Staff crushed it on a Friday morning. The woman working the drive through first window knew what she was doing and handled the line like a professional. The restaurant is accessible, and there is accessible parking nearby. It can be hard to get out of the driveway, but that's not the fault of the restaurant.

Had a good experience, staff was friendly and checked in on us when passing by. Not typical but pleasant. Some great employees here. I had the breakfast that was an okay price. It came with pancakes, eggs, and hash browns. Everything was sufficient and looked good.

Drive thru was quick especially for being peak lunch hours. The food tasted fresh and the fries were hot from the fryer. Staff was friendly. Plan accordingly The construction zone nearby can cause delays getting in and out of this location for now.

Drive threw lady was nice once I finally made it 2 window. But I was trapped in the drive threw and people was parking lot pimpin in the drive threw, people was walking past my car constantly and I was stuck there 45mins. I'm glad my food was fresh @ least. But still what's the point of fast food if I'm stuck n drive threw for 45mins. The lady didn't even have an explanation for the long wait. She just said she needs help. So if anyone is looking 4 a Job I'm sure they'll hire you on the spot

A manager and two workers couldn't serve crisp fries (they warm and very chewey) or understand an order of two qp's with cheese (I ended up with 2 double qp's with cheese). None of which was even close to fresh. I filled out the online survey, but I would rather go anywhere else and pay full price.

This was such a refreshing and enjoyable lunch. One of the first here in Las Vegas. (@ least where fast food is concerned) The staff were so polite, and spent a majority of the time cutting up and laughing. All the while taking total care of their customers, both drive thru and dine in. I've been known to be a little extra when I go out to eat. Needless to say, they were unphased and met all my demands, answered all my questions, and helped me out with out blinking an eye. Let alone making me feel like I was eccentric or a bother. Lameanna was exceptionally amazing. So, I definitely recommend this McDonald's as a must stop on YOUR Vegas vacation. Especially if you're in the mood for a decently priced meal, with awesome customer service.

As much as I love McDonald's, I typically do not have a worthy review for the locations I visit. However, I am always pleased when I visit this location @ 2451 W Tropicana. This is by far the cleanest store in the Metro area. Customer service is A+. Manager " DANIEL " has always been extra polite and often goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with my order. This is my favorite location.

Food is always good .
