This has to be the biggest scam in all of Vegas. Don't waste your time or money. If you are white you will he profiled by the security staff. If you are any other ethnicity you will be profiled by the servers and bar tenders. Absolutely the worst place to have a good time in Vegas

I canceled a week-long stay at Mandalay after a supervisor lied to me on the phone about Basenectar performing there. They assured me it wasn't true, he wasn't booked to perform, and that Basenectar didn't rent the venue. Two days later they were promoting it on their website. I would have been fine with any explanation or just honesty, but to outright lie about it is WILD for a business of that size. They clearly don't care about their guests. There are plenty of other hotels and casinos in Vegas where I can spend my money.

As someone who has worked in the industry for 13+ years, I have never had a worse experience. Our time here only lasted about 20 minutes. We stepped into the pool and then were promptly told we could not be there because we did not have a table. Okay, that's fine. We moved to the other end of the pool where we were asked to move our sandals that were basically underneath a bench, out of the way. Once again, out of the pool to move our sandals where security said was a better place. As we made our way back in, we were told no drinks in the pool. As I looked around, there were half a dozen other people in the pool with their drinks, yet no one was saying anything to any of them. Finally, we were told we were not allowed to stand BY the steps.. no, we were not on the steps but IN the pool near the steps. However, other people were sitting ON the steps. Do not waste your time or money here.

On 5/1/22 I had purchased tickets for my husband and I and when we arrived, it became quickly apparent that we did not belong although we had chose to stay and wait in line. Turns out, we were the only 2 Caucasians there and my husband was wearing his law enforcement hat which he has always done. Every woman in line had a large beach bag but we were the only 2 people who were asked to leave even tho I had a very small wallet size bag. Security came up and apologized and said it simply is not safe for us and it was evident why they felt that way especially with all of the unfortunate racism vs police going on. We understood and left without issue and were told we could get a refund for the $100 tickets. When I called the person who claimed to be the director, she called me a lier and was extremely rude, childish, immature and completely 100% disrespectful. We have the entire conversation recorded. She said she would rather spit on a grave than give us a dollar. We are sick to our stomach over this. I would expect this “business to be professional and not act in a way that quickly escalates issues and purposely provokes them. This will go public.

So let me start of by saying that this is a very racist company. I found out that first hand, I am an African American Bay area nurse and it seems from the start that they were targeting African American people due to the event that was being held at their venue. Too short was performing there and I seen firsthand that the lifeguards were blowing their whistle at every little thing. First, it started with people not being able to drink their drinks in the pool, which was understandable. Secondly, they were blowing their whistle because people were dancing in the pool. It was like they were just targeting the black customers because they knew the type of event that was happening at that moment. I experienced this bigotry when I was drinking a plastic cup of an alcoholic beverage and the lifeguard told me that I couldn't drink my drink by the pool. However, I glanced over to my left hand side and there was a Caucasian woman drinking an alcoholic beverage inside the pool. I mentioned that to the lifeguard and pointed that out that I would felt like I was being targeted and she stated that she did not see the Caucasian lady on her left hand side. As a hard-working citizen, I just think it is unfair to get away out of town in another state and still be judged by the color of your skin. I wish that this company could change their ways of thinking and treat everyone with respect and equality! maybe it's too much for Vegas .

Local here! Showed up at 11:30 was told by the front manager black guy blues eyes they are booked and not letting anyone in till 1pm. I expressed this wasn’t on the website and clearly annoyed as I had someone out of town. Shunned us away and unprofessional! Went to daylight got a bed and was very impressed by the service. Don’t was t your time at Moorea!

Great topless pool. You may feel like your the only one with a top on, if you choose not to go topless. But there is a pool right by the bar that is a tops required pool. So there is the best of both worlds. Day beds have an umbrella, there is pool side massage services, and waitresses keep your drinks full. Food was standard. Main pool was 80% topless gals, and 20% top on gals. I didn't take photos out of respect for people's privacy without their tops.

I’m 45. It felt as if I Was the oldest person here. Over priced. Pool started smelling like chlorine by 3:00. The dj was the only good part. I don’t recommend getting a bed. Just pay to get in and sit by the pool. The pool area needs more shade.

Came here because some friend of mine had booked a cabana. This is a topless pool located in Mandalay Bay Hotel. This was my first time visiting and I really enjoyed it. I got a chance to wear some of my fancier swimsuits since this was an adults only pool. There was plenty of seating and the DJ was great. She played a lot of hip hop and techno. Our waitress Jamie was super attentive and made sure we didn't go without drinks too long. I would definitely come back.

I have to say we really enjoyed this place. We are fun people mid 30 s who enjoy a good time with good looking people and that place was nice and the people fun and looking good. I mean let's face it nobody wants to go to a topless pool party and see old and not in shape figures .

I would give ZERO stars if I could. First, they wouldn't let me in without an ID. My husband and I are in our 30s and didn't plan to drink in the pool club so had to Uber back to our hotel to get it. Once back with our IDs and inside the pool club, there are 2 tiny places to sit unless you buy a cabana. The 2 small areas for GA were filled up in seconds, leaving us only standing room. Almost all of the cabanas were empty and there were a lot of GA ticket holders in attendance but they still wouldn't let you near the pool where the cabanas were, making it really over crowded. Save your money, complete waste of time and the DJ wasn't actually playing, it was a push start DJ. Staff were rude and unaccommodating.

Don’t waste your money! The food was okay (nothing great considering the prices) but service here was beyond bad and the attitude of the staff was just plain rude! We tried to speak French and the older lady waitress just said “don’t bother your French is so poor”. After waiting for over an hour, half of our party didn’t get their food and none of the staff walking around noticed despite we were all waiting to eat until everyone received their meal. After we asked about the missing food nothing was said??? About 20 min later the meals arrived without even an “ I’m sorry this was forgotten”. None of dirty dishes were ever removed, we were short on plates, napkins and never asked if we wanted a second drink! My daughters meal included ice cream that she never received. It was pitiful overall and honestly can’t believe our hotel recommended it!

Spent my 40th birthday here! We had a lot of fun. Deatiny our waitress was absolutely amazing and a sweetheart. Henry, who does security for our cabana area is an awesome guy! Great personality, and so easy going! Be sure to ask him to tell you a dad joke! Thanks guys for helping make my 40th birthday one to remember! Well see you guys again soon!!

It was our first time going and we had a blast. The service was awesome, drinks were generous, and the crowd was super friendly. Celebrated my birthday and had an amazing time! Can't wait to go back again next year when the weather permits 😍.

Just be aware there are a lot of random rules that other beach clubs don’t have. You can’t bring an open cup within 4 feet of the pool, but you can bring a beer can in the pool. The bar doesn’t tell you this. You have buy a drink with a top on it.

Paid the price for tickets and what awoke. 2k for a place to sit. No drinks in pool no setting on the edge of pool so your stuck standing in the sun and most people walk in and walk out. A total joke.

This place is amazing. We had a third floor cabana that was beautifully decorated and stocked. We were allowed to have our therapists come on location and work on us. They have a nice size community pool with a really inviting jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The customer service at Mandalay Bay was extremely bad and frankly disappointing for the entire time of our visit. We reserved the Grand Sun Villa at Moorea Beach Club 8 months in advance and paid for the cabana in full. We also called 2 weeks before the date of the cabana rental to confirm the reservation which was positively confirmed by the concierge. You can imagine our surprise and severe disappointment when we discovered that the cabana we reserved over 8 months ago was not available and closed. It was also disclosed to us that the Moorea Beach Club has been closed for a few days. Why were we not notified of this in advance so that we could have made alternative plans? Instead, we were offered 2 significantly lower quality cabanas. These cabanas are not big enough to host our entire party forcing us to split up. Also, they do not offer the "wow" factor that the original cabana offered. The manager at Mandalay Bay was also very rude about the situation and often shrugged, rolled eyes, and stated that we were "out of luck" when confronted. We did our part and made sure to pay and reserve in advance. We even made sure to call 2 weeks out to confirm the reservation. Mandalay Bay failed to uphold the promise of the cabana we paid for and failed to notify us of the Moorea Beach closure in advance.

While the beach club is relatively nice, the surcharge for men is quite ridiculous, especially if those men come with their female SO. I could understand if it were just single men, but you shouldn't have to pay entry to bring sand to the beach... Other than that, place was pretty nice, drinks were good (albeit pricey, which is to be expected).

Kind of pricy. Per my wife the mixed drinks were not very strong.

Our problem first started when we first entered as my friend was allowed in the club with her backpack but was later confronted by management saying they made a mistake and we would have to pay the $40 locker rental for their mistake. No apologies, just rude staff that was not helpful. The manager I spoke to was very dismissive and seemed not to care about anything I had to say as I was talking since he kept cutting me off mid sentence. The only saving grace was one of the bartenders that actually talked to us like we were people.The vibe was what you made it and the DJ only played early 2000’s music if that’s your vibe. Definitely not worth the $45 drinks you can take in the pool so just save your money honestly.

Had a great time at the pool! The atmosphere was relaxing seeing as how the were a lot of children. Great place to unwind. I didn't appreciate the kids in the hot tub because they kept kicking me in my injured back. Other than that it was enjoyable 😊

We got kicked out for being in the water. YES WATER. Yes ! At a beach club. We have 8 girls with us as well. The security treated us very badly. I don’t not recommend this place for anyone. There is so many beach club to go to but don’t go to this one. It will ruin your Vegas experience.

I would give this 0 stars. Stayed at mandalay bay. Was going to the pool. Was offered admission to this place. Considering this was part of MGM grand. I went their as a gold member. Was told it is not part of MGM. I went through the door which had no signs. Proceeded to the Bar as the place was dead. African American tall security guard in red shirt came and told me rudely to go out as I have no band on my hand. I'm like what band. He rudely told me that I entered the exit door( i was inside halfway to the bar) (no one was at the door) . While I was going out I asked him where it said it was an exit door. He showed me the sign but it was for people exiting not entering. So there was no way I could have seen it. I asked for his name so I can file a complaint for how rude he was. He told me to remove my feet from the door and that he's not going to give his name. I repeat if you want to file a complaint on anyone you should be allowed to do so. Giving their name is every employee's responsibility. That's how you better the place. But he kicked me and my girlfriend out rudely without giving me his name, and slammed the door on our face. THIS PLACE IS NOT RUN BY MGM stay away from it. This place is not great either. MANDALAY BAY pools are way better. If you want to be profiled, and treated badly. You should definitely go to this place, considering I'm a well educated brown guy if it was embarrassing situation in front of my girlfriend. 0 stars

My wife, a friend and I had a great time over the Memorial Day weekend here. Called ahead to try to get a daybed, but all were sold out. Was advised to come a little before opening (11am) and they may have chairs available. We arrived a few minutes before opening and got in fairly quickly. Yes men have to pay $50, which I didn't mind at all. Cory took care of us right away and even guided us to open chairs right in front of the pool. There was only 2, but the ladies got their chairs and that was good enough. Our server, Jennifer (I believe) was awesome and very attentive. She even made sure we were taken care of while in the pool. We met a lot of great people from all over while there, and were taken great care of. I definitely recommend it for couples and single females. Yes their were single men, but none were disrespectful. Ladies felt comfortable topless, and I didn't feel the need to be a bodyguard. Great experience overall!

Horrible. Followed signs from motel and ended up at a closed entrance. Had to exit and go to another entrance at which point we were forced to throw out food and drinks purchased by following signs male guests are charged entrance fee and u have to pay for chairs, umbrella, etc. was explained more net would go towards food do we agreed. No sooner had we sat down than they insisted umbrella be closed due to mild breeze. Staff kept their umbrellas up. Offered to upcharge us to bungalow (which is not authorized for topless). And we were not offered refund. Had to stay to use up the $200 it cost us to sit in 103 heat. Corporate greed at work. Would never go back.

- Staff not really friendly when there for coffee - Had reservation at 1645 and called to change to 1715. No problem and I confirmed once more 1715. At 17:25 no pickup and we phoned. They said pickup will be at 1815...now we got ready for nothing so early and therefor we cancelled our reservation.

Let's face it - you are there to have a good time and P.J., Hannah and Antonio could not have been better at their jobs. To handle such a 'party atmosphere' with such professionalism is impressive to say the least. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking to be Treated Great, Party Hard and not deal with any BS - they do it and do it THE BEST! Best dayclub ever. You can’t beat the vibes. Even if you don’t have a table it’s okay because the pool is big, there are lots of fun floats to be on and tons of area around the pool to sit in. I highly recommend the cabanas or a couch

If i could give this place no stars i would. They have extremely bad customer service. They did not bring my friend the birthday girls food at all even though they said they put the order in. Then they said they never charged us for it. We spent 330 today and probably another 300 the day before. Then gave us time to eat. The waitress would literally walk away while you're speaking to her. It took me asking for mayo and ketchup 3 times for me to get it. Then for us to get kicked out by 8 security guards because i told the manager ya have bad customer service. Gtfo never again don't recommend wasting your money there smh for nothing 💯🙅🏾‍♀️

If you're looking to party from sunup to sundown, Daylight Beach Club will take care of you. Second rate DJs but lively music keep the energy high. There are lots of rules to follow and expensive drinks, but that's expected at a place like this and honestly the rules can be useful. We got a table and the service was great. Water was warm...maybe too warm...but enough to cool off and have a great time. Perfect way to get the day going so you can gamble irresponsibly at night!

Entry price was perfect at $40 a person, regardless if they are male/female. Bathrooms are top notch. People did terrible things to them and the attendants would go in immediately and it was cleaned. Any items you leave are recovered by the attendants and radioed/turned to lost and found (had it happen to me.) Mixed drinks are $44 for a large cup that you CAN bring in the pool. Beer cans can go in too. $15 for mixed open cups you can't have near the pool, not even your toes can be in the water. The cabana, beds, couches seem nice to go for but you have to spend that amount on food or drinks or pay the total (ie 2500, 4500, 7k, 10k, etc.) But when you get these, you are totally separated from the dance floor. So if you want to sit from 11am-6pm and not dance...great value. Otherwise if you want to dance out there you paid a lot for a space you won't be in.

Very professional and great guest services. They make every attempt to make your time fun and exciting! If you don’t worry about what people think this place is for you. DJ is always off the hook and plays great music! Highly recommend! We have been here 4 times now! 21 and over is a huge plus!!

My only issue is that the DJs not DJing live, it's mostly a premixed set.. how do I know this.. because there Dj was out the booth and the songs were self mixing and I have been there now enough to see the different DJs playing the same exact mix . Everytime likes it's ok a loop.. maybe some of the DJs who spin.. will spin.. but I can see when they are working and when they are on the phone texting someone while the song is mixing and switching.. drinks were good.. but $55.00 for a tall margarita.. was kinda pricey.. waitress were promptly on it.. bartender was good poor time count.. staff was friendly.. the food was horrible.. bad .. just bad and super expensive.. if the food was good that be ok.. but it's below movie theater quality food.. the bathrooms were a wreak.. wet slip and slide.. dirty too.. made me poor out my 3 bottles of water that were sealed that I paid for DJing lunch to use the pool.. but then gave me compliantry water whenever we got our cabana.. waste.

I really enjoy this place it actually gives me a piece of mind , it’s fun food is good drinks are the best 25 and your gonna definitely feel right ladies drink free until 1pm just make sure you get your drink ticket pool is clean, rest rooms are clean and the workers are awesome it’s always a celebrity are a hot DJ playing all the hits. If you haven’t been go ahead get on the vip lists are pay a very decent amount for a ticket they also have neon nights if you don’t wanna be in the heat go enjoy the night pool

This club is so much fun! Came here for my besties bday we got a bungalow and Charmaine and Shannon were our server and busser! They were so sweet and took care of our every request! 1000000% recommend coming here. You will not regret it!

The Employees told me and my friends that backpacks are not allowed in the daylight beach club (which i never knew) and had the Audacy to threaten us by calling security because i've bring a toy nerf watergun to their beach club! this has set me and my 2 friends in a very bad mood and sadly had to walk home!

How come the men don't wear speedos? We like men showing skin as much as we enjoy the ladies working in a bikini. Equality! Let the men show off their legs too!

Went to a night swim r&b party and the vibe was lit once everyone got there. The pics were earlier in the night.

We booked a cabana for our stay. The promoter was great, but the girl hostess for our section was terrible. Bad vibes. Consistently trying to upsell and when we picked what we wanted she brought the wrong thing. Not great experience

The goods: The pool is very clean for being a Vegas pool party spot, and most people around are nice and friendly having a good time so good atmosphere. The food we have ordered has been good every time. Bottle service girls, table guys, and security are very friendly and attentive. The not as good: Not as many people here as some other pool parties at times but still can be a great time. They have some of the best frozen drinks iv had at a pool party, but unfortunately, the last few times, it has been out of order. The bartenders at the bar were fairly rude and made some drinks incorrect the last few times I have visited. Sometimes the DJ playing isn't playing what people all around vibe with or to hype up the party a bit. Sometimes they focus too much on certain tables preferences it seems.

We definitely did have fun celebrating a wedding afterwards, with friends and they were convenient with us with having many people in our party be in a Cabana. However there are a few things to note, on this place the server named Trinity was practically begging for a tip for the busser when we tipped well already on the bill, also the plunge pool was freezing thinking it would be warm coming into a place that your paying a good amount on a cabana. We also had a major issue as one of our wedding gifts was stolen from the cabana, we thought this was secure as it can get. Also on top of that they tipped themselves an extra $200 when that was supposed to go towards the table from the beginning, this was very abysmal and disappointing and would not recommend to anyone with this type of customer service I have not experienced service like this before in my life. Also they did not put us in the Mega Cabana when promoter said they will try their best and mega cabana’s were all empty it was very disappointing and I will not come back again.

Attended Saturday 9th September with my partner. Day prior we went in person to book as website said needed a printout of ticket, as UK visitor we wanted to be sure. Website advertised $250 for a daybed, on door tried chancing their arm and doubling it. Honoured the online price and booked. Returned for the day 9th… check in took some time to find the booking. We were shown to daybed, all explained menu, prices etc all was good. All their drinks are not individual, only pitcher size. As it was 40degrees this day, I asked the waitress a relatively simple request of an ice bucket for our drinks to keep them in (the Go Pool at Flamingo did this from the outset for us earlier in the week)… to be told ice buckets are reserved for bottle service only… cheapest bottle being $500+ for vodka and said see what she can do. She then sent a 2nd waitress over… again made the simple request and she said she would need to speak to a manager. I simply said fine, if i’m spending $110 on a cocktail pitcher i’d like to keep it or i’d leave and ask for a refund. 20-25 minutes passed before 2 security approached us claiming i’d had a “confrontation” with the waitresses. Apparently they felt “attacked” and didn’t want to serve us anymore. Full refund obtained and away we went. Massively overpriced (Vegas generally is but this place takes the biscuit), unhelpful staff, unwilling to help, but willing to take $100’s of your dollars. Oh and the venue is in the absolute middle of nowhere. Don’t waste your time or money, plenty other dayclubs/pool parties that are much better

Absolutely loved the day party we attended on Saturday. Had plenty of fun, music and atmosphere was good, drinks were ridiculously expensive but we expected that. 4 drinks cost us $92. We managed to get free entry by being on the guest list (you can go and talk to them about it, they have a stand near the pools). Loved it and would definitely go again, but have to make sure you have money to spend unless you're planning not to drink alcohol.

Ignore the haters! There are a bunch of keyboard warriors on here who've given bad reviews even though they've never been here before, it's ridiculous. We had an amazing time at a private event recently. The staff were amazing. Short line to get in. The bartenders, life guards, etc all made it a great night! I would recommend this venue and would love to come back!

Were at a beach party with DJ Kid Funk, paid too much to be in a empty club. Still had fun tho but the price was just ridiculous, drinks were good but also quite expensive. The lady behind the bar wasnt friendly and just stood there with the big glass and poker face.
