The infamous Grimaldi’s. A Brooklyn’s born and raised Pizzeria. Had a blast here for dinner with my boss and his family. We ordered classic Margherita, Prosciutto Pizza, Quattro Formaggi, and Cheesecake for the dessert. Everything was delicious. Their oven baked had the most amazing crust I’ve ever tasted. Must try if you’re in Vegas and had a NY Pizza craving.

The service was way above normal. I visit hundreds of restaurants every year and it is rare to find servers that excell in their jobs as well as the ones I encountered here. I noticed a new pizza restaurant has opened across the street from them. I've tried both places and they are both great. They each offer a diffent experience. I found Grimaldi's quaint and it has more of a Vegas fell to it. Hopefully the locals will come out and support this fine restaurant.

I’ve been wanting to go to Grimaldi’s for quite some time, and I finally made it there! As I was walking in, I was greeted and assured I would be seated ASAP. Only a couple minutes went by and I was seated at the booth I requested! There is an outdoor patio seating with a great view and sound of a beautiful large fountain ⛲️ I ordered an antipasto plate and it was delightful. I also ordered two pizzas… a margherita pizza, and the Don. The margherita is heavier on sauce than other pizzas, which wasn’t my favorite. Everyone has different preference to that though and it even says so in the menu. My preference was to The Don, which had pepperoni, meatballs and spicy sausage. It is perfection on a thin crust… absolutely great. The service was good, and the wait staff took time to explain sizes of pizzas and answer any questions. Not condescending at all, just informative! Very clean restaurant with a beautiful vibe. I will be back again and again.

Love Grimaldi’s pizza in this Boca Park plaza. The restaurant itself is really nice decorated ,with great NY photos from days past, and wine bottles over the light fixtures. There’s a bar with TVs also, so there’s a casual feeling even with the upscale elements. It has a very New York Italian feel to it! The restaurant is very clean and inviting. They also have a nice patio and heaters for those chilly days. The pizzamakes make the pizza in a space visible to anyone who wants to watch. And they give you a free pizza on you’re birthday. Sign up for the birthday club and you will not be disappointed! We have been coming to Grimaldi’s for years. The management at this location is always attentive and makes sure everything is top notch . The management will go an extra mile to please their customers . We have eaten in and gotten it to go, never had an issue. The Grimaldi’s pizza is a coal-fired pizza and I believe that is a secret to a delicious pizza. They use only fresh ingredients and you can taste the difference in every bite. The crust is cooked to perfection in the brick oven, the mozzarella is perfectly portioned on the slice, the sauce is sweet and perfectly balanced, and the pepperoni has an amazing spice that complements all the other flavors you’re getting. Very good pizza, great service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a local, family feel with great pizza and wonderful employees! Highly recommended from a loyal customer that has been coming to Grimaldi’s for years!

I haven't been to the big pizza city's like NY or Chicago but to me, this is my most favorite pizza ever! The crust is so crispy and delicious and the pepperoni has amazing flavor. Service is always top notch and everyone is extremely nice.

We had the lunch special (starts around $10) which comes with a salad, drink and a good size slice of pizza. Thin crispy crust is just the way I like it. Just enough to satisfy but not so much to make you feel sleepy. I want to try a whole pie next time to see how it comes out. I only gave 4 stars because it was my first time and I only tried a couple of items. I'll update my review accordingly after my next visit. With that all being said, I will definitely eat here again! Update 25 Jan 2024 My daughter and I tried a 16" pie this time, traditional sauce with mushrooms and pepperoni. Pie was great. It was sliced into 6 giant slices. We ate the entire thing. That being said, we both agreed we probably could've eaten 2 slices each and been satisfied. We'll try the white sauce with different toppings and I'll ask them to cook it a little longer to get the crust extra crispy.

It seems all their pizzas are thin crust but they are delicious!😋 Sizes are a little small. I recomend getting the 12' for two people, service is awesome and I really like the environment.

Giving this a 5 star for the pizza and the salad. Can’t give an honest review of the service right now because they were very under-staffed as some many restaurants are. The Brooklyn Bridge pizza was excellent. Full of cheese and tomatoes the crust was foldable and very New York.

We love Grimaldi's and today was great as usual. Tuesdays they have half off wine so we ordered a bottle of their special red wine. Also ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. Yum. The service was excellent. Highly recommended!

So excited they have a Grimaldi’s… we had dinner with family here; service and quality did not disappoint. Quality Ingredients all the way, and the Place was clean. We built our own pizzas, we ordered two 18” pies and went to town on the toppings. First pizza toppings: Ricotta (Polly-O), Kalamata Olives, Mushrooms, Artichoke, Garlic, and White Onions. Second pizza toppings: Prosciutto, White Onions, Mushrooms, Kalamata Olives, Roasted Sweet Red Peppers, Garlic, and sausage on half of the pie. The plethora of toppings did not render the pizza soggy, it held its shape and loved the stringy fresh mozzarella… yum! The best place we’ve dined at so far on this trip. For dessert: Chocolate cannoli (tasty shell) Oreo cheese cake (all cheesecakes are made on premises) New York cheese cake (the crust reminds me of grain pie, an excellent choice for homemade cheesecake) Bravissimi.

Tried a large pizza, half prosciutto and half The Don, which was recommended by our server. Excellent suggestions. I loved the prosciutto and my friend was fond of the Don. The prosciutto was a white pizza typed with crisp prosciutto and fresh arugula. So tasty!!! Also ordered a small Caesar salad. I've had better. It was nothing to rave about. Beyond the salad and pizza the best part of the lunch was the dessert trio. The cannoli was nice and tart. My friend loved the tiramisu. We both enjoyed the light and delightful Caramel coconut cheesecake. According to our server, it is made in-house in small batches. It was light and airy with a great balance of sweet and salty. Exquisite lunch. Amazing service. Reasonably priced.

Some things shouldn't be messed with.... The Pizza and Calzones here are just freaking flat out, fresh from the oven, pizza pies of hot, wood fired deliciousness. Service is always great and the staff and management are always on the ball and friendly. Ok, so the first time I saw the price of my Calzone, I was in shock. But, and believe me, the pies are worth every single penny (and probably a little bit more, but don't tell them that). Absolutely nothing beats the experience when paired with a tasty cold beer (they have some nice wines too), and some close friends... heck I'm sure it would even be great with one of those barely tolerable friends.

Title: A Pizza White Sauce Paradise: Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas Rating: 🐼🐼🐼🐼🐼 (5/5) Review by: Amanda Impastato I recently had the pleasure of discovering Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas, thanks to a visit to Opportunity Village and their amazing Halloween Christmas tree display. Let me start by saying that I have traveled extensively, trying pizzas across the country, and without a doubt, Grimaldi's has stolen my heart with their exceptional white sauce pizza. When it comes to their white sauce pizza, Grimaldi's truly proves why they are a cut above the rest. The moment I took my first bite, I was transported to a pizza lover's paradise. The delicate balance between the creamy, indulgent white sauce and the rich, flavorful toppings was a revelation. The pizza crust, with its perfect blend of chewiness and crispness, provided the ideal foundation for this culinary masterpiece. Grimaldi's ability to craft such a unique and delectable white sauce pizza sets them apart from any other pizzeria I've encountered. I must also commend Grimaldi's for their clever and effective marketing. Discovering this gem of a place through the recommendation of Opportunity Village, thanks to their Halloween Christmas tree display, was a stroke of luck. It's evident that Grimaldi's understands the power of collaboration and community engagement, and their partnership with such a beloved local attraction speaks volumes about their commitment to providing exceptional experiences to their customers. Surprisingly good pizza. We had "The Don" with added onions. The pepperoni were spicy, the sausage had good fennel and the meatballs were ok (didn't seem homemade). For $2 extra they could have put a few more onions on the pie. They really need to add a little salt to their crust. It would make it a lot more tasty. We would definitely order from them again.

Order delivery tonight. The pizza and salad were very good. The cannolis were not. Each cannoli was $6.60 and not even half filled.

The most disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life. The ‘sauce’ was bitter and filled with tomato seeds. The crust had zero flavor and the texture was like a saltine cracker, minus the salt. The basil was burned and the mozzarella was absolutely disgusting. Took one bite and ended up having Trader Joe’s Corn Puffs for supper instead. Way better and MORE FLAVORFUL!

Great food! Made fresh. Quality Toppings. Great atmosphere. But do mind the topping prices. If you get to exited and go topping crazy, you will end up spending $20+ alone on them, especially if you have more than 1 pizza. Also, 18" are good enough for 3 people, but ideal for 2 if you prefere to have more than 2 slices with some to take home.

Yummy yummy pizza and nice beer selection ( had my lagunitas IPA). Salad was loaded with olives like I like and built my own white garlic pizza with ricotta and spinach. It was amazing. Service was nice and fast and outdoor seating was comfy.

Amazing! Best pizza in town. Period. True italian coal fired pie. Just walking into the building smelled like Italian wood fired heaven. Best smelling restaurant I've ever been in, and have never even had that thought before. That's how good it smelled. Great staff and service (Taylor). Good wine. Amazing cheesecake. Can't wait to come back. A+

Well first of all let me say that I grew up eating Grimaldi's at the original Brooklyn location by the Brooklyn bridge and there was always a line out the door because the pizza was so good. Since Grimaldi's opened in Las Vegas, and before I moved up to Northern Nevada, I would get a pie from them at least once a month. Now, every time I visit family in Vegas, I pick up a pie to take back home with me before I leave Vegas and even with the 6 hour drive, it's still the best pizza around!

Checked out Grimaldi’s Pizzeria tonight. Got a Cheese Pizza and a Double Pepperoni. The cheese pizza had mozzarella cheese on a very mildly sauce pizza. For me it was lacking in taste even with the added signature cheese and spice blend. The Double Pepperoni had plenty of thicker cut pepperoni, I think it needed some more cheese. Both pizzas had the crust cooked perfectly. Our server was Nate and he was on every need. Super cool guy.

Great pizza everytime! My kids love coming to Grimaldi's totally worth a try if you like thin pizza with fresh ingredients Definitely this is for you. The crust is excellent, also tasty caesar salad with in house dressing.

Cool that it is a coal-fired brick oven. They don't have some traditional items. You can't get a Canadian Bacon and Pineapple for instance. There are no breadsticks. No garlic white sauce. The crust of the pizza is paper thin. It would have been nice to have a thicker crust available. We got a garden pizza as one of them and it was left mostly uneaten. The flavors were just not very complimentary. Would look elsewhere next time.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - we got the 16-inch Brooklyn Bridge pizza to split between two people with a glass of Michael David "freak show" Zinfandel to share. The ingredients on the pizza was delicious and we really enjoyed the ricotta cheese. Not sure if New York pizza tends to be this way but the pizza didn't seem to be baked all the way through. The edge and the bottom of the pizza was crispy but the dough wasn't cooked on top underneath the toppings. We struggled cutting with the knife so we gave up and used our hands after the first slice Ambience: 5/5 - cozy restaurant that feels upscale. Softer music so we can chat with no issues Service: 5/5 - Oskar, our server, was wonderful and attentive. Gave us some recommendations between the different pies we were eyeing Value for price: 4/5 - a bit pricey for the thin pizza and wine but good experience
