Anyone on here right this place anything but 0 stars or 1 it's an absolute lie and a paid opinion. This cheap uncaring horrible horrible place killed my mother. Go down take a look for yourself with your own eyes and see what you think of this place before believing any reviews

While doing clinical rotations as a nurse practitioner student, I have witnessed nothing but safe and competent care from a friendly and concerned staff. Rehab centers always run the risk of having a nursing home 'feel' to them, and I feel that LV post acute does as good a job as possible to avoid this.

This is not a place that truly cares for nor respects their patients. The food seems unhealthy, even for a healthy person. The rooms look like they have not been cleaned in years. Clearly with streaks, spills, dust bunnies, filthy floors and the smell of this place is that of very inferior care. Sadly the staff in general is uncaring and it seems like a nice raquet of a "caring" business.

there were some staff members that were caring towards my mother, but only one star because: -There was one office staff member that was rude and not welcoming at all. Couldn't wait to get rid of my mom when her insurance coverage was winding down. -The building itself needs a tune up; very worn down. -They allow smoking outside on the premises. To make things worse, it's in front of patients windows. -Lastly, during my mom's stay there, her name was misspelled on everything. Details are everything

Becareful this facility is BAD!!! They attempted to steal my mother's Social Security income and her IRS income during pandemic while she was there. Aren't they SUPPOSED to help you rehabilitate? Why charge the government IF your NOT doing what they are paying you for. They even tried to steal her clothes and replace it with someone else's trash. Constancia Gafeney was here and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and her family as well!!!

My mother in law went here after another really bad rehab hospital, she is doing great now that this hospital has helped her recover so much.

They almost killed my baby brother. Beware of the state. They get bonuses by putting patients in this hell hole. Food terrible, roaches, staff sleeps. Needs to be closed down . Run, don't walk. I would rather be in the trash bin than this place.
