Barely any cheese and soggy like the sauce was water. This was the second replacement pizza recieved like this, the other doused in hotsauce when i ordered BBQ sauce..we asked and the manager was rediculously rude. I order this pizza all the time and it doesnt just "spill over due to the oven" like he claims. Pick a different shift of people or other location smh

Only one guy at the counter but he was very nice and offered a discount when we asked if there was any specials going on. Pizza was good and actually cut all the way thru in even pieces(unlike lil Cesar's and sometimes even Domino's) We didn't order ahead and we still didn't wait that long for the Pizza. I would go there again.

The pizza was good but the customer service sucks and why don't these places ware gloves and hair nets they had to when I worked in places like this no more health control and this a problem all over America and you see employees that don't wash they hands after use of the toilet just nasty

Pizza was delicious and it didn't take so long we usually order little Ceasars which always gets our orders wrong and take forever and hour or more but pizza hut came through with the delicious pizza and in just a little bit of time. P.S. I had stopped eating pizza but now I'm so happy we started getting Pizza Hut 👍

The pizza was flat although I did not order a thin crust, and the flavor tasted off, like the ingredients were not possibly fresh or something. We intentionally chose Pizza hut, but to be honest, we should have gone to Domino's. It possibly is just that one location, so I definitely keep that in mind.

Pizza was late and when he delivered he didn't even deliver it in the bag to keep it warm it was cold.i thought it would be perfect I even gave a 8 dollar tip..the wings were cold and hard like they had been sitting there..it was very little sauce...we had to use our own BBQ sauce..we may never order their..

We ordered the tastemaker with extra mushrooms and sausage. The pizza did not have extra mushrooms. It barely had any. I also didn't have any options ordering online for the flavor of crust. Everything else was good.

I dont know why ....yes I do...they have great advertising, it always draws me in, then I get the featured item..this time The Big New Yorker...and I think it's going to be good. It is not, this was a major disappointment for sure. I did use one the deals from the app so I got 8 boneless wings and those were awesome, very very good. The pizza...nope

Pizza was great, time it took from ordering to eating was perfect, actually, a bit quicker than I had expected. My delivery guy was friendly and had a great personality. They just lived up to what I remember from my childhood. Was great as it had always been. And priced much better than those guys and the 'Noid'

I come to this location often, maybe once a month I've always had a different experience customer service wise but the last time I was there was amazing. They are definitely hiring better employees

Seriously this place is just pure trash!!!!! I place an order online@620pm, it’s 730pm & nothing. I called the store & they said they switched it to carry out, I went to the store & just for them to say they never received the order or that door dash took the order! Other employees were stating they remember giving out the order but I didn’t receive anything. Then I asked for my money back & the manager in charge said it got voided but I wasn’t notified. How was is voided when they switched it to “Carry out” I asked for my money back but they were still saying it got voided. I paid for the order with the delivery fee & + a tip. Seriously I will not order Pizza Hut again! I was born & raised here, & I would always choose Pizza Hut over any other pizza place but I’ll keep giving my business Dominos instead. No thank you!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and with the white sauce. The sauce was “house made” and the manager came out saying he can’t bust anymore and the female manager came out with her hair all messed up barely clothed I won’t be ordering ever again

I ordered a pizza at 10:30pm and was told my pizza would arrive by 11:45pm. I called at 12midnight asking where my pizza was and was told the order was cancelled due to the Uber driver. I got no phone call regarding this issue I had to call them the person on the phone was rude, I will never order from Pizza hut again.

I wish pizza hut would bring back restaurants where you can dine in, I believe there's only a handful of pizza huts that still have restaurants in there, most don't have

We order from here all the time and recently ordered a pizza with beef (pictured in the middle). We called and they sent us a whole new better looking pizza with beef. Everything was amazing!

So I've only had the unpleasant experience of coming here twice. The first time I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order past the pickup time. If you try to call it will ring and ring. I sat in my truck and watch them talking as the phone was ringing. Not doing anything just standing around talking. I have really bad anxiety so I was unable to go into the store. I ordered curbside. The next time I went they had it out in about 10 minutes. However the quality is just not there for me. It's either not enough or too much. However they are good about following instructions.

Not all of their workers wear masks when working, just thought you should know when ordering food here. Went to pick up my food and saw a worker standing by the orders without a mask anywhere near him. I guess we’re doing whatever we want now?

They need to pay better attention to my order. I paid extra for additional items and did not get what I paid for. Plus my pizza and horrible wings were cold. This was expensive dumpster food.

Pizza is okay, but this location has a real problem with contactless curbside delivery. They ignore when the customer arrives and they will not answer the phone if you try to call.

They didn't eliver my full order, or answer the phone when I try to call about my missing items. This is the third time in the last few months I've had an issue. I've only ordered those times and it was bad. Overall, I've been ordering here the past couple years.

I have placed online orders twice and both times they were canceled on Pizza Huts end. The reasoning they have given me on both occasions is they called me with no answer, both times I have had my phone in hand and nobody has ever called me. I have had to call both times and ask about my orders. First time I let it go but for them too do it again is just beyond annoying.

This is the best pizza hut on Decatur and Meadows. My food is always hot out the oven for crub side pick. No need to order extra cheese!!! They hook it up, the cheeses pizza and toppings without having to pay extra!! Staff is amazing and go beyond to make customers Happy !! Thanks for your Service!!

When I arrive at Pizza Hut there was one person inside, I had to wait about 10 minutes 10 minutes but that was OK. I ordered my pizza went back to my car and waited delete came back in 15 minutes, paid for my pizza $15.16. I ordered a cheese pizza. The Box was sealed I've never gotten a pizza with a seal Box Box. Paid for my pizza with a dollar tip. To drive all the way back home 3 miles is 3 miles to find out I had a Pepperoni pizza instead cheese. I drove all the way back with the pizza and I can't get my money back on it credit only credit to my account. I have to wait until the 15 minutes.

The food was cold. The crust was soft instead of crispy even though I ordered a crispy thin crust. They didn't have a delivery driver and called to ask me to come pick it up. I don't drive so they told me they would use a Uber driver. The pizza was all over the place when I opened the box

It was disgusting. It was not cooked all 3 if them and it was doughy. The onions were not sliced and it looked liked if you just took a peeled onions separated the peels and threw it on the pizza. The cheese were not melted and it was slimy. The service and quality is getting worse in every order. It's pretty pathetic when you o rdered pizza that's supposed to be cook and you still have to cook all 3 of them.

Mess up my order didn't get what they say and when I called the first time no answer called again and when I told the lady (really nicely) my order was messed up she said ok hold on and never came back and had me on hold like 20 minutes. Where is my jalapenos, onions, pineapple ect.

Kinda useless to have curbside pick up if no one is gonna answer the phone when you get there and have to go inside anyway. Oh and then they’ll blame the phone instead of taking responsibility for their actions.

I ordered pizza from Pizza hut on Decatur for delivery yesterday and it was great. I had not ordered in a long time because it would come not the way I want it to. But it was just right this time.

It took 2 attempts to deliver my order and it was still wrong and I still did not receive what I ordered. On your website you should let people know that you use a second party to do your deliveries. I spent $68.00 tip over $10.00 on the app. and was completely dissatisfied!!! IF I KNEW DOORDASH DELIVERED I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Order my pizza through the Pizza Hut app and I must say that the order was completely correct and done in the proper fashion. I was quoted 19 minutes and it was done completely on time.

Placed order at 6:16pm, estimate wait time was 51-61 minutes, which I was fine with. At 8:15pm I attempted to contact the store location in regards to my pending order. No one answered the phone and I was on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up the phone and called the customer service line, they told me I would have to wait 3 business days to even be contacted in regards to a refund of my money. This whole experience is just beyond infuriating.

Still waiting on my pizza delivery 2 hours after my pizzas were out for delivery. Called to find out the status of my pizzas and am still on hold, now 25 mins on hold. I think pizza hut pizza is the best tasting pizza, but I don't see ordering from them ever again. The quoted delivery time was 76 mins, they are now over 45 mins late.

Last week I ordered from Pizza Hut at 274 S Decatur in Las Vegas and it took 2 hours to receive. Last night I ordered and the order never arrived. I called the Call Center and Corporate several times. I was told the store is not answering the phone. They take your money immediately, so let's see how long it will be before I get a REFUND. DO NOT order from this store unless you want a headache. There are other pizza joints in town.

I ordered a dinner box with traditional wings at 7:30 didn't get my food til 9:40, the pizza was cold and wings were boneless. And I had to call about 15 times before I could get transferred to the store.
