    I usually have an excellent time with Dr Okamoto, even putting up with the usual 2 hour wait time to get called into the office despite having an appointment. But today it was different, how the office has patients waiting during a pandemic was RIDICULOUS‼️ First I came to my appointment 30 mins early, they made me wait in my car for over an hour. It was very uncomfortable as the sun was burning me up. When it got to 40mins after my appointment time I went inside to complain. The receptionist frantically told me I “was next.” I proceeded to wait another 40mins. During that time a woman began to complain to staff she wanted to see a manager, that her elderly mother had been waiting 3 hours and still hadn’t seen the doctor despite only wanting a prescription refill. I began to worry this was the norm. They never even gave her a manager, making her wait a long time so she left threatening to complain to the BBB. So after the usual 2 hour wait time I did not want to see how much longer this would take and took off myself. We should not have to wait that ridiculous long when we have an appointment during a pandemic PERIOD!

    This place is an unorganized dump. I went in as a new patient. The doctor came in Asked me what was going on. In the middle of me telling him what’s going on, he checked my hurt and lungs and said that my lungs and heart was fine then left while I was talking to him. Then a nurse comes back with blood work request. I have never felt so unimportant as a patient. My dog gets better treatment at the vet.

    I am upset beyond words with this place. I had an appointment schedule just to review and go over bloodwork that I had taken two weeks ago. Something that should take literally five minutes, right? It could honestly have been done over the phone, but they told me to schedule an appointment for it. So I could in at my appointment time, and I wait for TWO HOURS to see my doctor. Finally, I see my doctor. Guess what he says to me? He tells me they lost my bloodwork and don’t have it, and I have to come in again a different time to redo it! Which means I have to come in TWO MORE TIMES: Once for the bloodwork, and again for what this appointment should have been to get the results. Both of these appointments which I am going to probably have to wait around 2 hours, as usual! I just can not believe I sat there for 2 hours for the doctor to tell me they lost the blood work that I was there to review! I am absolutely outraged and furious. Completely incompetent, and no respect for me or my time.

    why make appointments if they attend to you whenever they feel like it. receptionists are very rude and will hang up on you when you ask genuine questions through the phone as well. why take on the job as receptionist if you can’t even do your job correctly.. the customer service truly is dreadful. i only added a 2nd star because dr. okamoto does a good job attending his clients. unfortunately it isn’t worth wasting your whole day waiting.

    This is the 3rd time I have to wait over 21/2 hours. Then another 45 minutes in the room.. Look like they take care staff's friends first. Doctors and some staff are great, but I am not sure if the manager cares about the business. Our time is valuable as well.

    Please don’t come here ‼️I started coming here because it was close to home but the wait time is ridiculous EVERY SINGLE TIME smh. 2-3 hrs the staff ehhh it’s okay when you ask for wait time they don’t even check how long it gonna be this people aren’t concerned like that also doctor does minimal work wouldn’t recommend it… if you have nothing to do and r ok with spending hrs waiting sure come here otherwise report REPORT report it’s just ridiculous OMG I couldn’t stress this enough

    First off Dr. Monroy was not there he’s the only one to seem to care. They booked my apt at 4pm they close at 5pm everyone is laughing playing and speaking Spanish. I finally get to the room in the back and I’m there after 5 I hear everyone leave. I had to go look for someone

    I went here with my husband yesterday, we needed a simple blood panel I called and set up and appointment. Our total wait time was 4.5 hours. This was the laziest staff ive ever seen. Oh and somehow my husbands co-pay was $65....but if you don't have insurance at all it's $39. Now we're waiting for the results hopefully that doesn't take as long as the "APPOINTMENT" we had.This place is a joke. Please don't waste your time or money. I wish I could give negative starts.

    These people are incompetent at scheduling a simple appointment. Went twice and they had me scheduled for the wrong location so I couldn't get my blood pressure medicine. Then the time third time I had to wait an hour to see the doctor but then was just given a prescription for a few pills to hold me over until my appointment. When I ran out I 📞 someone was supposed to call back but never did so I still don't have my blood pressure medicine. They are stupid

    Horrible service. My mom went in to pick up some results and the receptionist had no sympathy, just told her the results right then and there at the front desk. No privacy whatsoever. She inflicted fear of what could be going on and even told her there's no cure. She is not a Doctor and her results called for further testing as it's unspecified, she should not be giving her personal opinion and worrying patients.
