Dr Jason Smart did not give me any options about Glaucoma Surgery. He just told me to go to Surgery Center to have the Laser surgery for glaucoma and I did. After several hours of the Laser surgery, I had a lot of issues and complications. My right eye did tears a lot, painful, black and white floaters with light, and it's hard for me see very well. The Retina Specialist doctor was the one who told me that there's several options for Glaucoma Surgery. Until now, I still have the floaters on my eyes. I discussed about this with Misty, the supervisor. She said that she will discuss about this to the manager and with Dr Fizio and someone will call me. Two weeks passed now and no call. Please take good care of your patients.

Dr. Brian Miller of Advanced Eye Care referred both my wife and me to New Eyes for eye surgeries. Dr. Helga Pizio did cataract surgery on both of my eyes in November 2015. Dr. Jeffrey Austin did follow-up appointments after surgery. I have had no problems with my eyes after cataract surgery 8 years ago. This year Dr. Brian Miller of Advanced Eye Care referred my wife to New Eyes for eyelid lift surgery because her eyelids were obstructing her vision. Dr. P. Lloyd Hildebrand did the surgery on both eyes at Green Valley Surgery Center on 5-17-2023. Her vision significantly improved immediately after surgery. On 5-25-2023, she had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Hildebrand at New Eyes Southwest office on Warm Springs. Savannah and Serei are on Dr. Hildebrand's staff traveling to all locations with him. Serei took close-up pictures of my wife's eyes and documented on a computer my wife's answers to his questions. Savannah then did a great job removing sutures in the eyelids of both eyes, giving my wife immediate relief from itching caused by the sutures. Savannah also provided instructions to take home that promote healing of eyelids. Both Serei and Savannah were very friendly and did their work in a very professional manner. Dr. Hildebrand is an excellent surgeon. He readily answered my wife's questions before and after surgery. My wife, Michele, and I wholeheartedly recommend New Eyes doctors Helga Pizio for cataract surgery and P. Lloyd Hildebrand for eyelid lift surgery. New Eyes provides first class medical services. Dr Pizio and her staff are great! I visited for a cataract assessment and the staff who did the testing explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect during the tests (all were easy and nothing painful). Dr Pizio told me about my eyes and described the different options for cataract surgery and answered every question. She is an excellent communicator. Her scheduling team explained costs and details of what would happen during and after surgery. I felt reassured after my visit to their office.

If you care about yourself or family members…do not come here. Lack of communication, unprofessional, disrespectful. Seeks additional funds weeks after appointment when i paid in full in person ?

I wish I could score this lower. Be careful here. Office billing was a nightmare. Nothing to say about the doctor since I never got that far into it, but they will tell you one cost, or no cost, but you will still receive a bill either higher or completely different.

I have been going to new eyes for about 10years now, and the Dr. Austin been my doctor, he care about your eyes, and he is very good at what he dose, and the staff there is very kind, helpful, and they are always on time with my appointment

I trust Dr Austin with his expertise and care for the health of my eyes. My positive feelings about his work at New Eyes were again confirmed by my recent visit to see Dr Austin, technician Aretha, and front office staff.

Completely agree with another reviewer who said billing is a nightmare. I was charged for something that I was told was going to be free because it was a revision of the original procedure that wasn’t done correctly. I even have pre-surgery paperwork stating $0 charge. Billing department refuses to resolve the issue stating I need to resolve it with the doctor’s office (?). Been getting a run around with no resolution. Dr Hildebrand was nice, but totally messed up - after 2 procedures for the same problem, I still have to deal with it as it wasn’t fixed. I had to pay surgery center fee twice, anesthesiologist fee twice and doctor fee once. I am disputing the second doctor fee as I was promised by him it would be no charge.

Useless, overpriced and shady. First of all 250$ for a visit is outrageous! Second they will bill you on top that at nausem for some tests claiming that they r not part of the visit fee! Double billing you over and over on the bill that has been paid. Icing on the top they call u to remind u of ur appointment one hour on the day of ur appointment 😂 I came on the referral from neurologist in same building (makes u wonder why no?) they acted like they don’t know that doctor 🤦🏼‍♀️ then all I got is “nothing wrong “ here is ur bill! I didn’t even get a new eye glasses scrip from them. Avoid them at all cost!

I was referred to New Eyes by my Optometrist and am very pleased with their service. Dr. Quong was patient and thorough with my exam, and happy to explain his findings to me in layman's terms.I recommend them highly.

The staff were great & I loved the decor inside the office!! This location is the best decorated Doctor's office I've ever seen. I know that's not important when seeing a doctor but as the caregiver, who was in the waiting room the whole visit, I really enjoyed the decor.

Dr is great but he doesn't like if you have a hyphenated last name! Travel to location is burdensome from Henderson on the 515 & it gets worse as you approach 2020 Wellness way. Parking is worse than "sardine city" & so is outer parking; then you have to HIKE back to 2020 bldg & try to find the main entrance, which isn't clearly marked!!! & is also constantly blocked by vehicles trying to pick up non-mobile patients, blocking traffic!!!!

As soon as you walk into the office everybody is very friendly very caring is the best eye doctor I've ever been to!

Apart from major delay in getting an appointmenet, Jeffery Austin was on time and very good. I have been seeing him for many years now and never disappointed. In general New Eyes seems to be very overloaded and expect long wait time to get an appointment.

I had a wonderful visit!!! The staff was friendly and explained every step.. The doctor was very friendly and explained to me everything that was going on with my eyes..

I have always received excellent care for my eyes at New Eyes, since moving here from California in the summer of 2016. I highly recommend them for your eye care experience.

Dr Pizio was great, she came highly recommended for cataract surgery. I am extremely happy with both my artificial lenses. It cost quite a bit out of pocket, but I think it is worth it. Talking to others about less favorable outcomes from other surgeons in town, I am happy I chose New Eyes. Dr Austin is a little chilly but his care seems to be adequate. The office is always training interns which is okay, but means the patient is inconvenienced waiting repeatedly for first the student doctor and then the real one. I have a vested interest in training new good doctors, but some simple little treat (eye glass cleaner) would make me feel better about the inconvenience of first waiting to seeing a student doctor and then waiting again for the real doctor.

The office personnel and Dr. Kwong are fabulous. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Kwong is extremely professional and patient. He listens to questions and answers without making you feel you need to hurry along.

I had an eye problem the Monday after Christmas. She worked me into her schedule early in the day and found a tiny spec of something in my eye that had given me all the trouble. She treated the problem, explained what to do after, in a very thorough way. I was extremely pleased and grateful she was able to take the time to help as she is not my regular doctor in that practice, but I’ll be happy to see her again any time.

From the front desk employees to the gal that did my prep to doctor Hildebrand, they were all awesome. I was very early, as I drove 3hrs to get there & they took me right in. I would highly recommend New Eyes to anyone looking for eye care

Have been going to Dr. Stafeeva for numerous years and she is the best eye Dr I have ever had and her personality is wonderful. She stood by me with some very serious eye problems and never gave up. You could not find a better Cornish specialist. Even my New York Corona Dr complimented her for what she has achieved with my eye problem
