This is awesome!! Whoever gave that 1 star review…telling people what Punk is the exact opposite of Punk. I’m pumped that there will be a tangible history, that we all have access to and also inspire the future generations to continue building on the foundation these amazing bands have laid. It’s our job to keep punk rock elite!!!

This museum just opened up 5 months ago. If you love Punk Rock or just Rock n Roll for that matter definitely come and check it out. The exhibit is chock full of history with room after room full of memorabilia. Try and get a tour by a punk legend, well worth it. I had a guided tour by Fat Mike the lead singer of NOFX!!!! They Museum has a bar with a $5 a drink Happy Hour, a tattoo parlor, wedding chapel and room where you can play live on legends actual guitars!!

Fat Mike and his team have completely outdone themselves with this collection of history spanning 5 decades. You can feel how much this collection means to both them and the folks who visit. Famous guitars are not behind glass, and of fact you're actively encouraged to jam on them. Stay for the bar and the punk store and meet the amazing people who work there and visit. 6 stars.

Wow! What an amazing place to visit - Great exhibits that bring back memories. Clean, friendly and well air conditioned. We loved the bar & jam room and sat down on the Kurt Cobain couch. Everyone was super friendly and we will be bringing tons of visitors and recommending this place. The bar really is the perfect ending and very reasonably priced. We would come just to the bar too. The bartender was knowledgeable about not just the drinks but also events they hold. $5 Happy Hour on all drinks!!! Locals get a nearly 50% discount.

Punk is an Art form with a history that should be displayed properly. Museums, performance spaces, and galleries are the temples that display this Art. Anyone who says otherwise is myopic. I only deducted a star because I wanted it to be closer to Evel Pie.

Highly anticipated this place to open and went on opening weekend, it didn’t disappoint. Fantastic collection of art and memorabilia from the punk rock era. I was transported back to my youth and a time when music was edgy and raw. There was someone and something with nostalgia that touched the heart and soul of punk. Looking at posters and photographs of performers so young it’s sad to know they’ve aged but most are still playing. Come take a walk back in time with a guided or self guided tour. You’ll find a tattoo parlor upstairs across from a wedding chapel and just below a punk bar. Highly recommend you enjoy this part of history and ask for a free head butt.

So this is a pilgrimage religious experience for die hard punk fans. It's very hard to think of any noteworthy punk band that is not represented at least once in here. My wife and 2 small kids ran around the place for about an hour, and I am quite sure I'm coming back soon so I can spend 3 hours reading everything. I didn't want to ruin the experience too, much so I posted just an outside shot and a picture of my kids having fun. Most of the content is PG-13, there was only 1 display where I was like move along kiddos, nothing to see here LOLOLOLOL. Upstairs they let you play actual guitars and bass guitars of the lengends, that was cool. There's like a gravity to this place, my wife and I fought off the occasional tear as we remembered a lot of our lives and the lives of the people displayed in these hallowed halls. So for example: if you know what these words mean ... Epitaph, Fat Wreck Cords, Punk Rock Bowling, Gilman Street, Hardcore, then this is the place for you.

The Punk Rock Museum was absolutely amazing! The collection of art and memorabilia is phenomenal. It is obvious the time and effort put in to make this place perfect for fans and lovers of music to enjoy. What makes it even more unique is that you can get tattooed or married, and you can actually touch or play some of the instruments. As a lover of museums, this is one of my absolute favorites!

My visit to the Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular! The highlight of our tour was having Nathan Maxwell from Flogging Molly as our guide. His insights and stories added a personal and authentic touch, making the history come alive in a way that was both engaging and deeply fascinating. The bar at the museum was a pleasant surprise, offering a fantastic selection of drinks at really great prices. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the punk rock atmosphere after exploring the exhibits. But the most memorable part of our visit? Getting matching tattoos at the on-site tattoo shop! It felt like a true punk rock experience, blending art, music, and a sense of community. The tattoo artists were incredibly skilled, and the process was as enjoyable as it was meaningful. The museum itself is a treasure trove of punk rock history, with an atmosphere that’s electric and inspiring. It’s evident that every detail was curated with passion and a deep respect for the genre. In conclusion, the Punk Rock Museum is a must-do for anyone visiting Las Vegas, especially for music enthusiasts. It’s more than just a museum; it’s an experience that celebrates the spirit and history of punk rock. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Exceeded my expectations with the huge collection of memorabilia and interesting displays of clothes, instruments, posters and other punk rock history items. Great venue and great people we had a blast seeing The Objex play!

Absolutely amazing! An experience I will never forget. I got the guided tour with Dave Baksh of Sum 41. It was 2 and a half hour tour of talking punk history with someone that admired it just as much if not more than me. To top it all of Dave played the Hell Song in the jam room at the end of the tour. I highly recommend this place to any punk rock fan. Museum covers mostly punk from 60s, 70, 80s, and 90s. Upstairs had some cool stuff from 2000s punk bands and Warped Tour. Jam room had an impressive amount of instruments from a bunch of punk rock bands you could all play.

This will forever be a special place to me because not only does it have such a rich collection of history from a movement that changed my life, but I renewed my wedding vows to my best friend in the chapel upstairs. Everything was so easy to set up with Charlsey, and everyone that worked there was super nice and accommodating. The chapel is quaint and although semi-private, it was fun to have people watch and congratulate us. The exhibits are more extensive than I could have imagined. So many talented musicians are honored in the halls, and the museum only plans to expand with artists that may be missing. And if they read this, please add the Newtown Neurotics and Subversives!

We had a guided tour with Greg Hetson and it was amazing. Loved hearing the stories, very cool guy. There is so much to see, we spent about 3 hours here. We had a drink before the tour and went back to take pictures and just enjoy. We also bought some merch that was fairly priced. Will definitely go back when in Vegas!!

Overall pretty good experience. Apparently all punks in the US are in their 40s, lol. With that being said perhaps a little delay at the entrance was caused by the fact it was a Memorial day and also people preferred to stay inside to get drunk. The entourage was fine, but not overwhelmingly stuffed with memorabilia. The coolest thing of course is a Jam Room where u can actually play instruments donated by the musicians. Lots of photos. You can also make a tattoo if you don’t have one yet. Or get married (highly recommended). I’d also recommend to get a guided tour because without a good story behind it’s a little flat. *please play this song on the radio*

I really enjoyed my visit here! Didn’t really know where to start as soon as I walked in. I ended up walking up the stairs first. There’s a bar on the bottom level, tattoo shop on the second level and some memorabilia and a jam room on the third level. The guitarist of Sum 41 was on the third floor taking pictures with fans which I didn’t expect but thought was pretty cool! After I checked out everything upstairs I went back down and found the main museum area to the left of the gift shop. They have a lot of really cool punk history in there. There’s also a small room on the bottom level where bands will perform occasionally. Go check it out!

My husband is a huge NOFX fan, so when we saw tickets for a guided tour by Fat Mike for the new Punk Rock Museum, it was a no-brainer! Our quick in-n-out to Vegas just for this tour was well worth it. The museum is beautifully curated and serves as an incredible homage to the punk genre. There were rooms dedicated to different decades' and countries' punk scenes, and they are planning to fill the rooms and walls with even more. The museum is owned only by people in the punk scene, and the passion and history were so apparent and interesting, even as someone who is a punk fan-adjacent because of my husband. Highly recommend getting a guided tour by an artist in the punk scene, and even seeing multiple if you're local or able to! Hearing Mike's stories as we went through each room was priceless and added an invaluable layer to the experience. Ryan was over the mooooooooon! The amazing assortment of memorabilia, the engaging exhibits, and the passionate staff all contribute to an unforgettable experience. They are opening a tattoo shop soon, and had a little chapel for ceremonies. If you're a punk rock fan or simply curious about its history, this museum is a must-visit in Las Vegas. Thank you for the great experience!

The Punk Rock Museum was amazing! All four of us loved it. We especially enjoyed the jam room. The museum is not only well organized but also the music fits every room. I would like to have those restrooms at home: clean and - just have a look. The staff was competent and very friendly. Thank you for this great experience.

The best part of my trip to Vegas! I had a blast! The collection of punk history was just incredible. I spent a couple hours going through the museum and then spent some time having some beers on the patio. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming. It was nice to see some stuff from Canadian legends Propagandhi and SNFU. If you're into punk or music history, do yourself a favour and check it out! I was disappointed that Nubs wasn't around, I remember having a chat with her a few years ago outside of This Ain't Hollywood in Hamilton!

There are lots of items from different bands to see. Went as a group but did not get the guided tour. The ticket was around 30 dollars and spent around 2 hours walking around reading the info they had posted next to the items. Didn't catch a live performance on the garage they have inside, but was able to hear someone else playing in the studio located in the second floor. There is a bar located on the first floor for anyone wanting a drink (or a gew) before heading out.

Had a great time visiting the Punk Rock Museum. Lots of memorabilia, musical instruments, photos, etc., from different prominent eras/cities/scenes relating to punk rock. The obvious British roots are represented, as well as U.S. East and West coasts, of course. There's a clear focus on the 90's, when "punk" became more mainstream and radio friendly, which will undoubtedly be a source of debate among purists and aficionados. The gift shop was a little lackluster, but the onsite bar is cool, and staff were all friendly and attentive. Worth a visit.

My only regret is I didn't have enough time to spend in this amazing place. We will definitely be coming back and spending a good amount of time going through this amazing history of punk rock. The museum starts as you would expect with the forefathers of punk and basically walks you through every offshoot you can imagine. While we were walking through the museum, a band actually went into pennywise's replica garage and just started playing, One of the people in our group went upstairs and was actually playing Tim Armstrong's guitar. Where else can you do this and then go get a tattoo to remember the experience? If you love music, not even just a punk rock music fan but music, this should be on your bucket list. Also, as an added bonus the staff was just freaking awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly and still somehow punk rock. Thanks guys! keep it up. we'll see you soon

As a huge fan of punk rock, I had to see this when I was in Vegas. First, you cannot bring a backpack inside and since we ubered and didn't have a car, they made us "check the bag" and charged us $5.00 for that. Unreal. The girl at the checkout register was a nasty snot and had no personality whatsoever. I mean I know it's a punk museum but you're not Johnny Rotten so stop acting like it. We paid alot of money to get in and would've appreciated alittle kindness but I guess what do you want from the punk museum? Lol. It was great to see my favorite bands immortalized here. Cool place overall. There's a bar inside too.

Spent the afternoon at one of the coolest joints in Vegas. Very well constructed with so much to experience. Take your time so you can take it all in. Tattoo parlor, jam room, wedding chapel and a full bar to boot. They even have a discount on tickets for locals. Vegas took that away from us, but not the PRM. Thanks, bro

Great fun. Plan to spend a few hours because there is a lot to look at. Nice displays overall but can be a bit overwhelming and busy. After you walk through, be sure to get a drink at The Triple Down bar. It is clean, and the staff is friendly, a slight departure from its sister bar, The Double Down. But truth be told, I have not been to The Double Down in almost 10 years! It's worth the $30 for sure. Great job, to all involved, for creating a unique Las Vegas experience.

Probably one of the most memorable experiences of my life was seeing my 15yo play drums for Fat Mike. I would 💯 go back, and not just because of the regular celebrity tours. There are few places in the world where punk musical history, lifestyle, and memorabilia have been adequately captured. The Punk Rock Museum is the best of them, by far. Would highly recommend!!!

  • 3/5 VegasValley Virgo (. 1 year ago on Google
It was a pretty nifty museum and the layout is very radical and punk rock. I must say they had some of the best PSV graphics and prints around! But for the 30$ bucks I was feeling pretty emo about the admission. If your into punk rock this is the spot and you'll love it! If not so much skip the museum, peep the gift shop and bar. I also hear they have an authentic bar menu. Gonna have to circle back for the bar with some true hard-core punk fans! 🤘😎

An absolute amazing and enthralling collection of punk memorabilia displayed in a magnificent manner. If perusing the collection overwhelms you, just sit down at the Triple Down and enjoy a tall can of PBR while you catch your breath! Highly recommended for punk rock fanatics and music lovers in general.

I’ve travelled to Vegas for years (decades?) to attend an entertainment oriented tradeshow. This museum is one of the most authentic, from-the-heart & organic experiences I have had in the city. Full disclosure: I’m a fan of many genres of music….and I’m old enough to have experienced the original rise of the Stooges, Dolls, Ramones, Lou Reed, etc…but punk is just one flavour in my musical palette. But man did this place fill my appetite. The staff were nothing short of fantastic…extra points to Mean Gene behind the bar who turned my attention to some new music I had never heard before that I HAVE to go out & add to my collection. You must…..MUST attend this museum even if you are only a casual listener to this type of music. A museum built on passion & love.

Super bummed about our experience here. This was a bucket list for us to do while in Las Vegas, when we got there friendly staff. However, they didn’t let us know that they were short staffed and therefore couldn’t make it into the jam room (which would have been nice to know before buying the tickets). It’s a cool experience I would recommend, definitely ask before you buy tickets so you can make the most of your experience.
