Horrible. Made an apt waited almost two months to get seen by the doctor and when I finally get to the appointment they tell me that they have to rescheduled, because the doctor have to be somewhere. Another patient was rescheduled just like me. She is not a surgeon, so I know that it was BS. Then they rescheduled for Monday (today) at 11 am with a different doctor. I get home Friday night after they canceled me and I realized that my daughter has an apt at 10:30 for a spider 🕷 brown recluse bite. I couldn’t call back because they had closed already. I call this morning and they tell me I can’t see the doctor until February. I asked the nurse if that was a thing they do often? Canceling on people at the last minute. She didn’t answer me. They are very condescending, don’t care. If I’m diabetic and I need medication to regulate my blood sugar, you think they would be concerned, but no.. I was lucky I had plenty of metformin and Lantus to last me another month. But now what? They really don’t care abt patients health and life. STAY AWAY!!!

I am starting to wonder if I made a good choice transferring to this facility. No one answers the phone. I have been trying to make an appointment for the last hour and not one person answers the phone. It rings forever, then I get disconnected. Imagine if I teach the same way they care to answer the phone. I am going to find out who is the top person i need to write about this.

I have been a diabetic for over 10 years and I know my care isn't perfect, but I am working towards getting it better. In particular, my mental health needs improvement so I can properly focus on caring for my diabetes. When attempting to explain to the endo that I know my care wasn't the best, but I was working on fixing my mental health, she interrupted me to say "mental health has nothing to do with it" and that "you just have to decide to take better care of yourself". Honestly, I felt incredibly invalidated and this was my first time seeing her. I could say more things, but honestly, I think this is enough. I'm bummed my insurance changed and I had to get this new endo.

Would RATE lower if I could, like negative! Worst experience I've ever had at doctors offices. I gave them over a year and 5 appointments, was hoping they would improve customer service, punctuality and attitude but that never happened. I am moving out of state and can't wait to get a new endocrinologist!!!

Top notch service, everything was taken care of. Dr. knew my son's problems and was very proactive in his care regimen and changed his type 1 medications and monitor to a set that was even better for him and everything is better in control than it has ever been. All prescriptions were attended to in a timely manner.

Dr. Izuora: Unfriendly office, if you haven't been seen in 3 years you considered a new patient and he doesn't accept new patients..... so you left out in the cold! Do yourself a favor and Stay away the 1st time. Absolutely awful!!

I’m not sure if it’s just me but I called to make an appointment while doing that it took 5 hrs had to call both locations to finally get through someone and when I did they scheduled my appointment for October 27 whoever made my appointment just for me to get a call and an email saying I’m scheduled for the first not that far apart but they didn’t even have the common decency to reach out and say my appointment was changed at all I’m highly disappointed and wish they would take their jobs more serious it makes no absolute sense and the fact I’ve asked the person to repeat it more than once to be sure I’ve waited 2 months for this appointment just to find out it’s being rescheduled

Dr. Champion is a true 5 star she is very professional. When she walks into the room she has read my chart and is ready to discuss my condition, progress and corresponding treatment. Dr. Champion makes me feel like my care is important and I am her only patient. I have been treated with respect and dignity. I can’t say enough about my great ongoing experience and relationship I have with her. If you want a great endocrinologist pick her.

Turns out I have hypercalcemia due to hyperparathyroidism. I went here and Dr. Ana mrkaic told me (after seeing my consistent high blood calcium results) to take more calcium! Every doctor and nurse I’ve had during or since my time seeing her has been in disbelief after hearing that. When I asked questions during my appointments (that were scheduled six months in between each other) she waved her hand and interrupted me to say that it doesn’t matter. She told me not to ask other doctors because I should only be listening to her. I’ve never had a worse experience at a doctor. I’m half convinced she was trying to worsen my condition. How could she be so arrogant yet so far off? Yikes.
