Well, I wish I could say this place was great if you're on a budget, but even if you're on a budget you could find a better place. A cleaner place. A closer place. A brighter?? place. A place that smelled better. Like the only plus I can think about this place is that there were no bed bugs in our room. The bedding was grey. The towels smelled bad. The hallways were dark. None of the external doors locked. The pool was murky. We were in town for a concert and tried to book with other places and they were all booked out or way beyond what we could spend. I was shocked because I've stayed in La Quintas before and this one was FAR worse than any budget hotel I've stayed in. This place needs a DEEP clean and renovation overhaul. Best part was service, but unfortunately they couldn't do anything for us when it came to a refund which felt questionable to me. I would stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites across the street...if it's not booked to capacity with the other people trying to escape. I wish I wish I WISH I was exaggerating.

I really dislike having to leave a bad review but this is one of those times. I'm here to be honest and that's what I will do. First I will start with the great things! The breakfast is delicious and the kind woman who takes such good care of the guests by feeding all of us was just a delight. She was so sweet and the food was delicious and she made sure nothing was messy and there was never a shortage. The rooms were very clean but here is where the issue comes in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I had a spring pushing into my back while I tried to sleep. The a/c and heating unit was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. It rattled very loud and the motor itself made a very loud clunking noise. I was in room 206. The price was a bit high for the location and kind of beds they offer but everything is expensive now so I guess it's expected. Again, thank you to the woman who handled breakfast over the weekend!! You rock!

They never got back to me on processing my refund. Shady place. Elevator is sketchy. Doors are flimsy. Inside, barely clean at first glance. Might give the benefit of the doubt if they would’ve been better with the refund situation. Made me pay for the 5 nights when I only stayed 2.

We booked this room in a pinch for Thanksgiving. The place is absolutely disgusting. Walls are filthy, floors stained, hair in the showers and beds. It is very obvious that the bedding is not washed. We switched rooms 3 times and finally just gave up. It's late we had been on the road all day. I see there are a number of reviews stating how dirty this place is with a generic apology, but nothing has been done to correct it. Do better.

The only reason we stayed at this location is that we made our trip on short notice after the passing of my wife’s mother, and the Hampton Inn next door had no vacancies. The issues start with check-in: On the reservation form we asked for a room far from the freeway, and repeated this to the man checking us in. We ended up in the second room from the end closest to the freeway and it was very loud. Our bath appeared not to have been swept. There was a plastic water bottle and other trash under the sink vanity. There were stains and soap residue in the tub. The next day, I asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom. The bottle and trash were still there, as well as the residue in the tub after they cleaned the room. Breakfast offerings were disappointing. We remember La Quinta offering scrambled eggs and waffles, and having a toaster and bread/bagels for breakfast. In this case, there were just granola bars, apples and yogurt. If/when we travel to this location again, we will opt for the Hampton Inn.

Disgusting King Suite room and breakfast was horrendous. Stay away from this property. AC not working properly in living area, TV not working in bedroom. Dirty bathroom. No milk for breakfast, No waffle batter as waffles were the main breakfast item but impossible to make. Cold Coffee.

The front desk person was nice. She gave pointers on if we had key issues. Our first room had feces in the toilet. The entire first floor smells of feces. I'm guessing a plumbing issue. Makes it hard to enjoy a free breakfast with that smell. Considering we came to elope this wasn't how we wanted to start our trip. Will not be booking with La Quinta ever again and I see they offer no resolution but an apology per previous reviews

My family and I stayed at the La Quinta Inn from August 6 to 12 Our overall experience was ok La Quinta is more of a motel than a hotel, based on the service. The first room that we had, room 523 the swipe card did not work and we had to ask for assistance with this. The annoying thing was that there was only one front desk agent available and to top it off; the elevator that is closest to the lobby is out So I had make several trips down the hall to the one working elevator in order to get to the room on the 5th floor to see if the new swipe card that was issued would work, and when that did not work then I had to go back down to the front desk agent to inform them. In the end, they changed our room, so I was happy with that. The carpets are very dirty; and I had such a hard time getting our room cleaned. On a good note; my kids enjoyed the pool; and the hot tub and the motel provided a warm breakfast in the mornings. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay; then this place is a good option.

We checked in at 12 midnight. To a “non-smoking room”. Dear lord, it felt like I literally was in an ashtray. When I called the front desk, they offered to I believe, send up something that would make it smell less tragic. The room smelled like ashtray, non smoking room. Floor could possibly be dirtier. I’m not sure how that would occur, but theoretically it could have been dirtier. Once we checked out, we had bed bug bites. I am not a complainer, it is a waste of time. But dear lord, I felt I had to save somebody from the experience that we had. Do not go to this location!

Had a great experience, especially for the price! Granted I spent little time in the room itself, but the staff was courteous and offered waters every time we asked. Held our bags for free at the front after checkout. Bathroom had some stains yes, but bed was comfortable and this is a 2-star hotel anyway so our expectations were tempered. Besides, its only 15 mins from Red Rock and about 20 from the strip. A satisfying place to crash during our trip.

I had to book a room for four nights for $457 to attend my dad‘s funeral and memorial in Las Vegas. After driving 12 hours from California and checked in our room at 8:15 PM on a Tuesday night. The front desk clerk who checked me into rm # 420 didn’t even greet us, and was very rude. We went up to the to our room in the only working elevator, and it was dirty and had graffiti on the walls. The hallway carpet was dirty and the cigarette smoke was real strong in the hallway by our room. I had to go back down to get something out of our vehicle, and I told the lady at the desk about to cigarette smoke, and she said she said there’s nothing she can do about it, and will tell housekeeping in the morning. When we pulled back the bed spread the fitted sheet wasn’t even pulled over the mattress, and the mattress was dirty and stained. Our toilet in our room was not working our entire stay there , every day when we got back in the evening, they told us it was fixed and it was never fixed. we had to use the toilet downstairs in the lobby every morning. I called for five days straight and left messages at the front desk ,left several voicemails and emailed the GM Daniel, to contact me regarding all the problems we had at his hotel. He never would respond back to me. Don’t stay here and read all the reviews, they will tell you how bad this place is.

Was there over the weekend for a work trip. 1st: Our room smelled horrible, it was musty and moldy smelling from the start. It was so bad my coworker and I had stuffy noses by the end of the night and it was irritating both of our lungs. 2nd: the room had stains on the carpet, toothpaste spots on the bottom of the mirror and a big mold spot above the shower. The bathroom doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the tub had pieces of something orange in it.

Walking in, the lobby looked presentable but don’t let that fool you. The doors to the room would take five key swipes for it to finally open. And the door would stay open unless you physically pushed the door shut. Once you go in the room it was so dirty! The bathroom had some red splatters on the door and the shower floor looked like it hasn’t been scrubbed in years. The wall by the bed had.a brown stain like if someone had spilled coke or coffee. In the next morning we were woken up by a lady screaming and fighting. We thought it was one of our neighbors in the next room but it turned out to be one of the housekeepers that was cleaning the next rooms. She was on the phone while “cleaning” Maybe they should put the same energy in cleaning the rooms. The side door key sensor didn’t work our whole stay either!

Lobby under construction with a loud blower. Could not hear desk clerk. Noise scared my dog, who tried to run away three times. I stay at La Quinta because it's pet-friendly...ironic. My bags fell off my shoulder three times, the second employee, sitting there, did not offer to help. It was expensive, too. Heard construction even in my room. Stairs and lobby were disgustingly filthy. Stay away!

I work near this hotel and had a baby that needed to stay in the NICU. Since I needed to be close to the baby and work, we needed to stay in the hotel for awhile. All the staff were so kind and accommodating! The free breakfast every morning was good and the lady that makes it was always so nice no matter how crazy busy it was. The ladies that clean the rooms and do the laundry were always so nice and gave us whatever cleaning supplies and linens, towels, etc we asked for. We always cleaned our own room because we had a dog that would bark if they came in. Which brings me to the point that it's awesome that they allow pets at this hotel! We would definitely stay here again if we needed to, they were truly excellent to us!!

Room Door stuck. Ankle deep water in tub, no toilet paper holder, only one working elevator. We've stayed here previously on many occasions without issues. Staying three nights told no maid service for three days stays. Ran out of hot breakfast at 8:15 limited options prior to running out. So disappointed will look for another place to stay

They are nicely affordable we stated in room 419. hotel rooms little off the strip. Rooms are okay not much in amenties. Ac, coffee and a small TV. Also the room can be cleaner above the bed along the walls and by right of the window, is blood splatters. Corners of the Rooms have debris left. Bathroom and linens seem decently clean.

I am sorry we booked this hotel; there are plenty of other options in the Las Vegas area...I suggest going to those. Things started off roughly when I checked in and the front desk attendant tried to charge us a separate pet fee for each of our dogs. I had to pull up the hotel policies online and show her that it clearly said the pet charge was per room per night, $40 max. If you travel with pets, you know the difference between per pet and per room charges, and we used to stay exclusively at La Quinta when traveling with our dogs, so we know how to read the policies. She pressed the argument, and we went back and forth until she finally honored the policy stated on the website (but she was clear that she thought she was doing me a favor). I was told to park in back and use that entrance, but the door didn't work for us or the other person trying to get in at the same time (there was a sign on it), so we had to walk all the way around the property to the "side"door that is just behind the lobby (so the front, basically). We were given a third floor room, get up to it with the dogs, and the door won't open. Back we go to the lobby, only to be told we have to lift UP on the door handle because it's broken (would've been nice to have been told that to begin with, but I guess that was my penance for arguing the pet fee). The room was fine, but the sink didn't drain and was pretty nasty. No idea what came up in it while I was showering, but you can see it in the picture and it smelled like a water treatment plant. It was fairly clean, but for $123/night for the military rate on a Monday night? Not worth it (I booked it a cpl of weeks before, so it wasn't a last minute thing). The comforter had some spots on it (stains probably...just grey stuff, not blood, but still). We were put right at the end of the hall by the highway, so it was VERY loud (not the fault of the hotel, but keep it in mind if you need quiet to sleep). The location is good for travel, but not for peace and quiet. I didn't understand why we were put next to the busy highway when the hotel parking lot was maybe 1/4-1/3 full, but whatever... it's loud. I would recommend bringing your own pillows, also....ours were feather (not down, but the kind that poke you in the face all night) and not comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast (it was included) because we didn't have a good feeling about the hygiene based on the condition of the room. We were only there one night, so it did the job, but I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it. We have stayed at LQs across the country, and this is the first time we've had an issue with them not wanting to honor the policies posted on their own website. There are TONS of options in the area that also take pets...even if it's a farther from the main highway, I would recommend choosing one of them (especially at this price point....the room would have been $143 with the pet fee they wanted to charge me).

Got reservation deal on Expedia for a “mobile special “ while traveling. The reservation was last minute and the price is right. However, I have rarely experienced such rude front desk people. The bed is just a bed but too firm for me. I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. Just not comfortable. Toilet has to be flushed repeatedly just to get anything to go down, no matter what it is. I guess you get what one pay for. It would have been nice to know that I was required to put $100 deposit on my card for “pet and smoking in the room “ Pet isn’t with me, just my 25 year old daughter, and smoking can be done outside if one smokes. They’re supposed to refund that $100 at checkout so it better happen.

Location for this hotel was excellent. Check in was very quick, and the man working the front was knowledgeable and had great customer service! The room I stayed in was VERY clean. I would like to give a shout out to the housekeeper that cleaned my room. I manage a hotel, and the level of cleanliness in the room was superb! I'd definitely stay here again.

The carpets are stained everywhere in this hotel each hallway has stains, and the walls have massive chips and missing paint, only one elevator works, and it’s the one opposite from my hotel room. White sheets, but they’re stained, there’s a stain in the bathtub. The AC unit was loud. The front desk staff seem stressed out and was not very polite, it took almost 30 minutes for me to check in because for whatever reason they could not print a receipt. The breakfast in the morning is a joke overall, this place should be one star definitely not two. I do not recommend using this hotel The staff does more gossiping and complaining than actual service. Did I mention the staff is rude? They double charged my card, this place is a dive at best

I was pretty disgusted by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The carpets were atrocious, even the walls were dirty. The tub faucet and the sink were leaking in my room. The lights were flickering the hallway. Honestly, I was surprised that the bedding was even clean. The company clearly has no self-respect for the maintenance of their building. The one employee that I met at check-in was very polite and friendly, though and check-in was a breeze.

Front desk did not know system… had at 6 transactions of different amounts ‘pending’. When we tried to address it we were told the computer was down and then they’d be on the phone asking how to fix. When we left we were ‘assured’ the other charges would drop off. Two separate charges equaling total appeared first…others pending. Then 4 days later the amount that should’ve dropped off cleared. Also, hotel was smoke free… room had a very bad smoke smell. When we asked if we could go to other room they handed a bottle of spray they use to cover the smell. I sprayed drapes, walls, carpet, etc. When we checked out I handed the bottle back with red puffy eyes and could hardly talk and the comment was ‘ oh someone was naughty’. Worse stay ever due to untrained staff… all could’ve been avoided if some customer service was used.

The service was overall pretty good, but the thing that lowers the rating on this hotel is how clean it was. For the price we paid for this hotel, it definitely should have been more clean. The room had an eerie smell when we first got in. The stairway smelled of weed. Should have been cleaner for the price.

My negative review is based solely on the cleanliness of the rooms and property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had dirty walls and door handles. Garbage left from previous occupants. Ice maker on our floor was broken and one of the elevators was not in service. Room had an unpleasant smell and the breakfast was not worth the money we were paying to be guests at this hotel. Very disappointed with how much we were charged and what we received.

I was not sure what to expect from our stay, but it ended up exceeding our expectations. Traveling with pets is not easy, but this hotel was one of the few that allowed them in the area. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There was a little pet rest area by the back which was well lit. The only downside from our stay was the outdated bathroom which did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. I can't speak for those looking for the full Vegas experience as we were just passing through town but there were plenty of bars/ restaurants right around the corner from the hotel.

Convenient location, great hotel layout. It is open and inviting. Front desk was friendly. Our room was large and everything worked, but it wasn't very clean and really needed updating. There were stains in the carpet and on the walls - some permanent and some easily cleaned up if more effort was given.

I’m writing this as we are pulling out from the property!!! DO NOT check into this hotel it’s horrible !!! Especially for the precise staff was rude they gave us a handicap Dom which we did not pay for ! The room reeeked we got in super later that night after a long drive so we just sprayed the room and went to bed we thought about going somewhere else so we checked out but unfortunately we had to come back the manager told us that we had been smoking cigarettes in the room which none of us do. (3adults) and when we initially came in the room that’s what it smelled like so meaning the people before us. Today they did not let us check in the manager was extremely rude!!!! We walked outside and met another familiar that had the same exact issue with this property she said she was going to dispute her charge and so will i and i will be calling corporate!!! They didn’t have breakfast 3 days in a row because their cook didn’t show up !! Ridiculous horrible experience for my first time in Vegas

I never leave reviews but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Online it says the couch bed is a double, it is smaller than a twin bed. On top of that it is like sleeping directly on springs. The "hot tub" was freezing cold, colder than the pool, which killed my plans that evening. Overall the place is just dirty and gross. I would never spend money for this kind of place.

Our stay here wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing either. The main elevator didn't work, which wasn't great for us because our room was on the other side of the hotel from the secondary elevator. Only one ice machine worked and it wasn't even close to the working elevator or on the floor our room was on so it required a lot of leg work to get any ice. Doors that were supposed to be locked didn't lock, which was worrisome. Especially external doors that are designed to keep non-customers out. The breakfast was a typical breakfast. Food wasn't tended to very well, there wasn't much food out by the time we got downstairs and we couldn't wait 20 minutes for more to be brought out. The room was nice, it had a comfortable bed and the AC worked great. The shower wouldn't drain, though. Overall, not a bad experience, just had some amenities and functions that needed work.

Staff professional and good customer service. Breakfast served on time. Front desk positive energy. Overnight crew give them a pat on the back. Most definitely let friends and family know about my experience and positive vibes. And the ladies working front desk I appreciate the kind faces and smiles.

Nightmare! Absolutely disgusting environment. Literally everything was filthy. The urine smell I saw from another review is because by the back entrance outside there is a stain from what I’m assuming is peoples dogs going to the bathroom right outside the door. I saw another review where a patron was accused of having weed in their room. Hard to say that when the entire place reeks of weed! So it’s obviously a bigger problem than just one customer. Sink in the bathroom had hot water but unfortunately the shower only put out barely luke warm water. The toilet wasn’t clean, shower not clean and had rust in the bottom. Shower curtain was filthy. AC didn’t work and neither did the fridge. Floors were absolutely horrendous and it was the fake wood not carpet in our room. It was black literally with filth. The picture of the washcloth was from wiping up a bit of spilled water off the floor. Yuk!!! My little boys feet were so nasty if they didn’t wear shoes in the room. $300 a night for the filthiest La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at. From other reviews the GM doesn’t seem to care so I’m going to reach out to corporate directly. I don’t even want my money back but someone needs to clean this place up. I will never stay here again even if it was free!

The employees at the facility were absolutely lovely and wonderful and busting their behind to make sure customers were happy. However, I do not feel like Wyndham has a concern about this facility, in the shape it was in. They ran out of towels, breakfast was below par, they had no juice in their juice maker, there was frozen waffle batter, and it took forever to cook them using the grill irons they had. The bread items were stale and hard. There were pool parties each night we were there, very frustrating. If people were invited in to use the pool who were not paying for the facility. Plus they're pool can have access to anybody there. There's no security for it. I think they should have made others aware that at a time to a time people rented the pool. I did love that. It was a 7 minute drive to Ventura Beach, along with near the highway. Like I stated before the employees were all wonderful and working really hard. Just unfortunate that it doesn't seem like the facilities cared about from the actual owners.

Looks great on the surface but there are numerous maintenance issues. One of the two elevators has been down for 3+ months based on our stays there, the back door that requires a room key to enter is broken so anyone can walk in, hallway carpets were filthy, room itself was fine, police on premises when we departed.

  • 2/5 Gini 6 months ago on Google
We were the only people registering late in the afternoon. We were super tired and had to wait 20-25 minutes for their computers to 'respond'. The elevator closest to our room was our-of-service. Bathtub was dirty and yukky. if it was that dirty, how clean was the rest of the room? We booked La Quinta so our family could stay in a clean, fresh hotel. Did not live up to standards.

I paid for my mother to stay at this hotel for many weeks. They said after I used my credit card 2 times that they could not take my credit card for an extended stay. I had to pay by check. I paid for the stay by check. Then we checked out 4 days early. After that they billed my credit card again. It was not authorized. I strongly suggest you NOT use this firm. They are not honest and used my credit card without my authorization.

The room was overall clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. There’s a built in Chromecast in the TV. The WiFi is very iffy, and the bathroom had some mold and grime around the shower. The free breakfast is inedible, but I didn’t book for that. Overall good value since everything else in Vegas was super expensive due to a special event downtown, but I wouldn’t stay here on a pleasure trip if something downtown or on the Strip is more reasonably priced. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was awesome. Alice was s very friendly young lady. Very professional!!! Great smile!!! I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. It's a little older but in very good shape. The room is clean. No spiders, no dust, even the window sills are clean. No stains in carpet, and no stains in walls. The pillow covers are bright white, as is the bed cover. Very quiet and homey feeling.. I brought 2 big dogs with me, 45 and 56 lb. Pitbulls. It was only $25 for deposit. Lot cheaper than alot of other places. All and all was a great stay. The only complaint I have is the elevator was not working at this time so I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. Other than that I am ecstatic to be staying here. Just wish I was staying longer.

Room was dirty and gross. Front desk people were so sweet but no management in control. Was staying for special occasion and was not happy. Saved my Wyndham points was a waste.

The mattresses were very cheap and sunken in. The bathroom door didn't close all the way in my room, either - it would open on its own. Housekeeping never came. The TV service didn't work after the first day, and the front desk employee said that happens from time to time. Lastly, the sign on the front door said masks were required by law - not only did the staff not enforce this with guests, they themselves would often not wear masks. Wifi is unprotected.

The sheets in our room had hair and the bed cover was dirty. Also, the bath mat had big black marks on it. I took off my shoes and just wore socks. When I took off the socks they were black on the bottom from the floors. The room could have been nice if it had been clean. Most unfortunate. On a side note, the toilet was meant for a child. We were in a room with a king bed. Truly, how many kids stay in a room with a king bed? Accommodating adults with a normal height toilet makes much more sense to me.

If it says "hot breakfast" it does not necessarily mean a hot breakfast. Ours was a grab and go with a paper sack. Good location if you want the went side. A little tough to find with major freeway construction and no signage on the freeway or access road.

Bad!! 1st they didn't have the room we reserved so they gave us 2 room... and both tubs horrible with water still in them... fridge had food from previous people... but I will say the lady in charge when we got there was 100% professional I wish I remembered her name cause La Quintana should not let her go and honestly move her into an upper management... our trip was from October 29-31 if that helps her out

Nice people working here, clean, and easily accessible from Cheyenne. However, there is no hot continental breakfast. It is just yogurt, packaged muffins, and snacks. The coffee was really good though.

Everything was very good. Only observation... The commode in the bathroom was quite low, below what I think are normal height standards. Bit uncomfortable. Room was very clean, well-appointed, lots of plugs, TV worked great! (The Boss, a 16 yr. old Chihuahua, loved the accommodations as well!)

The stay was fine our ac was out when we first arrived but it was quickly fixed, however please don’t lose anything as the cleaning service must have thrown it out or kept it for themselves no integrity when it comes to lost items. I left two shirts behind and when I called to recover I was told they were not found, I don’t understand how that’s possible when me and my wife were the only ones who stayed. Will not be staying again.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing when we planned to stay here, however, I was at least expecting cleanliness. The room smelled of pet urine and there was even a visible urine stain on the AC unit in the room (pictured). Hair found in the sheets, as others mentioned. Staff was friendly but it did not make up for lack of cleanliness. We wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is OK, not great, but not horrible either. Breakfast was OK. The rooms were large with a big bathroom. Not much water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning people could break out the vacuum cleaner once in awhile. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broke (and also very dirty). The worst part was the elevator situation. The main elevator broke so we had to use the elevator at the other end of the building. The door entering that end of the building had a card reader that only worked if you inserted the card just right and did some jigging. Not alot of fun trying to get that card reader to read when standing in 110° heat. Do your patrons a favor and fix that card reader.

La Quinta has moved to a room cleaning if you request it approach. Not a fan! I am also not one of those people that want a cleaning every day - don't need it. That said was no restocking of room supplies - coffee and supplies, towels, water cups, toilet paper, shampoo, or ice bucket plastic liners ... I requested housekeeping service three (3) times but never made the list. I ended up finding housekeeping in the hall for coffee, towels and tp... I like La Quinta but this experience left me less than thrilled...

I'd like to say that my stay here was excellent.. Though staff was very professional and courteous. Anytime I ask for anything they were very helpful and everything that I needed. I'd like to give a 10 plus on the way they treated me it was great and I hope to stay here in the future. This was a pleasant stay rooms were very clean the TV actually worked and I had no problems in parking. Thank you to everybody for helping me with my stay stay. I will recommend to anybody stay here.

We called to check in and they said 1 if they had a room then continued to call until our check in time at 3 and never got a early check in. Had to wait in 100+ degree heat for hours around town until we could check in. The room was clean and nice the breakfast was good. No place to charge a electric car/hybrid. Was a good deal and in a nice area by the hospitals would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. The team is great. They were very good at getting me checked in. The room was a delight. Everything worked. The lobby has a magnificent breakfast buffet and you can use their toaster in the afternoon if you bring your own bread. Plenty of free parking. Easy walk to grocery store, banks, hospital, and various stores. Clean pool, good fitness centre, hot tub.

I give 5 stars to Ocean at the front desk, she was great at check in and check out. But unfortunately 1 star to the hotel, it was more run down than the pictures on line showed. The elevator was dirty and wall was peeling. The room & bath was not clean, so therefore we checkout and found another hotel.

Omg!! The room was great!! Nice and clean, very spacious, huge bathroom and awesome breakfast!!! And they are pet friendly!!! Nice pool. Loved it. Marcus at the front desk was awesome and so was Dawson. Thanks for all your help. Only one bad thing I couldn't get my AARP discount for some reason. I live on a fixed budget and it took a while to save for this.

The staff was super friendly and so nice always had a smile and saying Hi! The Breakfast was awful . I read reviews that said it was good it wasn’t . They only had apples for fruit , a single slice toaster so don’t plan on having toast if your behind 2 people waiting it will take 10 minutes and only one kind of the toast fit the other was too big . They did have sausage and eggs and I think they were old . The oatmeal was packets and cereal there was nothing kids would like . We stayed here because of a basketball tournament and the breakfast so not with the price they charged too expensive for what you get . The rooms were dusty and our floor has sticky all over . Every time i moved it stuck lol .Half the room is carpet the other half linoleum. And the beds so small . There is a Hampton right next door with queens beds and a better breakfast I would definitely be staying there next time

The price was very high for the quality we got. The lobby was dirty full of dead grasshoppers. The jacuzzi broke and turned green. No towels were available. We had to ask. The rooms were decent but small beds and the air didn’t work. I don’t think we would return.

Stayed here one night; clean room, friendly front office staff and good (free) breakfast. When I was loading my luggage into my car, I scraped my head on some low hanging limbs that had just been trimmed. I was bleeding so I went inside and spoke with someone who came out and filled out an incident report. Was told that the manager would be calling me; never happened. Once I was back home, I called and the manager was pretty blunt with me. He said that he had submitted paperwork to the insurance. Never asked me about my injury, etc. It's been four weeks and I have not heard anything from the hotel, their insurance company, etc. The experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Dunno where the bad reviews are coming from. Stayed 2 nights, quiet, even when Highway only 200 feet away. From some of the reviews we expected bad things, brought own sheets. Very unnecessary. Great room, reasonable people, slam dunk to stay again. Two border collies happy too.
