually enjoying ourselves in Las Vegas. Always trying to peddle their lackluster product. Luckily we were only here to sleep, so our exposure to this lousy place was at the very least limited.

The rooms were great, we had 1 double bdrm with sleep sofa, which my friend said was very comfortable. They provided round trip shuttle to the strip; which was a plus we decided not to rent a car. Multiple amenities 3 Towers, saunas, hot tubs, fitness room, arcade room, business center, mutiple pools, one is 24 hrs. I stayed in Tower II, very quiet & peaceful stay. They also provide shuttle service to stores in addition to massages...try it, you will not be disappointed. I was able to tour a 4 Bdrm, which was so REgAL!!!! (Photos attached)

We are having an amazing stay so far. I stayed here 8 years ago, and they’ve done beautiful upgrades and updates since! We have a 1 bedroom suite, and it’s spacious, clean, and fairly quiet (although we can hear people through the walls when they get loud, let’s face it, people get noisy in vegas!) We’re staying in Tower 3 and the pool/spa area is clean and fairly quiet. There’s a business centre which was useful during our stay, and a pretty great fitness centre. Lots of parking, close to the Strip, and they have a shuttle to most attractions (at a fee for some like grocery stores or Walmart which are fairly far, so it’s cheaper then renting a car!) All the amenities are covered; lots of dishes and utensils, extra bedding, and the space is beautiful. Super comfy bed, great views, and the staff are very polite and friendly!

PROS: Stayed here in June. Very nice large 1 bedroom full kitchen suite. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and all necessary appliances including a washer and dryer. There is also an adult only pool on site. The coded wrist band makes access to your room or the elevator easier than pulling out a card every time. There is a free shuttle which runs from the resort to the Paris Hotel from 9:00 am - 9:30 pm daily. There is small convenience store and a small cafe on site. CONS: The Wyndham is located about 1 mile off of The Strip so walking to it in hot weather can be trying. The trip of the shuttle can take about 30-40 minutes round trip depending on traffic. After 9:00 am you never know what time it may be returning to the resort, so you could be waiting at the pick up spot for quite awhile: SUGGESTION: Have the shuttle driver phone the resort lobby when departing from the Paris hotel and use a white board in the resort lobby to let guests know an estimated time for the shuttle to return? When you check in, be prepared by their time share sales team to press you to book a meeting time & tour, if you are not interested just let them firmly know and move on to your room. If you are not a time share owner at Club Wyndham but through another organization (e.g. RCI), you can expect to pay a minimum $95 Housekeeping Fee if you are staying there for 5 days for example. This fee is no secret and is shared with you at the time of your booking. Expect to pay high prices for items at their convenience store.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. I hadn't slept that well in awhile. There's also free parking and it wasn't difficult to find a spot. My only complaint was getting hassled to watch a time share presentation for free tickets. When we started to decline they got super pushy. We didn't do it. Otherwise everything else was great. We'd stay here again.

It was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in in the United States. Impeccable service and cleanliness. Very spacious and comfortable room. Detail for the hot tub (great for when you arrive from long walks in Vegas). All in all, a great place. I recommend!

We spent a week at Club Wyndham and it was a great hotel for our purposes. We loved being near the strip but not directly on the strip. The shuttle service was truly wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the separate pools especially since we traveled with no kids. The adult pool was never too crowded and always a nice way to spend the afternoon. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was absolutely beautiful and we could see The Sphere from our room! However, the check-in process was slow. We're owners and have VIP, but nobody was at the VIP check in area. The pool at Tower III was closed which meant we had to go to the other buildings if we wanted to swim, super inconvenient when it's over 90 degrees outside. We didn't have enough shampoo. It was almost as if the one and only small container we did have was almost emptied. It was easy to get more, but still frustrating. We went to the cafe for breakfast and it was an absolute waste of money. There was only one girl working and we felt so bad for her. The entire area was filled with people. Then we got our food and my bagel was burnt. My husband had a bite size piece of turkey sausage with his pancakes and eggs, which he did say were good, but not for the price. It was 2 long blocks from the strip, which sucked to walk to. They do have a shuttle, but it costs money. It didn't seem worth it since they weren't always running and it seemed as though there was only one shuttle going to the strip. Another downfall is they didn't have rum buckets, which I thought was a Wyndham thing, but the pool bartender didn't know anything about it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't. The shower pressure was good, but it looked like it needed maintenance.

We had a great trip. Our suite was very nice, but there was this constant loud humming noise, we believe possibly due to AC units on the roof above us. The housekeepers cart was also left in the hallway all week, which I did not really like seeing. We arrived early and I understand not always having the availability to check in early. We left to do some sightseeing while waiting for our room to be ready. We were supposed to be called when it was. We ended up going to a sports bar nearby to watch football. After a couple hours we headed back to check in on the status of our room. Still not ready. Then we spent more time in the resort activity center, still waiting to check-in. It was well past normal check-in time before we finally got a room. If we had a designated room, you would think that they would have directed the cleaners there as soon as we arrived to get that room done first or offered us a different room. Then of course there is always the pressure to attend a meeting, that we dread. Normally, I don't mind the location, but with all the work they are doing for the F1 race, it was a little more inconvenient.

An nice oasis not far from the Strip and there's a free shuttle to the Paris resort. Although the resort is kid friendly it was quiet enough with a kids pool and an adult pool. We have a great view of the pool, there's F1 construction going on on the outside Unless you already want to buy a timeshare, I would skip the presentation. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves staying at CWGD!

Concerned about the difference in rooms had a 2 bedroom presidential in tower 3 that was great and then went to same in tower 1 smaller, lead seating, no real dinning room only a small round table, no towel bars in the master stack washer and dryer vs side by side full size units. Staff doesn't care or help. Got to witness a sales representative tell someone on a tour what a great financial investment buying is. A timeshare is not an investment you can't sell it to recoup your cost what it is a prepaid way for future discounted vacation as have maintenance fees that go on forever. Regardless of disappointment I. Difference in rooms and how sales people portray what it is to future owners don't regret being an owner. Just wish that the resort was more consistent tower to tower and not try to portray things the way they do in hopes to that folks don't know the difference.

Vacation in September, the location was not overly busy, entrances/access to the facility closed for construction due to the upcoming F1 race. Well kept, clean, and all services were functioning effectively. In fact, it was almost cold inside, as the average temperature was in the 60s. Is small, primarily with cardio, but does have access to two weightlifting machines . The room was a sweet, it was large enough to fit five people comfortably, with a full kitchen, dishes, and silverware! Everything was as I would expect, and hope for given the cost, and on top of that it had a fairly decent view of the airport and several nearby Locations. Further, always has a great view of the mountains in the background.

Pros.. it's a well-maintained property. The rooms are contemporary and housekeeping doesn't excellent job of making sure everything fresh when you walk through the door. They have separate adult pools / whirlpools making it a nice division between kitties and adults wanting to chill. They have shuttle service to the strip which makes it convenient to come and go as you please. Cons.. there's only one sandwich shop that serves anything from burgers to breakfast the other shop is a coffee shop with bagels ... Both clothes at 8:00 p.m. the one bar at the pool closes at 7:00 p.m. restricting any adults from lounging at the pool with a beverage and should be open till at least 11:00 p.m.. being off the strip walking a couple blocks is questionable sometimes as vagrants roam the streets off strip making the shuttle the best choice for secure transportation. The greeting was extremely cordial but with any visit to the Wyndham Club properties you're challenged with an hour sit-down sales session and a reward of $125 or Vegas shows. I didn't need the shows or the money and it was still complicated to get away with a no I'm not interested. Although the property is very nice the only attraction is the pool and after 7:00 there is nothing on property for any social entertainment. I'm sure the motivation is to get everybody downtown but I wasn't necessarily interested in a night on the town I would have rather chilled with a cold beverage at the pool before retiring. Sorry to sound pessimistic it was a nice property isolated off the strip with beautiful landscaping and amenities.

I was fortunate to be able to stay in a one bedroom suite for 3 nights. The room was excellent, with all the amenities you'd expect if you were away from home for a while, including a washer and dryer. The staff was excellent, very helpful. The only downside was it's not on the strip, but shuttle buses run all day. A great experience!

These rooms (two bedrooms) are great for big families! There’s a king bed in the first bedroom, with a big bathroom with a hot tub?! The second bedroom has two double beds, and an awesome view from all rooms. Did I talk about the kitchen? It’s stocked with coffee and all the cooking utensils that you would ever need! They have an awesome heated pool and sauna. The family pool is 3 foot 6 at the deepest and is perfectly warm. I would recommend coming at 9am when it opens to skip the crowds. The lobby is magnificent! A lot of seating, a Starbucks, and a mini mart, all in one place! There are multiple desks you must go to to fully check in, so beware! Along with key cards, you will be given wristbands. You may keep these, and they can unlock your room and unlock the elevator. The elevator only works after you scan your key card or wristband.

Great place to stay. Staff was the friendliest I've encountered. Close to the strip. Only complaint would be that due to construction, no transportation to and from the strip for 80% of our stay. We walked 20 minutes each way just to get to the MGM. Very clean and nice accommodations.

Best Wyndham I’ve stayed in. The front desk wasn’t pushy. Check in was smooth. Great amenities and perfect location. We walked to strip easily every day. There’s an adults only pool which I really appreciated and the hot tubs are 24 hours. I had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Never did I feel happy with this hotel I would take my money back. Room I got at first was being worked on, Second Room door wouldn't close all the way unless you forced it. No breakfast or voucher for a discounted meal sad for a grand hotel to me. Also brought my mother with me she slipped at the pool not on e did they come ask her if she was OK she is 70! I attended a seminar that took 3 hours so my mom was waiting the whole time unfortunately. Worst part I did all this to get the points I was promised! I have had no one can call me back nor do I exist to wyndome. I'm over all disappointed! I was pretty much scammed in my eyes

Super pushy sales guys pitching their timeshare speech. Even after we firmly declined the offer, multiple times. Then the gentleman had the nerve to get attitude and attempted to not say hello or even make eye contact for the remainder of our stay. Customer service was sub-par. Even upon check out, no one asked how our stay was or were overall friendly. We were gifted this time share for the long weekend and other than the free stay for us, the experience wasn’t worth it. As far a location, it’s not far from the strip snd a 15 minute Lyft to Fremont Street. The resort rooms are outdated. The adult pool and pool bar were fine.

The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfortable. It's close to the airport yet I could hardly hear the planes, they did not disrupt my sleep. The location was wonderful, off the strip but close enough to walk or taxi. They provided a shuttle which ran about every half hour, very helpful. I couldn't help noticing that the baseboard in our room was filthy, I would have given them a five star if it were a bit cleaner.

This was an amazing hotel! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was above and beyond anything I expected. We had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. No need to bring plates, knives, toaster etc. they have it all! There is a washing machine and dryer in the room and a jacuzzi! I loved everything about this hotel I will for sure stay here again!

Amazing rooms, so spacious and all the amenities of home, kitchen with oven, washer drier. Perfect place for a long holiday or a stop midway to wash the clothes. Great pool and bar along side. They will ask you to attend a seminar for a reward we declined but each to their own. Close to top golf and a short walk to the strip or hotel shuttle runs roughly ever 40 minutes to and from paris.

Spacious well layed out rooms, very comfortable. Great service and very friendly staff! Nice fitness facilities and pool areas. Especially nice to have an adults only pool! Great location close to the strip but quiet enough to relax as well.

There's too much going on at one time. It's too noisy to hear anything. Too many people in a small space. Need to spread out and use the facility better. Bad presentation for their resort team, just a bunch of sharks looking for your money. But the room and services were good if that's all your looking to use. Pool looked inviting and well kept.

Club Wyndham Grand Desart Resort was awesome! We had a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and relaxing. The pools around the property were very nice and maintained well. A shuttle I available to take you to the strip every hour on the hour until 9 pm.

If you are looking at a good hotel off the strip, this is a great option. The kitchen, washer - dryer as well the free shuttle to the strip are all great perks. The price too is very reasonable. No resort fees and free Parking as well Cons - no breakfast, shuttles frequency can be more.

The rooms were 4/5 because it seemed to be a TAD dated but that’s only coming from someone who’s a Gen Z’er and loves more modern looks. The customer service, room service, front desk 10/10!!! They were so friendly! And when asking for extra things like towels&laundry detergent they came quickly with no problem. I stayed in a two bedroom suite. I loved the gym and the fact they had a restaurant, pool, Starbucks, and other things inside. The location was perfect, not too far from the strip at all. Off strip = better prices. If I return I will stay here again without a doubt!

The staff was great, other than the high pressure to attend time share meetings. It would be nice if the facility offered shuttle service to the airport, even for a fee. The only concernig issue I noticed was the kitchen floor did not appear to be mopped prior to our stay. We had an issue with two clogged drains and a dishwasher issue, but the maintenance team resolved those issues in no time flat. I was very pleased with the service

It was actually awesome. Rooms were clean, the staff was great. Great location off the strip. I'd give it 5 stars but the litter on the grounds was unacceptable. In the stairwells especially. But I would definitely recommend this resort. Free margaritas didn't hurt either.

Stayed here for 8 nights and it was great. Hotel is clean, nice staff, parking is readily available, and the location is rt in the middle or close to everywhere we wanted to go. There are 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids. They have a large gym for workouts. And they have shuttles. The pillows and bed were darn comfortable, so after a long night out, sleep was awesome. Highly recommend staying here.

Okay so, you love Vegas but you want some quiet? It's this Club Wyndham. We are over the moon. So glad we found it. Quiet, clean, and a courteous staff. It's a dream. We're from a very small mountain town and Vegas is our happy place. But not still Vegas. We want a beautiful pool and and a full kitchen. Perfect. We'll be back. On Halloween.

Did as an exchange. So paid exchange fee, than after I booked they came out with a cleaning fee for 95. Not sure what it covers because you have to pay more to actually have them clean room. Room Was dirty, bathroom gross with so much hair who knows when they cleaned it last, from sheet down to the mattress pad wired stains. Took over an hour to get clean bedding. Can't escape sale pitch although already there as member, and flat out lied. Got charged another 40 bucks that at one point will be credited back...all while having friends that been driving for hours and one with mobility issues stand there and wait on me because I couldn't get away from sales pitch. Asked if they knew about wheelchair or something...nope. somewhat confusing since half lobby appears to be RCI selling you membership. Machine to get a latte was broke by the pool, handed my friend hot water with chocolate powder for 8 dollars. So maybe good enough if you stay for free on one of their sales pitches, but if you paid like me, 1 star is to many. Only thing they are on top off is listening to sale pitch, they will call you constantly and regularly. Everything else, you are on your own. Tried getting a handicap taxi. Ceasars and gold nugget total customer service, their good luck! So 1 star cause location decent, 1 star few people were nice and somewhat helpful. Oh, forgot about the cleaning card in the hallway for the entire 4 days we were there. Dirty towels? Clean towels? Who knows. Did find a bag of towels in front of the door. We love this place and will definitely come back whenever we visit Vegas. The one-bedroom suite is clean and spacious with a full-sized fridge. It also has a microwave, dishwasher, and a stove/oven. It also has a washer and dryer so I would bring fewer clothes next time so I'll have more room for souvenirs. It's about 10 minutes off the strip (about a 20-30 minute walk), but because of the construction during the F1 2023, it does take about 15-30 minutes. We don't mind it, though, as it has a free shuttle during the day to and from Paris Hotel, and we walk from there if we just want to stay on the strip. The prices are reasonable and it's family friendly. They don't have a casino on site, but if you are not a big fan of heavy smoke from cigarettes, this is the best place to stay. I'd love to come back here again and try their bigger suites if we have more family traveling with us.

This was a great place to stay with our family. It wasn’t crazy busy and the pool was super clean, and really fun. Location was great and really close to the strip. The rooms that we had had two bedrooms and a kitchen, and was perfect for our family of six. My kids age range from 2 to 11.

I loved my stay at Wyndham Grand Desert. I will be returning for Valentines day weekend!!! Beautiful resort property close to the strip and the staff is very polite. They are the holders of the pineapple award for excellence as well!!!

There were pros and cons of course. The pros outweigh the cons. Location, cost, cleanliness , and experience got the stars. Missing star was the house keeping for supplies, there were missing items needed in the room and the management addressed the items. ****Shuttle use, board at tower 1 and you’ll thank me later****.

Always enjoy our time this resort. Jeremy and the guys at the adult pool bar are tons of fun and a wealth of Vegas knowledge. If you want a relaxing and fun stay off the strip but in the sun with a great service staff, this is the place for you!

They spent more time trying to sell us a timeshare, when we were already staying in one, then addressing the disgusting condition the kitchen was left on when we arrived. We were told we would get a call from the manager, instead we had to call an hour later to get the problem dealt finally death with; wish I took a picture, the runner -not actual housekeeping- did. We never bothered to open the microwave again because our time was very short and they didn't seem to care so why risk it. Cannot recommend this place in terms of cleanliness and customer service. But hey it's Vegas and if you want to start gambling before you get there book the Grand Desert

It was great staying here!!! Our very own place to cook and bathe and sleep so comfy!! It was extreme heat in July in Vegas and our AC quit on us a couple of times but the staff were quick and compassionate about our comfort with our stay.

First time at this location and it is huge. The room is cute and clean. The 24hr swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, is awesome when we came from the strip and wanted to relax and drink. I recommend this location in Vegas!

Checked out today and these are my insights. Cons -Upon checking in we directed to a gentleman who gave us wristband room keys. This is also their chance to try to schedule a meeting for time share purchase. Before this gentleman started his sales pitch he stated “I won’t put a gun to your head and force you to purchase anything”. I respectfully declined and this guy would not let it go saying “ oh you must be some high roller and made out of money. Because I could comp you some tickets to shows for your kids” again i respectfully declined and he let off and went to our room. - The oasis cafe serves the absolute worst food we ever had. We are not picky by any means but this food was horrendous (pancake platter). The eggs were soggy and gross and the pancakes were obviously frozen pancakes and not even warm. This food should be complimentary at the very least. We ended up ordering breakfast from a nearby Dennys. Pros - the room was very spacious and clean. I usually stay in a large room for my family of five and this room was plenty big. The room even had a washer and dryer inside the room which was really nice. - the pools are heated and the pool located in our building (Tower 3) is open 24 hours. As is the hot tub. The kids loved coming to the room late at night and taking a dip in the nice warm pool. - We felt very safe at this property. Even late at night when the girls were swimming. The security guards were constantly making their rounds in the surrounding area. - the security guards were very professional and approachable. A few nights I needed directions or ideas on where to get late night food. I would ask the security guys and they were very courteous and respectful and would wish my family a great night. Thank you guys for your kindness. - there is a shuttle that takes guests to the Paris hotel. This shuttle picks up and takes off every 30 minutes or so. All in all. We would stay here again. My girls had fun and that’s all that matters to me.

Rosie was very helpful at check in and ensured we were on a high floor, though we did not get city views, which was disappointing. The interior pool view was nice, but you didn't get the Vegas vibe and could have been anywhere. We stayed in Tower I rooms 915 and 917. There are no adjoining rooms. Which was also frustrating since we have a big family with many littles. So we had to essentially split up and stay in the 2 separate 2 bed rooms suites. The management shared that they only had one bedroom adjoining rooms. Having shared that we would be arriving with 2 adults and 6 kids, as Wyndham Owners, and having called ahead and spoken to someone about parking, This information would have been important to know before choosing this location. That being said. Tower 1 was quiet, clean, and amply supplied with all the items one would need for a 4 night/5 day trip. The washers and dryers worked nicely, though very loud. And the resort had all of the additional blankets, bedding, and towels in the room when we arrived. Housekeeping left us alone, although they were working, and sometimes left their supply cart in the hall when they were not, so you could pick up anything you needed. Some people left bags of old food in the hallways. But there is a shoot on the level if you want to respect the hall space. Additionally, one of the 4 elevators rattled. So we avoided that one. Typically, unless there was a presentation going on, you could catch an elevator relatively quickly. Wrist bands or key fobs were required for the elevators so that aided in ensuring security when the front desk was unmanned at night. We enjoyed the smoke free lobby and ample parking at the resort. Finally for those who wanted to ride in the shuttle to the Strip, we saw it leave often enough and sometimes encountered it on our return. Being the week after Christmas to New Years Eve, it was wonderful to receive a text about the shuttle not running or being delayed due to the roads closing down in celebration preparations. Though we didn't use the shuttle at all, that knowledge helped us to determine when to leave town. All in all it would have been an amazing time if we were a smaller party or didn't have young children (thereby needing to sleep divided). For smaller parties it's a great stay or for those who don't intend to be connected 24/7 as a couple. Which was not our desires plan for a family vacation. Needless to say, due to the lack of adjoining rooms we will not be returning for a family vacation to this property.

Our stay at Grand Desert was excellent in every way. The check in process was quick and seamless. The suite was comfortable and well appointed and the resort is truly all inclusive. You'd never have to leave the property if you chose not to. It's located only about a block and a half off the strip and there is a shuttle if you'd prefer not to walk. The pools are clean and have plenty of deck room. 1 of the 3 pools is open 24hrs. There is a nice restaurant on-site and the little convince store is fairly well stocked. I'd recommend this resort either for a nice quiet getaway or for a weekend of gambling on the strip. Either way I think you'll have a great time.

I've stayed at other Wyndham resorts so my expectations were high. My biggest issue was of the 2 TVs neither was a smart TV. Not having access to Netflix or YouTube was disappointing. There was also no extra bedding in the room for the pull out mattress. These are not deal breakers, but just not convenient. With that said service was good. All the staff I encountered were nice.

A very nice RCI timeshare hotel located a few blocks from the strip and across from the new F-1 racetrack. Clean and nice with 3 outdoor pools. No restaurant but they do have a take out food place.

We had a great experience here. The staff didn't complain or seem put out when we requested more dishwasher soap and garbage bags. The room was fantastically nice. We had expected much less and then walked into this suite and realized why they called it a suite on the website. Big bedroom, full sitting area, excellent kitchen supplies and all kitchen appliances, laundry, big bathroom - really great experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It was too cold for us to use the outside amenities like the pool and the life-size games, but they look like fun. And the commutes to the casinos were incredible! I had no idea we would be so close. We drove just a few minutes to get to some of them, max 10 min to where we wanted to go. 👍🏻

Our first suite was not the best. The bedroom door was locked from the inside, no shower curtain in the bathroom and all the cabinets had dings & scratches. It just looked dated and worn. After getting in the bedroom, there was nothing on the bed. No sheets or pillows, just a bare mattress. We were moved the next day to a more updated room. Much better! The staff were all so nice and accommodating.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. Checked in with Ryan and he made us feel super welcomed and comfortable. The amenities and extras they offer are phenomenal. Stephen at the concierge was great at helping us pick out fun things to do. They have a shuttle to Paris. We will be back!!!

Myself and my wife stayed here in early October 2022. I found the place to be very upbeat. I never saw that before. However, I felt very welcomed at this resort. very clean and great security features all around I like and look for that in a stay. the best part was the staff, and two staff members in particular from maintenance Department Dale Foster, and Robert Mestas. they were outstanding in helping us with a issue and went very far out of the way to solve our issue. very caring and is also what I look for in a stay not always finding it. ( Good people are the binder to success!)

Very nice and clean hotel and the service was great. It is on walking distance to the strip but also away enough if you do not like the hustle bustle. There were many activities for kids like arcade, movie theatre and kid friendly pool. We got a deluxe suite and a standard suite. Rooms were amazing equipped with full kitchen and whatever you need.

Great place to stay with The family plenty of activities and friendly staff!! There is plenty of parking and on site security. It's kind of far from the strip but depending on the time of year that can be a really good thing!! Easy access to the highways incase you do want to go downtown but everything you would need is right around the hotel!!

We had a great time, relaxing, was able to see the new Sphere from our condo. Also, even though the construction was horrible for the Formula 1 race coming we were not disturbed by any noise. The condo was clean and anything we needed was provided with out question and the staff we encountered were all fabulous.

I have to talk about Kim. She is the lady working at the front counter. Every single time I met her she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. If you work there, please make sure this gets to the right channel so they can acknowledge how good of an employee they have in her. I will definitely 100% be coming back because of her. She was professional, bright and bubbly, super helpful. She made the whole experience. Don’t let her go guys!

Worse customer service I have ever experienced walking in to a hotel. First mister Eric did not acknowledge my presence right away he was gladly going on in conversation with a coworker while I walked to the front desk. Once I reached the front desk I was still not greeted by mister Eric. Once I got his attention away from his initial conversation that’s when he finally said hi. Asked for information and was not able to provide anything I asked for. Very unprofessional people working as the face of this establishment

Clean and comfortable. Service was good. Nice pool areas. Need to plan on walking quite a bit to get to the strip and other conveniences (nearest store is 3/4 a mile away.)

Huge room with two bedrooms and a great view on the strip. Many appliances, we appreciated the in-room washing machine and dryer. Very helpful staff, great swimming-pool, easy and free parking.

Nice clean suite, comfortable rooms, relaxing jetted tub, slept well in the beds. Quiet. Close to strip but not on it. Good family place. Our one complaint? The pool was kind of small and lame. We last stayed at Hilton Family Vacations on the north end of the strip and the pool was way better/larger plus they had a bar and excellent drinks.

Great spot, decent rooms! Was kinda of surprised by the the level of service they provided. Rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping very accommodating. Close enough to the strip, without the hustle and bustle of it...would stay here again!

Timeshare equals 2 stars. If it wasn’t a timeshare that traps people into something they can’t get out of! Then probably 3.5 stars? I mean the staff seemed like they could use some extra coworkers, very nice people but it seemed like the staff of a lot smaller building… Well except for the front desks. There were maybe 8 desks, 2 in each direction, the only one with signs didn’t have people, the others each had a person behind them and then there were about 8 people dressed up ready to sell you a timeshare. Then maybe 2 people to help with luggage? and/or look mad. By my count about 16 staff in the front area. Then maybe 2 security people, 1 shuttle driver, maybe 2 maintenance people, I figured 4 house keeping, 2 lifeguards, 5 people working in the “restaurant” and shops. So 16 people doing stuff around the pretty large area the 3 building were located in. Why am I keeping count in this review? Because when a company puts that much of their staff into the sales and front desk, but can’t keep staff or don’t hire enough staff to actually keep the place up( they have a little trick where all the rooms take 45 minutes to get ready no matter when you arrive, it’s to sell you timeshares or get more of your money with lies they can legally lie to you) then that company is either against their “guests” or is actually slipping in the red and is desperate to get more money or else face the fact they can’t keep up with sales and are going to go bust eventually. Sorry for the run on sentence. TL;DR or to sum up Imagine a condo from the early 2000s that was cleaned up after sitting empty since then, and it’s run by car salesmen. About .6 miles from the MGM Grand.

Very nice facility only a few blocks from the "Strip." I love not having to walk through a smoke filled casino to find the elevator to my room. Rooms have kitchen and living rooms, which are great spaces. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. My main issue is that we were not informed about construction that had jackhammer going on just above our room. So, as an FYI, construction is Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm depending on who you talk to.

A little crowded for pool area, not enough shade and who in their right mind would install almost black tile around the pool area. So very hot on the feet. We had a 3 bedroom and checked in for 8 persons, we got 1 towel each, the ice maker was not turned on and when we turned it on it didn't make very much ice, even overnight it maybe made 20 ice cubes. For room with 8 people it should have enough toilet paper to accommodate a party of our size.
