A woman named Yvette in accounting is very rude and demanded payment for which my insurance always covers. Because of their mistake in billing, they've given me headaches! After going back and forth with my insurance company, it turns out that Yvette didnt input the amount correctly and caused problems showing I owed money. The office staff is very unorganized! I hope the doctor trains his staff to be detail oriented.

Would give zero stars if I could. I've been a patient for years and Mehrdad Tafreshi and staff (ie Maria) have been consistently rude, disrespectful, and cruel. Not only that, they have hidden out-of-pocket charges and 2 hour wait times, even if you scheduled ahead of time. Avoid at all costs.

This is truly the best Doctor I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of Doctors, Tefreshi is kind, considerate, and very caring he don’t just check you leave he sits with and focus on your needs, the Medical Asst in the back is sweet and the lab technician is also sweet! The reason for the 3 stars is the Medical Asst front office. They are so inconsiderate, not polite at all and have no care for their patients. I asked if they can fax my referral to southwest radiology they (Maria) said she did 3 times to be exact once when I first called her last week and three times today. Pueblo said it was faxed also but the radiology said no face at all I called back for the last time too find out what was going on and Maria front desk lady put me on hold for over 20minutes than SW tried to call and it was busy they were just going to go ahead and take a verbal over the phone for the referral. The number was busy because Maria didn’t want to bothered with her patient. So I left SW and went to pick up the referral myself that Maria had no clue how to send you always dial 1 when it’s not 702 duh that’s why I believe the fax was not going through. Ok that’s fine but Maria or Pueblo did have the common professionalism to even apologize so so rude. I wish they would bring back the other lady that knew how to do her job and knew how to treat her patients! When Maria took rhe referral out of the fax machine she didn’t look at me or apologize for even if it wasn’t her fault the professional thing to do is apologize. I will continue to come here because the doctor is hands on and back and lab are awesome the front office really deserves no stars!

Dr Terfresji is a awesome doctor I've been seeing him for years Maria at the front desk is aslo awesome and his nurse cindy Im happy to have him as my primary care physician 👍😊and yes sometimes there is a wait but its worth it compare to some of these quickly Doctors in las vegas....

Horrible dr office. Although front desk workers are great the doctor shows no concern or care in anything you get tested for or prescribing medication. I was prescribed ambium without any warnings or anything about sleep walking and I drove my car on thanksgiving blacked out on this medication and totaled my car. The dr has no concern and it seems like it’s a burden to see you. Not friendly at all. I highly suggest you find a different dr

I have been a patient of Dr. Tafreshi for the last 10 years. I was diagnosed with type II diabetes in the year 2000,and I have been to different healthcare providers since then! Dr. Tafreshi is one of the best Doctors that I ever known. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a caring Doctor. His staff are great, and they do the best that they can to assist a patient in need. I highly recommend his office “Meadows Medical Group” for anyone who is in need of a good Doctor.

If anyone needs to Hippocratic Oath of a beautiful heart, that these fantastic doctors and staff is going to be on the best and we'll go beyond the best for the patient and much more and these special doctors are dedicated to the love of the work that they do and I give them 5 stars because I have faith and the quality that they do and you cannot go wrong with these doctors because they go Way Beyond the best for your medical needs guaranteed because I still I'm going to them for least 20 years and you cannot go wrong.

First time going to meadows medical and I must admit the staff is very friendly the doctor i seen was beyond helpful and made me feel like i came to the right place compared to the last doctor I seen in summerlin
