Horrible service. Tried for several weeks to reach my doctor with no phone call back from any of the 3 managers I left a voicemail to. It took several complaints for a call back. When I finally got a call back, it was from an office manager, Angela. She said I threatened staff by saying, "you said you would make heads roll." What I said was if I didn't get a call back by Tuesday of next week with an update, I would be on fire and come into the office to make an appointment. Angelas tone with me was very condescending. Zero compassion for my situation... Also, a doctor I was referred to tried to get a hold of the urologist several times and could not make contact. It took 5 weeks for me to get a call back and it only came after I said I would come into the office personally. This is, without doubt, THE WORST service I've ever experienced from any company. Update: 1 week after writing this review. Las Vegas Urology discharged me and banned me from seeing any of their doctors due to my "threat." I asked one of the managers if they record their calls. They do not. So Angela falsified a statement and they discharged me from seeing any doctors without any proof that I said the words "make heads roll". F*** Las Vegas Urology

Dr Gregoriev’s nurse (sorry that I don’t remember her name) was nice and polite. She was very personable and she had patience with me along with a great sense of humor. The wait time was not as bad as I had thought and the front desk personnel were very efficient.

This was one of the best doctor office experiences. The front office, medical staff and check out were amazingly professional and friendly. The organization everything with aplomb and confidence. This was my first visit and I will look forward to returning. The medical review with Burt Wadsworth was extremely informative. His succinct and easy to understand explanation(s) were totally appreciated. He took his time and made me confident in the plan(s) moving forward. +

I have been a patient here for a year and I have never been seen on time , except for today..Which I was surprised. I saw his assistant which was a pleasant experience. I make it a point to be early to my appointments and wind up sitting in the waiting room for about 1 hour, then sitting in the exam room for another 20-30 minutes.. The scheduling is not realistic..our time is just as important as the doctors. And a apology would be appreciated.

Terrible place. Meat market of clinics. Had appointment with doctor Newman. After making appointment five weeks ago. He’s and hour behind. Long story short he did nothing On the appointment. Waste of time. Was trying to make another appointment two months out to schedule. I’ll be looking for a clinic that cares for there patients. Just not on how much money they can make in a day.I feel sorry for the people who go to this clinic. It’s all about the money. Not a care for the patient or what they have going on. Doctor couldn’t even bring himself to say sorry for making me wait a hour. Never going back. The only doctor that was worth anything there retired.

Great experience. Nice building and location (Smoke Ranch office) short wait in the waiting room and right into the exam room. Jennifer the PA was very warm, personable and professional and answered all of my question. Doctors office visits aren't meant to be fun, but this was certainly a better experience than I had anticipated.

The doctor is great. But when you have a 9:15 appointment and they call you back at about 950 and then you sit in the exam room until about 1020, this not acceptable. If I showed up an hour late they probably would not even see me and still charge me. My time is not any less valuable than theirs. This is not an isolated incident. I have had 4 appointments here and only 1 was on time. 2 of them now have been over an hour late.

Once again, a very disappointing experience. Made an appointment with Dr. Wise who had an emergency and cancelled previous appointment the morning of. They rescheduled me for weeks later, I checked in, went inside and it was a Nurse Practitioner! She was better than the doctor though. Prior to the appointment, the doctor's nurse (who is impossible to reach by phone) made a mistake on my medication. I called numerous times over a period of several weeks and could not even be directed to her proper voice mail! I went six weeks without a refill. The phone system for this group is beyond ridiculous. Even the employees agree. I will give them one last chance and then I'll be looking for better care.

I waited OVER 2 HOURS for my E-visit with Dr. G. to begin. At the 90 minute mark, I called them to ask what was going on and was given the run-around for a good half an hour. No one seemed to care, they just kept saying, "yeahhhh, Dr.'s running late." That's not helpful. And how dare the doctor assume that it's acceptable to just leave people waiting for such long periods of time?! When he FINALLY got on the call, he was extremely dismissive and, frankly, downright rude about how long it took. He clearly DID NOT CARE. I had many things to do that had to be delayed because of his obviously poor time management If he can't handle E-visits along with his in-person patients, he shouldn't schedule them!! I'd give him 0 stars if that were an option. I will NEVER go to him again.

Staff was friendly and professional, in spite of having a very busy office. Dr. Candela was personable, professional, attentive, calm, thorough, knowledgeable, and explained things well. My biggest complaint was the online new patient form. When almost complete, I pulled up another window. When I went back to the form, all the information was gone, so I had to type it in again. After completing the form and hitting the send button, I lost the form and so I was unable to make a copy for my records. When I got to the appointment the form had not arrived. Staff said it could take 24 hours for them to receive the on-line form. I had to complete the new patient form for the third time by hand, delaying my appointment by over 30 minutes. I liked the staff and Dr. Candela very much, thus the 5/5 rating.

Very friendly staff and very efficient. Explains everything so that I can understand. Takes time to listen. And understand our needs. Great place to go to you ever need a urologist. Dr. Del Casino is amazing and he makes you feel very comfortable so that you can talk about what's going on with you.

The place where the hippocratic oath went to die. I've seen veterinarians in literal cattle cars put more care into thier patients than this place. The staff has been trained to make receiving care at as difficult as possible because they know most of thier patients don't have a choice. They will lose paperwork, ignore referring doctor's instructions, and risk lives just to bump appointments and slow traffic. Leadership comes from the top down. Any doctor that consists this acceptable is not a doctor I trust.

The staff was friendly and professional but overall I did not feel confident with Dr. Lesani and I was told I would have to pay a $100 deposit for a procedure that is 100% covered by my insurance. I was incorrectly told that the no scalpel vasectomy perforation will be made with a scalpel, the information packets also said that one perforation will be made and the nurse said two will be made. The packet also said the vas deferens can be blocked by clamping, tying, or severing so I asked which method the doctor uses and was told all three, I followed up asking if that’s what doctors normally do or why all three and the response I got was just that he doesn’t know what other Drs do (but he works in a urology clinic w/other urologists?) and that’s the way he’s done it for 20 years and he’s not going to change. I don’t really care that you’ve done it that way for 20yrs, I care that you explain to me what you are doing clearly and accurately and not just, well that’s the way it is. Lots of urologists out there, find a different one.

The staff looks very rushed but they are not rude, they still profesional. I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times and they did it for me at no cost. I’ve been seen by Dr Goli in less than 10 minutes of my original appointment. The triage room was in great conditions but not the check out area. The floor was nasty due to the chairs. Dr Goli was kind of clueless about my consult, he hadn’t the information ready about my previous hospital visit, so that means that he was more worried about the time than my health. Money, money and more money. There’s many pros and few cons but if you are looking for a more personalized service this is not the place.

I made an appointment to have test results read. I specifically asked if l could just do the reading over the phone as l have to take off from work and it is a hardship for me to get there. I was told the doctor needed to see me. I arrived a little early, waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, waited another 20 in the exam room. The doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me to tell me l needed another test. In fact, they wanted me to come back to schedule the test and that’s when l had had enough and told the receptionist in no uncertain terms l was not doing that. Next time l come we are doing the test, the evaluation, and some kind of game plan on how they are going to proceed all at once. The test is scheduled for the end of September. Like l can’t see through the fact that they are less interested in the best interests of the patient and more interested in racking up billable hours to charge the insurance company. Pitiful.

I had an E visit with doctor Del Casino with follow up information regarding a couple tests. He was very cordial, friendly and thorough. He explained my results Where I was able to understand them and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable talking with him and planning my next step. I am new to Las Vegas urology. I was referred to them. So far they all have been very considerate and friendly.

We were so sceptical after entering a packed waiting room that my husband would ever be seen. 7 minutes past his scheduled appointment we were in the back room being attended to by a very sweet girl. 5 minutes later the PA-C Stacy Slade came in. What a great, knowledgeable man he is. Great bed side manner and puts one at ease immediately. Assessed my husband’s concerns, treated the problems with new medication. On a one to ten scale Stacy Slade is a 20!!

The reception staff was prompt and helpful. Once contact was made with the medical professional, the services were excellent. HOWEVER, the wait time was awful. There are only so many reasons for this...e.g., over worked, understaffed or over booked. The wait time is something I personally won't do again. I'll either reschedule to a more favorable time/date, or seek another medical provider.

When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk informed me that the Physician I was referred to by the ER this past Sunday, was called into an emergency surgery and would have to reschedule me. She tried for 10 minutes, but was unable to find anything and I would have to wait a month to be seen. After scheduling my new, I got on the elevator, and when I arrived on the first floor, I ran into her running down the stairs to tell me they had just received a cancellation, and I could be seen 11/2 hrs later. I did not get her name, but she is a shero to me. It totally changed the course of my recovery. All of your employees treated me with kindness and respect.

Every aspect of my appointment on 7/26/23, from booking and paperwork prep and all the staff at the Las Vegas Urology facility were 100% professional & personal the entire time I spent there which was a little less than 60 minutes from arrival until my exit. All questions re present and follow-up options were very clearly explained to my satisfaction and comfort. My primary contact, Mr. S. DelCasino, impressed me with his medical prowess, and I left feeling I wish I could employ him full-time for myself and all family members. That is how I felt today, and will do so for the balance of my lifetime.

The facility and staff were all great. The reason I didn’t give them a higher rating is because it was an hour and fifteen minutes before I was seen by the person I was scheduled with. My time is just as important to me as theirs is. If a person is 10-15 minutes late they make you either reschedule or make you wait and see if they can fit you in. Waiting more than 15-20 minutes is totally unacceptable!

There wasn’t anything specifically bad about the visit. But I have had multiple experiences of things just being disorganized. Referrals being sent to a place that doesn’t take my insurance, my husband doing a follow up where they didn’t check his incision only to have to return the next day due to concerns. Providers and staff are very vague they don’t take much time to explain anything and I felt like the Dr I had was rather dismissive of my symptoms and didn’t care to listen much to what I had to say. He did display concern and ordered tests but kind of asked me questions as if I wasn’t aware of the source of my pain (subtly ruled out women’s problems) for example. I wasn’t asked much about the history of the problem or the pattern of onset, development, course, etc. I guess I would just be looking for a bit more attentiveness and attention to detail.

The nurses are WONDERFUL (to me)! The office staff is EXCELLENT (to me)! My P.A. is AWESOME (to me)! I am required to go into the office every 4-6 weeks. But when I have an emergency they sneak me in because my procedure takes less than 5 minutes to complete. I know that others may have different experiences, but I feel if you give joy and kindness, you will get joy and kindness.

September 7, 2023: A person named Andrea reached out to me today by text message and provided answers to my questions that I waited yesterday on hold for so long. Great work on that. I would still recommend improving the phone system. September 6, 2023: I called in to change my appointment and waited on hold for about 5 minutes. Then I had questions about my lab slip and they transferred me to another person. I’m still on hold and it’s now been 50.5 minutes, with no end in sight. How about more help and modernizing the phone system, like we’ll call you back and you won’t lose your place in line. Or you are the nth caller and it’s counting down? What horrible customer (patient) service! 53 minutes now….tick, tick, tick… I have no qualms about the competency of the medical staff, as they do a great job. But from a business perspective, they’re blowing it. 56 minutes….(tick)^3 I also notice that they give a review response if you review them highly but say nothing if you give an honest but negative review. 59 minutes now….

Las Vegas Urology staff makes every effort to do the best they can to check you in, even though the patient volume seems to be so overwhelming! I also cannot understand how the doctors are able to handle the patient volume. My urologist, Dr. Wise, does everything he can to provide as much information and attention, given the time he is able to spend during my appointment. I am impressed by his ability to answer questions and provide the most adequate, informative and thorough meeting. I would like to be able to give them all at least 7 STARS PLUS!!

I usually don’t do reviews, but seeing the outstanding job this clinic has done, I had to. First when I walked in, I was greeted by someone downstairs who was very kind. I then went upstairs and was amazed at how organized it was. It was very comforting seeing the practice manager personally wiping down chairs, counters, doors, still greeting every patient as they walked in and having conversations with the patients. Checking in was so easy. Brittney was working the front and all she needed was my first and last name. I guess there was an insurance issue that required Angela’s clearance in which she had come over and told me not to worry that she was going to take care of it. Even though I’m pretty familiar with insurance, I had no idea what was happening but what I loved is that she and Brittney didn’t rush me. They took the time out of their day to take care of me. When it was my turn to go back, I was treated so kindly by the MA and the doctor. Like I said, this office has made it so easy, safe and efficient for their patients.

The worst staff I have ever dealt with. I advise to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and professional medial and office staff - DO NOT go here. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a doctors office in my life. The amount of unprofessionalism especially during this time of Covid was shocking. They did NOT care one bit about my father possibly having prostate cancer and also encouraged him to come into the office when he was feeling sick as they did not want to discuss anything over the phone and were to lazy to call me back.

Wait time is ridiculous when you schedule an appointment you shouldn’t have to wait an hour to see and beside prior to this appointment I left over three messages and not one return call had to drive here to get an appointment with the doctor who repaired my bladder. The amount of money and time we spend needs to be better service.

My first visit to Las Vegas Urology and I will say from the first interaction at reception to the final check out, very positive all around.. it didn’t take any time at all to be called back to meet the PA Stephan Del Casino who was so thorough and attentive. The front office experience upon my arrival was not good. I had filled out all the paperwork online and got there plenty of time before my appointment. The woman at the check in desk barely greeted me and quickly shoved a clipboard with some papers on it to me and told me to hurry and get them done because I didn't have very long until they called me back for my appointment. After about 10 minutes she called me back up and said I really needed to hurry up. I told I had already filled out the online forms at home, and she said "well, you should have told me!" Okay, I just assumed that these were some additional forms I had to complete. She called back to the nurses' station to confirm that I indeed had already completed them. She then apologized, but I was all frazzled by then, but I tried to remain nice and keep it together. I really feel that it was her job to at least ask me and/or confirm that I had already completed the necessary paperwork. After finally getting called back, the nurse was very friendly and welcoming. Also, the nurse practitioner was excellent and did a very good and thorough job. The people at check out were also very good and helpful. I just wish the initial first impression would have been better.

Steve DelCasino was fantastic. He listened to me. I felt so much better when I left your office after speaking with him. I am very upset that I was even charged a co—pay and that my insurance was charged because I clearly stated on the phone not to one person but two different employees that I have a hernia. Your office does not handle hernias. The notes on my appointment that I wanted to be seen because of prostate issues. I will say that Dr. Candela is great however the people who are scheduling appointments need to realize what their practice handles.

PA-C Stephen Del Casino is top shelf! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Took the time to explain all the details of the new medicine I need. Other reviews made note that it took a very long time to see their provider, but I was able to be seen via a video televisit and was seen at exactly the time of my appointment. In fact, they called me to see if I wanted to be seen hours earlier, but I wasn’t available.

The bathroom was filthy and smelled like urine. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment to see any one of the actual doctors, so I was stuck with the NP (nurse practitioner) who doesn't even make eye contact and talks over you. If your insurance will allow you to go elsewhere, then I would advise that you do.

Provider was solid. Staff was slow, disorganized and kind of rude. Her computer broke and I understand it's frustrating, but doesn't require such a rude response to someone who just arrived and had no idea the computer was broken. Then they kept standing around joking and gossiping with each other in front of everyone in the waiting room. Took an hour after my scheduled appointment to even be brought back to a treatment room. Then another 15 min wait for the provider. Not a patient-first culture in my opinion and I won't go back to that location.

At my last appointment, I was told that I didn’t need to come back for a year. I ran out of meds and was told that I had to be seen again before I could get more and if I miss that appointment, they won’t give me any more meds. In the year since my previous appointment, Las Vegas Urology stopped taking my insurance and in the 4 times I had contact with them, not one person could be bothered to let me know about it…until I was standing at their front counter. They told me that it would be $91.15 for my visit today. The girl said yeah we haven’t taken your insurance in a long time. I told them that this was a good time to find out and a voice from the back said “if he doesn’t want to pay, we can’t see him”. My appointment was not even 10 minutes and it cost me almost $100. All the “manager” could do was apologize and she said they could have done a better job in communicating that to me, yeah...ya think?! She asked if there was anything else she could do and I said “Yes, I want a refund”. She asked if I was seen and if I got a prescription, I told her I really had no choice. She told me they provided service so she couldn’t give me a refund. As I left, the doctor said they wouldn’t need to see me for another year. Trust me…I won’t be back.

My experience was actually a couple months ago but apparently you can’t leave negative reviews on their own website. I just checked and it was never posted so I’ll post it here. I had an issue with my prostate and was given their location to go to. Upon arrival with an appointment I waited for over an hour seating and watching people come in after me and get taken in before me. I also witnessed people who complained about the wait get seen before me too. When I was finally brought into a room I waited over another hour and a half for the doctor to see me. The doctor didn’t seemed too concerned with the reason why I was there either.

I have a kidney stone problem. They have handled 2 of 5 stone removals. I have no idea what these doctors specialty is, probably ED or something. It seems nothing to do with kidney stones . They don't even have any imaging to properly diagnose an issue during procedures. They wanted a stat x-ray... Desert radiology laughed at them, 2 weeks we'll get you in. Go to emergency otherwise. The entire situation was a joke and seriously caused me difficulties. Best of luck to you, with them. I'm done.

Dr. Rohani is truly interested in the overall well being of his patients. He is kind, patient and takes his time to explain all questions. He is obviously very knowledgeable and interested in reviewing all findings from all treating doctors to get a comprehensive picture of all health concerns etc. I genuinely recommend him to all. Hope this is helpful

I being on hold for an hour, I leave a message to get called back for an appointment. No call back. I call every Monday, and week after week, I don’t get a call back. As I write this review, I have been on hold for 45 minutes; this is my fifth attempt to get an appointment over the last five weeks. BE ADVISED...This place needs help! The doctors and staff are aware, but continue to do nothing to improve the poor quality of service.

I request a female urologist and am happy that Dr Bower was who I was referred to. She is very patient and knowlegable in this field. I am very grateful for her time and attention.

5 Star Specialist Dr & doctors office staff. I've been with Dr Candela over 12 years and I've never had issues with my appointments or the quality of care. Professional, friendly, & experienced! That's why I've stayed under his care this long. Moreover, the times I've been scheduled with his partner specialist they have exceeded my expectations. If your searching for a Urologist I'll put my word & 5 Star rating here for all to see... Welcome to the family don't delay...

I have been going to the Smoke Ranch location for six months so far. Every staff member is professional, efficient, friendly and compassionate. Rachel Bowers, PA-C, is especially outstanding. She sees patients as individuals, takes the time to explain test results and treatment plans, and answers questions with expertise, patience and a sense of humor. I've left every appointment feeling like I've been heard and respected.

When I first came to the nurses good ones at the front desk still so polite they took the time to show you Sam was even walking with me show me the right way to go. They take patience like a person not just a number you don’t have to pull cords to find out where to go to like a seminar hospitals semi hospital you have to put number is Nolan near the head real people they talk to you they make you feel comfortable relax and doctors with the same way they talk to you and ask exactly what’s wrong everything else do you know any lick you and I they make you feel even better with a smile

My first visit is making me question whether they'll be a second. I felt the staff to be aloof and annoyed when questioned about the lateness of appointments. It felt as if I was interrupting their day as opposed to being a patient being looked after and treated with respect. The physician I met with didn't feel particularly available to meet either.

Awesome Urology medical staff! I had to fly in from Reno to see them - not only was my flight late, we were cutting it close to my fly back time. They went to the absolute extreme to re-adjust their schedule to get me in for testing & to see the Doc.! Very caring & wonderful staff! I highly recommend! They have helped me tremendously!

No parking. Was extremely crowded no where to sit. Doctor was late but that’s not there fault. Staff was nice and friendly and professional. I got a vasectomy and it hurt so bad. Lidocaine didn’t work the first time. 6/10

I had a great experience with Las Vegas Urology. The doctors are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They always took the time to thoroughly explain things in a way I could understand. Highly recommend!

The last 2 visits were good. I don't understand why there has to be 2 visits for a consultation and a shot after 20+ years of doing all required procedures in 1 visit. This procedure is inconvenient for most patients when all can be done at the same time.

While dealing with Interstitial Cystitis for almost the last year, I finally have answers - and relief from this doctor. I get weekly bladder installations in the nurses clinic, and the experience is wonderful. Everyone has a smile on their face - and they are very friendly. I really want to thank Maria. She is the nurse that helps me most times I go. She makes it a little more bearable even though it's discomforting. Thank you for all of your help!

A great experience. I was able express all about my pleased progress. I also was blessed to my s doctor who was a good listen. She also offered some sound advice that I will work on applying her advice to add to improving my condition which my prayer is to get out of the house more without fear of getting myself

All I am trying to do is schedule an appointment. Their scheduling department is the worst. They have zero compassion and patience for new patience. They have hung up on me twice. The second time I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Instead of switching me we got into an argument about hanging up. I said what if I had cancer and I was in a serious situation? The representative said what if they were having a bad and I don't know their situation. They are comparing a bad day to having cancer. Seriously? Why are you in the medical field? I would not expect this from any business but from a medical facility? Absolutely go somewhere else.

I saw Jennifer Masslon today. She was so kind, answered all my questions, and discussed my treatment options. I am hopeful she will be able to help me with my health issue. Also the nurse and receptionist I had contact with were also very nice. I even got taken in once I was checked in, no long wait.

My experience with this medical establishment was far and beyond my expectations! The staff was very professional and made me feel well-cared for by handling ALL of my medical issues from lowering the cost of my prescriptions to resolving my bladder problem! I'm grateful for their existence!]

At my appointment today, I was really impressed with Jennifer Massion's medical acumen, which one might reasonably expect given her training and credentials, but what I was not expecting is the genuine care and care and concern that Jennifer has for her patients. Nor was I expecting a pragmatic wisdom from Jennifer that is usually only seen with much older practitioners. I has just requested the first available appointment of any of the medical staff, and had no idea that I was going to get such a helpful and skilled practitioner!!! Highly recommended!!!

I hadn’t been to the office for awhile and I had planned for a long wait. There was a line when I came in so I was a little anxious about being late checking in. The girls got us all checked in and I think I sat for less than 5 minutes. The nurse or medical assistant took me back and got things done quickly. I saw Amanda Squires, she also was quick, efficient and very cordial. Thanks you
