This place is a monthly and a little know fact is that it was in the movie CASINO. That being said be aware that the plumbing is sub-par. and if you don't have any problems living with special minded and criminal minded people. This is the place for you.

This place is a child molesters playground. Lori the b**** that runs the place , served 7 years for having sex with a young boy. She lives on property. Her boyfriend who also served time in prison for lewdness with a minor, also lives there on the property. Neither one of them are very friendly in fact they can be very intimidating and rude. The whole place really is infested with bed bugs and Lori will blame the bugs on you if you're a new tenant. This place is a sick Chomo version of Melrose Place. I suggest staying far, far away from this place

I lived at the blvd inn and it was bad the people that work for him is rude and threting the tenants that live their the place has mold and they don't want to fix it

Beyond poor. These people charge you an arm and both legs to move in and stay there. Awful showers undesirable people coming to your door. To top it all off they move people into bed bug infested rooms. They never had that issue but have bedbug spray on hand. Horrible experience and nasty and deceitful attitudes. I should post the bed bug videos but holding on to them...

Not recommended for anyone. They need to really work on roach, rat and bed bug infestation!!!

Its okay if this place had heat rent could be cheaper

Needs bugs taken care of but the staff was verry nice and helpfull and atentive to probablems

Bad management. Everything breaks down. Bad water. Do not rent here. I'm moving out as soon as possible.

Great place with wonderful management. They help my small family and a single father (myself ) more importantly my son out when we had no other place to go.

My daughter and her husband are staying there temporarily. It's ok.

Just moved in, very peaceful and management is nice and attend to all needs.

I lived there for about 15 months , I was on a program that's how I got to live there, my place was very clean, and very cozy for just me, it was completely remodel and came furnished, I had no problems with anyone there, the staff was always polite and was there when ever I needed there help. The parking lot was always clean, and my place had no bugs or roaches, I was told that before I had moved in,, the place was run down.but to me that was not true, I enjoyed my stay at 700 North Main street. And so would anyone who wants to have a place to call home. . And very affordable
