😠 Beware of the rude old lady. If you want to train here, be okay being yelled at and be disrespected by the staff. I was a big fan of C.T. Fletcher, that's why I chose this gym. When I first walked in the door to get a membership, the old lady was pissed off at me because a new customer came in (me)... People often mention great, train, equipment, weights, people, staff,

Beware of the rude old lady. If you want to train here, be okay being yelled at and be disrespected by the staff. I was a big fan of C.T. Fletcher, that's why I chose this gym. When I first walked in the door to get a membership, the old lady was pissed off at me because a new customer came in (me) when she was trying to spot the other old man who works there, that was during the working hours. When I signed off the membership, the lady told me that there are two rules: re-rack the weights, and to put collars on the bar when lifting. I respected these rules and I followed them. While I was training there, I noticed that she was rude to members. She wouldn't even greet people back when they come in or when they leave. A week and a half in, I accidentally put a 5 lbs plate in a 25 rack. She came yelling at a member "EXCUSE ME!!!" "EXCUSE ME!!!" "WHO PUT THIS HERE?!" I replied "Hey. I'm sorry that was me. What's going on?" she pointed at the '5' sign on the rack and asked "What does this say?!". I replied "5?" Then she pointed at the 25 sign on the rack where I put the 5 lbs plate "What does this say?!" I said "25." I followed "I'm so sorry I put that there by accident". I took it off and I put it where it belonged, where it says '5'. She yelled "CAN YOU NOT READ?!" "THERE IS ONLY ONE STINGING RULE HERE!!". I apologized again, I told her it was just my second week at the gym, it was an accident, and I respect their rules. However, I told her that I wish she was more friendly in her approach. She raised her voice at me and argued further. I don't allow whoever it is to yell at me or to treat me in such manner, let alone when I paid $50 a month to come here, when I can pay $20 to $30 to train at more equipped gyms like Yak's or 24 Hour Fitness. I talked to the other guy who works there, asking for a partial refund for the remaining weeks that I paid for. He refused to do so. I walked out that gym, and I choose to train somewhere else where I am being treated with a bit of respect and dignity.

If you want to really train for powerlifting or strong man, this is one of the best gyms. Staff are wonderful, keeping a clean and relaxed gym. They only ask that you respect two rules that I wish every gym actually preached: 1) re-rack your weights (properly) and, 2) use safety clips when using barbells. Don’t let the sensitive reviewers discourage you from coming. I made it last on my list to check out because of them, I was so happy to find out they were wrong. Come here if you care about training and none of the frill. Price is great, people are great, and the weights are great.

By no means what I expected walking into a CT Fletcher gym. No music, and a very relaxed vibe. Within 5 minutes of being here the front desk people were yelling at each other, and with no music to drown that out it made it very awkward being here. If we hadn’t paid right away we would’ve left to go to Strong House. Has lots of equipment but definitely not the environment I’m looking for as a competitive powerlifter

If you're staying on the Vegas strip on business and need a place to do serious lifting, Uber here - it's worth it. Visited this gym twice during my 4-day stay. They have just about any equipment you can imagine and let you do your workout as you wish as long as you collar your plates during sets and put them back where they belong when done. They even have decent belts that you can check out if you didn't pack one. I had zero complaints - great place.

I joined Iron addicts and last night was my first workout, it is the perfect gym if all you want to do is train. The room is large with plenty of benches and squat racks, plus they have a ton of machines. I was going to planet fitness but that place is for losers and cheap skates. This place is what I have been looking for since I moved to las vegas in 96, basics covered and no pretty boys. I didn't see a single person with ear phones on and better yet, not one person sitting on a piece of equipment eating pizza or texting!!! The price is right and the staff is very friendly and helpfull!

This is definitely not your typical fitness gym. I didn’t find any ‘fluffers’ during the times I trained there. They have two ‘Monolifts. I don’t like to waste energy setting the deadlift down so not to make a noise. Here you can drop it if you want on their lifting platforms. Ther’re great for the Oympic lifts as well. They even provide the chalk. They also have lots of specialty bars. You can video your lift and they have a tripod setup for your cell or iPad. They have a variety of bands and a couple hundred pounds of chain. There is always a platform available - they have four. The rubber bumper plates are great so are the calibrated plates. Forgot your wraps, straps, or belt. You can actually check them out at the counter. I like their Tendo Power Analyser. I want to know if I’m gaining muscle and where it is going and their InBody 270 is great for that and getting your bodyfat percentage. Liked the cross fit and strongman equipment. Did I mention they have six bench presses. It is nice training around focused athletes rather than those that hog a piece of equipment for an hour by doing a set and then go chit chat with their buddies for 15-20 minutes and come back for another set. This place is definately not your typical gym. It’s true that the ‘old lady’ expects you to re-rack your plates and use collars. If your too stupid to to know the difference between a 5 – 10 or 25 lb plate, you’re definitely too stupid to train there. To the guy that got offended after putting the 5 on the 25 ... The ‘ole lady’ should have kicked your ass out cause you’re to too stupid to train there. Especially when there is a “5” sign staring you ion the face and you put it where the 25’s go? REALLY … ISYMFS!!

Great facility! It has that old-school feel. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They also sell supplements, by the scoop or tub!

This is a real training facility for real athletes. They have multiple squat racks benches for bench pressing maybe too many dumbbells. There are no people sitting around looking at their cell phones or eating pizza or drinking Starbucks on weight machines there are serious weightlifters here. The best part of the whole place is that everybody is super friendly and really helpful so there's no intimidation Factor. It's kind of a hidden little secret and I'm glad that I'm not a whole lot of people know about it. It's a great facility for families single people men and women.

Legit place for real lifting. They have plenty of equipment, so no wait time for a rack while I was there. Everything you could want for powerlifting racks and weights galore, chains, bands, platforms, loaders). Also dedicated space for Olympic weightlifting/strongman/CF-style workouts. Reasonable drop in rate without needing to do anything but show up. After reading other reviews, I disagree about the staff being rude... They were nothing but welcoming and straight forward. Had a great conversation about their atmosphere and what's important in a gym. If you respect the rules (rerack your weights where you got them and use clips), you'll find that the important aspects of training disallowed by normal gyms are encouraged here. Protein, water, and pre-work available for purchase.

As part of the Mr. Olympia weekend we were in Las Vegas and visited the Iron Addicts Gym several times. If you train seriously and don't like fancy dress, you've come to the right place. In addition to countless professional equipment, the gym is also excellently equipped for powerlifting competitions. In the outdoor area you can also do tire flips, farmers walk, etc Absolutely recommend the studio!

😠 Horrible gym, they will not let you cancel or freeze your account, anytime you try the managers are always busy doing something more important, they say they will give you a call to talk with you when they are done and never do, whatever they tell you is a lie.
