Definitely recommend you go somewhere else. Our food was not good. The only good thing that I ate was the fried cheese, which happened to be really good. The Korean chicken meal was not good. The chicken was so hard and tasted worse than food court chicken. The vegetables and dishes looked good but were not good. The $37 Ribeye was not very good. Could have made a better one for half the cost. The green beans and mashed potatoes were dry and clearly sitting out too long. Besides the fried cheese, the only thing I recommend you go here for is a cappuccino and a cheesecake. The waitress never came to refill water or check in to know our food was bad. They made sure 2 people stood to watch my husband cut the steak to make sure it was cooked right but didn't stick around to make sure it tasted good. For the price point you can find way better food in Vegas. We aren't ever planning to go back.

Came here for a beautiful Saturday brunch. Very relaxed atmosphere, excellent customer experience from Amanda. They changed the menu but if you need Gluten free options make sure to get the Actual book menu. Digital menu doesn't show you Gluten free and kids menu options. The cheesecake is always superb! RECOMMENDED👍

Walked in and In and was greeting with an smile an seated an few minutes later. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember my amazing funny server but we had stellar service and excellent food. The nice soft music, quality A1 service what more could you ask for to start your mid day afternoon. Come for the food but leave feeling relaxed and full.

It's been 10 years since I ate at a cheesecake factory, and let's say they didn't disappoint!! The food was as good as I remembered. Our server was so sweet, we couldn't figure out what to eat so she recommended some dishes for us. The menu is huge. The drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place

Got there 5p on Friday night so should expect it but told 20 minute wait which turned out 30 and little place to wait. They should have an app to check in online. The servers and food presentation very nice. I had the low calorie chicken tacos that looked great but lacked taste. My family's dishes were well liked and the appetizers were very good. $4 for an iced tea and pricey menu. My family liked restaurant very much but for me menu too large and customers packed in so loud, not comfortable ambience.

The bar was very nice to just sit and grab a drink and a little something to eat. The bartender was nice and made sure I was taken care of. My food came out on time and the drinks was soooo good. The environment was relaxing of people having a good time out. Clean and ready to serve. Unfortunately my cheesecake to go was just thrown in a bag for me. :( maybe they will take they time next time. Beautiful area for dining and shopping.

I love this place. Great for gatherings and last minute business lunches. My food was on point. Those appetizers were extremely delicious...I was impressed. My steak was perfectly 'medium' the way I like it and Nars (our waiter) was awesome!! (he needs a raise lol).. He took great care of us!! Thank you..we will see u again...

Typical Cheesecake Factory location. Some of the food is very good and some isn't. Prices are insanely high. We've tried just about everything on the menu. Someone recommended the Linda's Fudge Cake. AVOID. It's horrible. The Layer cake is much better. I recommend you stick to the cheesecake.

Had dinner with family of 6 here about a week ago. A short 20 minute wait before we were ushered in considering we had reservations and dinner time was peaking. Ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. As the dish was served we were cautioned to handle with care as the plates were 🔥 hot. Truly it was a sign that care and standards were the norm on this Resto. True enough, the spaghetti was delicious, the meatballs so tasty, and the pasta, Al dente! The serving was huge and I got stuffed. Had to take home a portion in a bag. Too bad wasn't able to try the famous cheesecake. Guess I'll put that up with my order on the next visit.

Went to The Cheesecake Factory for a friend's birthday this past Sunday. Lucky that we made a reservation for 11am as it became crowded after. The service was good, and food was delicious. Ordered lunch portions and the salads were huge. Very sweet how they decorated my friend's birthday cheesecake (the cheesecake itself was not free). Highly recommended.

I had to stop by and pick up me some dessert! I absolutely love the oreo cheesecake and the carrot cake! You can never go wrong with either one! The young man at the counter that took my order was very nice! And I didn't have to wait a long time! Thanks see you soon! 😊

You all know I will be honest... the introductory of hospitality was awesome and warm!🥰 My actual server was bland and 'just' courteous. The meal, disappointing, to say the least, and the drink turned out to be a FROZEN, not 'fresh' version mimosa 🤐. The manager was super kind to address my issues, but the overall experience was not to my standard of quality service and to me, overpriced. I hope they will improve because...well, It Matters.😏

My 2nd time here, today I brought my wife for brunch. While waiting for our food the server offered us their complimentary bread and butter. I ordered the Brunch Special, Green Chilaquiles with Caritas and Eggs and my wife ordered the Lunch Pasta Special Pasta Farfelle Chicken and Garlic. My wife liked what I ordered so she did dig on my plate and she didn't finish hers lol 😆 "food for dinner" nice ambience you can choose inside or Patio we preferred inside dining. A must try 👌

Took my family for Sunday lunch here today. Everything we got was good. Just be warned make a reservation online before you decide to come. Thank goodness we did, this place was crazy packed with lots of angry patrons.

Lovely service at this location, there was no wait at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Our server Molly K was amazing! Not overly present but always there at the right time. Food was delicious as expected.

Food was 50/50. Depending what items you bought and how hungry you were it tasted ok. Menu was too big and there’s no way it would be cook correctly. Our chicken was undercooked and the mac and cheese balls tasted like it was microwave. The soup was too salty. The only decent thing were the pizza and cheesecakes. Service was slow and the atmosphere was not pleasant. Workers didn’t seem happy because I guess the boss was there.

I placed an order online for pickup at 12:45pm. I was notified that my order was ready at 12:30pm. I thought for sure that my food would be cold when I arrived. It was not. The woman who grabbed my order was very nice. My Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was nice and hot, my Cobb Salad was chilled, and my Strawberry Cheesecake was perfect and it tied it all together! I will certainly do this again. Delicious!

We had a party of 12 and I was told I couldn't make a reservation. We had to wait an hour. Originally we were told 2 hours. I made this decision because it was my birthday and I wanted their cake. It was a cold day but we were seated outside with heaters. One of the heaters wasn't working at the time so half the people at table didn't have warmth. The waiter was very diligent and served us well. The food was okay, kind of tasteless. They gave us a dish free due to this. My daughter and I got our birthday song from the waiter. FYI you do pay for the birthday dessert. I probably won't be back because I think it's poor business to not allow a party bigger than 6 people make a reservation, and the food was only okay.

I am very disappointed with today’s service. First I asked for a booth away from the cooking area being that I’m pregnant and get hot easily. We waited 30 min just to get seated where I told them I didn’t want to be seated. Follow with I ordered a four cheese pasta my food was brought out cold and noodles where stiff I did ask for another. It seems like they just added hot marinara on top mixed it up and added more ricotta on top, my pasta was soupy and had a very light pink color. Took them less then two min to bring me out the plate. First plate long wait 2nd plate no wait made zero sense, I left here without eating anything. As the picture shows food don’t even look good that’s the 2nd plate that was brought out to me. And yet I still paid for food I didn’t eat. The response is just as trash as the service. I got disgusting food and the reply to my review was I’m glad you enjoy our food.

Our favorite go to place. Love the food (huge portions) service (always good) and atmosphere. (It does get noisy sometimes) but who doesn't love joyful eaters. We especially like the Boca Park location. Food is done the way you request with huge portions and if you're dissatisfied they are more than willing to make it right. One of our favorites because it never disappoints.

I went here for a late birthday dinner. One of my favorite places. I had a super time, super customer service, great food. A very short wait.(+++) I highly recommend

Hostess could be a little more enthused upon approach. A simple "welcome to the cheesecake factory!" would have been nice. She sat us with a server who is an amazing asset to the team and very pleasant. Without him the whole experience would have been a let down, because the food and drinks were off. We ordered Bellinis, but they come as blended frozen-margarita style concoctions. Usually a Bellini is prosecco with a peach puree. So we sent those back and opted for prosecco. Ordered an espresso martini as well, but it was served in an unpolished martini glass so you can see the water spots which made the glass look dirty and it tasted like day old flat coffee. The only good food was the Buffalo chicken wonton appetizer. We also had the taquitos and they had too much going on in inside the wrapper and way too much garnish- there was shredded cabbage, a pesto sauce, and diced tomatoes. It wasn't a good item. Our entrees were just as lackluster. The fish and chips my friend had was soggy and the fries were dry, lukewarm and stale. I had the steak Diane and the steak medallions were sliced so thin I'm not sure why they asked what temperature I preferred. Theyd either be well done or rare. There's no in-between. The mashed potatoes were lacking cream and butter, but were heavy on the pepper. Overall the dish left a lot to be desired. We ended with the Tuxedo cheesecake and while I love desserts this didn't hit the mark. The food was edible and nothing so bad that it was worth getting the manager over, it just wasn't a satisfying food experience. Time and money are in short supply so I'd think twice before spending it here again.

I made reservations for me and my friends. We love this place. The atmosphere, the staff, and our server(she was amazing). I ordered the Carolina salmon. I am not a fan of salmon but I am trying to eat better. It was so so good. The server allowed me to substitute the salad that comes with it with sauteed spinach. The fact that our server had so much patience with us was unbelievable. ( Please forgive me I do not remember her name) Saturday afternoon was perfect for us to enjoy good food, good service, good company. Thank you Cheese Cake Factory Boca Park😍

Our waiter was incredibly friendly and did everything he could to make our experience a pleasant one. My father, who is notoriously picky about his food, found the presentation and taste of his meal more than adequate. The chicken salad sandwich that I ordered had a generous portion size and was worth the wait.

Yesterday was my second Wedding anniversary. this place ruined my anniversary. All in part to our server Jeremiah. We placed our order around 7:05 P.m. We started noticing that the tables around us were getting their food. around 7:35 I started wondering where our food was. he then walks by, and tells us, let me check on your food. Then he walks out and he says, " you guys I'm so sorry the kitchen is backed up tonight your food will be coming out shortly." around 745, The manager walks by so I ask him if he can check on her food. turns out, the server forgot to put our order in. Mind you, it was already 750 and we still did not have our food. We had a long day at work, and we have to wake up at 5:30 AM to go to work the next day. My wife was so turned off, that we decided to skip dinner last night. On our anniversary. We went home hungry and tired. I understand things happen, but the point is, Jeremiah lied to us. He blamed the kitchen and he failed to take responsibility to tell the truth that he forgot to put in our order. I knew what was going on, because I'm also a server at the busiest restaurant in the strip. You can't fool me. Really disappointed. It was our anniversary and we looked forward to dinner last night. sadly, it was ruined by Jeremiah. We will never come back to this one. We will just go to the one at the outlets or in Henderson.

My first experience coming to this restaurant, I went to this restaurant three years ago in Colorado but today I went to the one that located at Rampart and Charleston. We order appetizers avocado rolls, calamari and lunch specials serve until 5pm I had Famous Factory meatloaf, my friend had shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and salad just to let you any of you know the size of the salad is good for 2-3 people to enjoy. Overall the food is great, service is great, the price match with the portion and my friend and I had a great time. Will definitely coming back again.

Really good food. Steak Diane was cooked at a perfect medium rare and had a really nice flavor. Tropical ginger cooler was refreshing and tasted good.

The place was large & elegantly designed. The wait staff was super friendly & competent. The food was delicious & great portion sizes! All in all, I loved everything about it!

I met up with a group of 6 for dinner. It was really busy but didn't feel like it. Our party was seated promptly and our server was AMAZING! The menu doesn't have pictures so it's helpful when your server knows his stuff. They serve brown wheat bread and white bread with butter while you look through the menu. I never had to ask for a refill which made waiting for food less noticeable. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered chicken fingers with fries and the Macaroni and cheese burger which was delicious. We washed it all down with the house lemonade that was decorated with sugar on the rim (free refills!!) I spent a total of $36 ( not including tip) for my 2 food items and 2 drinks. Which was a good deal for what I got. Great food and service would definitely recommend.

Carbonara pasta, & Honey truffle chicken both were AMAZING. Added chicken to the pasta but it was very bland & tasteless & not necessary in such a fantastic dish. If ur charging$5 for a few chicken chunks, please season them. Chicken Marsala was very good- this dish has chicken with fantastic flavor! All were large portions. Service was great after we were seated. The wait was 25 minutes but this was about 2 hours after opening. There were many open tables & a ton of staff so I attributed the wait to poor organization. Peach frozen drink was delicious but I don't think they put one drop of alcohol in it. . Now on to the Cheesecake.....the pineapple upside down cheesecake is TO DIE FOR ‼️Also ordered a the white chocolate raspberry & an Oreo cookie cheesecake & they were very very good! Cheesecake Factory is a 5 star restaurant altogether... if they would just work on the areas that really need attention & keep up the fantastic food items.

Miso Salmon was delicious and perfectly prepared but the rice was not cooked properly because it was hard in the middle. Our server was great but the front desk needs more training on professionalism, customer service, care factor, and not to forget their patrons patiently waiting for a table on the list when they allow other select people to sit before the ones waiting. Very upsetting and disturbing as a first impression upon entry. The 3 stars are for the waitress server, the food and the cheesecakes.

This place is always great for a bite. There are so many items on the menu, so there is something for everyone. I've never had a dish that I don't like. My favorite is the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp.

This location does get busy as expected. Waited about 20 minutes walking in with no reservation on a Friday night. We did get seated on the super small corner spot which was fine but it was definitely closer to the table next to us than I would’ve liked. Server was great, food options are still plenty and portions are still large. If you haven’t tried you gotta dip the brown bread in their ranch. It’s so good! Their ranch is garlicky so if you’re not a garlic fan, may wanna pass. Outside parking can get crazy but there’s an underground garage as well.

Busy place is way te service and the food have problems. My ribeye wasn't good. p not bad. The Pico de Gallo on the spinach deep was not good and smelled bad . The food takes forever put you can understand. The server she was helpful all the time. Thanks.

Service was excellent. Crispy Brussels sprouts were delicious and my favorite. The factory nachos I would not get again. Red velvet cheesecake is always a winner. My first time dining in, I'm a curbside orderer but the time was right and overall a great experience.

Stopped in for Happy Hour on a Tuesday and had a nice early evening of eating and drinking in the bar area. Our waitress was a pro and made our visit very enjoyable with her great service and demeanor. The Happy Hour Menu offers some great choices but our favorite was the Beet and Avocado Salad, it was unique and delicious. Draft beer and drink specials, small bites and one slice of cheesecake was all perfect and the prices were a deal. We will definitely be back in more often to try other Happy Hour Menu items.

Although the food is a bit pricey, it is very delicious and tasty. I came with my girlfriend and we enjoyed our time here, the staff and waiter were really friendly making sure we had everything we needed.
