I don’t know where to start… I’ll begin with the service. 0 stars if I could. There was an problem with my sandwich and the manager told me she wasn’t going to assist me without her manager who (wasn’t there) told her so. She gave me her manager contact to give her a call and the manager Aline told me it would take her 24 hours to look into it. She then hung up the phone in my face while I was at the restaurant. My problem was not resolved. Next, I want to mention the quality of the food. As my sandwich was being prepared, I couldn’t help but notice the freezer burned vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) and rotten avocados. The spinach was old as well. The staff should have payed close attention to this and both managers

I recently went to this Subway at the food court at Mandalay Bay for a quick breakfast sandwich, and I have to say, it was really disappointing. The manager was really mean, the bread was gross and tasted old, and the portioning of meat was really small. Let me start with the manager. The Mexican manager was so rude and didn’t treat customers nicely at all. She made me feel like I was bothering them. It was a terrible way to start my meal, and it put a sour taste in my mouth right away. But that’s not all. The ham that she put in my sandwich was ridiculously tiny. It barely covered the bread. They were so stingy about the meat portion. It felt like she was trying to save money by giving me as little as possible. I was left feeling unsatisfied and let down. And the bread? It was awful. It was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. It was stale and not enjoyable to eat at all. It ruined the whole sandwich experience. To make matters worse, the service was really bad. The manager’s mean attitude seemed to affect the rest of the staff. They didn’t seem interested in helping or making sure customers were happy. It was clear that they didn’t care about providing a good experience. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this Subway and save yourself the disappointment and find another place to eat where they value their customers and serve fresh, tasty food.

I ordered a six inch sub. the bread was chewy even though it was toasted. The service was pathetically slow and service. I mention that I would not be coming back because of the poor service in which the cashier replied that she hoped I had a horrible day.

******ZERO STARS DESERVED*******A few of the workers need an attitude adjustment. I ordered a cold cut, and the meat didn't look good, so I asked the employee to remove the meat, and I got steak instead. The employee got an attitude;sucked her teeth; mumbled under her breath, and aggressively started making my sandwich. Then the employee next to her started assembling my sandwich, I asked for more onions, and I was told I'd have to pay extra, which she said with an attitude! Not only did this location lose my business, but two sandwiches were prepared that couldn't be sold. Just because Vegas is a tourist city doesn't mean customers should be treated poorly! There are plenty of other businesses to patronize!!

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Messed up my order twice and sandwich was cold. They said they’d remake it but just gave me the one the already made. Manager was 12 and workers were doing whatever. The one making our sandwich had no idea how to do anything.

I don’t blame the 2 employees working after midnight on a concert night after Metallica. I blame the management / owner that can’t be there to help out or at least have another employee.

The employees here were nice and even greated me with a friendly goodmorning, the sandwiches were served quickly and with good quality, other reviews may say that this isn't a good place to eat but it's clear that this establishment took the initiative in making a change for better service, would eat here again

Yeah listen to blue man! That cumbuster knows what he is talking about. The subway cookies were delicious and the tuna sandwich is delicious!
