Saw a video on google promoting Pizza Rock as a local hotspot, so we went here in hopes of a great meal. We watched videos of their signature pizzas before going and I will tell you right away you will not be disappointed if you eat here! It’s worth the trip, a block past Fremont street. Pizza was amazing, the food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Honestly I have only eaten pizza as good as this one other time and that was in Chicago. I’m telling you right now every single thing here is prepared to be the best every single time and I went on a busy night and still did not have to wait long! Our server Jessica was very attentive and cared about us the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and even helped us with directions to find our way back to the local bus route! Amazing experience I definitely recommend this place!

I recently visited Pizza Rock and had a great experience. Although there was a 30-minute wait for a seated restaurant, we decided to go for the carry-out option. The slices were enormous, priced at $7 each, and we ended up eating at the tables next to the restaurant. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The combination of delicious pizza and a pleasant outdoor dining experience made it a memorable visit.

Our favorite pizza place to visit in Las Vegas!! What a selection of pizzas. The flavors always impress me! We absolutely love this place. Very happy that reservations are available online. Staff is always pretty friendly, too.

Great pizza by the slice and a great location for anyone wanting t explore downtown Las Vegas. We were lucky to snag outdoor seating and had a great time listening to the music from Fremont and eating great pizza. I recommend the purple potato pizza if you haven’t tried it already. Only note is there was an hour and a half wait for the sit down portion of the restaurant, which we didn’t have. Keep that in mind if you go on a busy night: there WILL be a super long wait! But the slice line went crazy fast!

I've had a lot of pizza in my life and this is not all it's hyped up to be. Our party tried four different varieties of pizza and they were either really greasy or under seasoned or both. I think they need to stop offering so many varieties of pizza and focus on a few they can really deliver on. We did enjoy the appetizers but they were not enough to come back for. It's a really busy place but I definitely think it's overrated.

Best pizza I've ever had, and I make a point of trying the best pizza joint anywhere I go across the country. The sauce really sets it off, with a sweet taste to it. Over their by the slice counter is the phrase "Respect the Craft", and they absolutely do.

We stopped in during our stay in Las Vegas for Pizza and beer. The place was busy but they got us seated very quickly. We ordered the New Yorker Pizza, Abita purple haze and Mango Cart beer. The pizza was delicious, the crust was nicely cooked and the sauce had a nice flavor. The staff was very nice and friendly and very attentive. Overall we had an excellent dining experience.

We went to Pizza Rock on Christmas Eve. Nicole was our server. She was attentive, knowledgeable and prompt. I ordered a drink from the bar that took 15 minutes. I was perturbed by this but Nicole kept checking with the bar tender to find and following up with me. I thought that strange being that the restaurant was half empty. We ordered the meatballs from the happy hour menu personal Cesar salad. My son and father ordered two pizzas at the same time (same cooking style) and my fathers came out first while my son’s took an additional 10 minutes. Again this was not Nicole’s fault; as she explained with the drink she did not know why both pizzas did not arrive at the same time. Between a 10 minutes wait for a drink and a pizza not arriving the same time when both were placed at the same time makes no sense. ( the late arriving pizza was cheese only) Thankfully you have an awesome server in Nicole who always checked in an offered many apologies for the bar and kitchen delays. I’d definitely return and hope to get Nicole. Probably will not order a drink from the bar since they’re pour time is slow. Not sure how to solve the problem with the pizzas not coming out at the “same time”. Thanks Nicole for a great Christmas Eve dinner! I would have given 5 stars but the drink and the pizza were delayed.

The good news : Let me start off by saying the food is absolutely amazing. I went there two days in a row in fact because the food was so good. We had meatballs, garlic, cheese, bread, pizza and salad. The marinara sauce was amazing and I don't even like marinara sauce. The meatballs were perfect. They're homemade. The salad dressing was also amazing. The bad news: The first night we went there with another couple. Two out of five of us. We're still sitting there 35 minutes after the others got their food without theirs. I asked the waiter what was the holdup with my son's pizza as well as my pizza. He assured me that it would be right out. 10 minutes later I called him back over and I said sir could you please find out where my pizza is? He went back into the kitchen and I could clearly hear him till another man in the kitchen that he forgot to put the pizzas on the order. When he came back out of the kitchen I called him back over to our table and asked him to tell me the truth. I said just level with me man. Tell me what's going on. Finally he said okay, I'll come clean. I forgot to put them on the order. I was fine with that because mistakes happen. We ate our food and went on our way. We liked our food so much. We decided to go back the next day. Oddly enough, the same exact thing happened once again. This time I asked the waitress what was the holdup with the pizza after my meatballs and cheesy bread, (which by the way were absolutely amazing) arrived 25 minutes prior. The waitress told me pizzas take longer than meatballs because they take time to bake. I told the gal. The gentleman sitting in the table next to us got here 15 minutes after us or his food. 15 minutes after us happened to get his two large pizzas 20 minutes ago. We were still waiting on our small cheese pizza for my 9-year-old. About another 15 minutes passes and finally my son's pizza came out. Instead of eating in front of my son, my wife and I sat there and waited for his food to get there and by the time his did ours was not even lukewarm. My meatballs were cold but still delicious nonetheless. I feel like this place doesn't care if they get a bunch of repeat business and that's why they're staff doesn't care. To the point: The food is amazing, but the service both times I've been here have been absolutely horrific. I don't feel their staff really cares and it shows. If you want some absolutely killer food but terrible service. This is the place for you.

Every kinda pizza you could want! Too many to choose from! Both the pizzas we tried were great. The fried artichokes and truffle fries app were also tasty. Great beer and drink selection. A touch pricey but you get a good portion.

5 🌟, A+, 💯! HANDS DOWN, PIZZA ROCK HAS THE BEST DETROIT STYLE PIZZA IN LAS VEGAS! My wife and I ordered their deep dish Detroit style pizza. The pizza was baked with butter in a blue steel pan that caused the crust to be really crispy and had caramelized cheese around the edges. My toppings of choice were onions, garlic, and good quality pepperoni that folded up into a cup when you cooked them in the oven. The sauce was fresh, savory, full of seasonings, and the cheese stretched because it was so milky. When I took my first bite, angels started singing in my ears, and I've found the meaning of life! The crunch was so loud that it echoed across the room! This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and Pizza Rock is the ONLY place I'll go for Detroit style pizza!

Solid pizza. Definitely great place to go to if you are at Fremont. The pizza here was great but not the greatest. Customer service was amazing as well. The New Yorker was the best pizza here I would recommend trying it if you come here.

Oh my gawd. Blown away!!!! This is the VERY BEST pizza I've had in my life. We ordered the cheese bread which was good and we followed it with the LA REGINA. This pizza was a gold cup winner in Parma, Italy and for good reason. I've never had such perfect dough paired with an equally matched sauce along with the freshest toppings and beautiful presentation. I've had all the pizza...I think. Chicago, New York, Detroit, Italian etc... I may not be a pizza connoisseur but I eat pizza every Friday night and never do I want to repeat my past pizza joint more then once every few months. If I lived in Vegas, I would order here every Friday night and try a new pizza. Because with that dough, sauce, and finest of ingredients, I know they can never go wrong. And I'm willing to bet on it. I am Vegas bound in June and I will try a new pie and update. I think I will be blown away again. Such a lovely pizza, I'm missing it already! Can't wait for June!

The name of this biz is accurate. It rocks. I am usually in the neighborhood on Fridays. Try to get here at least twice a month. Today there were only a few people in dining room. More used outdoor seating. The take out line was long.. there is a reason for that. The slice is thin and the pepperoni is crisp. Just the way it should be.. 7 dollars for decent sized slice. That is a fair price for freemont street proximity. Others cost a little more.... Like the sign says "respect the craft".

The food was very good. We had Garlic Garlic Bread, Cal Italia (my favorite) and the Pesto Paradise. We were there during happy hour, so the prices were a bit cheaper than usual. Service was good too. Can recommend this place.

The waiter forgot to bring another Sprite for my dad, even though he did a good job for the service. The first two pizzas were delicious but needed a few improvements. Although the third one was tasty, I enjoyed eating them all. Likewise, it felt impressive to experience in the restaurant, which satisfied me. Loved all those pizzas at once.

Pizza Rock was pretty darn impressive. I really liked the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food. Wow! I ordered the spicy sausage with honey and then a chicken Caesar salad. That sausage with the sweetness of the honey was fantastic. I really had wanted to get a burger. However, they had run out which based upon how busy they were does not surprise me. The menu does warn that they have limited quantities for some items. Now I did not have to wait but it was just myself and I ate at the bar. When I checked initially I was told for a table would be about 1 and 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I tried the gluten free pizza and it was tasty- I liked the texture and thickness and it had herbs in it that gave it good flavor. The waiter said they switched it recently and the package didn’t have a company name so they weren’t sure if it was made by pizza rock. The sauce and toppings were very good! The fried green beans were good but seemed too fried but had good seasoning.

Their variety of pizza is fantastic. The crust is amazing, and the hot oil needs to be a staple in the house. Delicious. Check inside the menu for which album is in there, they don't always match the cover.

Absolutely amazing. The service here was great, the server was super attentive despite having tons of tables, always on top of refilling our drinks and checking in with us. We ended up getting the Artichoke Joe which was a very interesting but delicious pizza. Definitely squirt the lemon on there, it adds a lot. Also got the meatball appetizer, which was great. Very affordable prices too, especially for Vegas. And the small touches like offering to give us our drinks to go was appreciated.

Delicious pizza and a great concept! Service was good and prices reasonable considering it’s in Las Vegas. A little cold in there and we weren’t able to get a table w/o waiting 20 minutes even though most of the tables were unoccupied. We took a seat at the bar, though, and it worked perfect for us, since we were just two persons.

While down on Freemont we happened to find Pizza Rock! We didn't get a picture in front of the cook truck inside but we were so hot we couldn't think straight 😂 Everything was delicious and our server was attentive & quick! It's dark, cool, clean and a real chill vibe.

This restaurant is one of the best pizza places I have been to. There were many rewards and interviews hanging on the wall to show that this place won a lot of rewards. I ordered a Detroit Red Top. It was so fresh, soft, cheesy, and tasty. I could tell they used real ingredients and yummy recipes to make their pizza. People kept coming in and lined up quickly. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Had a pretty good experience at Pizza Rock. My gal and I ordered a slice of pizza apiece (for there) and an order of calamari (to take back to our hotel room for her mom.) The calamari was going to take up to fifteen minutes so we asked if we could sit at the bar and enjoy our slices with a cold beer. The host said that the bar was open seating, so we made our way in and chose a table to the left of the bar. I went to the bar to order drinks. It took a minute or two before one of the bartenders came over. It wasn’t busy. There simply wasn’t anyone tending bar for that two minutes. Not a big deal. There is a lot to do in a restaurant before the dinner rush. I asked about IPA’s, was given a suggestion, two quick pours later and we were enjoying our food and I e cold beer. Please keep in mind, it wasn’t busy . My gal finished her slice and beer. I literally had two bites of pizza left when an employee informed us we had to sit at the actual bar and leave the table as they are reserved for guests dining in. To be fair, this employee looked REALLY uncomfortable telling us this and was as professional and courteous as could be. The timing sucked. I’ve been to many restaurants that have open bar seating and it includes the bar area, not just the actual bar. That being said, I understand the need for tables as dinner approaches. But the restaurant only had maybe six parties at the time. I had two bites left of my pizza. Whoever asked the poor guy to ask us to move should’ve considered waiting three more minutes. The difference would’ve been us heading to the bar and having a few more drinks, and a return visit one of the three days we stayed next door. The food was fantastic. Absolutely loved it. And the employees were all very friendly. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Vegas. One single disappointing interaction isn’t a good enough reason to avoid such delicious food.

OMG... We was there (Vegas )for bout 4 weeks ago. The Purple Potato pizza 🍕 was the absolute Best!!! We got slices and had a drink at the bar. Drinks were good too. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day and ordered a whole pizza. So if you are ever visiting Vegas on Fremont Street, stop in and have a slice. You're be glad you did.💯💞😋 Next/Close to the D Hotel.

Excellent service and pizza. Everyone was very nice and polite and went out of their way to make sure you are happy. Some of the best pizza I ever had.

Great pizzeria that offers several styles of pizza such as cracker crust, Detroit and NY. They also have a side room that holds twenty or so which is good for a meeting or gathering. I love the cracker crust as it is a style you can’t find at many places.

Great atmosphere located just off Fremont Street. So happy to have stumbled onto this place.Bartender was pleasant and attentive. Great gf and vegan cheese pizza options. Crust thin, but not hard and crunchy, vegan cheese has nice melt and chicken pieces tender. Fresh and tasty ingredients. 😋

A very busy spot with delicious takeaway pizza slices! I had the Hawaiian which was really tasty. There was a great selection of different types of pizza to choose from 🍕😋 definitely recommend when at Fremont Street. There was a long wait for a sit in table and that was not in peak season

This probably the best pizza that I've ever ate in my 33 years of life! So flavorful, and the staff are so very nice! They answered any questions that I had and with a smile no less. I really do be asking a lot, and they never seemed to mind not even a little bit. I recommend at least trying it once. I promise you won't be disappointed and it's reasonably priced as well! Great experience for me all the way around 🤩

If you like burnt pizza, then this is the place to go. Waitress was pleasant enough however her explanation for the burned pizza was “sometimes they leave it in the oven longer”, duh no kidding. Crust barely chewable. Ate two slices and left the rest. Tomato sauce also marginal and way too much sauce on the pie. Wouldn’t recommend.

  • 5/5 Rebecca W. 6 months ago on Google
This is the best pizza I've had in the downtown area. If you just want a slice, you can't eat in the dining room. You buy a slice to-go and eat outside at the tables. Inside dining is for full pie purchases and menu items. The weather was good so we didn't mind sitting outside but I wouldn't want to in the middle of summer. The security is good and runs off people that not customers taking up space at the outdoor tables. I felt safe even tho it's a block away from the canopy. I recommend eating the pizza here.

This is our 3rd time coming to Pizza Rock and most times the experience and food is great. This time was our worst and last time we will ever come to pizza rock. The order was placed at 7:25 pm and was suggested to be done by 7: 55. The order wasn't ready until 8: 38. Some of the staff in the front was unprofessional laughing about the wait times and the frustration of their customers. The food has never been this bad either usually their is plenty of sauce with the meatballs and usually is. Alice looking 3 piece this order looked chopped up and dry. The wings themselves were also dry and definitely needed more Buffalo sauce. The only decent part of this entire experience is the young guy who expedited the order and comped the meal due to the insane amount of time it took to make our order of 9 wings, pepperoni pizza, and meatballs. These are the saddest meatballs I've seen. The wings feel soggy but unflavored from lack of sauce. I even left a 15% tip hoping for proper food and service but I should've cooked at home. 60$ was too much for this food. Hopefully I get my refund for this...

I was almost put off by the long line for pizza. WHAT WAS I THINKING? That was very much the greatest pizza I have ever had. And to be in such a crazy location, enjoying it right under the crazy roof of Fremont Street. Good price. Great slice.

I think this location is the best in Vegas. You can get a slice to-go or eat it at the bar. They also have large party tables for big groups. Friendly bar keepers, and servers. 10/10

We ordered three pizzas, the kid's pepperoni, the Margarita, and the New Yorker. The kid's pizza has a kick to it, but it was tasty according to the kid. It's thin, so if your kiddo likes thick, try a different kind. The New Yorker was delicious! Crust was on point, the ricotta and sausage made a great combo. It comes with mozzarella and pepperoni as well. The margherita was a bit over-charred but still tasty, no complaints from my guests. The meatballs were juicy, delicious, and highly recommended. Skip the garlic bread, nothing phenomenal about it. Total $88.75 plus tax. Will repeat when I'm in Vegas.

  • 5/5 Michael D. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely fantastic food. I had the buffalo chicken pizza and the calamari! Both were delicious. I also tried two local adult beverages. Those went rather well with the spicy calamari and the pizza. Will definitely be back.

First time dining in and wow can’t explain how the food is here. Got the mod boss pizza, Sicilian Style. I am pretty sure the other pizza are as good as this pizza. Drinks are legit. Appetizers are good, especially the fried calamari, both in regular and spicy, it was delicious. Also? Guys you can’t even finish the pizza, I couldn’t either, I had to take it to my hotel for midnight snack!! 😋😋

Ordered ahead, pickup was really easy they were available at the time they had suggested. Service was friendly restaurant was clean and most importantly the pizza was amazing. Had Sicilian style mob boss, a pepperoni and the regional one. It was all great, really happy with this experience

Pizza was delicious. Very nice inside. Nice decor. Very clean. Friendly wait staff. Down by old Vegas - off Fremont Street. Affordable prices. We ordered 2 different pizzas and I ate the Chicago thin. It had like a thin cracker crust with double pepperoni and Sausage. Loved it. Its not all about the Pizza. They have a WIDE VARIETY OF Choices. A nice drink selection also. In Vegas give it a try

  • 5/5 GirlgeniusNYC 2 years ago on Google
Delicious pizza and a very cool vibe!! Appetizers are also excellent - I highly recommend the string beans (olive oil and garlic) and the fried artichoke hearts! Of course with "pizza" in its name, you can expect some AMAZING pizza! Chicago. Detroit. New York. Wood-fire - with its own oven! And... they are famous in Vegas for their "Mexican Coca-Cola" (no corn syrup) So many different styles, there is something for everyone -- including gluten-free. Below is the Apple Gorgonzola salad, clearly big enough for 4 people (picture taken after half of it was eaten! Egads that's a big salad!) Pizza by the slice -- or sit down at a table. :)

Best thing of all, it's not over sauced!!!!! ⬅️Purple potatoes, ⬇️Veggie, ↘️Caliente, ↗️Pepperoni & Italian sausage⬆️Brick...something (Don't judge me...I forgot the name, yet it was gooooooood)

We heard great reviews about this place so we wanted to stop by a try it out. We only wanted a snack so we ordered two slices at the takeout counter. We got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of Hawaiian. After we ordered the kiddo wanted to eat inside because it was a bit chilly out so we asked if we could sit at the table in the dining area and the staff was wonderfully accommodating. The pizza itself was really good! I would definitely return for the great food and service next time I am in Vegas.

We had a great experience. our server is amazing I could not decide witch pizza to try and deciding between the Sicilian or the Detroit style was very difficult. So I got both. The Detroit Motorhead is a deep dish pan pizza with thick cheese and amazing taste and flavors, I would recommend this pizza to anyone. On the menu it says it would feed 2 to 4 people I would guess its more like 4 or 6 people. The Sicilian is a thick crusted pizza not in a pan the edges are a little crispy to allow the center to be cooked. The Mob Boss and the La Regina are both great choices as Sicilians.

  • 5/5 Matthew R. 7 months ago on Google
Best tasting pizza I've had in Las Vegas. Taste is subjective and this is just my opinion. Got 3 slices, the red top, a pepperoni Sicilian, and the grandma slice of the day. All tasted great. Really good tasting sauce. Meats were good quality and tasty. Great crust just like I like it. (Thick).

  • 5/5 Kris P. 10 months ago on Google
Pizza Rock is regarded as one of the best Pizza joints in Vegas and it definitely lives up to the hype. I went with the Detroit pizza which I had never tried before and it was delicious. I got it via UberEATS and it was already cold when it arrived but I still enjoyed it. Really good buttery crust, amazing sauce a very generous amount of pepperoni and cheese. I can't wait to try their other pies.

Fantastic vibe, fantastic people!!!! Came here for my 21st bday dinner and was immediately greeted with a super friendly presence, Sunday (I believe that’s how you spell her name) is such a genuinely nice person. She deserves a raise!! Nicole, our waitress/ bartender, knew the menu like the back of her hand and was so informative and friendly as well. Togo’s was amazing!! You can get anything you think you’d like and enjoy it. Definitely coming back!!!

Ok you wonder where can you get good pizza in Vegas? Better yet, great pizza? Downtown on 3rd Street and this is your place! Great atmosphere, good beer selection and pizza was a visit to flavor town. We tried The Rosa which had a little wow with every bite. And also The Shop, which was pure heaven for a meat lover like myself. I'm just saying that was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. These are massive pies, we were a group of four and one of these can feed four. So we had some to take with us. Our server was friendly and checked back often. Prices were right for the amount of food. We'll do this again!

This place was excellent, I'm actually really not that big into pizza but it was great. We got the new Yorker style and also got chicken fettuccine Alfredo, we split this between three people and it was plenty. I left very full and very happy. I highly recommend this place

Without a doubt one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. You walk in and the pizza aroma hits you and sucks you in... it did us 2 nights in a row. The salad was awesome too! We had Sefo as a server both nights. He was excellent! He never rushed us and was very attentive. I'd love to try some of his cocktail concoctions some time!

The DeVille is in the details. Took a party of 4 to Pizza Rock on a Saturday night, and it was awesome. We parked in a nearby parking garage (they validate parking!) and walked to this strip-adjacent spot. The 30 minute wait for a table flew by as we walked to see a magician and balancing act street performances just minutes away. We ordered two pizzas for 4 adult men, and it was the right amount of food for sure. The DeVille was the highlight. They warned us it'd take some extra time to come out, but the wait was worth it. Perfect amount of spice, excellent flavors, just amazing. Also had a build your own pepperoni, sausage, and ricotta pizza that was a hit as well. Overall excellent experience. Atmosphere was awesome, they have a semi-truck cab in their dining area and they're blasting rock music, so, fun times.

Had the vodka pie on sesame thin crust and added peppadew peppers. Pizza was a little sweet and the crust was interesting but so good and i really want to go back to try so many others as the tables around us has some good looking pies. The Tony's hot pepper oil on the table was so good on the pizza. I had to buy a bottle for home. They have select pizzas by the slice which is nice if your not that Hungary and/or are in a hurry

Got the Picante Pizza and was not disappointed. The crust is crispy yet chewy making a great texture. The sauce is good. This particular pizza is a little spicy , so if you are sensitive to spicy you might want to try a different slice. I , on the other hand really enjoyed it.
