there are too many cockroaches, it does not have the basic items of a rental apartment such as toilet paper holder, bathroom exhaust fan does not work, there is no Disposal Garbage in the kitchen, the barking of the winged apartment dog is exaggerated the decibel of sound mark 107 decibels , the decibels of sound of the apartment above are very high pass of 120db of sound, they need new decking floor, the shower has a water leak, floor is ok v

I moved out for many reasons but I'll say this, I'm young and this was my first "home" in a way. Yes there was a enormous roach problem but I just got some bait traps and took care of the issue on my own. Somethings broken in the apartment? Take care of it yourself and dont bother the office. You'll just waste time. Bed bug issue was the reason I left and will never go back A home is where you make it and I'll carry the good memories of this place for as long as I live. But I'll also carry the negative memories aswell

They say there's no unit s for rent I went down to office and she was leasing a place for this Latino guy they are such lyers and the lady in the office is ruuude!!!!! And Dominic quit complaining about pot it's legal you will never get away from the smell don't care what apartment you live in get used to it please!!!!

this place has so many roaches,ac works but still hot in apt,rent increased,banging n loud noises from neighboors,bed bugs n dont be cheap n plss get a proffessional pest control to destroy this pest n if i had the money to move outta here n i would but gotta save n omg made a mistake moving here
