Quick , polite service. In , got my food and out the door in just a few minutes. Fresh cut deli slices and the veggies were all fresh.

Jersey Mike's at 8410 Cheyenne is definitely my favorite store! The staff are all very friendly. I usually order ahead online, and pick up my order. My order is always right, and the order is always ready at the scheduled time. My husband and I, are regular customers, and we often earn free sandwiches from collecting points. Most importantly, the food always taste fresh. In my opinion out of all the sandwich shops out there "Jersey Mikes" has the best tasting sandwiches, and are the freshest. My husband is from the East Coast, and he's critical of the sandwich shops here in Las Vegas; he says the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's has more of an authentic taste, as opposed to some of the other sandwich shops.

It's been awhile since I've had a great sub. I had a #3 Mikes way. Food was excellent. The service was a bit slow but was well worth the wait.

Food was good but the two guys working tonight had no customer service at all. I asked one of them how his day was he said “could be going better” then as I was leaving I said have a good night guys not one of them replied back. You know, as good as food is, if you don’t get at least a decent experience as a customer you don’t come back. There was no music or anything just a quiet cold store. Seems like they don’t enjoy their job and makes me question coming back here.

Ate here for lunch. The sub shop it self was clean on the inside. Prices are equally to most other sub shops in town. The service was good. I ordered the Philly cheese It was not bad The bread was nice and soft The meat was a little burnt and crispy in some spots but other than that it was an overall good sandwich.

I had requested curbside pickup througj the app when it offered it to me. It said to pull up in designated parking slot and click on the app to let them know you arrived. There were no labed parking for curside pickup or any open spot to park anyways . Had to park far away bit thats ok . Had to wait inside for the order whick was places in advance bit they were pretty busy. I did not mind the wait. Food was good but they forgot the cherry pepper relish on the side. Ocer all ot ead an ok experience and the italian sub was really good. Would have veen better with the cherry pdpper relish.

Incredible customer service, this particular guy remembered my order based off of seeing me once 2 weeks ago, i found this to be pretty impressive when taking account of how many other guest he has served since 2 weeks ago and that it was 2 weeks ago that they last saw me. I was in and out extremely quick with a perfect sandwich on this visit, but every other visit prior to this one has always been pleasant as well. Mikes is the only sandwich shop i eat at these days, sorry Caps, and this location is on point on everything from the crew being courteous every time, to cleanliness, to speed. Great experiences every single time here, i 100% recommend this location.

For 16 bucks for a giant sub you would expect more than 4 pieces of turkey meat. And I feel like I received more mayo than tuna on my other giant sub. Also the bread was stale, normally love the bread at Jersey Mike's. Subway is a better deal for way more meat and fresher than this location. Never going to this location again, so skimpy!!

It pains me to give this place 3 stars because for as long as we’ve gone here it’s been a 5 star place. I’m not sure if they’ve hired someone new who hasn’t been trained properly or something but this past week we’ve ordered from here twice (once on UberEats and then tonight on the app for in store pick up) and both times the sandwiches have all been made incorrectly. None of the sandwiches have been made with the “Mikes Way” toppings, even though it’s specifically asked for. When asked to not include specific ingredients (tomatoes, in one instance), it’s still added. They’ve also added random ingredients that haven’t even been requested (avocado). Drinks that were ordered were missing both times. The sandwiches aren’t being cut in half, which is minor but in conjunction with all these other repeated mistakes it makes it seem like laziness may be to blame here. This has always been the Jersey Mikes that we’ve gone to and the owner seems to actually care what the customers say on here, so I really don’t want to have to go to a different location. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, I feel like they’re pretty minor fixes.

I came in today and was helped by a young lady, she was very kind but seemed upset. I looked around and the male employees weren't assisting her in anyway I figured maybe they were on break. I probed a bit she just said I'm the only girl and they treat me differently. My sandwich was good but I do want management aware of why I gave a low rating.
