    Burger was clearly microwaved..? M mozzarella sticks were cold and that’s a small fry. I paid almost $11 for this and can’t say I am impressed by any means, in fact this should be $6 dollars max.

    I've tried this location a couple times. In 2022, stopped in one afternoon and the place was a ghost town. Not only no guests, but also no workers to be seen or heard! I waited a good 7-8 min at the counter, then left. Today, many months later than the first experience, I stopped in and see there was a hand written note on the door, "lobby closed". Once again, just left. Lots of reviews on Google maps, and it's earned this location less than 3 stars. It must be a poorly run franchise, and/or can't find any workers in Las Vegas?

    Inside dining closed, drive thru only option. Specifically requested No Cheese TWICE (lactose intolerant) and after long wait get on highway to find a useless sandwich with cheese. Know better than to do “fast” food, just end up fasting…🤬

    So disappointing. Quality of sandwiches have really declined. Way too much bun. Could not taste that great flame kissed taste.

    While driving through I decided to check this place out. I thought it was closed because all the staff was outside taking a smoke break. Once I pulled up and asked if they were open they went I'm right away and were very helpful. Customer service was the best part of the whole experience. The food was blah, I asked for 2 Texas whopper and neither had bacon. Both burgers were packed with too much veggies and had too much condiments. I also got a kids meal and it was drained in ketchup and mustard making it inedible. We were the only guest so the bathrooms were very clean and the play area was nice for my son after a long drive.

    Unbelievable !! Four families, including me, experienced what I think was the worst fast food experience possible. Too many details but in summary; wasn't able to get our food!, wasn't able to get a refund!, wait times in excess of a half hour for common items such as Whoppers, chicken sandwiches, etc.! no confidence in the mgr/supervisor's abilities to perform as expected by either the customers or the franchisee. I can only hope that someone in an executive capacity will respond to me regarding this review.

    I showed up at 8:39 am. The front doors were still locked.the sign in the window says they open at 6:00am. The people were in there but not acknowledging anyone at the door. No sign on the door stating why there not open. Does anybody do their job anymore? Looking in the store through the windows,it looked filthy in there. I wouldn't ever eat in this place! I wouldn't even give them one star! Except that one star says I hated it,which is pretty accurate! The manager may wear the title, but who ever they are, they are not a manager!!!

    I ordered a whopper no onion. It had onions. They asked me if I wanted cheese. I said no. But they gave it to me anyway. The hamburger was all greasy. The napkins they put in the bag was probably used to wipe their hands and they put it in the bag. The men’s bathroom didn’t have a working dryer. You can tell they were aware of this because the staff was using napkins to dry their hands, and there are no napkins in the bathroom. You can try this place, but at your own risk.

    Kinda ridiculous your in line for almost 20 mins and there only taking certain peoples orders! If you have more than 2 people they turn you away! A girl is vaping in there around the food!

    Order was wrong, food was TERRIBLE. Took over 30 minutes to get a drive through order. They had 6 cars waiting for food and almost everyone had their order wrong after receiving it. Not sure anyone here knows what they are doing. They also ripped the survey portion off the bottom of the receipt so you couldn’t leave any negative feedback to the corporate big wigs about how poorly they performed.

    Rarely do I feel the need to comment on fast food joints but this place is at the height of mediocrity. Unintentionally repetitive but if a zero star option existed, you know how I would score. 2 travelling companions and I entered the store, we each ordered or own meal. There were a handful of patrons ahead of us awaiting their meals. A sign at the cash register requested we have exact cash or use a card. I complied. The orders were slow coming from the kitchen, one at a time and in order. One person named the till, one was working the kitchen, the last was bagging and handing out orders. No effort was made to assist the sole cook. He seemed to be on a roll punching out burgers and chips. My two friends received their meals (separately of course). Terrific. I was next, eager to get back on with the long road trip. Zzzzzzzzz. Wait, what? She called out the order after mine. It's only 2 small wraps.... Perhaps the efficiency of making the next burger with the last burger was what had happened. Another order goes out. More burger meals. Then another.....Excuse me, where is my order. Yeah it's coming. I then watched as the staff member went to the kitchen and asked the Cool. Some minutes later the cook came out for a drink, the till operator went to the back and the cook returned. Finally my order was delivered after my friend had finished their meals. Laughing at me they were ready to go. Unimpressed I scoffed my snack. To rub salt in the wound, the few strands of lettuce and lack of tomato altogether failed to live up to expectations brought on by the photo on the menu board. This place is the embodiment of mediocrity. Don't waste your time. Go to any other food outlet in town. Footnote. I used the bathroom to wash up after dining. Soap and paper towel dispensers as well as the air dryer were all inoperative. I suppose the one star I give is for the spigot allowing the water to run. Unimpressed.

    We waited at drive for 20 minute. We were blocked in or would have left. I went inside and guy at window did not know what to do. Manager came out of back room. Order was for $4.64 I gave $6.64. He could not figure out the change. I told him one dollar and just stared at me, finally I said keep the dollar and left that terrible place
