If you are looking for a cute place Winnie & Ethel's is a place to try. Your first impression when you walk in is a beautiful setting. Their hostess is great, she is very friendly and explains everything. Now the service was excellent. Kendi was a great waitress. She constantly checked on us to make sure everything was great. Now the most important thing was the food. We only had breakfast but everything was excellent. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. It was full of homemade sausage and the gravy was very flavorful. The corn beef and hash Benedict tasted so good. We ordered the cinnamon roll and wasn't disappointed. It was a homemade roll with good flavor. Remember the coffee is 25¢ if you order $8 or more. Also almost everything is made from scratch including the coffee

The hostess & waitress were both friendly and welcoming. I ordered an OJ and the biscuits & gravy; both were delicious. It was a great experience all the way around and I'll definitely be back!

Great meatloaf and lively vibe. The decor and chairs reminds me of diner's in the south. Full bar service. There isn't anything else like this nearby and it will be great for the community when they open up for dinner hours.

Run, don’t walk, to Winnie & Ethel’s! The food is AMAZING! The menu is simple but the flavors and creativity behind the simplicity are elevated. The decor and inside are perfectly curated, the little details that you notice when looking around are what help to make everything so special and truly feel like the 30’s diner it is intended to be. I can’t wait to come back and try everything!

I live in Huntridge Park and I was very excited about this restaurant opening. They just opened so I understand that they are still trying to work things out. Seating took about 30 minutes, food took another 25. There are so many brunch spots in downtown Las Vegas to choose from, hopefully they have a bit more diversity on their menu later on. This is more of an upscale type of diner, with a pretty small menu. So if you are looking for a brunch type of spot with lots of vegan or vegetarian options other than oatmeal you might be disappointed. Bread and cheese isn't usually going to cut it. Maybe they will add veggie sausage, veggie scramble, turkey bacon, chicken sausage, GF options later? But for now there are no substitutions. (Bread is not a substitute lol) They have beer and a full bar, but they don't have cold brew coffee or a full coffee bar. No hot cocoa for the little kiddos. This is just info for people that may have certain expectations for brunch in downtown. I'm sure they will start to update things as time goes by. If you like Denny's type of vibe and 25 cent coffee this is your local spot for sure.

This is honestly one of my favorite spots in vegas! It’s hard to find a diner vibe (especially so close to the strip) and Winnie and Ethel’s does it perfectly! They have bottomless coffee for 25 cents, amazing food, and great service. The French dip was out of this world! The drinks are perfect. I highly recommend stopping in!

Awesome new spot downtown. Great ambience, awesome service and hearty food. I'll definitely be coming back to try both lunch and dinner service. While it maintains that classic diner feel, it elevates it to the next level. I could keep waxing poetic, but just do yourself a favor and check this place out!

You know when you go on a little vacation and you plan every stop along the way, but then you change everything and decide to eat at Winnie & Ethel’s every single morning of the trip because it’s such a triumph? That. Everything is delicious. Just go. And everyone is lovely. Mal - if you decide to expand please bring W & E to northern Colorado! 🤣

Winnie & Ethel’s is a time capsule in the best way. If you’ve ever had the urge to travel back in time to a cool and classic American eatery, this is the diner of your dreams. The food is phenomenal, and the staff is ever so gracious and kind. You just can’t beat well-made biscuits and gravy and bottomless coffee that they really keep flowing! There are some really intimate touches that make the place a go-to for comfort food and comfort in general: the framed photos in the booths and the eclectic coffee mug collection give it a homey feel that sealed the deal for me! A home away from home, and a spot I’ll be visiting over and over again.

Thrilled about Winnie and Ethel's opening! Every dish I've tried is superb, and the bottomless coffee is a brilliant touch. The atmosphere is inviting, the Owner is wonderful, and the staff is fantastic. Personal faves: Corned Beef Hash Eggs Benedict and the unforgettable Meatloaf Sandwich. Try the Meatloaf Sandwich- trust me. As a proud regular, supporting this local gem feels just right. Cheers to the culinary delights at W&E! We’ll see you soon! :)
