Stopped here while driving through Vegas fresh off of a flight. At first glance you wouldn't think a restaurant was there, but once you walk in, it's an absolutely amazing spot with scenery for days. We had a few dishes as you'll see in the pictures included. Everything was delicious! From the chicken, to the burgers, to the tacos, and even the Strawberry Lemonade. Everything was so good and the staff was very friendly on top of that. Between the view and the food I'll definitely be back when in town. I highly recommend them!

First off, I really like the hidden location aspect of this location. Second, super fun and pretty mural artwork inside the dining area and semi artsy feel in the restroom and bar area. Good place to eat with or without kids, especially since they have a cool little bar nook off to the side of the entrance. Super clean and spacious seating in the dining space. Awesome service! And best of all, the food is delicious! Burger is juicy and tasty, the fries are great. I personally ordered the Turkey sandwich (T.A.T.S.) and enjoyed how flavorful it was, perfect portion, and the bread was soft. Last but not least, super fun large cup! Very creative and recyclable. Great match for the cane sugar soda they serve! Not to mention they make their own flavored ketchup! The jalapeño one was super tasty with a kick👍👍

SkinnyFATS is AMAZING!!! The poke was sensational as were all the other dishes we had. The tacos are unique and packed with incredible flavors. Fresh ingredients and a wonderful atmosphere. Service was also very good. This will be on my must eat here again list. SO GOOD!!!

Great food and even better service. Loved the decor and the overall speed of thr place. Food was well made and hot on arrival. Loved ❤ Josh at the cashier station. He was super helpful and gave great food suggestions. The cherry on top was his positive attitude. Same from all the staff, but he really put the cherry on top of our experience. Also had great beer and a few wine options. 🍷

This is a really cool place. The concept is a duel menu, healthy and happy. Both sides are delicious and have really good portion sizes. We were having a meeting so we got the sharable menu items. I was disappointed that there were no smoothies but they have this strawberry lemonade slush that was perfect for the heat. Definitely coming back.

This is a great place to eat. I really love their whole concept of living helathy and happy. They have two types of menus, a healthy option and a not so helathy but still as delicious option as the latter. There is quite the amount of variety of food. I had one of their chicken sandwiches with a side salad. They were both delicious. And their iced coffee is to die for, it tastes like cafe de olla but in slushy form. Hits the spot in a summer day. They also have baked goods. There's also a cool bar connected to it from the inside. Overall it was fun,great vibes and delicous food. I recommend it!!!!

Food was amazing. I wanted to try everything. Fries were cold but they made me a fresh batch. The grill cheese could have been more cheesy. I didnt like the sweetness on the fish taco. The price was just right. Really affordable. Overall great staff, great ambiance, great food.

Overrated. We order tacos, Parm sandwich, avocado toast and a burger. Honestly the best dish was the sweet potatoes fries. The other dishes were ok. I did like the fact that you just place your order and someone brings it to you therefore the servers aren’t fitting over who gets what section. They ask you to tip while paying and that makes no sense to me, we used to tip based on quality of food and service, yet this place asks you to tip before you even get served or taste the food. I won’t be going back.

The service: There were four of us in our party, paying three separate transactions. The first person ordered and the cashier said what table to sit at, the second couple ordered their food, as I walked up to order mine the cashier walks away. The second cashier calls the person behind me to order. I wait. And keep waiting. The original cashier doesn’t come back. I go to the next cashier and tell him, “my party all ordered except me, can I?” He helped me and apologized for his co-worker. The food for the other people gets brought out by the first cashier who took their order. They all have their food but I don’t. He comes out with my salad, obviously seeing everyone is ready to eat except me, and asks very skeptically, “did someone here order a salad?” 🤦🏻‍♀️ Needless to say I was not impressed by the service. The restaurant: Clean restaurant and cool artwork. The women’s restroom however was not cleaned nor stocked. One stall had nothing in it, seat protectors or bathroom tissue. The other had no seat protectors and almost no bathroom tissue. The food: My group seemed to enjoy their food. (Hence more stars than I may have given if I were on my own.) My salad was mediocre with dry chicken. Had to ask for more dressing to moisten it up. The saving grace was the truffle fries, which were delicious! I am willing to give them a second chance but wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again.

Had the ahi tuna salad with Asian slaw and teriyaki sauce. It was absolutely delicious. The staff was professional and friendly. I enjoyed my meal very much.

More cow bowl was very tasty. For the price and based on the name I’d have expected a lot more meat in it tho. I was also excited about the mushrooms and there was only 1 in the whole thing. Sweet potato fries were also tasty, but same thing for the price I’d have expected a bit more. Probably a spot that’s better in person vs. delivery.

I’ve always enjoyed my food at Skinny Fats, the More Cow Bowl is my go to and it never disappoints. This is true of this visit as well, it’s a solid portion size, and it’s always flavorful. However, my spouse got the burger and fries and was pretty disappointed. Both the patty and the fries lacked seasoning but the worse part is the first time she bit into the burger, the bun completely fell apart. Making it difficult to eat the burger after the first bite. It’s almost like the bread was stale or something. A flavorless burger that falls apart is never any fun. Nonetheless, I’ll come back, just probably skip the burger next time.

In town for the week and found this place randomly. The people were so nice and helpful and the food was delicious! And the portions huge, freshly made could not be better. Definitely a must stop. The sweet potato fries were amazing, the hot chicken salad was so good and fresh and the best part was the banana pudding.

This place didn't seem that special; the food was alright, although half of my buns were not toasted and ive had better burgers elsewhere. The service wasn't outstanding and the atmosphere was okay, spacious. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I absolutely love the food! If you haven’t had their black bean burger (which ever variation), you are missing out. One of the very best and thickest blackbean burgers I’ve ever had 🤤 The service was wonderful as the cashiers were personable and helpful with any questions. I also love how they use plastic cups which are not only reusable, but serve as a reminder to definitely return. I wish they had a SkinnyFATS where I live because I would be there every week. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to Vegas 😁😁😁

Delicious food feels fresh and tasty. Price is fine, service is fast and on point. It was my first time coming to this restaurant and I really liked it. I am definitely interested in coming back once again.

Tried the tasty "vegwich" with a side salad (with vegetarian Caesar dressing). The restaurant is connected to the Beer Zombies tap room so you can order from them and drink it with your meal- both great spots.

This was the first stop in my Las Vegas trip. It was pretty good and filling. The ambiance inside is cool and I loved the artwork. The food was also good. I got the Meltdown which I enjoyed, I just wish it had some more of the sauce they had put on it. The chicken and waffles were good as well, the ranch is fire. The next time I would probably go for Buffalo or blaze chicken instead of just plain. The wake n bacon sandwich was my favorite. I had one bite of it but it was super flavorful. The service was pretty quick as well. Solid experience!

The first few times food was crazy good 3rd time the parsley went bad I never knew parsley could make food taste that horrible gone bad. The manager remade our food but that memory will last forever. Smell and taste so I’m not sure if I will ever go back unfortunately. But it’s a cool place to try I’m sure everything is fine now.

AMAZING place to get a fantastic chicken sandwich. Parking was also super easy, and you can see the planes take off from where you’re at. Service was great too, the girl with black hair was super nice(: It wasn’t what I was expecting when I said fried chicken, but it was pretty good after getting some extra sauce for it. I also tried the rice balls which were really good.

I wish this place was also in Los Angeles. Turnip taco was delicious. Quality food. Too many choices for first timers but server patiently took time to explain everything.

Excellent food, convenient location. Great place top grab a quick lunch near the airport. We wanted to grab a bite without the hassle of looking for parking, or walking into a casino. SkinnyFATS met all that, and the food really delivered! I was full after eating half the Tuna sandwich, but it was so good, I ended up finishing it. My wife tried the sweet potato thai curry, and the curry was great, very fragrant. My daughter's shrimp tacos tasted great, but were very difficult to eat, being so stuffed full.

Was looking for a off the Vegas strip spot and what do we have here ohhh my food was sooo good and fresh. Everything that was ordered was hot and delicious. The burger was so good I almost missed my flight 👀 true story I got the order to go and looked in the box before I left out and when I saw the burger I ended up eating the entire burger inside the restaurant 😜. Will definitely be back. Great customer service as well.

Was a fun outing off the strip, the most amazing banana pudding I have ever had. The main dish was ok, just needs a small amount more salt and Lemmon and it’s perfect. I like the ability to have some fun beers with my meal.

A place a little out of the way. A lot of recommendations to come here. I read reviews to get an idea of what to order…a lot of good reviews for the filet mignon breakfast burrito. When I ordered it, Anthony, the cashier said the item was no longer on the menu but he would still make it for me. Super nice of him to hook it up. Anthony was super courteous and Made sure everyone in our big party had everything we needed. The burrito didn’t disappoint. I’d highly recommend it!

Visiting from Nashville, looking for healthy options. Two of our party have the tick borne meat allergy and the staff worked within our guidelines to make sure we were safe. I got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken - the chicken was moist and the sauce was slightly spicy. Yummy and healthy!! The staff was fantastic, I can’t say enough about their kindness and patience.
