This
was
our
2nd
visit,
but
it's
been
about
8
years
since
our
last
visit.
A
very
diverse
menu.
Lots
of
choices
for
pretty
much
any
palate.
We
had
a
difficult
time
trying
to
decide,
since
there
were
a
lot
of
choices
that
all
sounded
good.
Our
server,
a
very
nice
person
and
very
friendly.
She
helped
us
make
a
choice,
very
good
choices
too.
We
opted
for
the
Huevos
Montana,
a
version
of
Huevos
Rancheros.
A
soft
corn
tortilla,
with
housemade
pinto
beans,
a
pickled
vegetable
salsa,
two
eggs,
over
medium,
a
housemade
chile
sauce
and
cotija
cheese.
It
was
excellent.
The
hash
browns
were
perfectly
crisped
and
browned.
My
wife
ordered
the
Nebraska
omelet,
packed
with
mushrooms,
bacon,
sausage,
spinach
and
cheese,
the
eggs
had
cream
cheese
folded
in,
which
made
the
dish
absolutely
sublime.
We
also
ordered
a
single
pancake,
which
tasted
homemade,
not
from
a
mix.
Excellent
quality.
The
service
was
timely,
polite
and
friendly.
Everyone
seemed
to
be
working
hard
and
as
a
team.
The
decor
is
kitchsy
and
unique,
definitely
a
fun
place.
I
highly
recommend
this
place,
this
is
definitely
not
your
everyday
national
chain
type,
this
is
one
of
those
special
local
restaurants
that
offer
a
higher
end
experience.
