Staff doesn’t turn patients on a regular basis. Food had something to be desired. They don’t change you in a timely manner if you can’t get out of bed on your own. Would prefer to insert a perrywick then assist you to the restroom. Not good at answering the call button. Act as if your bothering them if you ask for something. My mom ended up with horrible bed sores was asking the nurses for something to help with the issue but you have to mention neglect in order for them to get something done. Horrible conduct by the charge nurse saying to me that they do the best for the patients when I saw for my own eyes the care my mom was receiving every day 7-12/7-23-22 I was there every day all day for visiting hours. You maybe able to blow smoke to most of the patients realatives and family members but not this one I was there. Could have gotten better care from a child. Felt she was treated as $$$$$ not a real person

Came in today for my son, had a dog bite. Staff was extremely polite, concerned and very professional. Front desk was very helpful, since we are from Texas. Nurses, triage nurse made everything so easy since we don't know our way around. Thank you so much for the attention and taking good care of my son.

My husband had to be rushed to ER at North Vista yesterday because he was experiencing face paralysis he got their at 9am wasn't really being attended to he waited for hrs for his lab results and to see the doctor they finally got to him at 12pm we left at 3pm I was not impressed at all. They have very rude and unprofessional and unfriendly folks working at both front desk and could stand to do better. One of them was a older Caucasian woman who was racially profiling my children and I just for simply walking in and being lost and she also got defiant with me at one point. People like that shouldn't be working the front desk much less being medical assistants at front desk entrance. She was very rude and both myself and my children do not appreciate being treated that way and openly being disrespected by this lady at the front desk. I honestly can say do not come to this hospital try UMC or Sunrise hospital. So y'all do not end up the way my husband and my family did ....

My sister had a surgery on North Vista Hospital. Was an outstanding experience! I dare say that 95% of the medical team was extraordinarily friendly, kind, empathetic. It is felt that they are committed and interested in your well-being. It felt like family. From the moment I entered the hospital with my sister and the young Bernice from admissions received her by name, my surprise began. While waiting for my sister's surgery I walked around a bit and I meet Cathy M in the hallway, walking and waving to her colleagues. I loved the energy of her and had to greet her and tell her about the positive vibe in the hospital and I still hadn't experienced how amazing the rest of the stay would be.

I received better care when I had no insurance. I believe because I had state Medicaid the hospital neglected my actual needs. My thumb was split to the bone and I waited half a day to receive a bandage and was denied stitches. I was vagrant at an abandoned mine for 3 months and was released back to the streets with no offers of help to get to a place where I could feel comfortable. No bus pass was given to provide transportation. When I asked for the ability to charge my phone they denied this too. Then was put out of the care facility attempting to connect my phone to the back of the television. Horrible. Offended. Neglected.

My son was hospitalized recently while at work for a severe asthma attack, intubated and brought to the ICU of North Vista Hospital. The care he received was top-notch. These compassionate professionals took such good care of my son and went above and beyond to make sure the family was notified and given access to visit. We are thankful for their knowledge, professionalism and candor. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely horrifying experience. I was having pain in my abdomen, and I came to find out why. I went for two ultrasounds, and had blood work done. The doctor forgot to put in a test I needed for blood work so I had to be poked two separate times. After 3 hours, my boyfriend and I were put in a room and told to sit in the bed that had feces, blood and hair on the sheets. When I asked if it was clean she replied “it should be”. I pointed out the spots and she then changed it. Then proceeded to try and give me medicine and my discharge papers. I asked about all my tests I had done, she didn’t know anything about them. Turns out I was pregnant and the medicine she was trying to give me a pregnant women shouldn’t even take. They really need to get it together. They’re gonna end up killing someone if they haven’t already. No wonder this hospital only has a two star review.

First experience at North Vista Emergency Room was seamless, efficient, excellent, l was super duper pleased!!! I brought a book to read while I waited but didn't have a chance. It was a Monday about 5 or 6pm, it was busy. Checked in and within 10 minutes I was being triaged, my care giver made contact with me. Blood work, CT was done within 30 minutes, 30 more minutes I had results and prescription was written but I wanted a different antibiotic and she happily changed it and I was outta there in less than 2 hours! YAY!!! Thank you!!!

Took my son at 11:30pm. We were out by 12:15. Staff was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. I've worked in the medical field for 15+ years and this was the most well oiled machine I have ever seen. I've worked in California, Oregon, and Indiana. Not to mention the staff really seemed to care and love their jobs! Very impressed. If we ever need ER again, this is our top choice

Overall the customer service was fair but getting the doctor to properly and thoroughly explain my blood test results was thought provoking; because I noticed my levels on two test were abnormal. Just stay aware of your personal test results, then seek proper attention for your concerns regarding your health report card.

My son is adopted and he has been in intensive care in the emergency room for 3 days. Not only have they offered him 0 food! I had to return to work this morning and obviously someone has to sit with him. I sent my sister. So because I'm mixed race my son is black my sister is white the nurse asked my son if this was his REAL aunt! I'm livid I now have been placed on hold for an hour because no one wants to explain why they puked this out their mouth!!! Oh wait we're not rich entitled best insurance so we don't deserve

Went to ER for severe food poisoning. They were fast and got me in and out. My nurse was excellent. He was all around a great guy and made sure I was comfortable in every way. The CAT scan was quick. I advised i’m not normally someone who even takes headache medicine. With this said they did give me morphine after I questioned the medicine given to me. he made sure I was fine and it did help with the pain tremendously- five stars for me

The nurses here are extremely rood, they don't have a little empathy for their patients, I'm personally studying for RN and I assure you my patients won't be treated the way these nurses treated me. I also waited almost for 6hrs for an Xray result, they were very backed up in radiology.

Was on vacation in Vegas with my adult daughter when she got sick. Having lupus I've been to a lot of hospitals and North Vista was by far one of the best. As a retired RN I know how hectic and overwhelming covid has been to all hospitals. The staff is welcoming and the nurses are friendly and great at their jobs. They even had this lady Michelle check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was scary being away from home but they made the hospital stay the best it could be and took great care of my daughter. I'm grateful for North Vista!

I’d like to say thanks to the emergency staff at North Vista Hospital here in NLV. My three year old grandson was rushed in with trauma to his head. He was trying to retrieve his ball from under a gate and it fell on him. Everyone showed so much concern and the doctor did emergency stitches and fixed him up very well. We thank each and everyone of you. The man and woman working outside the ER, Sara at the desk, the charge nurse, I think her name was Amy, the doctor that did the sutures and everyone. We thank and greatly appreciate all of you. My grandson is fine. Incident was on 9/26/ 21

My father was admitted to North Vista recently & I'd like to start by thanking the emergency room staff. You were all caring & compassionate with my dad. This includes triage nurse, xray tech, ultrasound tech, bilingual RN and the Physician. You are all appreciated. I witnessed some patients being rude to staff but you all still managed to keep it together. You are all superheros!! Thank you again!! Next, I'd like to thank the admitting physician, Dr. SINHA. You truly care about your patients. You took the time to explain everything to myself and family members. Thank You again for all you did for my father. You are appreciated. Lastly, to the filipino RN,Thank you for making my father laugh.

Since I’ve lived in Las Vegas ( 17yrs) I’ve heard negative things about North Vista. One dear friend stayed there in January and was pleased with service. Once I found out I would have my surgery there I was at ease. From check in with Carmen( who was awesome!) to everyone else I encountered AMAZING SERVICE! They care about their patients. The nurses were great! I can’t recall all the names I do remember Lisa Marie! Thank you North Vista for making my stay pleasant. God Bless you all!

Arrived at at 1:00 p.m. they saw me right away did X-rays and ultrasound on my leg. And then they forgot about me. 6 hours later after I started complaining did they give me my results. So unacceptable. They told me they we're waiting for your. No you got my results 5 hours ago but you forgot about me. Plain and simple.. I've been coming to this hospital for 15years, never had a problem till today..

well I'm coming back to edit my review due to the fact that the staff from 3 in the morning until 6, were AWESOME, but after shift change was madness, I was completely ignored. My nurse introduced herself and I didn't see her again until around 12:30. THE DR. NEVER EVEN CAME AND SPOKE ONE WORD TO ME, how unprofessional do you have to be to not even come discuss somebodies test results and diagnosis with them. They wanted to admit me, but I refused. So my nurse had somebody other than herself come drug me up until discharge. I asked her for headache medicine and she refused it to me, and I received no discharge papers. And top of that my extra wrist band that was paper clipped to my chart, was on the floor outside my door when I opened it to leave. I don't know what's going on up there, but second shift is a sorry crew to put it nicely

I recently went in the emergency room. I can see so much frustration in both the patients and the staff. I feel for the hospital staff, it’s so hard to relate or have some understanding because of the pain one is experiencing. The staff constantly gets ridiculed and harassed. Some patients are extremely difficult and have no compassion. These RN’s are working long shifts and witnessing the craziest things on the daily. To the ultrasound tech lady I’d like to say thank you, you were extremely sweet and made me feel comfortable. I’d also like to give a big thank you to a young Asian man, not sure if he was a nurse but he seemed very overwhelmed with work and yet kept his composure and stayed on top of things. They are trying their best to help!

To start off, front desk was rude, (short, didn’t really communicate), next I was called back only to be bombarded with insulting questions like wether or not my pregnancy results were real, and I asked her if she wanted to see the ultrasound done at another hospital then denied to see them and said no I’ll know for sure when we do our own. then, after letting the woman know how far along I was and that I had a previous miscarriage the month before, she then said well even if you are 7 weeks we can’t do anything for you anyways and then walked away. THEN they drew my blood, and DROPPED the container on the floor at which point I got up and just left. Unprofessional. North vistas I believe if you can see your own ratings on google as any person can , you should really be fixing your problems.

First and last time ever visiting this emergency room . Went there for major pain on the left side of my back which I assumed was from kidney stones because Ive had them numerous times . Sat there for 5 hours. They did urine and an X-ray which supposedly came back “normal” and sent me home with a diagnosis of “Back Pain” . Never gave me anything for the pain the entire time I was there and it was excruciating. Staff was pleasant for the most part for the exception of the last male nurse who gave me my discharge papers . Woke up the next day and knew I needed to be seen again because I could barely walk and was out of options . Went to a different hospital and sure enough I have multiple stones as well as an infection. They took the time to give me a CT scan as well as urine and blood work up. Safe to say North Vista just tried to get everyone in and out without actually taking the time to figure out whats wrong with their patients. An entire day I could have had antibiotics working in my system but instead, wasted 5 hours for nothing . If you have options to visit a different emergency room, I suggest you do so .

had a very rude doctor in the ER who belittled me for the reason i was there. sat in the entry way as there was no rooms yet payed full room prices. sat around for several hours to have my blood drawn and that's it. ended up leaving with a $5000 bill and then had to keep fighting them as they kept calling saying we cant see your insurance or it doesn't exist despite it obviously existing. not to mention the CAT scan they wanted me to take was billed to me despite not actually get one. shady practices and a rude doctor.

My grandpa was at North Vista about a month ago. They treated him very well but his medical records we received when he was discharged were incomplete and there were some pages with someone else's info. My dad is 68 and this info was for a 17 year old. He got a surgery that needed follow up but there's no record of his surgery or who did it. We called the hospital, no record of said surgery. We took him back to the ER there, they also couldn't find the info. Very sad. Do better people

Went to the emergency was very full which is understandable BUT the nurses get into there PERSONAL feelings about how busy it is... a RN told another nurse to shut up and do it and yanked the papers away from him when she realized people where watching. Also she was giving attitude to another nurse and said well you like this no hurry up then. Poor lady was running around already. She needs to be retained or fired. That is no professional nurse.

Caitlin the registered nurse, Lisa the EKG lady & Dr Shon Roberts was very caring with my medical needs while I was there, they were very understanding and made me feel very comfortable there in the emergency room, I hope this hospital keeps three three people for many years to come. I like to make note I had a bad experience at the emergency room back in 2018 and 2019 and they must have changed management and staff either that or they must have retrained all their employees to be nice to the patients finally, even though it's an old area it still doesn't give the staff the right to be rude to the patients and treat them inhumane... It's a much different staff there now and I'm very happy to see that.. I would rate this hospital a five star. 8-23-23.

The only reason you guys get 2 stars is cause your new fellowship/interns still have some compassion left in them. I've been to hospitals all around the city and this is the 2nd worst hospital after UMC. I've been to this hospital for cardiac issues and just recently, seizures. Everytime Ive went, ive been accused of faking my illness (my family has a history of heart disease). The doctors, desk staff, and somehow the insurance registration staff are all very dismissive and rude. My last visit wasn't horrible but only cause this time my assigned doctor didn't try putting me in a 72hr hold again for almost decade old scars.

This hospital is very ghetto, 90% of the staff is rude, and they pick & choose who to discharge first no matter if you were there HOURSSS before another patient. The African American security guard lady with the glasses is extremely bitter acting and makes faces at patients walking in for care. 3-4 people actually walked out while signing in because of her and her attitude. I was waiting 3 1/2 hours almost 4 before I just left and walked out. At that point, I didn’t even want to stay or get the results because I decide to go somewhere else. I won’t be returning to this facility. I’d rather stay at home and suffer than go to this hospital.

I would definitely give 0 stars if possible... I came in here hoping they would check me thoroughly because I was having trouble breathing and it concerned me a lot since I was 3 months pregnant. I have always had congestion problems and when I told the doctor, he was like "Why are you even here, that's why you go to a primary provider so they can give you pills and that's it but hey you do you, your making my expensive dog happy" and just left and checked nothing, he later came back minutes later to "explain" whatever he was trying to explain and in no exaggeration was saying "and blah blah blah blah" and left for the last time.... All that was done was a Covid test, nothing more....

I had surgery at North Vista and I was surprised at how nice and kind every single staff person I encountered was. From check-in, radiology, laboratory, pre-op, all the way up to the nurses and nursing assistants. My nurses on the 1st floor were beyond great. The helped me with anything i needed and they didnt make me wait at all if I hit my nurse button. The rooms were clean and again, anything I needed, the nurses and nurse assistants were there. I would recomment this hospital over and over!

Currently overseas and I'm trying to simply ask and see how her well-being is taking care of they can't give you a straight answer It's unfortunate because this is supposed to be a hospital. Providing information of your loved ones to the family members and they can't do that advice take your family elsewhere do not come to this hospital.

I brought my son in at 8am. It's not 11:15. He feel down some stairs and his hand was in severe pain. They took x-rays then left us in exam room 3 for two hours. They didn't come and tell me anything. No updates, absolutely nothing. I decided to ask and they said he didn't break any bones and that they would prescribe him ibuprofen. It's been almost 20 minutes since they said they would bring me paperwork. I anticipate waiting atleast an hour before that actually happens. They communication here is horrendous. I wouldn't recommend anyone with any emergencies to come here.

I've been a patient at this Hospital more than once one time I was here I had covid doctor Sinha a took remarkable care of me my wife at the time was sick with covet as well instead of separating us he know that she had issues cuz I told him he put us in the same room which helped out a lot she got better fast sent home before me but Dr Sinha is one of the best doctors I have ever met I've got a lot of respect for him and I noticed that the people that work with him at North Vista Hospital love and respect him as well main reason why is this doctor never lost his bedside manner nor does he feel that he's above everybody just because he's a doctor he knows his position but he doesn't load it over anybody which is nice the charge nurse the nurses the CNAs all respect him why you ask because he acts like a human being he always seems to go above and beyond to take care of me he's done an awesome job the staff here as well as North Vista Hospital are absolutely wonderful they do have I definitely foothold on hospitality and bedside Manor granted this may be an older building and people might say something bad because of it but not everybody can be in a new building they're expensive to make and sometimes the areas they put them in are more inconvenient for the people that live there this Hospital may be old but it's clean and my theory is doesn't matter how old the building is if it's holding up passing inspection and they can keep it clean as a hospital should then I don't think it's a problem at least not for me I've been here a few times and always been treated well and never seen any major dirt anywhere I can't say that for certain hospitals that I've dealt with in this area but if you're looking for a place that will treat you with respect dignity and care about who you are as a patient and a person North Vista Hospital is the place to be they try to be quick and accurate and taking care of you God bless the north Vista hospital and its staff and maybe he continue to help them do the job they do taking care of so many people there is so much need. Worst staff ever!! My husband went in there sick and long story short they gave him a shot that made him sleepy. Once we were leaving I was making sure he had all his property ( wallet, phone, etc.) He said he didn't have his phone, which I seen personally in his bed. Went back in they claimed there was no phone left in room. Then when I got back to the car, him being drowsy, he thought he did have it. So we went home. When he woke up in the morning he noticed he really didn't have it. Called up there to ask if they had the phone and security made me describe it. He said yes its here. Got there a hour later and mysteriously no one can find the phone now! They are some liars and thieves! Made every excuse about how the phone probably got misplaced like there could of been a shift change, but when I asked the time for the shift change, they said 2pm. This all started about 11am.

Omg I had such a great care in the ER from the moment I arrived and very quick caring and thorough care I got they saw how nervous I was with explaining how I was sitting here at centennial and they did a wonderful job with me. I couldn't be more happier now. The place was a little dirty. But that's okay. I don't care. Let it be dirty as long as the care is great. That's all that really. Truly mattered thank you so much and I appreciate all the help and all the advice for when I had my recent visit to the ER THANKU NIGHT STAFF🙏❣️

I tested positive for Covid using home testing. I went to NVH ER per work requirement. I was treated well, one person stand out amongst the rest, my nurse Kassidy P. She was caring, personable, and embodied what a nurse should be. I’m pretty sure it was busy that day, maybe even short staff but she doesn’t make you feel that. I’ve been working in this field for almost 30 years now, I know a great nurse when I see one. Kassidy rocks!

I tripped at home over the dog and broke my left wrist. I was gotten in fast , X-rayed and then splinted. It was a busy Friday night but I was in and out in under 2 hours! Thank you North Vista! You are the best!

Horrible experience. ER staff wonderful but when admitted it all changed. Charge Nurse at 7pm shift change was Rude and no care for patients. Doesn't matter how much pain will drive to another hospital. Plenty of good people at hospital but one person ruined it for me.

Wait time in ER to be admitted took 5 hours. When brought to my room, CNA Brandy and Nurse Judy lack lots of professional etiquette. CNA doesn't know anything when you ask a question and Judy the nurse doesn't wash hands between patients nor does she wear gloves. I'm in a room with another patient and she went up to him first and placed him a heart monitor without using gloves. Then, she dropped several items on the floor, picked them up grabbed the top of the trash can with her bear hands and dumped them in. Then, she came and placed a glove on my IV for I told her that I was going to take a shower. She gave me attitude when I told her that. Then, she asks me if I have pain. I SAY YES THEN SAID I will need to contact your doctor for approval. That was 25 minutes ago. They haven't even administered the antibiotics on me. That is the whole reason why I got admitted. I will call House Supervisor and Infection Control Administrator to report this. I have to say that Judy the nurse did an excellent recovery with her customer service skills. I want to actually thank her for taking care of me last night and for making me feel safe. Blessings for Ms. Judy, RN

I had a GI procedure last week and the staff was awesome, from admitting, same day surgery and the endoscopy staff, all very kind.. Dr Ahmed and Dr Karanth were great. I highly recommend NVH.

This hospital is the worst! I was brought to the ER for a seizure and I didn't even get past the lady at the table in front of the ER and was already receiving disrespectful service! I left immediately to sunrise hospital instead and received excellent service.

This place is not really clean, the staff don’t show an “emergency” or a “prompt” attitude. With a full waiting room, someone came to ask “privileged information”, like address, social security numbers and dates of birth. Their service takes for ever. Sad… very sad situation at this hospital. There were bandages in the chairs, eyelashes on the floor, the front desk glass was dirty and nasty… the curtains inside didn’t even protect those on their beds… uncomfortable situation.

Most of the staff were nice, but this one lady on the inside was really rude and every time she asked me questions it was like she was asking my partner instead of me and when I asked for clarification on who she was talking to she snapped. The hospital was dirty and unorganized. They had me scared while I was hooked up to the IV because after they injected the IV tube with medicine, i felt it burn in my throat, thought i was going to die in there forreal.

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOSPITAL I went to the ER here at North Vista Hospital for chest pain on Tuesday 7/12/2022 and they did not have a doctor there, only a NP by the name of Antonia McNamara. I requested a dr and they, the staff, told me she was the doctor but she is not. This used to be my favorite hospital. I have been going there for many years with good results. But never again. This is not good especially for sick patients who are so sick they have to go to the ER. Over there they also have the patients, even complaining of chest pain, waiting in the lobby and blood was all over the floor in the back room hallway!! This is not good care and is ludacris.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL ER. I came in with a high fever. So high my bones were hurting and my muscles were cramping up. I have asthma and bronchitis making it difficult to breath, the nurses treated me as if I was crazy. Gave me a sedative to make me stop complaining about pain, Told me I was having an anxiety attack and I was simply dehydrated mind you without taking my temperature at check in.. ! When they were about to discharge me a nurse realized my chart wasn’t complete so she took my temperature among other things that are supposed to be done when you first arrived and I had a temperature of 106!!!!! I kept complaining of stomach pain and they kept saying it was just my anxiety.. they gave me antibiotics for the fever and let me go. Later I went into the hospital on base and my kidneys had a really bad infection I had to be hospitalized... north vista hospital could of killed me leaving me with a fever so high... AND they sedated me when I complained about my pain.. they take advantage that so many people without any money come here so they can’t sue them! Months later my mom got bit by a dog and my sister took her here, I arrived almost an hour later and she was still waiting to get stitched up because she didn’t have insurance of money! They left her with her skin just hanging you could see her nerves and fat coming out from the wounded area.... DO NOT COME HERE...

This hospital has a lot of negative & unethical staff. they don't pay attention to working & saving people, they just focus on personal purposes of promiscuous & two timers. The superiors flirt with the subordinates every day. subordinates don't mind to be wreckers & try to attract superiors even though the other is married, thereby forming secret relationships based on benefit. Need to denounce & condemn this horrible cheating & bad habit to clean up the working environment in the hospital & to no longer have shady benefit relationships

Only had one real issue and that was with my nurse on Monday evening. Came in with a attitude and kept it all night. Otherwise a decent experience. It's a hospital it's never a good experience because you always have someone coming in and doing this and that either taking vitals or administrating care.

The nurses were very responsive to my needs. I was seen quickly and the service was great. The doctor came in with a fast solution to my problem. North Vista Hospital also provided me with a discount to my subscription. Directed me toward help for health benefits. Thank you for your hospitality.

Went for outpatient surgery on a broken wrist. From registering to pre-OP to anesthesia...and everything in between...my experience at this hospital was very pleasant. All of the staff that worked with me were amazing and seemed to really care about what they were doing and didn't make me feel like just another number in line. My anesthesiologist was amazing and really made me feel at ease about her part in my fun filled day... everyone I encountered was friendly and made it go nice and smooth. Thank you to all that helped make it a good experience rather than a miserable one....for what it was. It still sucks getting surgery...but they made it as best they could for me. Much appreciated. 😊

First time here. Came in because I had this strange sensation on my left thigh area. I was concerned about a possible DVT issue. They completed some labs and also an imaging test to rule out blood clots. The staff was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with how fast I was seen considering the size of the ER department and the amount of patients they were seeing. I was expecting to be there for at least four to six hours. I was in and out within two hours.

For this to just be a general hospital everyone the nurses, doctors and ultrasound technician were amazing! Everyone went over and beyond for me and this is the first hospital I've been too where I didn't have to wait over two years to be seen! They got me in and out !! Everyone was sooooo sweet

The doctors was wonderful. They took very good care of me. The nurses was impossible. They argue with you every time you ask them for something every time you ask them for something they would say oh I have to do this or I have to do that they even argue with me.

It was my first time visiting this hospital because it was the closest one to me at the time. Check in and everything was a quick process but I had to sit in the waiting room for 3 hours to only be administered a prescription and the nurse who administered me the prescription was very rude, and dismissive. It was definitely making me feel like there was a bit of prejudice behind it because I was very warm and friendly. Wouldn't go back or recommend anyone to unless it was my very last option.

I will give less than one star if I could, I wouldn’t take my dog to this hospital. The nurses and staff is rude. They sit and make fun of patience right in front of other patients. Patient confidentiality is unknown and void while I was being put out of the hospital after being not looked at or not even Being able on a monitor for over three hours I heard the nurse ask another nurse to the head nurse to make bed number 11 just shut up

This is one of the absolute worse hospitals specifically the emergency room. I waited 6 hours just to be discharged and when I left before my discharge papers were given to me I was going to be there until 10 in the morning. This emergency room also has the worse customer service and janitorial workers in it, I had to use the restroom to take a urine test and there was urine on the floor and the seat and the the back of the toilet where the flusher is. The people in the front were very rude to me when I had questions and constantly talked about people and when someone needed an ambulance they sat there for about 30 minutes before calling one just to tell the person they don’t have any ambulances that can assist him. The nurses and doctors are also very rude I expressed to them that I could not use the restroom due to it not being cleaned and they just simply looked at me and ignored me then when I said it again I got the same reaction but they scoffed and said “well that’s the only one in here”. I also went uninsured due to just moving here and when I got my bills it said that I owed $1500 on top of a doctors fee on $900 and that was with their “discount” for uninsured patients. I will never step foot here ever again. The waiting room is also bad news I saw a man literally wet himself and watched a janitor just wipe it up with napkins and then someone else sat in that same spot the man wet himself in so the waiting room smelled like urine until me and some other people had to constantly tell them they need to clean the waiting room. I know that a lot of homeless come here but there’s no possible way that they are allowing them to sleep in the waiting room just because like they are literally camping out in the waiting room and nobody tells them anything until a concerned patient walked up to the security and alerted him. These people also went on break knowing that there were patients waiting to be seen and discharged. I cannot stress this enough when I say PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

I went in having issues with my asthma and they immediately were on it. The nurses were amazing and the doctor did check up on me before shift change. I truly appreciate everyone who helped me. I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards, bathrooms needed to be touched up and while i was in room 7 the floor needed to be mopped due to a spill of something on the side of the bed.

I was misdiagnosed was told I had the flu and it was actually Covid. I will be suing north vista hospital. Dr megan grande was extremely rude. I’m explaining to her my symptoms and she brings out meds that aren’t going to help with my symptoms at all then proceeds to tell me she is the medical practitioner so she knows what she’s talking about. When entering the building receptionist attitude was disgusting. I only come here cause it’s close to home. But dignity health trumps north vista , be on the look out for my lawsuit.

ergency Thank you for visiting us. We always want to provide you with the very best care and service. NVNV Emergency How was your overall experience? We are sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. Would you mind taking a few minutes to share your experience here? Your feedback helps us improve so we can deliver a better experience next time. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go straight to the Emergency Room. They could ask you to remove your arm from your coat to get an accurate blood pressure reading, and not put patients in a dirty bed. I feel like they treated me like I was some kind of bum or junkie. Which I am neither. And made me wait 3 hours for discharge papers while I was in pain. And shouldn't they take blood before giving a medicine that can cause heart attack or stroke. The med they gave me for my back causes heart attacks strokes, and stomach and intestinal bleeding, and death. I never taken this med before and when I took I felt like I couldn't breathe. NaBumetone not safe pain med if you have high chloseterol like me. And the paper work wasn't accurate. It said to make an appointment. In two days, when I called the number it wasn't even a doctors office.

😠 Today I had an appointment at 1PM and after waiting an Hour and a half I had to leave. I don't know what's going on at the VA but they just don't care about the patients. If you don't believe me try to reach a VA Advocate. The phone rings to an empty office. That must be the easiest job in the VA.
