I am going to be the one to say this. Sad but true. Cheesecake once had me fold. Being a guess in the restaurant is one thing. That's not seeing what's really going on behind the food line. Seeing the chicken meat thawing in the back room where the lockers and restrooms are. Seeing cases of chicken fall on the floor by staff members. Watching them as they pick the meet up and place it back into the packages. And leave it alone by the restroom area. The floors are filthy and greasy. Sad thing corporate does nothing about it but cover it up with lies and free meals that same food that is left out in the open. In temperatures that will leave you wondering why you don't feel well after you ate? That bread you call "fresh". Yeah far fetch from fresh. This goes out to every Cheesecake factory. If more then 3 CCF have been reviewed by me that goes to say that ALL CHEESECAKE FACTORYS run the same. One more to add. The cheesecakes are not fresh neither.

Great location for tired outlet shoppers needing some leg rest and refresh. Great drink selections. Busy during lunch. We were able to be comfortably seated by a courteous host. The server took good care with drink, mains and dessert. We ordered avacado rolls, wings, bloody mary and refreshers. The dolche cheese cake was delightful. Be back with more shopping and lunching..

3 visits in a week. I ordered the fried zucchini sticks each time. They were lightly fried, and crispy. They were amazing! I loved them. I haven't experienced good zucchini sticks like this since the 80's at White Spot restaurant in British Columbia. I also had their old fashioned strawberry cheesecake and it did not disappoint. The surprise though was the key lime mango 🥭 cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious. On my last visit, I had their Thai chicken salad, and it was a large portion, easily good for 2 and extremely tasty. Get the fried zucchini, and ask them to fry it lightly to a golden brown. You won't be disappointed. I'll have to return on my next visit to Vegas.

Nasty food. Great menu. Great service! Clean establishment. Complimentary bread. Handicap accessible drop off at front. Parking in the garage that is free for residents. 2nd floor parking has escalators up and dawn 3rd and 4th floor is only stairs accessible.

Not many vegan options. There is only one vegan option which is the Impossible burger with vegan cheese. Besides that it’s hard to even get a vegan salad. No vegan options for dessert neither. Considering so many people is turning vegan/vegetarian I thought they would have at least a couple of options. Besides that, everything was great. Food was served quickly and prepared just as ordered. Everything tasted excellent. Service was great as well. The grilled artichokes are super tasty and flavorful and the avocado and beets salad is a bomb!

We arrived at about 6pm and waited for around 7 minutes for a table. We were greeted by Alecea with a big smile and very helpful. Waited for about 30 minutes for our dishes to arrive. They all arrived together so that was good that we all (3) ate together. The atmosphere was great and the food was very tasty. The only downside was the very dirty floor in the mens bathroom.

Food is good but kept me waiting for over 30 minutes for ordered food. I decided to go early this time. As happier as a bird, I git a worm. Original burger is very good.

A very popular place. We arrived at 13:30. We didn't book a table so we had to wait 15 minutes for a table to be vacated. The waiter was very cheerful, humorous and fast. He kindly exchanged a glass of water with someone else's lipstick for another clean one. All orders were completed quickly. We were very satisfied

Idk how people are 'blown away' by this Cheesecake Factory location. Service was terrible, food is not as good as other Cheesecake Factory locations. I had to switch out my House Strawberry Lemonade to a Pineapple Cherry Limeade cause my house drink had an awful taste almost like water was unfiltered or something. My omelet was like the stuff they added were all just folded into the eggs after the egg was cooked. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was probably removed from the cooker a few minutes too early. I do not recommend this Cheesecake Factory location.

Great food. The ambiance is relaxing. Service was impressive and helpful. Of course the cheesecake is phenomenal. But the dinner menu, particularly Steak Diane, was just delicious. The steak medallions were cooked to perfection. I'll definitely make it a point to come back.

Huge selection on menu over 20 pages from pizzas,burgers,pasta, salads and of course dessert. I tried the chicken caesar salad and it didn't disappoint.Drink Refills are also free. Reasonable prices well-worth a visit if your in the area.

I love this place, I’m so happy that they open here at the outlet in the middle of nowhere. We have to wait for 30 mins but no big deal because we can walk around meanwhile. The waiters here are so nice and friendly also helpful and recommended all the delicious food here. For the spring rolls, I don’t understand why people hate them but it’s really good(like tomatoes pizza filling)

We love The Cheesecake Factory and always try to find one anytime we're on vacation. This one was by far the best service we have ever had. Our waitress was adorable and very personable. As always the food was delicious! We tried the Chicken Samosa's and loved them!

Had dinner for two with my wife. Was smoke to get right on and sit at the high top takes in the bar. Had the honey truffle chicken, dish was excellent. Waiter was attentive and very polite. Atmosphere was great as always. Highly recommend!

First time here; didn’t know what to expect with a name like the Cheesecake Factory. It was simply phenomenal! The food was delicious and portions were a shareable size. You MUST try the Korean cauliflower and avocado “toast.” Shoutout to Martha who enhanced the experience with her top tier service. Oh, and if you’re in the mood, try the whiskey ginger cocktail ;)

Came in on Saturday to celebrate my son’s birthday and the place was very busy. My group was helped by Ariel who was an incredibly attentive server. The appetizers were great and the food came out pretty quickly considering how packed the place was.

The menu is huge, yet everything I have tried there is perfect. My wife and I stopped in for supper the other night and decided just to get pasta this time. She went with the angel hair pasta with shrimp and I had the chicken alfredo. Both were delicious and we were so full we decided on just one slice of cheesecake and we would need to take it to go. Always busy but the staff is top notch and the food comes quick. 5 stars for sure. We had the strawberry cheesecake this time, can't wait to try them all

Out waitress May is the best waitress. We had our drinks within two minutes of our order. My husband liked the steak she recommended. Only reason for a 4 on the food is our son didn't like his burger. No taste for him. He is a kid who loves food. Everything else was perfect.

Having heard of The Cheesecake Factory franchise for many years, being a big fan of cheesecake, and not having any branches in the UK, a visit was a must during an extended tour around the US this month. Mum and I finally got the chance to go to the one located in the Las Vegas Premium Outlet Shopping area. We were surprised to see it so busy on a Sunday afternoon in January but we didn't wait long to be seated. Our waitress was really lovely and attentive. The menu is extensive, and everything we ate was delicious... A special shout out to the wheat bread they put in the complimentary bread basket, it was delicious. Mum had the lunchtime Shepherd's Pie, expecting a smaller portion but it was enormous, so she was able to box up he remains and take it away. I opted for the Cuban Sandwich with fries, and it was delicious. As Brits in the US, the portions are almost always more than we can handle, so we didn't have room for cheesecake then and there but I wasn't leaving without some, so we ordered to go. I got the Basque and Mum got the lemon meringue one... Both were extremely tasty! The lemonade is also next level here. Isn't it lovely when somewhere doesn't disappoint?! Me trying to understand the sarcasm from the table attendant when all the food came at once. No water ever brought or bread served. This is not found in San Francisco. People working in Vegas Cheesecake Factory must understand what they represent and serve their customers better. I don't suggest the light cheese cake option. I even order other two cheesecake to take out hoping for a good service, but... No luck again.

My husband and I went for dinner, we were able to get right in at a high table in the bar. Our waiter was very attentive, polite and friendly. The food was great. I had the Asian chicken lettuce wrap tacos with peanut sauce (my absolute favorite thing on the menu) and my husband had the honey truffle chicken. Very yummy! Location is great, connected to the outlet mall. Only thing that needed improvement was the restroom needed some attention. Overall great experience.

We knew they were extremely busy New Years weekend but its always worth the wait. I think they were short handed and our server, Tamara really stepped up! Helping getting tables ready for the next customer and serving as well. Extremely professional and friendly! Great attitude, I wish we could clone for our business' as well! I don't know how Tamara would feel about Idaho weather though. 🤣

My family and I just had a great dinner here.. down town Las Vegas.. I would like to thank our server Darren for his great service, enthusiasm and prompt attention. I give Darren A+++. The food was absolutely amazing. Drinks delicious. Highly recommend The Cheesecake Factory....

Visited this restaurant in Sept 2021. Great service by our waitress. The food was tasty and portions were large for a fair price. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely recommend this location and the vegan salad.

I hate to have to write a bad review but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. I was there yesterday and and when we were sat we weren’t ready to order the first time the waitress came around and I kid you not she took over 30 minutes to come back and take our order. After she place our order took forever to come out and the mashed potatoes were barely mashed. It was giant pieces of Potato clumped together. After the terrible food we just wanted our check and to get out of there but again our waitress was no where to be found. It felt like we were being held hostage. After another 30 minutes of waiting for her to come back we got tired of waiting and had to ask another waitress for our check. Overall a horrible experience

Great meal, we had the appetizers (hamburger sliders and teriyaki lettuce wraps with chicken) and they were more than the 2 of us could finish. Next time I'm going for the wraps, they were very fresh and tasty. Our server was on the ball and checked in frequently. Only issue was waiting for a table, although there were many available I think they were leaving every other one open for distancing. There are a few high top tables near the bar that are first come, first served so we grabbed one of them and saved a little time

This cheesecake factory has great service and great food! Try the avocado egg rolls, the dipping sauce for this dish is a glorious concoction of flavors! I wish I had the recipe! Also, the spinach artichoke dip it's so rich and creamy! I'm very happy with my dining experience here!

Cheesecake looked good, that was an only advantage. Unfortunately, cheese tasted like mixed 1-1 with butter or something similar. Completely lost the structure of the cheesecake. On the top of it, the express machine didn't work so we couldn't drink latte. Maybe they have better breakfasts, but it's better to avoid their cheesecakes.

First time ever going, and it lived up to it's rep and more. The fettuccine Alfredo was great and the cheesecake was the bomb. Big side salad. You definitely get what you pay for.

This was the worse cheesecake factory I've been at. The server was inattentive, took so long to check up on us, take our orders etc. Asked for all brown bread, did not get that. Asked for water without ice, did not get that wither. Food took so long to come, and our pasta had lumps of pasta which are mushed together. The outlet mall didn't have much options so this was our only choice and I regretted it.

This place never fails 🙌🏻 I always try different things from the menu and I honestly have no complaint about it. Their flavor is delicious, the portions are just right for a person or to share, if you have a sweet tooth- then the variety of dessert flavors are perfect for you! The service has always been good for us, always on top of ir we need something, more refill and a good attitude. The ambiance is always relaxing and chill that you enjoy the time you eat there, so I recommend eating here.

Jamaican Black pepper shrimp over brown rice with black beans an fried plantain. The presentation beautiful done. The shrimp was under cooked under all that sauce. I couldn’t eat it, so they didn’t charge me for that dish.

While we knew the food would be great, the service took it over the edge. Nikkia was timely and very attentive, not skipping a beat and the restaurant was quite busy at the time. Glad we stopped in for a bite.

Was here for opening and there was already a queue which went down quickly. Ordered cheesecake and soft drinks. Our waitresses was brilliant. She offered to take photos of us, she also gave us take away soft drinks. Cheesecake was delicious and waitresses was lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Great service and hot fast food. This location was fantastic! From the host to the server we had a pleasant experience. The food came out promptly and was hot which is something I always like. Waited 15 minutes for a table, plenty of seating for the wait inside and outside. The menu is extensive, there is something for everyone.

My server was Ariel and she was the best!! It was my birthday when I went and she made sure that I had a wonderful time providing such excellent service even though she was busy she still made time to check in on me and my boyfriend and make sure we were still doing good!

My first time in america and had to go to the cheesecake factory as was highly recommended. We just got some appetizers as mainly wanted some cheesecake. The chicken sliders were amazing as were the dumplings but i feel $14 for 5 little dumplings is very expensive and not worth the money. The cheesecake was fantastic so so many choices to pick from. Would of been nice if they did a taster platter where you could pick 5 or 6 and get little tasters as so many flavours we wanted to try
