great location, very affordable, clean and comfortable. We chose this location because we did not want to gamble every day in Las Vegas but also did some hiking and go to the desert. We were very happy we chose this hotel instead of a hotel on the strip. If you like swimming, you will love this hotel. excellent indoor pool

Not impressed at all with this hotel. "First floor" rooms are literally below the ground floor and feel like a dungeon. Your view outside the window will be looking UP at the parking lot. Elevator was not in service. $100 surprise deposit required upon check-in. Not many breakfast options. Room was dirty and very out-of-date. Multiple hairs found throughout room. Furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. Paper thing walls and floors/ceilings. I got the pleasure of hearing the upstairs guests stomping around all night, and could every every cough, spoken word, and television through the neighboring wall. Stupid useless door connecting the two rooms was probably the major reason for all of that. Overall, absolutely not worth the money and I most certainly will not be staying here again.

This hotel went above and beyond. My family and I were in a jam that was by no means this hotel’s problem, but they saved our bacon and took great care of us! Hali at the front desk was very friendly and understanding, and the general manager, Maya, was accommodating and helpful. We have stayed here before and hope to again. Thank you to Best Western Plus Las Vegas West! Also, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the facilities are always clean and available. Stay here, you’ll love it!!

Great place. Clean rooms, seems recently remodeled. It does get confusing with the hotel on a hill but that's the grounds fault lol. It was a convenient location for our stay.

Rooms were Clean with plenty of amenities, staff was friendly and breakfast was on point. There was a view of the Strip from my window. My room was on the 3rd floor on the back side of the hotel. Something worth mentioning I'd the beds..! They are so comfortable and the linens were✨chef's kiss✨

First room we went into there was standing water in the sink and the tub and one of the beds had no bottom sheet. Not noticing it the first night it was thought that it had just fallen off but upon further looking into there wasn't one. We had to be moved halfway through.

We stay here when in town for soccer tournaments. It’s a quiet place with a little wear but it’s safe, clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and pleasant. Pet friendly . The kids enjoy the pool.

I had an extensive stay here at this BW Plus. The location is easily accessible to everything you need to get done or just relax. All of the staff is friendly and focused on making your stay comfortable. Faith works the front desk has exceptional customer service skills. Faith always greets you with a smile. The General Manager, Maya Flanagan is the Best! She does an incredible job of running this BW Plus. The breakfast served every morning was always served on time. I highly recommend this BW Plus, and I have already recommended it to others should they need a place to stay to visit Las Vegas.

While staying here, I unfortunately had a medical emergency. The front desk staff was so kind and caring. Big huge shout out to Judy, from check in to needing her assistance with the emergency response team, she was exceptional. I am extremely grateful, from my family and I, thank you so so much!

Nice but don't shower or use the sinks. Water smells like sewage. Stayed her before but thus time it stank the room up. Using a wet wash cloth smell like it fell in a dirty toilet. Front counter person just shrugged it off when we said something this morning. Stay off the 3rd floor.

Check in was easy, front desk clerk was pleasant and lobby was clean. Also, the room was spacious and clean. I completely enjoyed my stay at this Best Western Plus location. Little extra bonus, there's washers and dryers on the premises for use (not free). Thank you!

Shout out to the Las Vegas Sahara location. We flew from Texas to Portland OR to pick up a couple of show rabbits. We planned on driving back for 37 hours to to Texas. NO hotel would allow us to stay. Dogs ok, rabbits, NO. It made no sense to me. Rabbits were enclosed in transport cages. I spoke with the manager (Mia ?)and she assured me it was no problem. We ended up bringing back 15 rabbits, and were panicking. This hotel was absolutely amazing about our pet issue. Room was great, breakfast was great. Thank you so much. Best Western has our business.

( NOT FOR STRIP ) Good hotel if you are visiting Summerlin. Close to 7/11 and bunch of fast food hotels. Rooms are old but spacious, heated pool and hot tub is a good addition. Breakfast was well stocked and had a lots of option. Stayed here 4 nights and had a good experience.

Very Nice Motel! I stayed there with my family of 6 people. We always only get one room and one or two people sleep on the floor to save money. When we all went in, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite room at no additional charge, so Noone would have to sleep on the floor. Great Customer Service! The customer service deserves a 15 star rating! The pool was very nice. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

I was skeptical at first because we weren't staying at the strip. But the hospitality was amazing! The location is perfect! The indoor pool was the cherry on top! Love it will definetley be coming back

This was our second time staying here, and both times we were very pleased with our stay. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful each time, making check in and check out very easy. Our room was very clean. The hotel was quiet despite being pretty full (and pet friendly). They have a dog run on the side of the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed at this hotel a couple times so far. I really like this hotel, the rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They serve a hot breakfast with a lot of options. The pool, gym areas are very clean and easy to access, parking is abundant. This is my go to hotel when I am visiting west Vegas.

After a horrible experience with booking dot com and also a different local hotel, this hotel saved our family trip! Judy at the front desk found a room that fit our family since the one we had booked through the third party was not available. She was helpful with tips of where to go eat while I was on a keto diet, and she made an AMAZING breakfast the next day that my family thoroughly enjoyed! The kids loved the pool. Would recommend to everyone! They took care of us and made us feel so welcome.

The only problem we had was the heater it would only get room warm if it's set to 80. Anything below that room would get cold. Ohhh free breakfast nice but this location didn't have more fruit only apples no peanut butter no potatoes 😢 I'm use to other locations serving a variety of foods

Nice staff, decent location. Clean rooms. Exterior hotel grounds not well attended. Overturned shopping cart on property for 4 days (mentioned twice to desk staff), overflowing exterior trash and assorted trash all over the property with no one attending to it. Security light on in inner stairwell, flashing overhead light in same stairwell, mentioned twice. Not fixed. Breakfast just OK. Out of hardboiled eggs 2 days in a row. Underripe or overripe fresh fruit. No half and half for coffee (just fake creamer). For these prices, I expect better.

  • 1/5 Arianna B. 8 months ago on Google
Would be five stars if they would give me back the charge for incidentals. I was completely charged for that price instead of being charged only 188 like I was promised. For last night and again on the 1st when we stayed and haven't gotten the money back for either stay. There's also no way to directly email you guys or ask you to fix it OK your app, which is really inconvenient

BEST hotel experience! We had an unexpected stay here and were blown away with the accommodations and service. From guest check in, to breakfast attendant, and housekeeping, everyone we came across was so friendly and helpful! They took care of us above and BEYOND what was expected. Thank you Maya! We recognize the pride you and your entire team have in your work and service. Thank you doesn’t feel enough.

Arrived at 2am yet Faith and Alby were as attentive as though it were 2pm. Both are very professional and knowledgeable regarding services. Breakfast is great and although I didn't catch the names of the girls tending the area, both were very friendly. By the way, the rooms are great!

  • 3/5 Julia G. 5 months ago on Google
The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, but the breakfast was kind of a joke. There wasn't even close to enough room provided by the breakfast area, and even if there had been, I'm not sure that I've ever seen a Best Western with a more meager selection for breakfast.

  • 5/5 Robert K. 11 months ago on Google
Very nice rooms and accommodations but more so than that the staff here is amazing, everyone is super nice and very helpful. Maya the manager is very nice and helpful if you need anything and has assembled a very good team around her to make your stay great.

Best Westerns are pretty good, usually, before covid at least. You would think lockdown would be a good reason to do some "cleaning up", painting etc. First road trip since 2019 and every hotel was not clean and so "tired".

  • 3/5 A M. 9 months ago on Google
Pros: Nice spot - looks nice indoor pool pet friendly (also cheapest pet charge in the area at the moment) kid friendly Cons: Beds are lumpy (sofa bed more so) If you walk around barefoot in your room your feet will get black. I feel bad for the people that are in charge of the continental breakfast. Bunch of rowdy people. Teens spilled a bunch of stuff and one of the women in that group seemed to have broken the toaster. They pretty much took over the area and just hung out at the toaster and waffle maker making it hard to get anything (of the barely left over stuff). Something bit me in the room (currently sitting in it) so I’m hoping it was just a bug.

I give this place a "meh" out of 5. Mediocre rooms in need of updates, awful continental breakfast, and a weird parking lot situation. The location also isn't terribly convenient to anything of value, but it was cheap at the time I booked it and it was the best I could do. Otherwise, there's not much to say. The staff were friendly enough, but we had one issue. There was no TV remote in our room, and the cable box can't be controlled without it. We tried on all 3 days we were staying to get a remote. The first night, they never came by. On the second night, they gave us a remote but the batteries were almost dead; we got a second remote but there was no apparent way to pair it with the cable box. The third day, we tried to get them to come set up another remote, but no one ever came so we gave up. Overall, I always find Best Western/Plus experiences to be so inconsistent and it's turning me off to the brand.

Just stayed one night while passing through. The room was clean and neat. The gal at breakfast was inviting and pleasant (sorry, didn't catch her name.) Unfortunately, I forgot something in my room. I called the front desk after leaving and Judy was amazing helping me problem solve the situation. I had to chat with her a couple times to fully solve the issue and she was professional, helpful and kind in every interaction. Thank you!

UPDATE! Regarding response from the owner! Hogwash!! I made several calls to the hotel and left lengthy messages on the managers voicemail. I finally heard from your extremely rude assistant manager Jasmine, who was aggressive and downright nasty ONLY after I called the corporate number. There was no third party booking agent so let's not be so dishonest! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I woke up at 4 am for a drink and found ants all over the kitchen, hallway and bathroom! Not 2, 5 or even 10, we're talking hundreds! The front desk didn't have bug spray so he gave me disinfectant. I spent the next 2 hours killing and cleaning up ants so I could shower quick and get out of there. The night auditor who was very apologetic, told me the manager would be calling me later that day and was sure some form of compensation would be offered. Not only did she not call me, I have attempted to call the assistant GM Jasmine AND the GM Erica twice and neither has bothered to return my calls. Simple: the hotel room was disgusting and they do not care. On hold for corporate now.

Housekeeping is great 👍🏼 Very clean and friendly. Front desk was good got our breakfast and helped my family out. But a lady named Jasmine worst employee. You guys need a new manager. But it’s an amazing place to stay to when visiting.

What’s important when staying at a hotel? Cleanliness, service, cost and location. This hotel met my expectations. The grounds and room were very clean, the staff were friendly, the cost was a little more than expected and was about 20min from the strip with lots of food and shopping options in the area. For a double bed room with couch bed there was ample space to move around.

  • 3/5 J. Benton A. 2 years ago on Google
Clean well maintained facilities. I chose this hotel because Best Western indicated that it was pet friendly. It's not. If you leave the your room, you must take your pet with you. I find this very inconvenient.

  • 3/5 Pavel B. 2 years ago on Google
We wanted to stay away from the strip and overall we had a decent stay. The rooms definitely look old and need a refresh, but we haven't noticed any pet related dirt another reviewer mentioned. The staff is friendly, but don't always wear masks.

Faith is the greatest manager she’s wonderful she cares about everyone she’s got a heart of gold the lady that does the food is very kind and we ended up with Covid and they treated us like we were kings and queens my son and I are we were so flattered by the beautiful kindness they provided to us when we were so sick. They even let us take her animals with us it doesn’t matter what breed they are they’re very respectful and caring to their customers and we are forever grateful for the love and kindness they provided they even brought the food to our room they gave us things to help us get better and get through this horrible time. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts my family is very grateful and so am I. And I will say your service is way way better than all of the las strips services. Do you have really an excellent way about you when it comes to your customers Sincerely Yours Gina

We stayed January 7th, 2022 which is our wedding anniversary. We were on a business trip headed east, but decided to make a stop for our 9-year wedding anniversary. My number one complaint is that the internet was down due to a storm. This is information I feel I should have known when making the reservation, but instead I had to discover this for myself after check in. We were not even notified when making the reservation or while checking in. We couldn't take care of business on our laptop, nor could we stream any of our shows. What really made this unacceptable and why we will NEVER stay here again is because I asked the front desk about it all and was told by the attendant that they personally can't help but, to leave a note for management and they would contact me in the morning, however, NOBODY ever did! Unacceptable to not address my complaints! They just completely ignored my concerns and complaints as a paying guest and when we were celebrating our wedding anniversary too. Worst stay ever. Especially considering Wi-Fi is one of the amenities listed and therefore included in the price, the hotel should have, and could have offered to do something to make my stay right, but they didn't. Also, we had received an email stating that for our anniversary they would put a bottle of wine or champagne in our room. Then we received an email just before arriving saying that they couldn't provide the wine or champagne after all. Not a big deal but, I would have liked to receive that notification sooner so that I could have stopped at a store myself. Again, just another example of poor communication so, beware before booking at this hotel, if anything goes wrong, they will not even attempt to make it right, nor will they even bother to have someone who knows what they're doing come and talk to you. They might tell you that they will, but they won't follow through. Obviously, their guests are not their priority.

This place needs a major upgrade. The property is old and dated which is far from what the photos display when booking. Get rid of your so called manager Dwight, he’s timid and clearly too incompetent in his position to address any real guest concerns. Wi-if was down during our stay with no resolution or compensation offered. Breakfast and housekeeping are sub par. I will not return.

Rooms are rundown, dirty and broken. Hotel is dirty and not well maintained. Staff don't wear masks correctly and don't follow appropriate covid protocols laid out by company.

2nd stay within 9 months. Again, stay was great! Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Wife had second surgery in the area, and the hotel did what they could to make her overnight stay, that much more comfy. Will definitely be staying again.

  • 4/5 Ann S. 2 years ago on Google
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. You want breakfast, get there early. I got there at 7:45 and had no idea a pack of ravenous carnivores were staying here as well. But staff remained friendly and hustled their tails making sure items were stocked. I'm ever in Vegas, I'll be back to stay. Thank you to the staff for making our night stay welcoming and comfortable.

Stayed here for 4 days. The accommodations and people that worked here was excellent. Faith, was amazing and very helpful. She also gave me good recommendations for places to see and try out which was helpful cause I’m not the type to plan a full trip before leaving. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you again best western and Faith.

  • 1/5 Becca R. 2 years ago on Google
Well let’s start off if I could give it a 0 star I would. My friend and I were staying here and it was the worst experience. Front desk was rude and would tell us one thing and then another. Breakfast it was burnt and nothing hardly to eat. My coffee maker was broken and the Maintenance guy came and said it was fixed and it was still not working. So I went to the breakfast area to get my coffee. The hotel is dirty stuff on the floors in the hall ways. Rooms were nasty my blankets smelled like other people were laying in it. I wouldn’t recommend this best western to anyone. They need to get it together. So much money and so nasty and coworkers don’t know how to do there jobs.

Wow has this place changed! Looks like a recent management change, but not for the better. I have been frequenting this hotel for over 6 years, and it has always been a clean pleasant experience with a staff that cared. The manager has always been Erica, she was always personable and cared about her staff and guests. Where did she go????? She was a big part of why this hotel always felt like the staff members were family. This last stay was everything but that. The new manager was very rude and talked down to her front desk agent in front of myself and other hotel guests in the lobby. Rooms were filthy and missing items. I rented a room in the newer wing of this facility due to my pet allergies, but this time around my room was full of pet dandruff which made my stay almost unbearable. Since when were these rooms converted to allow animals? Management has turned greedy in just getting rooms for rented that they don’t care about their product anymore. Staff came across careless and lacked morale. The breakfast items were never filled properly and we were often left waiting for it to be restocked. Tables were not properly wiped down or sanitized. This was a very disappointing stay, and it’s safe to say I will never be back.

The front desk manager Faith was so friendly and very well organized. She help us with speedy check in. The complimentary breakfast is better than most places offer. Most definitely recommend booking here because we will most definitely will return here.

When we arrived we were eager to swim, we have a 7 year old and 9 month old. I looked into the pool and the hot tub was closed off. When I asked the front desk guy about this he replied with “yep it’s closed”. I wish we would’ve known that when we called to book. We check into our room and the bed was dirty, food on the floor, the toilet had NOT been flushed and then the shower.. so gross. Hair in the corners of the floor and the mirror had filthy handprints and a TON of dust everywhere. We ended up checking out and staying somewhere else. Multiple people at the front desk and they’re all incredibly rude. They did not seem to care about our concerns. Disgusting and would NOT recommend.

  • 3/5 kevins H. 1 year ago on Google
Breakfast here is sufficient and convenient. Staff is okay. The bathroom could use some help, having a towel bar near the shower would be helpful. Big wide wall but no towel bar in the shower, soooo throw it on the ground. I'm sure BW can afford that. Also having a decent shower head so the water comes out correctly would be great. Amazon sells these for under $20.

Front desk agent was very rude to my husband , our room was spacious and clean but smelled like marijuana ! We wanted our sheets changed but front desk said that wouldn’t happen till the next day unfortunately , but a very thoughtful housekeeper erica offered to change our sheets and towels that same day anyways overall for our 2nd stay was not bad they just need new front desk agents ..

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this particular Best Western. When w arrived the manager was attentive and genuinely kind and condition; to which I shall never forget. And the staff was equally wonderful, professional, and eager to assist me. Two thumbs up for this location. I only wish that I can give the score of ten. Get job to all. Goldie~ recent guest.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and far better than what most hotels provide these days. We liked that there were several food options nearby for dinner. The down sides were the 6' x 4' gravel area for dogs to relieve themselves and the lack of hot water for a shower. The water was barely luke warm both at night and in the morning.

I just went to Vegas a couple days ago I stayed at this hotel and this is the worst hotel I have ever seen it I used to stay in this hotel a lot but now I’m not gonna stay at this hotel. The food is terrible. The pool edges are black and dirty. I noticed the pool edges after I got out of the pool I went to go take a shower and my whole body was black after I took my shower. This hotel does not keep up with the pool. They don’t keep up with their filters in the air conditioner because my two boys got sick because of them not keeping up with their filters . No one should stay at this hotel. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever seen. I am never staying here ever again I don’t like this hotel I don’t like the management the people who run the police are rude disrespectful the food is it nasty like they’ve had that food for two weeks in the fridge raider they just throw it in the microwave to warm it up. Worst hotel ever don’t like it. I am never staying here ever again . This hotel is all red flags horse hotel in Las Vegas Nevada. I am never staying in this hotel ever again.
