AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They messed up twice in one stay and were dishonest. We checked in on December 29th for one one night. Upon check-in we were given room 111. We looked at the room as it was right next to the back door on the ground level and asked the night manager if we could get a room on an upper floor. He said "this is the only room I have". Entire night the back door kept banging against the lock as people went in and out to smoke. My kids kept waking up every 20 mins due to the loud noise. Then in the morning people used the back door to take their dogs out. Needless to say we had a miserable sleepless night. The hotel was a disaster. Then in the morning during check-out I mentioned this to the manager on the front-desk who said "You should have never been given that room. We always have a lot of issues back there. I always tell people that those rooms are not the best". I was like "EXACTLY". Offcourse no one cared to tell us anything. The manager promised me a "full refund" through Expedia. Offcourse no refund showed up. When Expedia called the hotel they said "the person was a night auditor and was not authorized to issue a refund". That's it. I am so disappointed in complete lack of customer service from Best Western. They were not honest and didn't care for the customers experience.

I'm a BW Diamond member. This property is dated and showing it's wear and tear. Rooms are OK but nothing special. Furniture had a layer of dust that it was obvious things were not cleaned often. TV did not work at first but was fixed quickly enough. However the bed was clean and comfy. But the worst part was...They're heating breakfast up in the steamtable / chaffing dishes. That's a good way to poison some one. Food needs to be brought up to temp quickly by cooking in an oven or stovetop first and then transferred to the chaffing dishes to hold. Everything was luke warm / cold...from the frozen pre cooked eggs to the biscuits to the sausage and the gravy were just put out to warm up in the chaffers themselves. BIG no no and basic food service 101 kinda stuff. Would not return.

Stayed here 2 nights. Rooms were cozy and it was quiet, the receptionist Danny served us really well too. Breakfast was warm and plentiful. Will be visiting against next time we return to Vegas.

The room was not clean and the heater didn't work properly. Staff was great especially the lady in the morning.

Room was okay but the people on the floor above us were SO loud for several hours late at night. We called the front desk 3 times and they didn't seem to do anything. Would not stay there again.

First room heater wasnt working. Second room toilet seat came loose then that room heater stopped working and finally in the morning chipped the ice off our food in the refrigerator.

Garbage left behind in my room from the previous occupant. The garbage was obvious when I walked into the room. Plastic water bottle and cellphone wrapper between nightstand and wall. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for the housekeeping manager but they had gone for the day. The very kind desk clerk offered to change my room to another. Honestly I am so grossed out by such obvious filth, I can’t offer a review about the rest of the hotel because I’m not going to use any amenities. If obvious garbage is what I see, what other nasty unsanitary conditions will I find? Eeeewww. Going to shower off and get out of here first thing in the morning. I hope the sheets are clean?!?!

Awesome staff and hotel! The staff by far were some of the friendliest people we have ever encountered on a trip! One of our best experiences ever at a best western! Staff and hotel deserve a 10 star rating and review!

If you want a more upscale hotel with most of the perks your looking for then check out this hotel. They have a large lobby and another area off the lobby with tables and chairs for to enjoy your hot breakfast before setting back out on the road or just sitting back to read, people watch, talk to other guests or whatever you would like to use it for. There's meeting rooms, a business center, weight room, indoor pool and hot tub and a indoor elevator in the lobby. The staff here are very professional and friendly and offer accommodations to make your stay more like home. From house keeping to front desk agents to the management are here to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable and full of fun. Conveniently located just off I-25 with easy on/off access, covered parking area for your check in/out, rooms are second to none here in Las Vegas, NM. Beds are super comfortable, awesome pillows and comforters are super soft and warm. The rooms are very clean and offer nice amenities in room. They have mini suites with a pull out bed, mini wet bar, Keurig coffee machines in each room, a microwave, a mini fridge, in room heat/ac unit along with either a king bed or 2 queen beds and much more. Regular rooms come standard with 1 king or 2 queen beds, a reading chair, dresser for clothing, a microwave, mini fridge, flat screen tv with cable, free wifi, Keurig coffee machine in room, in room heat/ac unit, iron, ironing board, 2 dirty laundry bags, full length mirror, hair dryer, granite countertop in bathroom and nicely citrus scented amenities. All the standard room amenities are also available in the mini suites also. Just didn't list them twice.

The hotel lies at the north end of the town and hence is a bit inconvenient to access shops and amenities if you don't have a car. The place as such was amazing and tge service as well. The sad part was they didn't have any options for vegetarians in breakfast, only bread and fruits

This is the only Hotel in the area that has great service and extremely clean rooms. The towels are always white and clean and the sheets and pillows are crisp and fluffy. Thanks to the owners and staff!

The flooring in the bathroom tile is basically just laying on the ground. Cracked, hotel is super dirty. Stair well has mold, dust and trash every where. $212 for one night military rate with a pet fee… my pets made this place smell better. Great for a budget, not $200 nearly worthy.

Made a reservation months ago, and the rude little pink haired girl behind the counter gave our room away. I booked an accessible room and had the printed confirmation in hand. She argued with me and told me I had no reservation for accessible or 2 queens (while traveling with 3 people, 1 in a wheelchair). She kept calling me Ma'am in the most snotty disrespectful tone. Best Western has lost my business. On a 2 week road trip, this was the worst!

Nice place to stay. Only issue for us was trying to regulate in-room heating. Ended up putting a/c on in December because when furnace set at 65 it kept pumping out hot air. Everything else was great!

Front desk not very helpful. Pool not open, breakfast needs an attendant, out of nearly everything. Room was OK. Was nice location

For the area it's nice. The front desk is not very good and very unresponsive to requests. The breakfast is good, and the staff at the breakfast are nice. The rooms were not great. We had to get our mattress replaced to be able to stay in the room. Edit: We stayed twice in a week. The first time was the mattress issue. It was resolved. Not sure why the mattress was put back on bed in that condition in the first place... But the "unresponsive" desk experience was our second stay. We had to call 3 times for bedding for the pullout over the course of an hour. Then we eventually had to go down in person and request it. The phone in our second room was not working. And the front desk seemed annoyed we were asking for things.

Super friendly and helpful staff! So nice to talk to smiling cheerful people that really care about being helpful. Room was decent with a nice bed with a good mattress. Mini fridge and microwave in room was great as well. One odd thing was that the bathroom didn't have a vent fan but other than that I would recommend BW Montezuma to anyone. Just make sure you book your reservation in advance for the best price.

Issue with the Assistant manager Espi. The communication was lacking along with customer service. She got upset and kinda rude with me for something that wasn't my fault but being myself I apologized to her, not her to me. All and all the hotel is nice and staff is friendly. If you would like more detail email me.

Our suite was clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. However, this is our second year at this hotel. We come for the fiestas every 4th of July. Why was the pool closed yet again? I understand the pool being closed due to last years fires. But why is it still closed this year. We were looking forward to a relaxing swim after the fiestas. Also the TVs were acting up. TVs kept turning off randomly. Channels were not working on Saturday morning into the late evening. I reported this problem on Saturday morning. No one came to even look at it. I also told the night clerk. Issue was not resolved. Unfortunately I will not be coming to this hotel ever again and neither will my big group of family.

The room was nice and clean, the lady who we booked the room with at 2am was not very bright and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. But what saved it, was Debbie who was running breakfast. She was the sweetest lady. My husband and baby were up in the room so I went to get breakfast and bring it back. Debbie saw me loading two full plates and got me a tray so that I didn’t have to struggle. She also saw that the sausage patties were almost out (it was 9:50) but she ran to get me some and said “it’s not breakfast without some sausage patties!” Seriously, best customer service ever. We will definitely stay here again because of Debbie.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel as stated on Google. Our room seemed okay at first but our opinion of it went downhill quickly. Our air conditioner barely cooled the room, the refrigerator did not work and we found a sex toy in the disgusting arm chair. Also the free breakfast was not good, everything was cold. The only positive things I can say are the bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. For the price we paid, I expected much better.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. They had a sign up that the pool area was closed. They should have told us the hot tub was not working. We like to stay where there is a hot tub and no accommodation was made. We would have stayed some where eles had we known. The breakfast was ok. I didn't care for the hard eggs or ham. It didn't taste very good, it tasted cold.
