Donna is an Awesome Bartender. This town needs more Bartenders Like her. She's on too of her Game, Standing room only and not one person waiting for a drink or to cash out their winning Voucher. Great machines that actually payout! I highly recommend! I'd give 10 Stars if I could.

Worst customer service ever! I went in to buy a lighter there 2 nights ago and think I accidentally left my makeup bag there. That night, the next night and today I've called multiple times to inquire about it because I live far from there and my car is being repaired at the moment so it's quite the journey on the bus fir me to go and have it not be there. Perfect atmosphere if you are NOT into large crowds. Open 24/7 and the very nice lady with her security team seemed to make sure that your time there is relaxing and the astmosphere just as smooth as you play some slots to win. A perfect temporary get away from the daily life of routines and issues.

Hello everyone! I am a frequent visitor at this location and the staff and customers also know of me to be courteous, polite, and a funny guy at times. All the staff there are very gracious and understanding but most of all loyal to the customer as the customer service skills are greatly greatly appreciated to all the staff they think very much to all the customers there thank you very much for having me at the store for an experience of a lifetime. Love the small places to gamble without a lot of ppl and walking

At location right now and I have observed the guy working, he is very unprofessional, short with customers, complaining under his breath and overall just plain nasty. For myself, we ordered a drink and was told some of the bottles were for display, not for sale. Of all Dotty's locations I have visited this one this night is by far the worst run Dotty's ever!!

A little sub par compared to most of the Dotty's we've been to. We've gone four different times so far and only once have I feel really welcomed by staff. Seems like this one really seems to have an attitude of if they don't know you and you're not local (which i am) then they'd really rather you not be there. Also, a little bit tougher crowd hanging out. That alone is no problem because it's a tougher crowd that lives in the area but, the one night there was a problem it seemed the crowd controlled the bartender, not the other way around. I would have given two stars if not for the one time I went and was welcomed by the bartender in the manner I am accustom to from Dotty's.

I come here often (along with other locations) to get cigarettes. I've never tried the food, but the coffee was great! The staff are always friendly and professional and the camel 🐫 smokes (or any) 🚬 are the best price when paying cash 💸.

I love Dotty's. Small local gaming/gambling bar with locations everywhere in town. Best prices on name brand cigarettes too. Even better than smoke shops I think, but don't have generic brands like a shop does which is fine. Machines are fun too, some days looser than others but always fun.

I don't know if management Changed,but...it's a much more pleasanter place to Gamble than before. Cig prices can't be beat.😀

I am probably the only Dotty's regular that frequents this Vegas staple for everything but the gaming. The food, ambiance, and friendly staff are enough reasons for me to look forward to every visit!

Their slots have been very "tight" lately but the bartender was very friendly.

I wasn't impressed with the amount of games or with the variety of games. And the employee was doing her best but it was slightly busy and it swamped her so some help would be nice . Our current economy makes this difficult I understand but that is my rating

Small and cozy nothing like your strip casinos nonetheless its a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with the lowest prices on ciggs and alcohol as well as the drinks are AMAZING!
