Urgent
care
is
known
for
walk
in
appointments.
A
few
months
ago
I
went
to
this
urgent
care
as
a
walk
in
client
and
I
was
told
by
the
front
desk
agent
that
I
need
to
schedule
a
appointment
on
line.
She
also
advised
me
that
that
location
is
booked
out
for
appointments.
So
I
went
on
line
and
did
not
like
that
experience.
First
you
have
to
search
online
to
find
a
Urgent
care
that
has
a
open
slot
available.
Then
you
have
to
register
online
and
do
a
web
checkin.
Basically
you
have
to
do
the
front
desk
agent
job.
Keep
in
mind
if
you
find
a
open
slot
for
a
appointment,
you
might
have
to
drive
an
hour
to
get
to
that
location.
Once
you
do
the
web
check-in,
you
get
a
message
stating
this
in
not
a
confirmed
appointment.
You
have
to
wait
until
they
call
you
before
you
can
go
to
the
clinic?
I
scheduled
a
online
appointment
for
my
spouse
at
3:00pm,
got
a
appointment
slot
for
5:00pm
available
that
same
day.
They
called
5
minutes
later
confirming
the
appointment.
Advised
him
to
register
online
and
to
come
in
for
his
appointment
at
5:00pm.
What
they
did
not
tell
him
is
that
he
would
have
to
wait
4
hours
after
he
got
there
when
his
appointment
was
scheduled
for
5pm.
Now
I
don’t
know
if
this
may
have
something
to
do
with
him
having
government
insurance
but
this
is
so
unprofessional
and
unacceptable.
I
would
never
go
to
this
Urgent
care
location
again!
