We got a $10 dollars coupon for two meals, i just paid for the drink...it's just that the pieces of the chicken are too small, cornice size, not chicken size!🤭 UPDATE 11/1/2022 I was in a rush and stop by El pollo Loco to get something for dinner they were out of chicken, this is unbelievable, all they sell is chicken and they don't have chicken!! I had to wait 45 minutes if I wanted, never mind...😐

Ok this was terrible ordered the new double chicken chopped salad ( chopped) lettuce was big pieces and there was no queso wow absolutely awful . Plain lettuce with about 5 small pieces of chicken rip off by the time you pay extra for dressings and what’re else you need for it almost 14 dollars never again straighten up el pollo

Just left this location to grab some lunch on my way to work. Usually the service is pretty good, but today was not good. Not only did they forget to put my salad dressing in in bag, they also forgot to give me my chips to go with my guacamole. And I double checked with the drive through employee and he said everything was in there. When I saw the guacamole I didn’t think to check for anything else. Next time take a little extra care when a customer asks if everything’s in the bag, it only takes two seconds

They leave out items of your order constantly! You pay extra for sour cream , they forget it you ask for flour tortillas they give you corn. They make you feel uncomfortable when asking for extra sauce. Rude people and when you come spend money there 5 times a week it's annoying it's never a good experience

Just fell in love with their new chicken fried tacos. A must have, will come back for more.

First time trying El Pollo Loco and I loved it! Great food - including the side dishes. Loved how they provided extra cilantro for free, and loved how clean the place was. Too bad they operate in certain parts of the US only.

A great location! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious as always. The prices are a little high but the food is well worth it. The dining room was clean and well cared for. The drink dispenser was also clean and seemed well maintained, which is actually rare in fast food. It has an open kitchen design that allows you to see your food being prepared, which is a feature I like in a restaurant.

Do better making quesadillas. This isn’t even put together right.They are stuck together. Doesn’t look like 3 pieces.

I miss EPL in Portland, OR. I look forward to eating there when in states where they have restaurants. Best tostada salad ever. I love the creamy cilantro dressing.

Overall disappointed with the service here. More than one time I have eaten a burrito and bit down into bones inside. Also the taste was off and didn't taste fresh. I really used to enjoy coming to this location but something has changed.

Love your chicken, it was dry this time. Your younger staff needs a course in customer service, a simple pardon me or I'm sorry could you repeat that instead of screaming for me to repeat my order. It was clean & quiet but rudeness trumps everything!

Would have given all fives except I ordered nachos and the guy put the container in the bag with the other items but on its side so everything ran together

Just an ordinary El Pollo Loco but, the food was great, the tables were clean and it's off the strip. Good service and nothing forgotten. Bathrooms are not locked.

Best location I have ever been to . I ordered a double chicken tostada salad and asked for no pico. They accidentally put pico on but the guy did not hesitate and he took it back and made me a new one even added extras in for me . Thank you guys so much. Keep up the good work !

Typical NLV service. Usually rude. The order is almost always incorrect. I've had to bring back food multiple times. Including having to go all the way back because instead of a wing, they gave me bones. Literally, it was the wing tip and a sliver of meat attached. They almost always forget your Pico and half the time the chicken is dry as hell. If they secret shop that location they would all get fired.

Got the 8 piece meal, and some other items. Was not impressed. Meat was very dry, and not the normal flavor. The only good thing about the entire meal was the side salad...only lettuce, with no offerings of dressing.

This is my go to restaurant when I'm on my lunch break and want to eat healthy. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Great selections to choose from all at am affordable cost.

I ordered the salad bowl the chicken was old and dried up, rice was hard and not enough food to feed a 1 year old.....terrible place, terrible!!!

I am giving 3 stars for this staff not the food... my food was chicken tortilla soup and it was delicious but the uoung Hispanic girl with burgundy hair let me sit for 5 minutes at the box to order and then she was nasty and even sarcastic ...they were out of some of the sides . I really hope she corrects that behavior I Amy happy happy friendly person and that really bothered me how she drained my energy just in one interaction. She needs retraining for interaction with customers.

I got the two piece meal spent about 11 bucks.... I didn't realize I would be getting two pieces of chicken the same size as chicken wings. First and last time going to el Pollo.

I always come here and spend my money for food for me and my entire family and they left out part of my order several times before but it just hit today differently when they missed putting some of my order in the bag that there was no apologies no reimbursement for my gas( and everyone knows how expensive gas is now) my time or energy. It seems like it a regular thing now with no regard for customers. I won’t be coming to this location as much as I could help it anymore and I urge everyone to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW! There is always a problem here

Ice machine didn't work. The person who worked behind the counter was kind enough to give us a cup of ice so that was nice. Dr pepper was flat. I'm sure it wasn't there fault for that. The food was good. It was my first time eating there. Overall it was okay.

Their food was soooooo good, it hit the spot and left me full. Very clean compared to other fast food restaurants I’ve been too. And the service was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and polite!

5 Star restaurant, the service was FANTASTIC, everyone greeted me so politely and were nice and friendly. The food was amazing and came out fast, it melted in my mouth!!! And the best part was that the restaurant was super clean, it was like it had just been opened!

The food was delicious and they delivered it quick. they made sure that we could hear them call out our food, always polite. And the whole restaurant was clean and spotless
