Room was average, beds were small but they were comfortable. Pillows we’re very comfy. However The soap dispensers were all empty, no water In The room. Most hotels provide at least a bottle of water even if you had to buy it. Closet was extremely small, no drawer space, the lighting in the rooms was horrible. Only 1 USB port which didn’t work. However I made due. But what really has solidified my decision to never stay with Cesar’s properties again in the future was the parking fees!!!!! I was told it was $18 a day to park at the reservation desk! I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew that! Many hotels compensate your parking if your a guest!!!! It was me and 1 other person so I thought it was $18 for both vehicles, so on top of my $800 4 night stay on a non-busy weekend and a Monday, I was charged an additional $325 just for parking and daily resort fees, I was under the impression the resort fees were included in the $800’i paid! When I called billing they told me I was charged and additional $600 when I checked in hut that they “hold that charge” until check out and that the deposit was technically refunded because it was never taken out?! 😂 it made no sense! $1100 for a 4 night stay average room, spent a lot of money at this casino and they cannot even provide parking! Absolutely insane!

Location is perfect, arguably the best on the strip. Rooms were fine for two nights, beds and pillows above average. A good night sleep after a busy day is gold. Our room didn't have a view. Personally, I don't really care about that because I'm not in the room often. The most ridiculous about this hotel (and other Vegas hotels) is the extra resort fee, and for what? We don't understand. We've already paid for the room and we've paid an extra amount for the self-parking garage next to the hotel. Check-in & out, you have to do by yourself. We chose to not let our room be cleaned because we stayed for 2 nights only, so why charge an extra resort fee? You get nothing extra except for the room you've already paid for... As a hotel, I would just charge a higher room price and drop the fees. This way, the very first experience with the hotel is a bad one.

First time staying here and I truly enjoyed day stay here. The location is great and good middle location from everything on the strip. I actually like the room, very spacious and clean look. Bathroom is a good size too with good lighting. Beds were actually good not too hard or soft. Hash a go go inside is a good breakfast spot to hit up or just walk right out side for more selections for food. I would definitely stay here again, I really enjoyed it.

Really terrible experience here. First, be warned they send all cars to completely different entrances nowhere near check-in (sometimes in other hotels). It's incredibly difficult to get in and out of (more so than most Vegas strip hotels). Secondly, after booking through the hotel official, and being prompted, I requested an early check-in. I am on a work trip that had a very tight timeline and budget and was flying in the morning of an event. When I arrived, the early check-in was $50!!!!!!! I asked to speak to someone as nowhere in my booking process, including when I requested the early check-in, was I informed of any fee, and I was still 9 hours away from their regular 4PM check-in time (that's a significantly different cost for the night). The manager told me they don't list it because it changes ($50 before 1 PM and $25 from 1-4 PM and I'm guessing whatever they feel like charging that day). I wanted to leave, but since you get no warning until check-in, you're already on the line for the first night fee being non-refundable (which I did agree to). I'm just having to hope my company will accept the extra charge and I don't get stuck with it personally because I had to change and get to an event. The room is the representation of "lipstick on a pig" I can think of- its a tiny cell with 4 ft window. I recommended this hotel to our other attendees due to its affordability and location, and I am MORTIFIED. I'm furious I sent any other guests here.

Buyer beware...Prices are false. Linq charges over $200.00 in resort fees on top of a the large nightly rate. Room was just okay. no drawers for clothes small closet. Many outlets did not work at all. no shelf space. We had to Live out of suitcase... view was awful. Safe did not work. No staff many times during day or disgruntled staff at service areas when some person was around. Bathroom light when out with no help for multiple hours had to call again for help, it was a ground fault when no appliances had been used or even plugged in. No soap and low dispenser on shampoo and conditioner. Empty lotion dispenser. Walls are so thin if someone walks by talking you hear their conversation. No cabs at peak times. Will never stay here again. Few Pros... Cleaning staff was very helpful in replacing towels and giving soap Bed was comfortable Location on strip was good

Minimalist style room. A clean look. Furniture was a tad dusty. But the beds were comfortable. Service was great a the coffee shop, near the elevators, towards the rooms. Being that it is centrally located, rate per night was decent. The pool has maybe 8 lounge chairs for the public and everything else is reserved. You have to rent it. Cocktail servers ignore you. And once you stand up from the game your playing and look for one, they ask if you are playing. Otherwise, they charge you. It's ridiculous. May as well go straight to the bar. It's faster service. And they aren't very polite. Poor customer service.

Most of my experiences with hotels are in the Middle East, but this month I decided to travel and of course, try different hotels here in the United State. Pros: - The location is perfect if you don't have a car, you literally could walk and find everything you want. ( However, a small issue here if you want to buy some groceries, multiply everything by 2 or 3 because of the taxes, but this is not the hotel issue anyway) - Elevators are convenient for a big hotel. - Price is cheap compare to others. Cons: - Parking is confusing and might be hard to find. - We always use booking for our reservation, parking was free on the website but when we arrived it was $15 per day, and it started just that day! - The Check-in process was terrible, there is a lot of self-check-in machines but it didn't work with my passport (I don't have an American passport.) there was only one employee helping all the customers in line. So, the waiting line was long, the employee himself was nice and respectful. - The room was not clean. Let me start with yes I know it was a smoking room but I wasn't expecting to smell like smoke when I entered the room! - The bedsheets weren't recently changed, my own bed sheet was actually torn. Summarize: The only unique thing about this hotel is the location, honestly, in the future, I would never think to live here again, With a location like this, I expected more.

We had a great time .. the room was clean , with no smoke or mold smells . The room was nicely decorated. The hotel is very pet friendly . Some hotels say they are but have a bunch of reticulosis fees, not here!! I was here over a weekend and really liked the feel or scene in the casino and shops...all different types of people making for a good place to people watch . This was my first stay here and will be returning. I highly recommend... Fyi stayed in a smoke-free pet friendly room.

I love the location but this was not a good experience. My deposit was a $150 dollars but I was only “allowed” to spend $50 dollars a day. If I went over I was charge outside of my deposit even if I had extra money from my deposit left. It’s My Deposit!!! When have hotels started monitoring what your doing with your money? This hotel doesn’t care about customers service and it was not a good experience!!! I travel a lot and this was my first time experiencing this!!! Most hotels only charge extra if you go over your deposit. This was weird!!! It was not a good experience from beginning to the end.

Parking is a real pain in the butt. The people here are very nice. The beds are SO comfortable. I slept like a baby. You have to hunt with a flashlight to find electrical outlets. We never had a long wait for the elevator. Hidden charges: $20 parking per night and resort fees.

The room was dirty, missing the shampoo dispenser - not just the soap but the actual pump was ripped off of the wall (but had conditioner??) the body wash dispenser was also empty. Trying to find out what services the hotel provided were next to impossible - you scanned a QR code to find out room service options were virtually non existent in the morning. I hated the impersonal check in kiosks - yes they are efficient but I felt like just a number to be processed vs. a valued guest. Also the air conditioner of the room was so loud it would wake me up every time it turned off and on. I slept horribly. I asked for them to email my checkout receipt for the 'resort fees' (I've stayed at nicer motel 6s and I'm not joking - and haven't received the receipt. I included pictures of the table outlet next to the bed (which did not work!) to show the filth and the missing shampoo dispenser. The only reason it receives a 2 star vs. a 1 is because they do have safety measures and I wasn't stabbed and my things were left alone and not stolen. Other than security the resort does not meet my expectations, I felt virtually no interaction from the staff. The actual casino is fine. I would not recommend nor would I go back.

Hotel has gone downhill!! Charge you to get a fridge and don't even tell you that when booking. What hotel doesn't include a fridge in a hotel room? They used to have fridges in the room. I stayed here before and it was good, not now. Also, booking a 2 queen bed doesn't mean you will get one. They told me beds aren't guaranteed even if it's what you booked. I was told I can talk to a manager, but depending on who I get will determine if they do anything about it. The only good part was the pool vibes and bartenders are great. Shout out to Ryan! The rest of the hotel sucks now. I definitely won't be going back.

Hotel location is excellent, right on the strip. I stayed there to attend expo in Caesars forum. It was very convenient. Rooms were good but there was no coffee maker, you have to pay 10$ per day to get it. Even after you order anything, you have to follow up multiple times and it takes 30-60 minutes to get anything. Service is pathetic. Check in and out experience was great and fast.

Good value, nicer rooms than other at the same price. Service is essentially nonexistent so I'd you're an introvert you certainly won't feel bothered. You could check in/out and never see a hotel employee... Gym is OK, pool looks nice but was closed during our visit. No microwave even in the King Suites.

We switched from the flamingo for a change the last 2 nights of our stay. Woke up and lifted the blanket to find I snuggled up with what looked like someone's period blood. Spoke with the front desk and was told we would hear from someone regarding the issue. We never heard from anyone and had to go to the front desk to deal with everything. The manager offered $30 off our resort fee for our inconvenience?????? Seriously???? We paid almost $500 for 2 nights and all you offer is $30???? Shame on you!!! Not to mention our room was dirty and also had what looked like a booger and snot on the wall. We will never spend our money with this hotel. We will also tell everyone we know about how gross our room was and how inconsiderate the management was about the issue

This is a budget hotel on the strip, it's a nice clean place to sleep at night. Rooms are nicely decorated, however the beds are smaller than anticipated. We reserved 2 queen beds, the beds were actual full beds. We called and went to the front desk about it and got different answers. Best I could understand is that's what they call a "queen" it's not a true queen mattress, but no one said that directly. Neither person helping us was very helpful, and seemed to just want to hurry into the next guest. Great place to stay if your looking for something cheap but not a luxury feel to it.

This was a great hotel for the price, especially in Vegas. The king bed rooms were nice and had more than enough space for 2 people. It’s in a great location and has multiple restaurants/bars. The only issue was the check in process, when we were there, multiple people had issues checking in and we had to wait in line 2 different times due to them messing up our rooms and assigning us to double beds instead of the kings. We however got it resolved but the check in process seems to be an issue they need to work on.

Average, small room, nothing fancy, but beds are comfy and bathroom was clean and shower worked great and that's all I need. Location is amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful when I had interaction with them. Bellhop will hold your bags until your room is ready. Was able to do an early check in for a small fee even with a sold out night the day before. We were on the second floor and it was really quiet! Pool was big enough where it didn't feel crowded for a weekend, dj was playing great music and our pool side server was a sweet girl and super fast for us and everyone else at the pool side. With all that, will probably be back especially for the price.

Let's start with the positive. The bed is amazing, so soft. The guest check in was great and she thought she was doing something nice but was charged 20.00 more for 2 more night to get a room with pool side view and city view. Now the NEGATIVE. Typically I would complain so fast. 1.) The room was for someone else. We walked in and you can see someone laid on the bed. Their luggage ticket was on bed. 2.) There was a dirty towel in bathroom with stuff on it. 3.) There is blood on the door. 4.) There is no pool view, you cat even see the pool. 5.) Only 1 outlet section worked out of 6 in the room and I didn't even try the bathroom. I check out on the 6-6-23 (tomorrow) and I feel like we got ripped off. Here are the pictures

I stayed in a Cabana room and absolutely LOVED it. The pool is fantastic. Live DJ (great tunes!), bar, and wonderful Vegas party atmosphere. Pool closes at 5pm, so during the day you can chill in your cabana, hang out at the pool, and then hit the strip as the evening begins. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They remodeled this hotel in the 2010s to appeal to a younger demographic, and it's apparent. As a Millennial I get it and I like it a lot! It has a hip vibe, classy minimalist design, and the location is unbeatable. The LINQ Promenade is right next door, one of the highlights of Vegas for me. When you stay at LINQ you're basically in the middle of the strip, so it's convenient to walk to lots of other attractions. I don't relate to any of the negative reviews. If you want a boring hotel that follows the old hotel formula, LINQ is not for you. I applaud LINQ for trying to innovate the hotel experience and appeal to a younger generation. If you want to feel like you're in the heart of Vegas and stay at a cool vibrant place, this is it. And if you can fit a cabana room in your budget, I highly recommend the cabana!!!

This hotel is at the perfect location and is reasonably priced! Our first room wasn’t to our satisfaction so the concierge gave us a better room that was clean and stain free. We loved going to the promenade and the nearby hotels for food and entertainment. We saved lots of money on transportation because we were able to walk to the adjacent hotels and attractions! The pool was a fun club vibe but we wished they played better music (it was mostly annoying pop songs that were old and played out. All of the staff who we encountered were friendly and accommodating. I usually stay at fancier hotels but I must say this hotel was a great experience

We have stayed here twice. Once before and once after COVID. Both times we haven't had issues with the rooms or location of the hotel. The first time we had issues with the room being too close to a 24 hour party so the second time we stayed, we made sure to ask for a quiet room. The second time we faced the High Roller and it was really nice and quiet even though the hotel was busy. We had housekeeping every day without fail and the room was very clean. The only negative was really with the front desk. They push hard for kiosk check in but by using it, it gave us a bit if a headache because it gave us a two queen room when we booked a king. So after we walked to the room (doesn't show anything about the room on the kiosk or receipt), we called and argued with the hotel. Apparently asking for a King room is a "request" and you are NOT GUARANTEED the kind of beds you book. We were told this multiple times, but we were never told during booking nor did our confirmation state that before that point. So when they rectified that we had a great stay. They gave us a food and beverage credit for the hassle and we made sure it actually came off the bill at check out because the kiosk doesn't show credits.

Rooms are updated but some things in the room don't make sense like the long head board to the end of the wall on the opposite end of the room. No soaps in any dispensers, check in was awful but after we finally figured out we went to our room. The hotel is nice and has nice features but the pool is 21 and up ONLY at ALL TIMES. They have rooms with bunk beds but no times the kids can swim in the pool? How sway?. You can go over to Flamingo next door and use the pol but still...it doesn't make families feel good not offering any windows to utilize the pool. Down stairs is extremely busy at all times. Cool experience but won't be staying here again. Oh and the parking is crazy expensive, they don't charge it to your deposit either. Each day you park there it's a fee due as soon as you leave the parking garage.

This place was a HUGE disappointment. 2 night stay - we were moved to 3 different rooms in that short time. Room #1: completely filthy. Stained sheets, crumbs in the bed, very clearly not vacuumed, BLOOD on the headboard, the list goes on and on. Did not feel sanitary. Talked to Guest Services who agreed to move us to room 2 shortly after we arrived. No apology for or acknowledgement of the inconvenience; could clearly tell that they were annoyed with having to provide service. Room #2: still not clean, but we compromised and picked the hairs off our sheets and chose to ignore the dirty handprint on the wall, broken curtain, and the lampshade that was stained with the stuff of nightmares. Around midnight when we’re trying to catch some sleep for a morning flight out, we were awoken to a hellish gurgling sound coming from our bathroom. We go look and the plumbing is bubbling black sewage into our sink. The smell is horrific, and clearly a health hazard, so here we go with Guest Services again. The person we spoke to on the phone told us to come down to the desk to speak with the manager, so we change out of our pj’s and traipse through the casino to then be told we don’t need to speak to the manager - the issue is being resolved as it was a neighboring room’s sink that backed up into ours. Nope, not resolving the issue at all. Insisted on switching rooms - yet again - in the middle of the night - and was told it would have to be approved by management. After demanding that we actually speak to the manager directly, the overnight manager comes out and rudely interrupts us as we are expressing our concerns and keeps repeating that he is already giving us fair compensation by reducing our room rate for 1 of the 2 nights after all of the nonsense we dealt with. Very condescending and aggressive human - they really need to work on finding some people to work there that have any semblance of customer service. After giving up trying to communicate our concerns with them, we are moved to room 3 around 1am. Room 3: by far the cleanest of all the rooms - props to the housekeeping staff handling district 2 floor 20! Everything goes smoothly until one of us gets up to get ready to head out and the lights in the bathroom cut out mid-shower. Seriously?! This hotel can’t provide basic necessities (clean rooms, functioning plumbing and sanitary conditions, lights!) or any sign that they care about what goes on in their hotel. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

This hotel from check in has shown itself to be incompetent. The staff are not on the same page and systemically incompetent. All sorts of different answers for the same question. You pay what you pay for at this dump. Skip and pay the extra for a better hotel, if you can. UPDATE: our first blanket had a spot of blood on it. We asked for a new blanket and that one had MORE blood on it. We call housekeeping from our room and we’re told “we’re sorry for the inconvenience ”. What about making sure we talk to someone actually on premises instead of some office half a world away? It’s crazy. RESPONSE TO HOTEL: I am never reserving at a Caeser's property ever again.

This was a great hotel/casino not the fanciest but very nice and for the location it was a much cheaper price than many of the surrounding casinos. I highly recommend this place and for those who have never got to experience the greatness of In-N-Out burger there is one right next to one of the exits of the casino. The value for your stay and location is why I loved it.

I recently stayed at the LINQ Hotel in Las Vegas and had quite an enjoyable experience, though not without a few hiccups. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic location, perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant Vegas atmosphere. As a gambling enthusiast, I found the casino to be top-notch, offering a wide variety of games that kept me entertained throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after a day full of activities. However, I did notice that the room was a bit dusty. This wasn't a major issue, but a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning department would have made the room perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the array of dining options available at the hotel. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a fancy meal, there's something for everyone. And, of course, the nightlife here is vibrant and exciting, living up to the Las Vegas reputation. On the downside, my experience with the service on the gambling floor was mixed. While I appreciate the convenience of having waitresses available, I found it a bit off-putting that they seemed overly expectant of tips, especially when I had to remind one of them about my drink order. LINQ is a great choice for those looking to enjoy the quintessential Vegas experience - gambling, entertainment, and a lively atmosphere. Just be prepared for a little room dust and some eager service on the casino floor. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again on my next Vegas adventure.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible experience with this hotel. We were in a room with no working AC, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and we had to switch rooms because of that. So we decided to upgrade to a cabana room and we had to pay $150 per night for that room..the shampoo and body wash were empty and again the fan in the bathroom wasn't working...after telling our room cleaning lady she said she will put in the request herself. Guess what - she didn't! Also, when switching rooms, we forgot some personal items that we couldn't get back because they threw them out!!! We've also requested cleaning 2 days in a row, and nobody showed up the whole day. Now we wanted to get at least a complimentary late check out, but the front desk lady Maribeth (or something like thet) was very rude and couldn't care less about our problems since the cleaning lady didn't put in the requests. The casino servers are nowhere to be found.. we've spent thousands of dollars there and had to purchase drinks at the bar and pay for them!! Absolutely horrible experience! We will never come back to this place!

The location was centralized! Very dissatisfied with the 1st room, room smelled like a sewer when asked to change rooms they said they would have someone come spray the room!! Like that would help. I insisted they move us the next morning and to have us closer to the elevator cause I have my 88 year old mother with me, well that never happened, they moved us one floor down in the very end far corner!! It says breakfast is included, well it’s not!! Then my key wouldn’t work and I had to run down which is about a 10 minute walk to the lobby desk and leaving my elderly mother in the hallway waiting, they would not send up maintenance!! 2nd room was much nicer, just far from elevators!! I thought all fees were paid, it turns out you better have at least $500US more (resort fees) Last time I’ll ever go to Vegas! Very expensive!! But overall I wasn’t going to let this ruin my time with my mother, we did see & do everything we had planned and had great memories! Just wish the hotel experience was better!

I would really say 3.5 stars. And let me tell you why. First off, the location of this hotel is excellent, and I feel the perfect size casino floor compared to others, that will depend on what you're looking for as well. I always check for bed bugs, and there was none here! Great news. Some of the issues I had with the place though, seemed odd to be happening. We had a double queen suite. The elevators sounded like they could break at any time (they didn't thank goodness). We had a fridge that was on, but I wouldn't really say that it worked. There was also no microwave in the room, which disappointed us a little as one of the mates wanted to cook eggs but had no way. The AC unit was immaculate in the living room area, but not the bedroom, quite the opposite actually. The room came with only 4 pillows, I've seen minor hotels have double or more that. The pool closing at 6 seemed a little odd to me, seeing as it was the weekend and not even close to being dark. All this to say I would definitely stay here again, upon returning to Vegas, but spending $1500 on a suite would be out of the question most likely. The views were nice though as well

The linq was a cool location because it was close to many hotels in the strip, and the linq promenade is an experience on its own. I heard it's a budget hotel, even though I paid 400 for two nights, but I guess to be on the strip, it was a fair price?? However, I won't ever come back. It's an older place that got remodeled, and it just didn't do it for me. We didn't see a valet person both nights we went back. Finding parking was a mess at night, too. The room was clean but really basic. No water, no fridge, no coffee in the room. Our window was facing a wall and outside pipes. It's a good party hotel. Not so much with kids.

The location was perfect and the room was spacious and clean. The outside of the window was very dirty, but it was okay because there was a curtain. Before I checked in, I was a little unhappy with the way the baggage storage staff seemed to force me to tip. But the staff who responded to me at the check-out was very kind, so I gave him a pleasant tip. It is close to Sphere, the hottest place in Las Vegas, and if you take the high roller next to the hotel, you can also see the whole building beautifully.

Careful with this place! Staff gave me bad information several times! Told me that there was shuttle service to airport 3x only to find out that the shuttle service was terminated since the pandemic. That's not all though! Hold on my cc ended up being a full withdrawal that my checking account had to cover leaving me without funds for food or additional travel. I don't recommend this place due to these issues and MORE! STAFF IS NOT TRAINED WELL NOR UP TO DATE!! When I complained to Super, he did not want to budge for any comp! I replayed the event for him in front of others and he did exactly what they did as well and realized he was wrong!!!! He quickly refunded my money and comped me on a couple of meals without apology!!! There is much confusion with this hotel and without responsibility!!! Try and find a better place to stay at if you can!!! This is absolutely a 1 Star Hotel!!!

Stayed in district 3, floor 2. Low cost, but our room had cockroaches. When we walked in there was a dead one on the wall and then my husband saw live ones in the middle of the night. It has the feel of a 1950s hotel with some refurbishments. The nicest part is the LINQ promenade! And it was walking distance to many things on the strip. Comfortable beds and pillows but the roaches creep me out. I can't say that I will be staying here again.

Room was nice and location was good. That's where it ends. We arrived early and even though our room was ready it was $50 to access it early. They're already charging a $43 per day resort fee so that's obnoxious. I'm with a kid so I just pay it. Our flight gets canceled and moved back a day. Obviously not their fault. So, I call the front desk to see about extending our stay. They tell me the current room is not available. Fine. I ask about a cheaper room and she tells me those are available. Great! They will not let me leave the existing room at check and just go to the new available room. I'd have to check out at 11. Then check back in at 4. This hotel is by no means full. If I wanted to not have a 5 hour gap for a hotel I'm already staying at, it will be ANOTHER $50 for early check in. I found somewhere else to stay for the extra night. This is ridiculous.

Stayed a week. Great Location. Not terrible stay but not the best either. Photos online look better than in person. You can tell it was once part of one of the older hotels with a little cosmetic update & Branding. Clean enough. Pool is just Okay. AC didn’t work work well at all in room or in casino. Corner pool view Suite was tiny and had a tiny window about chest high that you could only see the wall of the room next to you. We kept the curtain closed. You can smoke cigarettes anywhere in the casino no problem, and they sell decent cigars… but will tell you, you can’t smoke a cigar in there or at the bar. Restaurants in hotel didn’t look good. We ate outside the property. Promenade was good with shops and restaurants. No help with customer service, it’s all kiosks and a few employees roaming around that don’t speak good English. They did have a good cake vending machine & The bartender was great though. Photos of the pool area and Promenade.

Just left the linq heading home to Canada. The stay was great! I have to say, was a little nervous because of negative reviews I read. Our experience over all was very good. Room was clean as was the hotel. Only thing is no top sheets on bed's ( we read about this and took our own) Great location, definitely an A+ for location of this hotel. The staff we did interact with were all very friendly.

Was very expensive to stay a week here, for what was a very basic room. We only got warm water in our room if we left the shower running for 15-20 minutes; 3 of my showers were ice cold. Several of the elevators didn’t work for our floor. Despite the absolute party-chaos in the hotel 24/7, the cleaning staff kept the place quite clean. That’s about the only positive thing I would say about this hotel. Would never stay again, and definitely don’t recommend.

The sink was clogged when we arrived, I called the maintenance they said they would be there in 30 minutes but ended up 2 hours wait and showed up at 1 a.m. ,and then they said it's unclogged but it's not and we kept hearing horrible sound from the bathroom whole night! On the next morning we went out for a short walk and came back to our room found the keys didn't work anymore... Because the door lock ran out of battery, I went to the front desk and they said they would be there replacing the battery immediately, but they came more than 30 mins later. And also when we checked out, the bell desk employees were not nice, they came very closed to me with this annoying attitude asking for tips. I would tip more if they didn't do it this way, it's very uncomfortable. They didn't provide bottle water, shampoo/conditioner/hand wash were almost empty, and some of the outlets didn't work. The location is great and it's a little cheaper than hotels in this location, but given the service quality they provided, I would not recommend staying here.

I usually stay here. Some reviews were less than hopeful on the cleaning. But our room was clean. There was only one towel, which was weird, but they fixed it fast. Auto check-in was great. Beside the resort fee, I didn't know they would also charge a 50 a day incidental they hold on your card, so book early to get the 25.00 rates. The casino is one that has automated tables and not much staff but, hey, technology. Smokey but tolerable. So let me say, the Linq is in the center of the strip and location location location!

Old hotel with superficial cosmetic updates. Upon arrival for check in, it was a 45 minute line wait to check in at a kiosk. We reserved and PAID for a pool view. They gave us a garage view. When we asked for a room change, they basically told us you get what you get. When asked to speak to the Manager, they noted Caesars policy says as long as the room had what we reserved as far as beds and space, they have the right to place us wherever avail., no matter what the view. No refund on the difference. So do be prepared that you can reserve and pay a great deal more for a view, and not get it. Circuit breaker popped and had to be re set everytime we turned the light on in the bathroom. Towel bar and toilet paper holder were barely hanging on by the screws. We had to keep pushing them in. They only gave us two towels for our room, even though it was two queen beds for four people. When we messaged them for additional towels, they came and brought us one towel, and one washcloth. Even though we requested four towels. So they had to go back again, to get another towel. Which one they came back, only had once again, one towel. They refused to let us have more than four towels in total. The towels were cheap and as thin as paper, so it would have been nice to have a couple extra. Also, You could only take about a 4 minute shower, as the shower drain was clogged, and would fill up and start overflowing on to the bathroom floor if it were more than 5 minutes. We noted all of this to the front desk, to which they just responded sorry. We will make a note. Then hung up. We chose this hotel due to location of our event, but will never make that mistake again. If we go to an event in the future near this hotel, I don't care how far I have to walk. I will never stay at this hotel again, or in any hotel with the Caesar's name, now that we see how they operate.

Overall The Linq is not awful, but it also wasn't amazing. Online the photos lead you to believe the rooms are pretty nice, but they are relatively blah. I was shocked to find that neither bed had a top sheet, the cleanliness was lacking, even had hair all over my shower when I checked in. Relatively strong odor of cigarettes in a non-smoking room (but it is Vegas). I ended up in the very end room next to the elevators and it definitely did not make it easy to sleep. My shower had zero water pressure, and my remote didn't work. I did attend a conference though and was very impressed with the conference setup, food, and beverages. I felt the service on that end was spot on!! I also love the location, having the promenade right there gives lots of options without having to walk far. Overall decent value option, just wish it was cleaner.

This hotel is in a prime location to walk the strip. You have to check in using the machines at the front, we arrived at 10pm and somehow our room was not ready. It did not take long, but definitely inconvenient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were your typical hotel room without a coffee maker (we ended up with a fridge in the room even though we didn't pay for one). Beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all in the room. My biggest complaint is that room cleaning threw out paper bags from shopping, they were not by the garbage and were with my clothes. This wouldn't be an issue, except the receipts were in the bags which I wanted for customs purposes.

Hotel is quite shabby - towels , sheets and pillowcases are well worn and really past their sell by date. Bedroom phone didn’t work and the safe was also broken. Carpet really grubby. The view of the pool that we were offered was hilarious - like an abandoned area with a sense of decay. Shower wasn’t always hot. Location on the strip is excellent but I would not stay there again.

It's a great location on the strip. The casino, promenade, and main level are nice. But our room was gross. It smelled like cigarettes. The refrigerator didn't really work. The a/c was super loud. The room didn't seem very clean. Disappointed.

Pros: Good location on strip. Nice Promenade area. Cons: DIRTY room. The vents in our room were covered in thick dust. I ended up getting sick after a 4 night stay due to the bad air quality. Also, our toilet kept running. The front desk offered to fix it, but I just asked for a new room all together due to the toilet problem plus filth. They refused us a new room because they were apparently all full (which I don’t believe, we checked in on a Wednesday). In total, we paid $818 after night fees, resort fees and incidentals and it was NOT worth it at all.

Hotel was nice, our room unfortunately had no working USB ports. Our view was better than a wall, The pool is small and has now where to keep your personal items while you swim (unless you rent a cabana) I suggest to have lockers available. Location is the best part! At the center of the strip located "off the strip"

This was our first time visiting. The hotel and casinos were very clean and housing keeping was great! Karen was such a pleasant housekeeping staff. There is next to nothing for staff outside of that. There are a lot of kiosks and stuff that we didn't care for. We prefer to talk to people which you can't unless you are a certain tier rewards member. The rooms were smaller than anticipated. We had a strip view, and people can see into the rooms if you don't have the curtains pulled. It doesn't get too loud at night from the strip. There was only 1 ice machine for our entire floor, which sucked. The room lights were also not very bright either. We enjoyed it being close to the bus and other transportation. I wish the checkout process was better examined since we drove and had to pay for parking. But I love checking out at 11 where others are earlier. I would have also appreciated a map of some sort to find restaurants and shopping better.

I know everything cost a lot of money, but you offer a room without Fridge, looks like everything try to force you to go to Casino. If you like to enjoy a comfortable room and silent Room. If you want something cold to drink at night or a bootle of cold water… make sure your room has a fridge included. Another point could be positive if the Hotel could offer a Breakfast… Again, it forced us to go down, in the middle of a lot of noise and dunked people to buy a basic breakfast. Anyway, if you are here for fun, Enjoy Las Vegas Baby :)

First, this motel doesn’t want you to return to Las Vegas. You don’t win in any slots. The casino is very small. The table games are just as bad. The feel is very depressing. The rooms are low quality for what your paying for. Motel 6 has better rooms. I do t think it’s worth what you pay and how your chargers keep going up. Then the can’t even say how much you will be charge. They also charge for WiFi. Should be part of the room. Again very dissatisfied with this. The line to check in was crazy. Only had two people working and the line was over 50 people. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. If you stay multiple night. They don’t do no room cleaning or towel changes. You got to call daily to housekeeping and wait at lease 20 minutes before anyone picks up.

The Linq has terrible customer service and is not clean. If you are a kid on a budget, then this place offers a roof over your head. Otherwise, stay anywhere else. We paid $50 for early check in. Our room and bathroom were not clean, and the front desk staff refused to refund our check in fee. Instead they offered us a $25 food credit to a restaurant that wasn’t even open. After 6 hours, still no one came to clean our bathroom. They do not offer a complimentary toothbrush or toothpaste if you forget yours (any other hotel will provide for you), and their sink water tastes completely unfiltered. I will never stay here again. Splurge the extra $30 or whatever to stay somewhere else. This place is a mess and management is the worst.

Oh my gosh; where do I start! We stayed at your hotel for 2 nights during the NFL draft; and honestly, it was the best hotel experience I have ever had! From the minute we walked in, to the minute we walked out; the hotel staff were accommodating and so darn friendly! We had amazing room with an awesome view of the high roller! The room was clean, had plenty of soap, and the shower was so nice! We will definitely stay here again, as well as, recommend our family and friends to stay here! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!!

The Link casino in Las Vegas is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to experience a variety of attractions and entertainment options. The location is ideal, adjacent to the Link promenade, where you can access numerous activities, such as the High Roller observation wheel, the Fly LINQ zipline, and the Brooklyn Bowl. The casino also provides entertainment and shows inside, such as Mat Franco's magic show, Tape Face's comedy show, and the Purple Reign tribute to Prince. The casino is modern and stylish, with a lively and upbeat ambiance. I have not had the opportunity to stay at the hotel yet, but I intend to do so in the future. The staff was courteous and professional, and the atmosphere was dynamic and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Link casino to anyone looking for a quality establishment in Vegas.

Great hotel located on the strip! Convenient to everything has a nice vibe the pool is great and there is a lot of eateries, casino and theatre located on the property. The Flamingo is nextdoor and I booked a day tour from Vegas to Hollywood and LA. The cost was reasonable and the pick up spot was the Flamingo! Great tour lunch included and the Tour guide was cool and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

My mother, brother, and I stayed here back in October 2021 for my 21st birthday and the experience was very pleasant. The room was very clean and housekeeping was superb. Every time we needed something housekeeping/room service came pronto. The food at the Hash House was delicious. My only complaint is to please get brighter lights in the hallways! It is too dark and it can be very dangerous for guest to walk down. I really recommend getting brighter lights in the hallways.

Such a great hotel on the strip for great prices! Definitely a good hotel for those that are on a budget while in Vegas! My room was very cute and clean. I do believe you have to request for housekeeping to come every few days but if you don’t, they won’t come. That may just be because of Covid. The restaurants and bars have really good food and drinks as well as courteous staff. The pool and spa are really nice too.

First hotel we had in our 12 days trip. Booked knowing it was in the middle of the strip. Big king room with a lounge room 2 bathroom. Very clean, prime spot, little hard on check in everything is computer. Parking is good, 18$/day in/out privilege. Awesome spot if you want to walk both ways of the strip. Only thing is the pool.. too much people, not clean at all but wasn't there to spend time for the pool. Will book that hotel again for our next trip in Vegas !

Stayed in King room, District 3. PROS - Good value. Great location (Promenade was excellent for bars and restaurants!) Very clean, room and common areas. Quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. CONS - Room was small. One desk chair and one armless chair, ie no comfortable place to relax. Barn door on bathroom. No coffee maker in room (and expensive coffee at shops nearby). Fridge on request. Few hangers in closet and only two small drawers. Horrible view from low floors (parking garage and can't see sky!)

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The shower drain was clogged so when I took a shower, my feet were in standing water by the end. The toilet had such a hard flush that you had to back up immediately in order to not get splashed. But worst of all was the staff. I asked how much a 3 pm checkout was and was told $50. A few hours later after I checked with my party to make sure a 3 pm checkout was alright, I had someone else at the desk telling me it's $70. I was also told that I could use my reward points to pay for my early check-in, but I had to do it when I checkout at the desk. I went to checkout and pay with my reward points and was told I couldn't use them on my early check-in. And when I told this person that I was told that I could, he responded, "You don't have enough points". I had over $600 worth of rewards points, he was either too lazy, or just wanted to take my money like a thief. Overall worst hotel experience I've ever had, not just in the 12 years I've been going to Vegas, but in my entire life.

The location is fantastic! Lots of restaurants around with in a close walking distance. We didn’t feel as if any of the staff went above and beyond. The service was okay. The staff here wanted a tip for EVERYTHING. Which normally I am a 20% + tipper and a little less if the service was okay. I consider myself a good tipper BUT COME ON, No one here did anything to warrant a "good tip'. Even though they kind of hassled you for one. The rooms were okay, I thought they could of been cleaner. There were dirty water spots on the walls and the door, pillows were fantastic, beds were so-so. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for our entire Vegas trip. Everything is pretty convenient and there is access to several casino's, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance from our hotel room door. We definitely had blast just walking around taking in all the sites and attractions. We did the high roller package and totally enjoyed the ferris wheel and the incredibly awesome views from the tip top. Our bartender for the ride was super nice and made sure everyone was taken care of. Even though our room didn't have a view, we would definitely stay here again just because of the convenience to everything.

We came here for a little getaway and take in a show. Our decision to stay here was based on price and location. I questioned the location decision when we had to navigate a series of elevators, steps, escalators, and narrow hallways just to get to the lobby. Registration was self check-in. The resort fee (not sure what that includes) was more than the room rate. Room is clean, but basic (no hair dryer or coffee maker and only two pillows on the king size bed). This was a room with a city view, but we are on the third floor, so our view is of a wall. Still all good with us. Then, at 6am, there is the beginning sounds of work being done below us. By 6:30am there is full on construction sounds of drilling, cutting, and banging reverberating through our room. We tried to call the front desk to see what was happening, but the phone doesn’t work (is that part of the resort fee?). It continued until we just left the room at 7:30am. We probably won’t be back. One last thing, the Emergency Evacuation map on the door doesn’t match where we actually are in relation to the elevators. Not good.

  • 5/5 Ralph L. 2 years ago on Google
The overall stay here was good but there were a few minor issues in the bathroom. The first night that we arrived there was no hand soap or body wash in the dispenser. With a text to the front desk we were able to get that corrected. The hand soap dispenser did have an issue where it kept leaking on the counter. The bed was pretty comfortable but the single pillow was not full enough. The pool view was cool with the High Roller in the background. The condition of the hotel and casino appeared to be very clean and well kept. We ended up getting to speak with the lady who did our house keeping and she was amazing and very caring about the service you had for your stay. The front counter was the worst part of the stay as all computers for checking in/out had issues where we always had to get an associate involved to complete any process.

Cool hotel, I got lost when I wanted to go to the Flamingo hotel, the path was not well designed, as most hotels here are interconnected this one did not and instead had the Linq Promenade in-between that I didn't know, but it was a pleasant surprise to visit. Also, the Monorail costs like $3 dollars or something for a trip which is a bit too much I think for the distance you travel. But on the other side in the Cosmopolitan I got on for free, no gates. A bit fishy.

As far as hotels in Vegas go, it wasn’t bad but it was definitely not as upscale as I expected when it comes to the rooms. Pretty bare-bones probably will not be back to this hotel anytime soon. Many other Caesars properties that are much more accessible and quite frankly nicer properties.

The location is awesome. My room was tiny but clean. However..the problem is the internal structure of the whole building. It is a maze. When you get out of the garage or drop-off place, the route to the lobby or your room would be a mess. Who made this ridiculous structure..? Holding my luggage, I took escalators a few times. And there was a long hall way. After going up by the elevator, you walk the long endless hallway to find your room..Seriously..? I will not stay here again because of the long journey to the room.

Nice location on the strip close to all the typical tourist traps Vegas ís known for. The hotel was good enough and the prices good but they are one of many that have a resort fee that they tack on. Resort fee is just another tax but no benefits to the consumer. You still pay for a chair at the pool so hard to say what this fee gets for you. Lot of amenities and restaurants in the hotel but don’t expect anything being gratis. Just the opposite wicked expensive. $7 for a bottle of water, $15 for a mixed drink 🥤 and it goes on. Vegas used to be a place to eat and drink at a decent price knowing they would bleed us dry in the casino. Now they bleed you on everything so be prepared to spend a lot of money here and everywhere you visit. Sin City has a Sin Tax it seems.

The rooms were okay but the tv is lacking and you can’t connect to any apps. *It is an easy ride to the convention center.* The highlight of my trip was playing blackjack with Nikki! I’ve never gambled before and she was great. She explained how to play, was patient as I played, and then was really nice as she took my chips! She made the trip wonderful and exciting. I didn’t even mind losing my money.

I've always stayed at the top brand hotels when in Vegas. I was reluctant to stay at LINQ as it is an older hotel. However, I've been very impressed! Great location, clean room, sizable bathroom. No issues whatsoever! And at a fraction of what I've paid at the top brand hotels. I highly recommend LINQ.

The hotel room was trendy with the comfiest bed! The bathroom is stocked well with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Love that! Sadly, the fridge didn't work and the WIFI wouldn't connect to my phone the entire trip. It is important to note that this hotel felt a bit more like a party hotel. The pool is adult-only and the music is blaring. The lobby and elevator area's are very busy. The food options in the hotel are limited to grab and go style, for the most part. The restaurants in the promenade have a bit more variance, but you have to leave the hotel. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and paid to get on a early check in list. We were able to hold our bags at the concierge desk and explored in the meantime. This hotel is great though for the price, as long as you are aware of the above ahead of time. Don't expect to relax by the pool.

Stephannie (front desk?) was exceptional - had an issue checking in and she was dedicated to making sure we were taken care of and it started our trip off on the right foot. Rest of the staff was superb as well, but wanted to give her credit. Rooms, amenities, location, basically everything was great and we had no complaints.

Check in was difficult. The electronic check in systems do not work well for multiple rooms. I waited in line and asked to speak with the desk concierge and was forced to go to the digital kiosk. The system only checked me in for one of my two rooms so I had to go to the desk clerk anyway who had to do all sorts of things to get it set up correctly. She was great and very hospitable. Both of the rooms were below standard. Room 1 had two queens - one had dirty sheets. The bathroom dispensers were empty and the room was missing a refrigerator. Room 2 had a broken bathroom light switch. It would not turn on consistently so you would have to use it in the dark. Both bathroom doors were sliding doors and would not close properly. Hallways smelled like mold/wet carpet. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is perfect! All hotels are busy, it's vegas! This hotel is not too expensive. Rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that our fridge was missing. And our friends fridge wasn't working. I liked the fact that after walking the strip, our walk to our hotel room wasn't super long vs. other hotels we've stayed in. There's a breakfast restaurant in this hotel which is very convenient! We also ate dinner somewhere in the hotel. We didn't have time to go to the pool. The first thing I do is look for bedbugs, and I found none. This place is in a great location. I will definitely book here again.

The room lighting was awful. The bathroom door barely closed, exhaust fan didn’t work making it odd for sharing room. The hand soap and body wash containers were empty. The key battery died and getting a locksmith was hassle as room service didn’t help and we had to figure out who to call. Location is perfect but due to poor service would like to check Flamingo next time I visit.

We stayed here 4 nights here and would stay again when we come back. We booked a luxury king suite, it was nice to have a living room to eat when we brought back food. The bed was comfy along with the couch in the living room. I liked that the closet had built in drawers and shelves along with a fridge. The bathroom wasn’t quite clean, we had to call housekeeping back because there was hair and gunk in the shower. They cleaned it quickly which we were grateful for. For some reason our bathroom STANK all the time, whether or not someone went #2. There was no fan in the bathroom and the smell just permeated so we kept the door closed at all times. It made getting ready not a time to look forward to. The property is clean, fun and lots of restaurants. We love the promenade with all the bar and restaurant choices. The casino has lots of options and the service is great. I would tell anyone and everyone to stay at this casino.

The hotel is in a prime location. If you want to be in a very convenient location, this is the hotel for you. This hotel feels older and does not have any frills. We had a fridge and an ironing board in our room. The room can get very cold so if you get hot, no problem! We did not have a bathtub in the room, but the shower was hot! Thank God! I love hot showes, so that was a blessing. The staff is very nice and the room was clean. No bed bugs. No build-up of mildew or anything. The bed was actually comfortable, and the room was quiet for the most part except for the occasional drunk person or couple fighting in the hallway. The view from our window was pretty sad, but I wasn't there for that. Also, the pool closes around 6 pm. Why? I have no idea. The pool is small, and most of the good seating is either rented or taken up. They do have a bar out there, and people seem to be having a good time. They also have a spa, but the massage portion closes around 3pm. The gym I was told is 24 hours. Anyhow, if you want location and convenience, this is the place for you. If you want a hotel with a lot of upscale frills, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I may stay here again. Oh, the Boss breakfast restaurant is very good! I will miss their breakfasts. Nom!

After waiting for over an hour and six phone calls.... Discovered I had to go downstairs and get my own luggage from the bell hop 🛎️ after that person promised to bring up.. So went back down and had to carry up my own luggage because the 🛒 cart can't be taken. Good thing I only bleed sometimes internally. Think I'll be throwing away our 40$ food too. I just wish that person would have told me that before I tipped them. The room is nice!

We love the location of this hotel as this is the part of the strip we enjoy most. The check in was easy. Our room was older, we basically had a bed, TV and a chair. The elevators literally sounded like they were going to break at any given moment. The first day there we had somebody knock on our door saying we requested icebags... which we did not do anything like that. I never called down to the front desk or anything so we thought that was very sketchy. Our last day there the bathroom lights and plug-ins did not work. My husband felt around for a switch on the plug in but nothing was working. When I went to check out I was halted at the rope by a lady who rolled her eyes at me not once but 3 times as I tried to explain I was going to check out at the counter due to no power. She just kept telling me the bathroom was on cycle and I just needed to press the button on the plug-in. I tried to advise many times we did that but she continued to roll her eyes so I turned around and did self check-out. Just not a great experience for us. Loved the location but probably will not book here again. customer service was just enough to send me down the street to another hotel for next time.

Once we arrived at the hotel we tried checking in on the kiosk we were told to by staff but, it did not work so we asked someone at the desk for help. We were assisted by a very friendly staff member named Shay. She was polite patient and courteous. She got us through the check in very fast. We really appreciate your help Shay thank you 😊.

Overall not a bad place to stay. Great location. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. My biggest complaint is the $40+ daily resort fee. It is stated on website that it covers pool/gym/wifi. We never used the gym or the pool and wifi was so inconsistent it became more of a hassle. We had to download it every time we wanted to use it in the hotel. The pool & gym entry should be monitored by room key and if not used fees should be reduced. Bar prices are so high we wouldn’t drink there. Maybe lower prices would lead to more drinks purchased???

My wife and I stayed one night at The LINQ before leaving Las Vegas in late June. We booked it because on an app it was 11 dollars. We did not interact with any human from the booking to checking in at all, very impersonal, but it makes sense in this day and age. People suck, and this is what we get to deal with. The resort fee is $150, which you do get back, it just sucks. You have to pay for parking in the tiniest parking garage. The room was very dated. I loved the Linq promenade and the high roller was cool, and I did my first blackjack at a table here. The dealer helped me out for my first time. Thanks, man. The location is probably the best part of this experience, you're right near it all. Overall, despite the positives, I wouldn't want to stay here longer than one night.

Stayed here last weekend, on the 10th floor. Room was spacious with two double beds and a nice view of the pool. Besides the random toilet flushing or someone walking past in the hallway being loud, I really did not hear others that much which was a relief. My room was clean minus the carpet having a few noticeable stains, but nothing major. My bedding, nightstand headboards, and other hard surfaces were clean. I always do a wipe down of high touch surfaces when I check into any hotel, and I was pleased with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was good as well, the toilet, shower curtain, towels, soap dispensers were all clean. Nice walk-in shower with great water pressure. Issues that I encountered were checking in at the kiosks, they seemed to be malfunctioning for the majority of people checking in and the wait time and line was significantly long. Lots of guests (myself included) were getting frustrated, and they seemed short on staff, but I must say the staff they had was really nice and apologized for the delays and tried to help as much as possible. Lastly my air conditioner in my room was not getting cool upon arrival, and making a weird noise so my room was pretty warm. I reported it to front desk and they sent maintenance up, so by the time I came back from exploring things it was working properly, but it could have been a little quieter but it was tolerable. Bed was nothing to write home about, I've slept in more comfortable beds, but pillows were comfy. Overall my stay was good at this hotel. The front desk and housekeeping were nice, and my room cleanliness was good. Some of the casino staff were unfriendly, a few of the waitresses and table dealers, but I didn't let them ruffle my feathers. All in all, my experience could've been better, but it was not bad either, it was an ok stay.

I believe this four star hotel is operating under two star service. I am writing this review on my final day of my stay. The great things about the hotel is the great location. There are good restaurants and things to do nearby. So I really enjoyed the benefits of staying in this area. However, the stay was marred by the issues that I encountered with the room itself. I am not sure if the rooms are inspected for quality prior to releasing it to a hotel guest for sale, but they absolutely should do so. My friend and I noticed that a majority of the outlets were not working when we entered the room. We reported this to maintenance to fix it and it was addressed within that hour or so. But, some of the outlets still didn’t work and one lamp provided was non-functional. The bathroom also needed some handyman work, the shower head wall cover was loose and the handle also didn’t appear secure. The rooms are not sound proofed and was awoken by the couple next door arguing at 6 in the morning. I didn’t ask for a view so the view provided left nothing to be desired. While we allowed housekeeping to enter the room, they did not clean our rooms daily and didn’t provide fresh linens or fresh towels, remove the trash, or refill the facial tissues for my room. On my last day, the lights and the vent in the bathroom were not working upon waking to use the restroom. I got a good directive from guest services on how to fix the electrical problem in the bathroom over phone and they promised housekeeping would come that day to clean. They promptly took our trash and gave us new towels. But as a person on vacation, there are somethings that I don’t want to think about. The hotel should work to get two steps ahead of solving issues before they are vocalized by hotel guests.
