I went in for a cold sore, figured it be a quick visit, especially since I checked in & everything online & was sent a text when they were “ready” for me. The front desk staff was really sweet & professional. I was called back pretty quickly, however, I ended up waiting in the room for 2 hours. In the 2 hours I could hear the doctor speaking to other patients, & when I was finally seen I got an absolute lack of bedside manners, that I also heard the doctor have with other patients. I think in the future I will be visit another location.

My elderly grandma came at 12:00pm. Could not use the iPad they provided and did not offer to help her. I had to come inside and assist. The front desk woman was EXTREMELY rude! We left due to the poor treatment and even with her supervisor standing next by the worker sarcastically told us “bye” with an exaggerated hand-wave. It is pretty clear that management sets the tone in this healthcare facility for how patients are treated. I would not visit this location if you are expecting any type of assistance and or customer service beyond collecting your payment!

Excellent service. I came in with my husband on Monday and the front desk girls Fergie and Dee greeted me with a smile and they offered to help me with the registration. Dr. Michael Jackson was just a wonderful person and explained everything to us well. The nurses Cozbi and Tracy were so nice and attentive and they took their time I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Fast and friendly service.

7/28/21 Didn’t feel well after working my last shift at work. Assumed maybe a sinus infection. Found this location and glad I did. Not only were the staff nice but it is also affiliated with the hospital I work at which made the process smooth. When I arrived I noticed right away how clean the place is, and I loved how big the lobby is. There is ample hand sanitizer around the lobby if you do need to access it and ample seating. I got there about 8a right when they opened and it was a small crowd mainly (back to school kids) even with that I was out before 10a. All the appropriate tests were ran, and the doctor was VERY professional. I appreciate you Dr. SANDERS. I am not used to a doctor actually having a seat to listen to me and make sure I was comfortable before leaving. I will always remember that and this team is a good example of treating their patients with kindness.

They are crazy busy because of so much covid testing. I came for sinus infection with a web check-in, and still waited a bit. But everyone was nice from the girls up front, to the nurses in back. Thank you for your help and care. Please be patient with them it's a extra busy season.

For 3 days now I have been told there is a 6 hour wait for URGENT CARE. And today 45 minutes after opening, a 4-5 hour wait for testing. So..sit in a room to GET TESTED around a bunch of sick people for 4-5 hours? Good plan.

Everyone was so kind and very fast at checking me in and seeing me. I checked in online and about an hour later they said to come in. I was only waiting for maybe 10-20 minutes total. And both the person who took my vitals and the doctor were super nice! Honestly the best urgent care experience I’ve had!

Long wait I the waiting room which I expected. The wait in the back office was extremely long which I was not expecting (25 minutes) I was unable to be treated for my condition and was sent to the ER immediately. I do appreciate the doctor being no nonsense about the possible seriousness of my condition. I'm at the ER now. Overall besides the wait times I have no complaints. Office staff was very professional.

Since I moved to Las Vegas from California, Care Now has been my Go To urgent care for employment drug testing and now workman's comp. I've been to several of their locations here in Vegas but today I had Dr Chad Hall at the Charleston/Decatur location and he was phenomenal. He addressed my concerns, gave me some suggestions AND filled out my workman's comp paperwork effortlessly. The MA's are diligent and accommodating. Today my MA was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable, so this is now my favorite location. It's wonderful when your understood by staff and they actually help you navigate through. Thank you guys! Now I'm stress free and I can concentrate on healing and taking care of my body

I've been to this urgent care a couple times now (unfortunately) but it has always been a great, seamless experience. The front desk crew are all friendly and the doctors are extremely helpful and nice. I had Tim today and he took his time to go over all the things that could have been going on with me. Thank you for your guys' great service!

The nurse got in there and quickly called me to the back and did what she needed to do. The Dr was cool too. She stepped in and gave me choices then went right to work doing what she had to do to get to the root of the problem. Everyone was professional and kind. They all talked to me very nice and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very happy with the service.!

I had severe sciatic pain. Staff saw me quickly — highly professional and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciated their efforts to get me on my feet asap, as I compete in horse riding events (and I have a big show tomorrow). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM.

One of the best in and out visits I ever had. The receptionist Fabby was very helpful and polite she got me checked in and was called to the back before I could finish the paper work.. all staff excellent service I have to give this urgent care a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this urgent care for others. I thank you for your service.

Urgent care is known for walk in appointments. A few months ago I went to this urgent care as a walk in client and I was told by the front desk agent that I need to schedule a appointment on line. She also advised me that that location is booked out for appointments. So I went on line and did not like that experience. First you have to search online to find a Urgent care that has a open slot available. Then you have to register online and do a web checkin. Basically you have to do the front desk agent job. Keep in mind if you find a open slot for a appointment, you might have to drive an hour to get to that location. Once you do the web check-in, you get a message stating this in not a confirmed appointment. You have to wait until they call you before you can go to the clinic? I scheduled a online appointment for my spouse at 3:00pm, got a appointment slot for 5:00pm available that same day. They called 5 minutes later confirming the appointment. Advised him to register online and to come in for his appointment at 5:00pm. What they did not tell him is that he would have to wait 4 hours after he got there when his appointment was scheduled for 5pm. Now I don’t know if this may have something to do with him having government insurance but this is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never go to this Urgent care location again!

What an awful time to get sick, during Christmas. But, CareNow was able to see me. Yes, I had to wait but everyone was polite and accommodating with each question I asked. I didn't get the name of the lady at the front desk but she was professional and helpful. Thank you CareNow for your care.

I like going here the MA listens to my concern at the time. The doctor comes in to fallow up on what you expressed to the MA and treats me with care. Over all my experience is great. Sometimes the front register nurse is not so friendly but I would recommend the care they have here sometimes over my own primary care physician.

Came here with my husband to get seen for respiratory symptoms. Although the wait time was excessive, it was nice that we could check in from home and come down when they were ready to get us in a room. I'm mostly writing this review for medical assistant Nika, who was exceptional with her kindness and quick at getting our details. Dr. Jackson was also great and nice the whole time, despite being the only doctor in the building (hence the long wait time).

Omg! I love these folks! I’ve been here for every urgent medical need for the past several years and they always take good care of me and get me in and out. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. Staff is fabulous! Shout out Dayviona check in extraordinaire! Now This is what quick care should be like!

I couldn't breathe. Went here only two people it still took 45 min to see a Dr. Girl up front don't care about pt they just there and gossiping while I can't breathe. I'm in medical field I understand but heart and lungs should be taken more seriously. I figured it would be faster since one was there wrong. Never ever again.

Giving it 3 stars… the wait time was ehhhh. Could have been better, could have been worse. The actual care and treatment though is why I gave it a 3. I went in for asthma and they did what I knew they would do which was give me a nebulizer treatment. After my treatment they had me sit for a few mins, gave me my prescriptions and I was on my way. Asthma symptoms still very present…. I could have done that at home….Oh wait I did. I wish the doctor would have actually talked to me a little more to learn more about me and my asthma but whatever. I left upset, I felt like I wasted my time and that is one of my main reasons I don’t like visiting emergency doctors or ER’s.

I have been a patient for a few years. I had previously gone to Dignity St. Rose for a current problem, and saw an ER physician, but was told that everything was normal and was sent home with the advice to buy an OTC pain medication and take it. I did that; however, my pain did not get much better, so I went to Care Now Urgent Care. I saw a wonderful nurse there - named Sherrie, who was kind, gentle and had a great sense of humor. After that, I saw a young, smart and polished NP named Mr. Pat Escamis, who diagnosed the problems and prescribed me appropriate medications. The receptionist - who was the very first person that I saw, was Also kind and helpful, although checking-in was a longer process than I needed to have, especially since I was in pain. My overall experience during this visit was very good.

I was able to book my appointment online before the clinic even opened and I was seen right away. Everyone was extremely kind and I was able to get diagnosed with strep and get prescriptions for the medicines I needed. It was a pleasant experience.

The place was clean. It seemed like they were very well organized. I had a UTI and this is the first time a doctor has asked for permission to send it out to the lab just in case he missed something that’s very rare. I will go back again and also recommend them.

Caring professionals, from receptionist to nurse to doctor. No long waiting. They were patient with me being unable to talk above a whisper, at which time my friend jumped in to explain further when needed. The doctor researched the treatment I am currently receiving for cancer and made her diagnosis on possible treatment/follow up, present and future for my laryngitis. She explained what she learned about my treatment and how it impacted my laryngitis in a way that made perfect sense and clarified my understanding of the situation.

Probably one of the worst locations. You will call them asking about Information and then when you walk into the actual location the price changes and all of a sudden your insurance is not taken for services. They also tried to say it’s mandatory for a physical with a TB skin test. All together it would be $140 to get my employer tb skin test done. Incredibly frustrating when they give you different stories and they waste your time. As a pharmacy technician I will never recommend this place. They are so unprofessional and all around scamming people into buying more services. My own insurance company told me they had tried to scam me into more services and my insurance company kindly gave me the CORRECT information. Unlike some “professionals” that we call urgent care. They really could care less about you, m gonna need them to change their name to don’t care.

Came in on a Saturday morning and was seen very quickly. In and out within an hour. Dr hall is wonderful! Actually takes the time to listen and address concerns without feeling rushed out of there. Will definitely be returning if ever needed.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit. I didn’t feel that my being a walk-in visit made me less of a priority in any way, I was treated with kindness and everyone was very professional. The doctor addressed my concerns and gave me plenty of information regarding treatment options, and set my mind at ease so that I left the office feeling confident and optimistic about my health.

CareNow Urgent Care on W. Charleston here in Las Vegas is a well-organized, professionally managed Care establishment. My dental hygienist had recommended this facility, and I am so glad that she did. The facilities at CareNow Urgent Care are neat and clean. The wait to see the Practical Nurse was not long. The Nurse who examined me was knowledgeable and helpful. I had Bronchitis and a Sinus infection. Nurse Pat prescribed the medicine I needed and I am feeling so much better now. I highly recommend this medical facility.

Online check in was fine and the front desk staff was helpful and professional. VERY disappointed with the level of service once in a room. Told the results of test would take 15-20 minutes…took an hour and 20 minutes with ZERO communication from the staff, we had to ask for updates two different times. The doctor could have cared less about the wait.

I came in without an email and the ladies at the front desk were nice to tell me exactly what I needed to proceed. I left and came back the same day, after receiving the email and they were helpful checking me in. Special shoutout to Cozbi who was personal and kind throughout the process. In the holiday spirit too! Great job team! 🎃👻

Check-in smooth and efficient. Short wait with appointment. Doctor showed concern for issues I was having. Great beside manner and communication with me during entire visit. Explained discharge and follow-up procedure, made sure I understood everything. Office is clean and well spaced for patients. Overall, a great visit.

Hour and a half wait. Was told to check in online — check in page wouldn’t load. Tried different browser, and requesting desktop version. Still wouldn’t load. Asked front desk if they could help me — they said “it’s probably just your service.” To which I said “everything else is loading no problem, so I don’t think service is the problem.” They did not appear to want to help me further. So I left to get care elsewhere.

  • 4/5 Celeste J. 7 months ago on Google
I give the front desk staff five stars. They are great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars all around is because there aren’t enough doctors on staff which means you have to wait so long, even if you preregister and check in on line. One doctor is not enough to efficiently manage the patients.

  • 5/5 S. F. 7 months ago on Google
I’ve had to come to CareNow thrice for urgent medical situations. Each time this CareNow Facility on Charleston Blvd scored 5/5. The front desk staff are organized, empathetic, and pay attention to the details. They are also very helpful. All the staff are empathetic. And I truly feel valued there. I’ve never had to wait longer than half an hour to be seen. Each time I went, there were hardly any patients in the waiting area. I’ve gone to other CareNow facilities that weren’t as friendly or organized. Although any CareNow facility is better than an ER at the hospitals around Las Vegas.

The front desk lost my paperwork and I had to fill it out again. I was in the clinic because an at home Covid test came back blatantly positive. The doctor told me I had all the symptoms of Covid but I definitely didn’t have covid, basically bc I haven’t kid I bbq V that it was just a viral infection. I explained to the doc that I didn’t understand

Went in there because I had developed a rash on my arms.. . Spent more time with the medical assistant than I did with a doctor. The doctor came in did right by the door and didn't even come and look at my rash. Told me he would write me a prescription.. didn't really ask me any questions didn't look at it. ( only from a distance.. he stood by the door )Told me it would heal up in 3 days. So we will see. $150 for 3 minutes.. didn't even prescribe any creams.. he prescribed me an antihistamine which I've been taking.

I went to the doctors knowing I already had trouble breathing, a 102 fever, dizziness, nausea, and the rest of the “fear of death cold” COVID-19 symptoms. I went to the doctor for medicine. However, according to the doctor here I have to “have trouble breathing or my symptoms get worse” and then go back to the ER and get medication. I wasn’t given any medicine, even after I told her I was already having trouble breathing. My breathing was never listened to or checked by anyone, my throat was never looked at, or my ears. Every time I’ve had to go to a care now urgent care in the last four years I’ve had to go back multiple times after my symptoms got twice as bad. I requested medicine for COVID 19 and was denied? How bad is this stuff? How many people get worse and end up in a ventilator because it’s not treated immediately? A lot of questions and these doctors are not helping the situation.

The best medical experience I've had in awhile. Definitely the best urgent care I've ever visited. From reception to doctor; everyone was the best. I didn't get the receptionist's name but she is perfect in her position. She helped an elderly man find his correct insurance card after me and she was even better with him, it made my heart happy. Dr. Allen...very nice, very helpful, heard me, everything you hope for in a doctor. You guys are the very best..I hope I don't have to visit again, but if I do it'll be to you. Thanks so much.

I had a pretty positive experience here today getting a rapid COVID test. They didn't write down my height or weight correctly and they didn't ask me some of the questions that they allegedly filled in on my paperwork (like tobacco use), but the test itself was easy and fast and I got a prescription for my sinus infection, since I don't have COVID.

my first visit to urgent care did not work. the doc was very by the book, but didnt listen when i told him of my bronchitis history, and that i needed an antibiotic, thus i had to come back 3 days later, sicker than sick. the 2nd doc was more experienced, asked some questions, incl did the 1st doc give me an antibiotic - he promptly gave me one, and even gave me the one i asked for. on the mend now.

The girls at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I know that some things are out of the control of the people working there but that was the longest wait I have ever sat through. 3 1/2 hours just to be seen! I know it was busy but that was the longest wait I’ve ever endured at a URGENT care. I’ve been to ones packed and still didn’t wait over 2 hours. Honestly I’d rather talk to a doctor online than go back. But once again I want to reiterate that everyone was nice there it just seemed silly how long it took to get through guests.

Having waited 50 minutes at the Trop & Jones facility, only to be told they did not have the right equipment (I e. Two tiger-top blood vials) I was sent to the Charleston at Decatur facility, where the ordered test was accomplished after waiting another 55 minutes. Employees at both facilities were appropriately cordial, but not equally competent.

Going here in June 2021 may have saved my life! I only wish I could remember the doctor's name who helped me!!! He told me I need to immediately go to the ER and make sure to not leave without an MRI and talking with a Neurologist. He even called ahead to the ER so when I got there they were ready for me and I bypassed the busy waiting room. The ER wanted to discharge me with only a CT/bloodwork and never a MRI or meeting a Neurologist. I said the CareNow Doctor was adamant not to leave without those done. They said they would have to admit me for that so I said ok. Thankfully I listened to the Doctor and not the ER because the MRI ended up showing a tumor on my brain stem. Thank you Doctor!!

Called for info about a shot the girl that answered the phone was rude and pretended to check to see if I could receive the shot that I needed and then hung up on me. I called for 1/2 hr straight and they never answered. They need to check the reception people. Just rude, and why lie? It tells me she doesnt care about people’s health crisis only that she is busy. Thanks for your up front customer service that lets me know that the bar is low for patient care.

The staff were all very professional and kind. I was greeted when I walked through the door and they said bye, hope you feel better to everyone as they left. Dr. Morgan was so sweet. He listened to me first, answered my questions and then shared my test results and thoroughly explained everything to me. Thank God it’s my sinuses and strep. I will use them again if I get sick. Hopefully I won’t. Everyone was great. I felt better leaving after being treated so well.

I was charged my 60 dollar co pay and left feeling no better than when I showed up. Now I’m getting charged another 60 dollars at dignity health but at least I’ll be leaving feeling 100% better.

I just switched clinics recently.. although I was hesitant to make the change to avoid all the extra stress and paperwork. Thanks again Flor You’re awesome!

The Dr. that treated me was so nice, kind, and NOT in a rush. It was Awesome !!! It was so refreshing to have a Dr. come in and actually spend time with me; to really listen to me and my problems. I don't remember the Dr.'s name. I'm sorry... I would definitely recommend him to friends n family, and will definitely buy him a drink if I see him at one of the local bars. So nice to be treated by a Dr. who is truly interested in helping people and not meeting some corporate quota. My compliments to this group for taking such good care of me. I hope CareNow Urgent Care will see this review and post the Dr.'s name for he is one of the good ones... Thank You, Guy A.

It was easy to check in on their online website. The text alerted me when I was to drive down. Easy check in process when I arrived since you do it before hand as well by adding your ID and Insurance. Front desk was pleasant. Nurse Practitioner on duty was nice and listened to what I was there for. Immediately got the X-ray tech to come down. X-ray technician was amazing. Although I got bad news they made the process quick and pleasant. I would recommend this quick care to anyone. My experience exceeded expectations and did not wait very long. Thank you!

Let me tell you all that this is the BEST experience I’ve had at a CareNow location. The medical assistant was so cool and understanding. They actually had a REAL MD here this time (because there are different providers every time) and he was great as well! Keep the SAME MA AND THE SAME DR and the reviews will be the same as mine! Thank you for taking great care of me and my Buggie Boo❤️

They are fast and kind, they took us in at the last minute for a sports physical for my fiancées daughter, if they didn't we would have had to reschedule and miss work. Thanks for the help!!

Yes there was a wait, but the staff was kind and they had good movies going on during the wait. I felt everyone was efficient. Total time spent here was less 4 hours as a walk in (not online check in). Would definitely recommend online check in first if possible!

Very friendly staff, efficient as well. In and out in under 45 minutes. Doctor Abbo was informative and helpful when discussing my issue and the causes and cures. I’ve never left an urgent care so happy like today. I was dreading going in and wasting my whole day for bad service but I was quite wrong! Do the web check in for sure! That’s actually the thing that might have saved me my time of actual lobby waiting.

I’ve gone to a few carenow locations around town and this one is by far my favorite one. They took their time to take care of us and made sure we got the treatment that we needed. Alex did a great job from start to end. Definitely made us feel like she cared about our well being. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone!

Great visit. The doctor actually used her stethoscope. I felt well taken care of. This visit was much more successful than when I visit my primary doctor. I saw the nurse practitioner a week ago. Not once did she listen to my chest. This doctor listened and prescribed meds to actually treat my condition. Thank you doctor. Also. I went at 8am and was out at 8:20

My Wife and I came In for her an employer drug test, and we literally sat in the Lobby for 30 Mins Before she even got called to the back. Now if anyone sees anyone else inside of this office please let me know. I can be wrong but according to my eyes we were the only ones waiting….. Ps: && had the audacity to be playing kid movies 😂✌🏾

I did the online check in. But when I arrived, it was quick, the staff was great. Super nice and helpful. They even tried to help someone find another urgent care that did ultrasounds and took their insurance. Great customer service. The Doctor that saw me was just as amazing. Dr. Michael Jackson.

Great medical polite stuff. Me and my family have been there 3 times this last 2 weeks due to Influenza symptoms and the doctors took their time to run test and explain the treatment. A bit of waiting time but at least is not 8-12 hrs like in the ER. I really recommended this facility.

First visit to this Urgent Care and was very happy with the whole experience. Easy to sign up on line, fill out forms online, and they texted me when I was to drive into office. Perfect system and the staff was wonderful. Couldn't say enough about Dr.Michael Jackson....He was very thorough as well as pleasant, knowledgeable and perfect bedside manner. Would definitely recommend.

The check in process was quick and fast. The girl at the front ( didn’t catch her name ) was very friendly and was helpful when I left my card at home ( I can be very forgetful) . The Nurse Tory I believe, she was amazing!! She helped me understand where my pain was coming from and reassured me that I should be feeling better soon and if not, she made sure to make sure I knew to come back! She was very sweet and her energy was on point!!! Genuine kindness isn’t found like this is the medical field now- a-days! A smile and great bedside manner can go a long way! Amazing job Tory!

I LOVE this place! They treat you amazingly well. Take their time with you, and really know what they are doing. Most my visits I've had Dr. Holmes. She's Great. Today I had Dr. Jackson, who is also Great! And Tory(m.a.) had the best bedside manner! I was in A LOT of pain. But with her personality she made it bearable. She did a great job! Ty!☺️
