One of my new favorite hangout spots in Vegas. So much eye candy and good vibes all around. Mothership coffee has some excellent coffee and beverages at affordable prices. They have live music in the outside area, which is a great place to sit, have a picnic, etc.

One of my favorite places to bring the family when they come visit. There are independent stores from creative individuals. I get the Hipster vibe (I like that), plus there is a Mothership Coffee place and the restaurant 'Peyote' which by the way the food is delicious.

Are you TIRED of shopping on Amazon? Get down here, enjoy the fresh air, grab a coffee. Sit on the terrace, get some lunch with your vitamin D. Most days they have music playing so DANCE in the SUN. Botique shopping at its best in downtown Las Vegas. Original stores with owners present to answer questions about their products. Original items not available on the Strip. Take home a memorable gift for yourself or someone special 🤫

OMG. I found my FAVORITE place to hang out here. It has little shops, eatery’s, and the Mothership Coffee Cafe. It is just breathtaking. There are many cool areas to relax and enjoy great company. You have to go and experience it. It is a MUST have.

Fun little spot to walk around. They had a yard sale type event going on when we went. Some smaller businesses with some handmade items. I believe there is also a restaurant onsite which looked like they had some tasty food. Use to be a motel back in the day.

Fergusons Downtown is hands down my favorite spot to hangout and exist in the downtown Vegas area. It is always so clean and everyone is so kind. I deeply appreciate the foundation and values Fergusons was created upon and continues to provide.

You can tell they put a lot of effort into the bathroom situation. 10/10. Visited at 8:30 AM before all the shops and restaurants opened, so can’t tell you too much about the shopping experience but looking through the windows was so much fun.

I absolutely love this new shopping/community area. It very unique for the area. Mothership Coffee drew me in and I could not be more delighted with the results. I need to stop in on my next visit to Las Vegas as they were still opening some of the shops. This is a MUST do for locals and visitors. Get off the strip and visit the real Las Vegas, you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is very chill and you instantly feel relaxed. I cannot wait to visit again!

This has become one of my favorite places to visit because I enjoy the variety of businesses in the complex and the vibes of being outdoors around all of the lemon trees & the grass. My favorite store here to visit is the “minimalist market.” One thing I wish were different is for the shops to be open Mondays and Tuesdays as well.

One of my favorite places to work and hang out in Vegas. I love the little shops, all of the shop owners are kind and I love to support small local business. This is a great place to hangout during the day and also great to work as they have wifi and outlets all throughout.

The atmosphere was very retro, and they played alternative music and some pop sounded like. I love the art they have around, great for picture ops. The food was delicious, we ordered the octopus, 2 orders of the fries, half chicken and chefs, choice of fish and a Cesar salad. Everything was very savory. The octopus is normally very chewy, but this one just fell apart, which I loved. We ordered 5 dishes a few drinks (Pineapple agua fresca was delicious!), and paid $225.94, including tax and tip. The drinks are definitely on the pricier side but very tasty. We went on a Friday at 8 p.m. and although we had a reservation, there was still a wait. The staff did their best to accommodate us, and everyone was very friendly. My rating is a 4 and not a 5 because this was a Bachelorette celebration that we had made reservations for ahead of time, specifically so we could sit in the outdoor area, however when we arrived they told us the outside area could not be seated as there was an event going on, (wedding). This is definitely something that should have been communicated when we made the reservation. Otherwise, the quality and service was excellent. Shout out to the bartender who went above and beyond with their wonderful recommendations.

Literally my favorite little spot in Vegas, home to Peyote (a great restaurant for brunch and cocktails), Mothership (a fantastic hipster-y coffee shop), and a host of other great little shops.

The most peaceful place I've seen in Vegas. If you enjoyed Container Park, chances are you'll like Fergusons too. I haven't tried the coffee place but it seems pretty popular and there was live music just outside of it when I visited in the afternoon. There's also shops in the repurposed motel rooms which is a nice novelty. The F bar had lovely service and good beer.

Great coffee and pastries. What a cool re-use of space. It's at what was the deep end of an old pool from a closed down motel. Lots of cool spaces to hang out "in the pool" or up on the deck. Fun!

Calm green space and collection of small business shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown. The project has revitalized the Fergusons Motel. Bonus: the eye-catching Mike Ross sculpture previously exhibited at Burning Man.

I love to tried new coffee shops and Mothership had good service and coffee/treat pricing. The atmosphere was inviting. You can hang out for as long or short as you like.. and a lot of different seating options in their courtyard. Thank you, see you again!

The place is really cool and a fun concept. Busy during the day/afternoon. I still leave though always feeling like I’m wanting more. Almost like it’s being wasted but that’s my own personal view point. Feels very community driven and they host some fun events there. Wish there was more of a vibe to hang around during the evening.

Everything from the shops, to the seating areas, to the coffee shops is just absolutely amazing, the vibes are always good. Always love going down there to grab coffee catch up with my bestfriend & enjoy the day!

Weather was perfect day of visit. Nice place. Attractive and compact area with small shops. Nearly all closed on Monday...opens later in week. One coffee shop opened. Cookie was giant size and delicious, seemed healthy version with minced nuts. Appeared to be an older apartment or hotel-turned into boutique shops. Beautiful sitting area on two sides of open venue that could accommodate small outdoor events. Verdict. Slight possibility of another visit again while in Las Vegas. Need a car... from major casino hotels.

What an awesome use of an old motel. We loved all the artisan shops and enjoyed the experience there. We especially enjoyed visiting with Kumei at Tofu Tees and exploring her collection of wares. The entrance to Ferguson’s is slightly confusing, as the table and workers makes it appear you have to pay to enter, but that’s not the case. You can just walk in.

I ADORE this place. The shops are so cute and have incredible things. Staff are super friendly and the art vending machine is the absolute best. Come here for the best souvenirs and gifts in Las Vegas.

I totally love this new shopping/local area region. It extremely one of a kind for the space. Mothership Coffee attracted me and I was unable to be more enchanted with the outcomes. I need to stop in on my following visit to Las Vegas as they were all the while opening a portion of the shops. This is a MUST accomplish for local people and guests. Get off the strip and visit the genuine Las Vegas, you will not be baffled. The climate is very chill and you immediately feel loose. I can't hold on to visit once more!

Amazing location, instantly going to leave an impression on you. I love the small Shops they have, all are local and offer great stuff! If anything, the unique architecture makes it a great place to sit and relax. I love the grass areas especially. Fergusons is a nice place to relax and catch your breath. You can enjoy yourself here by just relaxing. And that's not even talking about the awesome Truck sculpture in the front. This place is cool, please visit and support local businesses!
