This is a renovated 1950s era motel, directly across the southern end of the strip from the Mandalay. The rooms are small, old motel style rooms BUT they have been fully renovated, with good beds, excellent linens and towels, new TVs, renovated bathrooms, and the rooms are spotless, very clean. There is free parking right in front of your room, and there are no surprise "resort fees". There is good security there, so I felt safe. There was a very strong floral odor in the rooms; the ventilation is a wall air conditioner, and inadequate. There is a coffee room open in the mornings, with fresh coffee and some cookies/power bars. Overall, it's an okay, safe, relatively inexpensive place to stay at the south end of the strip, especially if you've arrived with your car.

We wanted a quiet place to sleep after days and nights exploring the sights and this was it. The night security kept the non-guests off the property. Enjoyed breakfast at The Egg Shop which was really good and connected to Nirvana! Their lunch was also top tier (chicken tenders) were 10/10. The location is also perfect because it’s directly across from Mandalay Bay and conveniently located near the Deuce bus route. When I was able to score Adele tickets, the owners were extremely gracious and extended our stay for a few hours which is more appreciated than you know. If you are looking for an off the strip stay that is still convenient, clean and affordable…this is it! The food truck on the property was also a 10/10! The zen garden was a nice spot to eat your lunch/dinner and it was peaceful. Can’t say enough great things about the service! Will certainly stay here again!

The Nirvana Hotel ticked all our boxes: Small and comfortable, close to everything but not in one of the big hotels, upfront about all charges (no hidden amenity fees), and easy to drive to and from the airport. The drive to the rental car drop off was less than 10 minutes. The room was quiet the airport noise was not an issue. Staff were kind and helpful. Night security was a nice comfort, and checked in with us each night we arrived back. Things to note: This hotel was built in the 1940s, so its an older building but has been recently renovated. The bathroom is a little small and there are less outlets near the bed than in new rooms. It is on the strip which is a split road, so if you are driving be prepared to do u-turns when needing to make a left turn out of the hotel. We were in the area to explore Mojave National Preserve and Valley of Fire State Park and this was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day!

The owners and staff were amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, clean, sufficient, but sparse. Could use a more comfortable chair. I appreciated the peace and quiet and relaxing atmosphere after being at the Mandalay Bay conference center all day with thousands of people. The Egg Shop is a must for breakfast or lunch and is so convenient, right on site. Location is great, right across the street from Mandalay Bay. I think this was a very good value and would stay again for sure. If you want to get away from crowds and noise in Vegas and have a comfortable stay at a fair price, this is the place to stay.

We came across this hotel online, and decided to check it out for night 7 of our road trip through UT, AZ, NV. Highly recommend! This place is a very option! It was homey like we were staying in a guest home with family. Nice decor, thick towels, bed and bedding were high quality, and 2 nice robes. It's off the south end of the strip, easy and quick walk!

Cozy room. Clean, smelled great. Polite staff. Good location. Great view of the city from my room. I loved the zen garden. Definitely going to stay again on my next trip out here to Vegas. I had and still have no complaints.

Our last minute stay at Nirvana Hotel was great. The price was reasonable , close to Allegiant Stadium, we walked, and the room was clean and quiet. The staff is accommodating and very friendly. There were a variety of amenities in the room, as well, like water bottles, toiletries, robes, and mints. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I'm going to keep it Simple. A block right of the main strip. Rooms are REALLY Comfortable Clean and Peaceful. The owner I believe Sandy was super helpful and nice. Honestly you can't beat it! I'll definitely be a repeat costumer. I'm super happy with my decision to stay here. You will also.
