    I read the reviews prior to coming here and didn’t want to believe it until I saw it and experienced myself but unfortunately it’s all true. Had an appointment at 2:15pm as a brand new patient and showed up fifteen minutes early to fill out the paperwork and check in. After giving all the information needed, I looked around the waiting room and saw approximately eight people waiting. When I asked the front desk person if things are running on time, I was told that there are other people ahead of me and that after I’m put into the system that they would let me know the approximate wait time. After sitting down and overhearing some other people saying that they had appointments (one of them at 1:30pm) and hadn’t been seen yet, I went back to the window and asked what to expect. I was then told there’s only one doctor and five people ahead of me. I asked them what the point of having an appointment is if it’s not anywhere close to being honored and didn’t have any real answer for it (of course). No responsibility was taken and said it might take an hour to be seen (more or less). I am going to school and left an important class early only to be left hanging out to dry. This place has no integrity and takes no accountability for they way they are doing business. If you plan on coming here even with an appointment, you might as well either clear the rest of your day to wait or bring a sleeping bag, tent and something to keep you busy and occupied while you wait. I’ve gotten better service from a McDonalds drive through worker who’s worked seven days in a row and already worked over 70 hours that week then this place. If I were you, find another doctors office unless you are that desperate or maybe happen to live a block away. This place is depressing.

    I WAS looking forward to take someone there as a new patient but that changed when contacting them a 2nd time to reschedule BUT they didn't respond back by message through the site after giving them personal information for no reason by doing paper work for nothing. What I did like about the other part of their scheduling through phone is if they didn't pick up it's set easy to message through a site by text to your phone.I also called 3 times that day to let it ring for a while to see if I can get through to tell them that I had to reschedule but no answer. That's a sign that it's Not a good location to go to because they hired some staffs that don't want to do their jobs right. If the Dr gives good service they will have good Dr's lose customers because some want to act a fool and just only there for the money.

    New patient to Cima and soon to be former patient. Simply put, this place is awful. Never on time. I have waited for almost two hours for each of the two appointments I've had with them and each time they never spend any longer than 2 or 3 minutes with me. Dr. Webb doesn't take any time to even let you know what he is prescribing or give any follow up. Truly the worst. If your time and health are important to you, avoid this place.

    I’ve been here numerous times, and each time, regardless of if I have a scheduled appointment or I’m there for a walk-in, I have to wait for at least an hour and a half. I have waited an upwards of five hours before. The staff are sweet for the most part, but there’s a couple people (whose names I won’t mention) that seem incompetent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Here’s a Snapchat picture from a few months ago lol.

    Horrible office staff. Unorganized, inconsiderate and incapable of keeping records straight. Have had to contact numerous times in order to get medication also wait times are usually 2-3 hours even with an appointment. Was told after arrival that primary needed to be changed rather than being told b4 hand. Had to wait an additional 30min due to trying to change primary. Using antiquated and falling apart equipment. Had to hold arm cuff while getting blood pressure so it doesn't come off. Recently everything done takes 3 or more people, since no one is sure what they are doing when asked, reply is "it's so we make that everything is done correctly. " Worst medical center staff...

    Worst , place you can go My mom has Arthritis . She being in pain for almost 2 months and half, she haven’t get any Diagnosed yet . This doctor Danny Segh is the worst didn’t send her any pain medication, waiting for Rheumatologist , for ever they sending Refer to a different one every time , I called in nothing .!!to get any Refills you have to get an appointment. So they can get paid . Worst staffing ever . Think before you come in . Bad service.

    I would love to hear from other people who have been there real recently since Dr Webb left. I was recently discharged from physician assistant Vanessa with no real reasoning. I was referred to pain management one month ago but the doctor failed to put in my referral correctly so I have not been able to make an appointment or find a pain Management facility. Miss Vanessa decided to tell me that she could not help me any longer and even after having several tests showing that I have issues with my back and my neck I suffer from fibromyalgia and some other issues, I was told by Dr Danny that he does not believe that fibromyalgia exist I was treated like a seeking addict I have never been so hurt in my life by a doctor I don't know where these people came from but they are very militant in there approach to patients I really hope that somebody does some type of research or investigation on them I don't know what happened with Dr Webb but these people are horrible.

    The worst place ever!! Do not bother to go to these offices. Dr.Morales never gives a referal,she does not want to,she says that a simple referral takes 3 weeks, she does not even allow me to use the restroom, and she said to me that the restroom is not for the public!!

    On June 12th I had an appointment with a lady doctor that works there. She comes in the room and right behind her is a nurse who asks what she wants for lunch. Which is rude. She sat at the computer looking at my file and never touched me nor looked at me. She being asking me why I was there. I explain to her that by contract I have to be seen every three months to get my inhaler which I get to every 16 days which will make two per month. She then tells me that in her system it shows that I only get one in Inhalers per month I politely told her ma’am Your system is in accurate and every time I come here is in accurate every since I’ve had my son which is now two years old who was in the room for the visit my asthma has gotten worse she then turns around and tells me I am the provider I am telling you what I see and that is what I’m going to give you and walked out of the room. I found a complaint and they had the nerve to dismiss me as a patient. They are so unprofessional and rude and just because I have assistance through Medicaid I will not be miss treated I have still a human being at the end of the day Please think before going here.

    Had an appointment set up this morning at 9am. They pushed my appointment back to 2pm without notifying me so I come back at 2 and I wait in the lobby for an hour before asking the front desk "how much longer" they take me to a room where I wait 30 minutes. Another assistant comes in and takes me to a different room and tells me to wait there. After waiting another 30 minutes in that room and 2 hours total I decided to walk out. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any doctors office by far. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait two hours On another note they were not checking temps for patients and didn't seem to follow capacity guidelines either. Enter this place at your own risk

    Please don’t go here if you value your time. I got ghosted for a follow appointment to go over x-rays, I showed up to the doctors office at my scheduled appointment time the doors were locked and no one was there. I called for the next 4 days and left several messages, finally on the 5th day they called me back. I set up a phone call for the following week so that just in case their disorganization got in the way I didn’t waste any more of my gas. Surprise surprise they forgot about my scheduled phone call. They even texted and called to remind ME about it just a few days ago lol. I had to call them and they seemed confused about my call and said that I would have to schedule an appointment to have a phone call with the doctor, I told them that is exactly what I did and exactly why I am calling is because once again they forgot about my appointment. Long story long, I have never been to a more disorganized medical center. They truly make you realize how much they don’t care. This is literally my first time writing a bad review for anything because I’m not that kind of person but in this case If I could give this place negative stars I would.

    Absolutely the worst I've ever experience. I scheduled my daughter apt (new pt. Apt) i was given the apt in the wrong location and even dough i called the office to verify (the same day) i was placed on hold for 20 minutes and my appointment was confirmed. I show up to the apt and i was advised, i was at the wrong location. we had to reschedule. Forward to today, apt scheduled at 10 am. While i wait for my turn, two diferent women left this office crying an very upset because the office had made a mistakes with there referrals. One waited for a week with a broken rib. Horrible. I was finally called for vitals at 12pm, i thought "okay, two hour...not so bad" wrong!!! I waited another hour in the Dr.s room waiting. At 1pm i decided this was NOT going to be something i can endure for any future follow-up apt. I told the nurse i will be leaving. The office staff was very nice, but i can't wait 5 hour to see a provider. So sad about this, since this is only 4 minutes away from me. I will changing my provider and healthcare center.
