The Property is Polished from top to bottom and one of the cleanest rooms I have ever had. Fair room size and modern things like night lights and extra pillows. Food easily obtainable 24 / 7, and the smells from the Oyster Bar are amazing! Casino was fun, its huge! Reasonable pricing. I was happy to pay the bill and we will go back.

It is a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The casino area is also clean and never crowded. The restaurants are 5 stars. I've never had a bad experience. My husband and I needed help with our casino card, and Shannon was super helpful and very nice to talk to. We also got to talk with Bernice, and what a treasure she is! Everyone is so nice and helpful here. We love this place.

I love palace station🤷🏽‍♀️... Some may think that it's not the best but I guess the experience is different for different people. Being a local I enjoy not being on the strip with the fast paced people. Palace Station is nicely remodeled, from the rooms to the pool. I love getting comps and my host is AWESOME! service is quick and I love the security🙌 There are some sketchy people that frequent the casino though. Overall a laid back place to just kick back.

Stayed here when we made a trip to see Omega Mart, and loved our room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Not a bad walk to Omega Mart, only about a 20 minute walk. Not as great if you plan to do a lot on the strip, though, at least not without a car. Still, best bed I had on the road trip so far!

Our stay was extremely pleasant! The front desk staff was nice and he gave us a room on the top floor! We checked for bed bugs but didn’t find any so we had a good night sleep. There was lots of parking, felt very secure with lots of security guards patrolling the lots. Very convenient location.

I’ve been to the casino a few times now. Whenever my boss is in town, he stays at this hotel. Palace station is definitely a nice casino on the higher end and not on the strip. It has good restaurants in it which I would recommend. The customer service has always been good. And I’ve heard good things about the rooms. If you’re coming to Vegas, this is definitely an expensive hotel compared to some of the other ones on the strip and provides all the commodities you’re gonna want.

We didn't feel like dealing with the parking/traffic hassles of the strip for this one day visit. I have to say, pleasantly surprised by all the efforts they are putting in to make this location a real contender. It was pleasantly bright, and even different entry points to the casino floor that let in a little natural light. There were drink attendants in every area, and they were frequently offering drinks. There was a lively crowd at the table games, and either 2 or 3 craps tables going on a Friday afternoon, off strip. Bathrooms were modern, very clean and stocked. They have a few restaurants; the line for the limited seating oyster bar was around the corner. We didn't try it this time, but it definitely smelled good and will be first in line the next time. All in all we had an enjoyable time, and felt appreciated by the facility. Oh yeah, and we left with our bankroll even after buying lunch, so I mean, that's a plus right there 😊 To finish up, just want to point out that the old days of Vegas are gone... Most casinos are trying to squeeze nickels everywhere they can... Parking fees, less comps, less free/promo play, and the food... Anyway this was a nice change of pace. If I had to fault one thing... It would apply to many other casinos around here... Why is Panda Express in so many? Their food is just mediocre. I guess people eat there to stretch the bankroll for the slots. Its just weird having fast food in a place that is excelling in other areas.

Extremely courteous staff in casino and restaurant. Don't recall the name of the restaurant, but we had a seafood tower which was great! We also had soups, lobster bisque and French onion (1st time I ever had it and absolutely loved it!!). Considering staying there or at one of the Station places next time. We usually stay downtown and visit the strip, enjoying walking around and seeing lots without the complexity of the strip. We always rented a car, but won't again. It was a total waste of money, this time. Made sense on our past visits, going to Red Rock, ghost towns, etc. But this time, it definitely wasn't worth it for us, considering parking at strip hotels (Including self parking). Bit of a rant, but Palace Station is very nice!

The good: Friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are clean. Not far from the strip without all the traffic. The bad: Rooms are average. No complimentary in room coffee for the morning which would have been nice because of the minimum 20+ minute wait for the in hotel Starbucks or restaurant. No frills at all…. Not even a fridge to keep your water cold for later in the blistering Vegas heat. Our own safe could not be programmed and only the default code could be used. For the price of the stay I expected more.

Great value Hotel off the strip. Close to the North Outlet Mall. Not too far from the strip. The restaurant has good items and the quality and price are great. Parking is free. They also have 4 electric chargers in the parking garage which are free to use and charge. There is a Starbucks downstairs which is very convenient. Overall clean rooms and hotel. Perfect for families to be away from the hectic strip hotels.

After lunch I sat down to enjoy a limited budget bit of light gambling. Hopefully it will pay off. And it DID! A great Locals Casino to visit...okay and eat! With lots to do and entertainment as well. And the weekly gifts are great as well!

We were really surprised. Snagged a great deal with their Black Friday sale. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean. The Brass Fork has great meals at very good prices.

This is the first and definitely not the last time I will have stayed here. The rooms, halls, casino floors were super clean. The staff were all great and had positive attitudes and were extremely helpful. They have 5 elevators and the middle one actually has windows at the back to see the outside as you are going up or down. Will be back soon to collect what I left in the machines. 😁

I would give this hotel more star but our experience at pool was horrible. The pool staff over all were good but Alexis needs some training in customer service. We attended latin night this Friday night July 28 and were told to leave by security becuase Alexis called them because we were standing around a table. About 8 security came to out to escort us out. UNBELIEVABLE. We hadn't even been served yet. The next day I witness a fight at the pool where guests were being verbally abusive to another guest. They even threw a drink at her. One security came spoke to them and they were a loud to stay. Alexis spoke to the aggressive guest and allowed them too stay. The head of security that spoke to us the night before told us it was the pool decision that they didn't want us there. Maybe because we had visible minority with us who knows. We were threaten with being charged with trespassing. Security even took a picture of our ID which we had to ask to be deleted. For standing around a table that wasn't being used. Not sitting, STANDING. This still blows my mind. If don't want to be treated like a criminal for standing around don't go to this hotel. This experience changed the tone of our trip. I would not recommend this hotel.

Greta place to stay off the strip and the room was nice and clean. I'm only giving up four stars though because I just wish they had more of a selection of slot games. A lot of their slots we're kind of the same or they would have the multi games with the same games as the other ones. They're also wasn't very many licensed games from like movies such as Willy Wonka and things like that.

The hotel room was very nice & the room service workers were very attentive. If you don’t feel like going out to eat in Vegas, the restaurants inside the hotel are nice. It was a long wait for The Oyster Bar, but it was worth it! Brass Fork’s brunch is good too. The hotel is also very close to the strip, you’ll pay about $11-$15 for an Uber. My only complaint is the fact that the hotel rooms don’t have fridges or microwaves..For the rooms to be the prices they are, that’s the least it should include.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions, mainly because of conferences within the resort itself. Housekeeping is hit or miss if they get to your room or not. Our TV didn't work, the safe didn't work, the beds were not comfortable at all. The casino is fun and clean. The dining options are very good. Love the Brass Fork and the Boathouse! I would stay again, but would consider other options first. Overall an affordable resort, with the potential to be great!

We love staying at the palace station because we don't go into the Vegas strip much and that the location is great getting in and out of the hotel with the car. The restaurants inside are also great, Bras Fork and Oyster Bar is a must. The pool is smaller than other higher hotels but they provide great service and great setup around the pool. The cabanas and day bed are excellent also.

I love this property, it’s not crazy like the new strip. Just the right mix of guest. The staff is very responsive, accommodating and professional, I have eaten at the Brass Fork on several occasions great food great price. This is my second time staying here I would stay here again Mike San Diego Cs The hotel has modern hotel decor

The hotel room was nice but there was no exhaust fan inside the washroom. They did charge $45 as resort fee(service fee) not sure why but I guess it's common in Las Vegas. The hotel itself is 3.5 miles away from the strip, they don't have shuttle buses from the hotel to the strip whereas other hotels provide that service. The pool was nice for hotel guests and there was a huge casino along with many other restaurants. Overall it was a decent experience. Although we booked non smoking room and the entire floor was non 🚭 only but I could still smell tobacco in the room, lobby and everywhere.

Stayed here 4 nights for an event at Palace Station. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very professional. Only minor drawbacks were no microwave/fridge in the room, and the pool was often closed early.

The hotel experience was not good for me. I have a very strong aversion to the smell of cigarette smoke, and the second you walk in the lobby of the hotel it attacks you. People smoke in the no smoking area and are generally inconsiderate. With that being said and understanding it’s Vegas and that awful smell is in every hotel, the standard King bed room was nice. The staff were kind and approachable. I really appreciated the layout and its spaciousness. The 60 in smart TV was proportional to the size of the room but it did have a couple of connectivity issues. The room does not have a fridge or microwave. The deep clean of the room could be better. The pool area is newly remodeled, with lifeguards, but the hours could be better. Current hours are 10-6p. The hotel is located across the street from McDonald’s, Panera, Chic-fil-A, Subway, In/Out to name a few major fast food chains and nearby DDD finds.

The room was nice for a quick stay. The service was great. The fitness center/gym was small, however has a good range of weights and cardio machines. There was no fresh water in the gym to drink.

Honestly the hotel is mediocre. I’ll list the pros and cons below. This review is being written as I’m in the hotel bed on night 3 of 3. Pro’s: -The casino and restaurants are clean and there is an assortment of bars and restaurants throughout the casino that are very nice. -The hotel rooms are clean. -The location is decent and it’s about a $10 Uber ride to the strip. -The hotel rooms have a nice TV and the beds are really comfortable. Con’s: -My biggest complaint with the hotel room was the temperature. We had a double bed room and had the A/C on max cool at the 60 degree setting for 3 days straight and the room wouldn’t get below 75. I woke up constantly from being too hot with no blankets or sheets on me. The A/C never turned off and it wouldn’t get cool. -The hotel room had no refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot or anything of the sort. This seems a little ridiculous especially for a hotel that hosts conferences all the time. -We tried to go to several of the bars//restaurants at like 9:30 and they were closed. The pool closes at 6pm……in Las Vegas? This should be open until 11pm or midnight. -Shower water pressure is honestly terrible. I stayed here for work and that’s the only reason. I considered coming back with my family but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not the worst but it’s honestly not worth what we paid.

Our room was updated nicely and very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the reasonable room service rates and had a wonderful breakfast that was delivered to our room promptly. The casino has a great variety of slot and video poker machines. We had a chance to play a round of bingo. The hall is very nice and has a fully stocked bar. You get 2 drinks included with your admission. The pool is very nice with loungers in some shaded areas and in the sun and outdoor showers. There are handicapped accessible chairs to assist getting into the pool and hot tub. There is a bar and there are also day beds and cabanas to rent. There were only about 5 people there when we went. The location is off strip and away from Fremont Street and is a great escape from the tourist areas. We will be returning to stay for our next vacation.

We stay here 4 or 5 times a year. For being an off strip hotel, Palace Station ranks up there with the best of them. From the moment you walk in to the hotel an the room smelling fresh and looking clean. I have never had a bad experience here And since we need a ADA room, it makes everything even better. I wish I could thank every staff member personally to tell them they are doing a fantastic job. Palace Station is the only hotel casino we will stay at. That’s way if I could would give it 100 stars

Disclaimer: My review is focused only on the hotel part of this establishment. The receptionist desk was very professional and courteous. The room I got was nicely done (being the single king-sized option). The downside I have is that they only have Netflix and a limited number of movies priced at $10 each to watch. There are nearby parking garages with good enough space. Very nice for the price.

We have been going to Vegas about 2 times a year since we were married almost 20 years ago. About 5 years ago we found Palace Station and love them! From the valets welcoming greeting to the room service attendants that always remember us...if you value customer service, you cannot beat Palace station! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, housekeeping is excellent, food options are very nice, gaming is exciting and if you need a break from playing the tables or slots you can even go see a movie! If you have a chance to visit Vegas, this is a great place to stay...our home away from home. 🤗

To be honest, this place was everything I hoped it would be. It was a convenient location off the strip, economical, clean, and welcoming. We stayed here for just one night as a stop towards our ultimate destination. I didn’t make the reservation until later that same day. I called in and they were very helpful and transparent and got us the best/cheapest room that was available. As I was traveling with my wife and three year old, weren’t too interested in the casino aspect of the hotel so I can’t speak to that but I didn’t like that we didn’t have to walk through too much of that to get to our room. So I’d say it’s a good place for family if that’s what you’re looking for. Not the most luxurious place by any means but I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Diego the clerk, was the most pleasant & accommodating. Nice clean rooms Excellent food at the Brass Fork restaurant with some delectable pastry desserts, our fave was chocolate cake! Very nice gift shop with some unique gifts. Security patrolled parking lots & a 7 eleven store nicely next door. Felt very safe here! Highly recommend if you don't want the busyness of staying on the strip.

Cool place. The Brass Fork diner isn't all that great. But, it's a diner. So, expect diner food. The service is good, the casino is really big, and the games are enjoyable. Sometimes, you win. Sometimes, you lose. It all depends on how well acquainted you are with the, "cash out", button. But, overall, an enjoyable place.

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. We stayed through a Costco package and the price was well worth the stay. This hotel is next to Area 51 art museum and close to the strip but not too close. I enjoyed this hotel much more than Southpoint. Free parking. Nice restaurants.

Went to the station theater and I loved it. It was my first time visiting a theater where you could place orders for snacks. The staff in the theater were awesome. The only thing I’d suggest is making sure the waters given are the waters on the menu. I ordered a smart water but was given Aquafina and I don’t drink that water.

Our stay was extremely pleasant! The front desk staff was nice, we got a room on the fifth floor and I didn’t hear any noise or kids like I would in any other hotel. I checked for bed bugs but didn’t find any so we had a good night sleep. There was lots of parking, felt very secure with lots of security guards patrolling the lots. There was valet parking. A free parking garage. Very convenient location. Literally everything under one roof. The casino was very nice, the main part of the casino you were allowed to smoke and that’s one thing I didn’t like but I got over it. And the restaurant were awesome and they even have a Starbucks and a cute souvenir shop.

Pool closed for winter. A short bus ride to the strip. Great room. I'm having a great time here and you will too. Right next to both a McDonald's and a 7-Eleven. Easy to get food and drinks near this hotel.

Ok, if you want a nice resort that has all the basics...this is your spot. However, if you are planning on 'experiencing' Vegas, why are you doing it so far away from Vegas? I mean really... Otherwise this place is just average but good.

My Mom loved this casino years ago. She won so many Royal Flushes. I went with my family this year in September. We didn't stay at Palace Station, so I can't grade how the rooms are. We played and had a great time.

Might not be the right target for this review. Smoking in the downstairs casino is vomitous for those that don't smoke. The line for oyster bar is 24/7 so get in line and bring your bed...for a simple bowl of seafood nah? Buffet room was closed yet another downfall..it's mediocre at best but again not big on this environment anyways just overall yuk.

although i booked s time with a mini fridge, there was none. also no coffee machine. the entire building is smokey, even elevators and hallways. only 3 sit down restaurants with ok food. they say they are within walking distance of many attractions - i suggest you use Google Maps to see just how far the places are that you want to go to.

I love this hotel/casino for my staycations. Local hotel deals..free Valet parking and the valets are personable and great. I love room service when Im too tired to go to the restaurants. Great job Palace Station.

Beautiful hotel not too far from the strip or Fremont St. There is no in room coffee maker, though. For breakfast, try Eggcellent. We went every morning. Best pancakes this 60 year old has ever had.

This hotel is a little secluded. Not close to Old Vegas or "The Strip" Public Trans & Affordable Stores are in walking distance. Casino, Nice Pool, amenities are fine. Seemed like the walls were a little thin as noise from other rooms could be heard when in the room They advertised a Wet Bar in the Suite but there is NO Wet Bar. Once we complained they did provide a refrigerator but thats only a portion. The saving grace was the Room Service! Excellent Fruit Plate, Continental Breakfast & even the Oatmeal was Great! I'd give 4 stars but my wife does not agree.

I was there to eat at the Boathouse. Was very disappointed that the last table say was at 9. I had gone during the summer and it was pretty late and after 10 it was a ramen service. Which was very very good. I have gone twice since hoping to eat there again and both times it was already closed or was closing for the night. My roommate works til 8 every night so when we decide to eat out we look for restaurants that have either received very good reviews or it's one we have previously been. Unfortunately Las Vegas has less and less 5 or even 4star restaurants that are available 9pm or later. We decided not to eat anywhere else like the cafe that we chose to try at the Palace Station. The one and only time we will or have eaten there was not a very good experience. The waitress was overheard complaining about our table and the food was not anything to write about plus to order an Irish coffee we were served with the coffee a shot and had to ask for whipped cream and were charged separately for each item. I don't complain about how much we are charged for good food and good service but I would say that for a$135 check there should have been better service and we shouldn't have had to ask for a manager for over cooked calamari. And by the way that was for 2 peoole in the cafe they have. The exclusive restaurants in Palace station we have only tried the Boathouse and when we did get a table the service and food are excellent.

Pillows were small and a bit uncomfortable. Room was clean and fairly updated compared to many. Close to the strip and nice offerings. Room service came by super early for some reason. Wasn't even close to check out time. Pretty good hotel to stay in.

Perhaps I shouldn’t be writing about this place as I don’t gamble. The hotel is just ok. Nothing special. The decor, carpeting etc is pretty old, but the room was clean and did the job. The clientele is a bit trashy and the casino floor is right out of Dante’s hell. If feeding a machine with your hard earned money while chain smoking and drinking cheap cocktails is your thing, I think you might have come to the right place. I chose it because it was cheap.

Palace Station casino has been and still is my go to place when I get the itch to go to Las Vegas. I think the biggest reasons for me is that it's off the strip away from the tourist traps the hustle and bustle of Disney land like crowds and lines. It's more personal with great service. The slot machines seem to hit better. The waitresses are friendly and very attentive. The staff is super friendly. Even though I'm one in a million customers they get in a day the host still calls me and lets me know I'm valued and appreciated. They do not have to do that, Yet they do. To me it makes the difference in where I go,stay, and play in Vegas. The bottom line is yes im paying their light bill just like every one else, so its in their favor to call me and ask how it went, and invite me back. Other casinos I'm sure do the same. In the last 35 years of my Vegas experiences Palace Station Casinos do it better and it just seems more genuine and sincere when I hear from them. When the waitress brings me a drink. When I ask security where I parked my car. When I pass out on a machine and management casually wakes me up and my money is still there. I could go on and on. I highly recommend Palace Station. Once your there why leave.

Went there for Bingo on a very popular night with a huge cash ball. The line was extremely long when we arrived 10 minutes before the start of the game. The clerks worked extremely fast to get thru the line and didn't rush us when it was our turn as we were newbies and unsure of what to buy. Thanks for making my bingo experience stress free.

We went for the movies a d the movie theater was great, one of the best in tow . We love the service- they take your order in the theater seats then bring you the food. The poor part is you need to walk through the smoke filled, cigarette smell of the casino. Even after they have remodled it, and it's a gorgeous job, it still smells of smoke.

Can't believe it took me a decade to come back to this place. The menu is incredible! Had the gumbo (the best I've had) and the pan roast, of course. Took the dirty seafood chowder, and jambalaya to go, almost as incredible the next day as it was right at the bar!

This was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, which maybe isn't saying a lot since I'm not a very fancy guy. Still, it was impeccably clean, had a sweet view, there was plenty of room, the shower was comfortable, the TV was big and clear, and the price shocked me for a hotel in Vegas fairly close to the strip. The person I dealt with at the front desk was kind and efficient. At first he gave me a key that didn't work, which was kind of annoying cause I had to go up 18 floors only to come back down. But he was super apologetic and even gave me some free water (which is pretty much gold in Vegas). If Google allowed half stars, I would have give this place four and a half. The only thing preventing me from giving them the full five was the lack of free amenities. I find it odd that when I stay at a cheap(ish) motel I get a coffee maker in my room with free unlimited coffee and free breakfast. Yet when I stay at a place that's easily triple the price, there's no coffee in the room and breakfast costs $30. Not to mention the a small bottle of water is $3.50, which is almost criminal. I also didn't appreciate the amount of iPhone compatible products in the room. I tried to charge my phone using the clock radio and the fancy outlets and neither of them worked...

Very clean bathrooms. They have a good selection of games $10 bets being the lowest on table games. There is must try restaurant here. (Cajun food) you must wait in line no reservation available. First come first serve. Great selection of food. Service can be improved. Mask require to play tables games. Late at night it can be hard to get a taxi at this casino.

Great remodeled hotel very close to the freeway, short trip to the strip. Nice variety of restaurants and food options. Amazing view of Vegas at night. Relaxing pool area with a bar full of helpful staff. . . And I also win big money every trip. Their players card incentives are great!

Palace Station was great! The rooms are a bit smaller, but who spends time in their room in Vegas anyway. Pricing was very reasonable. You can actually get drink service consistently while playing on the casino floor. Lots of games to choose from. We were well taken care of!!

I have to say, the Palace Station has some of the best food in Vegas. The Boathouse has great Asian dishes... the fried calamari is out of this world delicious. The casino is a bit smoky and they have an issue with people asking for money or trying to sell bracelets. If they could get that under control it would make it much more comfortable to gamble there. Though I haven't tried it myself, people wait HOURS to eat at the Oyster Bar, so there's got to be a reason....

This is definitely one of the nicer of the palace station casinos series than some of the others that are off strip. Is just far enough off the strip that you can kind of get away of the sometimes stressful traffic of Las Vegas boulevard but there is enough to do in the area and connecting businesses to making the experience still enough of getting in what Vegas has to offer. I've noticed that it seems like construction inside the casino lasts a lot longer than normal but it doesn't shut down anything crucial enough to inhibit your experience. The rooms are relatively large and size and I've been noticed no problems with the cleanliness. There's a whole section of the casino that seems a lot brighter and newer with a large sports book and a large group gambling gaming area where large groups of people can all play the same poker or roulette. This side of the casino also offers a large wrap around the bar. Overall this casino is definitely worth your while if you're in the area or if you're booked to stay.

Friendly staff, great rooms, security will not let you up the elevators unless u have proof of room key. Safety is a priority which makes you feel extra safe. Super comfy beds. Off the strip great location. Awesome restraunts inside the casino. Tacos and Tequilas awesome food great margaritas 🍹.

We just stopped by to watch the dodgers play have a few drinks and chill. I won a hundred bones playing the slots. It was a nice place, not to crowded and a nice relaxing atmosphere. go check it out if you like to chill and not be in a busy casino.

I was pretty happy with location of hotel since it was around the corner from famous strip. Food selection is good here and beds are 6.5/10 and pool was nice. Two things annoyed me. One, IF they have rooms available earlier than check in they charge 22.00 extra. Never paid that anywhere before but was so tired and jet lagged from traveling from Florida that I paid. Second annoying thing is we had valuables in our room and were very selective on what days to take door hanger down to not enter. On last day of stay husband and I were napping before our red eye flight in which we were woken up to security banging on our door to open up. Security proceeded to tell my husband he was doing a welfare check and he needed to see in the room, my husband said sure but that his wife (me) was sleeping. The security guard left abruptly in another direction. When I asked front desk about situation I was asked if my door hanger was up for 3 days....it was as a matter of fact but maybe a call or heads up before going to extreme measures to alarm a guest. As a matter of fact, why not check the records of how often the card was swiped to get into the room?

We had 1 night before flying out, good location. We had booked non smoking it was a holiday weekend, no non smoking rooms. The manager was very helpful and made some adjustments. We would stay again because of the service and staff were all friendly and good at their jobs. Food at the restraunt was good.

Been coming to Vegas for years as my professional society has their annual fall meeting in Vegas. Although it's always held at Cosmo, I'm glad I started renting a car and branching out because once outside the Strip, pricing is a lot more reasonable and you get many options. I enjoy the more laid back atmosphere with more locals than hard partying tourists. I'd come to Palace Station numerous times to eat, and decided to stay this time around. The room was nicely remodeled, it was clean and quiet. I often have a hard time sleeping yet I rested quite well in my room. I like how the elevators to the rooms are next to the hotel lobby so I don't need to walk through the casino every time. There is always a guard that checks for room keys, and out in the parking lot I often see security patrolling on bicycle. This helps me feel safe. Everyone there is friendly and service is prompt. I don't gamble. Sometimes I feel like an odd duck at a casino hotel, but I still enjoy my stay as they have very good restaurants (Brass Fork has a diverse menu and great desserts and open at all hours. Charcoal Room is an upscale steakhouse that has fresh and delicious steaks and seafood) that aren't too crowded. For $75/night and reasonably affordable restaurants, it is pretty hard to beat for a vacation.

The hotel managers have been playing games with me on this for the last few weeks. I don’t know if anyone will finally take care of this issue! The 4.2 rate is not fair for this hotel. Hope people realize what this hotel really is and then its rate will stand to a fair place which is I think lower than 3.

Stopped here for breakfast at the Brass Fork. Reasonable prices and good food. Service and was slow and our server spilled a container of ketchup on the table at my elbow. She said the containers were tippy but did not apologize or wipe it up. Good thing she gave us extra napkins.

Always come for the Oyster bar.! Thankfully there has been some renovations done and your feet no longer stick to the carpet when you walk! Came at 12 noon and as usual had to wait at least 1hr 30 mins. But it is worth the wait. I had the crab seafood bake with extra crab. It's exactly the same ad it was pre covid. Happy to say that the prices ate pretty much the same as before. Just a pit they couldn't open more seats!! Always delicious 😋

The employees were welcoming at the location (front desk). Unfortunately, the front desk would not grant my request for the king bed after a month in advance of paying for our stay. Also, the hotel was clean and not far from the strip, Fremont, and edc (driving distance). Also, the room in certain areas were slightly damaged but did not cause issues with our stay. Also, if you wake up late, party hard, for example, leave by 2 P.M., your room will not be service/cleaned. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced/cleaned for three days in a row. Although the front desk was helpful and would provide anything you needed, such as toilet paper and towels. Also, the brass fork, was really good.

The only negative is there floor was non smoking, but the hotel was great - but the second hand was rough. For its main purpose and smokers that's OK, so I am not reducing for that. For a seminar and a non smoker that don't gamble, the smoking was rough. The seminar rocked and the food was terrific.

A great all in one place. Gambling- many different machines from classics to exciting new games. Enough fun you don't feel bad if you loose. Food- some of the best seafood at the Oyster Bar and the Cafe has good prices and delicious desserts. If thats not enough the location is great. Walking distance to a few other gambling and eating spots.

This hotel is not on the strip but it's not far. Ubers get you in and out back to this hotel which I thoroughly enjoy it. Front desk was awesome. But I never got my room refund of 100, which she clearly stated it would be refund upon checkout.

Our room was not too bad. The size was good for us. My husband has a walker, and there was room for him to maneuver easily. No loud noises, even though we were close to the elevator. I liked that there were two sinks and they were separated. I could do my makeup while he was taking a shower. Con - the room was only cleaned two days, so the trash was not emptied. We didn't have a lot, fortunately.

Booked a reservation and mistakenly kept my name as the guest instead of my daughter's. They wouldn't let me change it to her name or cancel my reservation. Money flushed down the toilet. Called and booked a Best Western instead. I can deposit $15,000 into a random stranger's bank account but can't book and pay for a room in my name and let my own daughter stay in it. Crazy times...

I went to the Cinebarr recently to catch a movie stayed to play some games and wound up making back what I spent on the movie. Service was great the hostesses there are pretty good about coming back quickly to ya. Very attention to detail when it comes to the ash tray replacement.

I frequently stay at the Palace Station on work trips to Vegas. At first I did not like it what so ever. I would have much rather been somewhere on the strip for the increased options for food and entertainment. That being said, the Palace Station has grown on me. When I see that I’m booked in a different resort or hotel in Vegas I groan as Palace Station has become an old reliable place to rest my head after a long day of work.

Casino staff was very attentive and courteous. They were quick to offer to reprint my card when they saw I had an ID that most likely would not have worked in the kiosk.

Brass Fork Cafe has a wonderful and tasty menu. My favorite is the fried rice with bacon and ginger. Rooms are clean but we always have to ask for extra towels. We like the location as it is close to the convention center. They have the older slots that I like to play and plenty of the new games.
