    Employees at this location were a absolute mess! The cooler was empty. They first tried to ring me up at the drive thru teller. Which I didn’t like cause I gave them my phone for my rewards. They didn’t know how to run the register. I had a $5 reward that they couldn’t give me and I didn’t get my points for the purchase. The sunrise sunset smoothie was bland. I get it often and it is never this bad. The lettuce in my wrap was brown. I love Trop Smoothie but I will never come to this location again!

    This place has always made subpar Tropical Smoothie food. On this last visits the customer service actually improved considerably but the quality of my order was absolutely awful. Great improvement on service since 2022 and before. Here is a photo of my Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap as soon as I opened it. It was cold all around. More lettuce than rice and more lettuce than chicken.

    I have tried multiple times with this place. It is always the same. What is the pattern? They can’t help you. The why is typically 1 of three reasons: the credit card machine is down and the have no cash so you must have exact cash. 2. They are no longer taking orders, I have no clue why, but it has happened at 1pm 6pm and 8pm. Or they are short people and can’t help you. Now individually each reason makes perfect sense. But repeatedly over the past 8 months? Crazy. Either this is a joke, or the owners don’t need the money or they tell you when they train you that customers are a nuisance and not to bother. I will say the staff is least to blame because management is non existent. Stay away if you can’t be stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes if you are lucky enough to get food or smoothies with your exact cash amount on hand that day.

    I ordered a smoothie w extra ingredients. The smoothie was sour!! I asked for a refund and because I didn't get a receipt at the window, they REFUSED!!! I called to speak w the manager but wouldn't you know it- not in. I ask for her name, she hung up and then had the nerve to call me back. AWESOME SERVICE!!!! Run. After my post- tropical smoothie directed right back to the same website that I posted my review. Just shut the location down or get employees or OWNERS who want to serve the community.

    Service has always been slow. Now I can’t get a smoothie at all. Tried two different day. This location is 24 hours. If hours changed, there needs to be a sign and updates need to be made online!

    Super rude to the Dasher. Accepted an order through the app that they couldn't make and wouldn't even talk to me over the phone. And the replacement item was culinary garbage.

    I ask myself why do I keep going back to tropical smoothie??? I’m hopeful one day my experience would be right. Tropical smoothie IS ALWAYS OUT OF ITEMS!!! Today no tortilla. Which means no wraps no quesadillas, no breakfast items. I mean 1/2 the menu is not available. Funny thing is there is a grocery store near by. Go buy some tortillas. I went with the Turkey bacon sandwich. There is so much ranch dressing it’s dripping. My paradise smoothie is watered down. Always out of something and poor quality execution for orders. I finally give up. Tropical smoothies in this town do not meet up to tropical smoothie standards.

    Today I ordered two smoothies through the app and had the best experience at this location! Tjay and Garrett gave me my order and wrote Happy Birthday on one of the smoothies for my friend’s birthday. They were both very nice and my order was already ready when I arrived. I usually don’t have the best experiences at this location but Garrett and Tjay changed that. Great workers.

    I ordered online and it said my order would be ready for pick up at 2:15. My fiancé got there at 2:20 and nobody even acknowledged her until 2:30. Once they finally did they said they haven’t started the order yet so it would be another 15 minutes. I ordered the grilled cheese and this is what I got… The saddest looking grilled cheese I ever seen in my life. Pretty sure they put it in the microwave to melt the cheese.
