Had to meet some fam up while in Vegas & thus ended up here. Not that it's horrible or anything, but I pretty much never go to Olive Garden. But this meal was fine, service was great. & The soup & bread sticks really are that good. ITEM'S ORDERED: Got something light since I was going to the buffet that night. Ended up going with Grilled Chicken Margherita (w/ Zuppa Toscana Soup) while the gf ordered Shrimp Scampi (w/ salad) TASTE: Everything was very hot & fresh. Honestly more so than I've had at some smaller independent restaurants. Props to the OG for that. The Grilled Chicken Margherita was decently made. Came with 2 pieces of chicken which I was surprised about at first but then remembered the meal was basically $20 so it made sense then. It's topped with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil pesto & lemon garlic sauce. Comes with a side of parmesan garlic broccoli. Flavor on the chicken was not bad, maybe a little too sour to me because of the lemon & tomato. Actually seemed a little oily even though it was a lower calorie entree. But it does have cheese, pesto & I'm pretty sure some butter. Broccoli was basically steamed broccoli with some parmesan sprinkled on top. The Shrimp Scampi was just ok. I mean you're not at the local seafood market on the water so don't expect some plump juicy shrimp. More the type of smaller, uniformly sized shrimp you buy in the frozen aisle. Taste was alright though but not as butter heavy as other scampis I've had since this is a lower calorie entree. The pasta would have better if it was a little more al dente. The gf really liked the salad & I agree it was very fresh & I'd get it again. Glad to see they still have the Zuppa Toscana soup since to me (along with fresh bread sticks) it was the star of the meal. The soup is cream based but a much thinner version than like a clam chowder. Nice savory flavor from the spicey sausage just as I remember. Glad that the potatoes still had a little bite & weren't mushy. The fresh bread sticks together with the soup is literally why I'd go back to the OG. PROTIP: Ask for bread sticks without salt to get the freshest ones. They come salted standard so you'll get really fresh warm ones if you ask for no salt. SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING: Service was very friendly & attentive at this OG. The waitress was very much on top of things which was great. This OG is located on the Westside, on S Decatur (& Oakey). If you know the area, it's close to that indoor swap meet. Parking is very easy since they have their own parking lot. Not a bad experience, but I don't see myself returning to the OG anytime soon. But if I do I hope to receive this same great service & I'll probably just eat the soup & bread sticks. They are worth the calories.

Great value for money. We ordered the Tour of Italy, comes with either soup/salad. Portion is huge, my wife and I shared our plate and still got super full. 🤓Chicken Alfredo is great as well

UPDATE: We went here for lunch today and had a good meal. The service was fantastic. All the food was served fast, hot and fresh. Even the breadsticks were hot and fresh. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The chicken parmesan in my Tour of Italy was hard and dry, completely inedible. My son's salmon plate had broccoli that was barely cooked and the salmon was very overcooked. They prepared another salmon dish and it was good. The shrimp scampi was good. The service was good. The soup, salad and beatified were good.

15/Oct/23 Again we received great service from a patient humble waiter named David . Thanks David for your excellent service.Especially since I had 3 refills on salad , soup and garlic bread. Was about a 25 minute wait cause we did not hear our names called but upon receiving that new they quickly got us a booth. Handicapped parking available, pleasant staff and clean facilities made our visit enjoyable. Loved the Minestrone and fresh salad with pepperoncini, tomatoes, olives, onions ,lettuce and fresh grated cheese. ****************** Succulent pastas and endless crispy fresh salads. Amazingly mouth watering. Your palate will never forgive you if you nelect visiting Olive Garden.

We ordered dinner & it took the waitress along time to just bring us our drinks & salad. When we got the ravioli there wasn't enough sauce on it plus the meatball was dry. So the waitress said she'd get some more sauce. We were almost done eating when she brought the sauce. We asked to speak to the manager. David the manager came over & spoke with us. We have never had an issue with our food here. When they layer the ravioli they need to add sauce to each layer.

My first time at Olive Garden. I had Spaghetti with meat sauce and club soda. I heard that they would have free bread sticks and asked for them, but they never brought any. The spaghetti were good but the serving too small for the price. Also, They charged me almost $4 for the club soda. To me, that is very rude. I don’t think I will try it another time.

First time visiting this olive garden in Vegas. The service was great and the food was good too. Our server was very friendly and got our order correct. I ended up getting the fettuccine Alfredo with 6oz steak. Also the chicken Carbonaro shrimp pasta. With the salad and the pasta, we got full for the entire night. For being in vegas our bill came out to a total of 59 dollars with 2 drinks.

Josh was very friendly and helpful. The toscana soup was delicious. The shrimp scampi was okay but the asparagus had a strong flavor in it

Veteran's Day Appreciation Meal today. It has been years since I've been to an Olive Garden and I'm pretty sure this is the last one I came to with my son over 10 years ago. I've been meaning to come back one day and see if it's gotten any better since it's still popular with so many people. I just read another reviewer giving One Star for being ignored when he was seated for 7 minutes and two Caucasian men were seated and immediately getting their drink order. I'm also a Caucasian older man and was not asked my drink order right away so I don't think that had anything to do with it ! As a fellow Veteran I hate to hear that , but it was a busy day with so many Veterans taking advantage of this offer they may have unintentionally thought someone else was helping him. I came in around 3pm and was by myself and seated right away. Once I was seated it did take a while before someone came to take my order , but again the tables were over half full. I got the Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti Noodles , Salad , and Breadsticks. The food actually came out pretty quick which I was surprised of that. The Chicken Parmigiana was actually pretty good , not great , but better than expected. I really liked the salad dressing and the salad. The spaghetti and the marinara sauce was not very good and the marinara sauce to me was kind of bitter. The bread sticks were just okay , but I've had better. It was a full meal and I actually took one of the chicken filets and some spaghetti and bread sticks home to my son. The reason I never came back with my family was that last time we came it reminded me of bad frozen dinners. I especially remember I got the trio and the lasagna was so bad and full of ricotta cheese which I really don't care for that it really turned me off to coming back again and the same with my son. I do have to say it looks like of course they have remodeled and it looks so much nicer than when I remember us coming in. I thought the service was decent for the amount of customers that were in the restaurant and my server was pretty nice. I usually get their name , but missed it this time. He was nice and did come and check on me to see if I needed anything else. I do want to thank Olive Garden and any other restaurant that gives thanks to the Veterans with a meal like this or anything to show their appreciation for the sacrifices we made during our time Serving Our Country.

Our server, Jerome, I believe that is correct, was excellent. Very accommodating. Saw to our needs and attentive but not chatty (thank you!), service very timely, and he had a great personable presence. A relaxing experience. Food was yummy and plentiful. A lively restful evening with my son. Most enjoyable.

The lasagna was ok. My son siad it taste like pizza to him. The spaghetti and meatballs were ok too. The unlimited bread sticks were not what we expected but still they were good. We just thought they were something better. I ordered the pasta with shrimp and chicken and creamy soup. It was really good. It was our first time and our last but we had a good experience. We were the first people to go in as soon as they open. The waitress was nice but she just needed to slow down and listen to what we're saying. She forgot one order for people of six and we appreciate the waitress with the refills of drinks even though we didn't want any more. The place was nice and clean. I would say to try it for yourself if you never have and decide for your self. That was my opinion.

Ordered to-go so this review is solely based on that experience. The girl at the to-go counter handling my order was lovely and clearly doing her best trying to handle a phone call and guests at the same time. She was very sweet, but I was a little disappointed by the lack of help she received. I work in the restaurant business and I know for a fact that at least one of the 4 or so other employees/managers I just saw standing around chatting, one of them even sort of overseeing her, could’ve lent her a hand? I understand if she’s new or still learning or you’re trying to teach her to multitask, but it seemed a bit overwhelming for her and it’s not hard to just step in to hand someone a bag that’s already there, so your guest’s food isn’t getting cold in the meantime. Just my two cents on it- we’re all only human and we can only do so much at once. Other than that, great atmosphere, food is great as usual, I just prefer to see management and employees supporting and helping each other when it’s needed.

Food was awesome, the only issue I had I was charged $3.00 for playing game when I asked about it the waiter said because I played a trivia game but I was not informed of this on the game itself. It never states this at all. Be careful ask about their game playing before you play you will have charges on your bill!

This place is always perfect for a cozy lost coast experience with family or friends. They have the best salad around and they will bring you as much salad as you can eat. The breadsticks are fresh baked and served hot and they bring you as many as you can eat also. The meals are large and affordable. They also have pasta meals you can take home for $6 bucks which was pretty cool. It’s hard to get a fast food meal for that cheap. Our server was very nice also.

Service is impeccable. We were greeted right away and seated within minutes. Then the food was awesome. I had the endless pasta and I was not disappointed. All in all a very good experience.

Took a long time at the front, no one there as a greeter when the hostess finally came up there was no eye contact, she was more interested in talking in the Mic around her loudly saying what may have been. Table numbers. Her head was down and she swiveled saying "Follow me" and picked up menus on the way by in the serving area and placed the menus on the table. And walked away. 10 minutes later we asked another server to help and he grabbed our waitress. Underwhelming service but the good was good

How can you go wrong with the Olive Garden? Unlimited bread sticks and salad. We were out in Las Vegas to celebrate my oldest son's wedding. And I took my mom my wife and my second eldest son to the Olive Garden. We all have a wide range of food preferences, and the Olive Garden has a wide enough selection I knew everybody would be satisfied. I had to ravioli carbonara, and most everybody else thought that was too salty because of the amount of bacon in the Alfredo sauce. Lucky for me I really like bacon and salty foods! Everyone had a great time, after a 12-hour journey in the car together for our drive out here. The server was very nice, and the staff courteous and professional.

Our waiter was Cory H. super nice young man, we started talking and it turns out we are both from Tennessee so we had a lot to talk about. The food was great as always we had a really nice time and enjoyed talking to Cory a lot. We're looking forward to seeing him again when we are back in Vegas.

I have never been a fan of this restaurant. Growing up in an Italian neighborhood it is nothing like real Italian food. I have been sick since I ate there. The gnocchi soup is OK and the breadsticks were edible. Spent way too much money on bad food. I knew it.

The service is amazing at this location. Ordered a catering meal and when I went to pick it up the staff was on it before I could even get to the front door. Order was ready when specified and the three staff members I interacted with were what I would expect for service when I go out. Being trained and worked for Disneyland service like that is hard to find. Kudos to the management team as well as the staff for promoting amazing Guest Service! Will choose this location for all of our Olive Garden needs in the future!

Had a wonderful experience here. Pearl was my server. She was great. Very upbeat and positive! Was quick to refill my drink and to offer more breadsticks! Food was fantastic as always. Fresh and hot.

Basic commercialized Italian restaurant. Food taste would average. Nothing would stand out. MAKE sure you clarify your choices. The menu is devised with a little trickery. Some items are not included and others might be an all you can eat price when just ordering a single portion. Service was good but slower than usual. Parking is available on all sides of the building. Noticed many employees took the parking spaces in the front. Not very crowded but still had to wait to be seated.

Went to this location with my sister and baby everything was great. I had to leave a review because just want to make sure to give credit to the staff for their amazing job. Our waiter was Rodolfo he went above and beyond with making sure we had everything we needed, thank you. Will be back to this location.

We had my daughter's baby shower here with 14 people. Ron the manager was super amazing giving us a great space and allowing us to decorate ahead of time before all of the guests arrived. Joshua P was our main server and he was absolutely incredible! We always had drinks refreshed, our food was served timely, hot, and super delicious! Amazing service, great ambiance. Highly recommend this location! Joshua P even helped us load all of the gifts into my daughter's car. We could not have asked for anything more!

In all my years of traveling to the United States as an adult,Hands down this was the best olive garden experience I’ve ever had. The appetizers came out very hot as it should,as well as the entrees.

I've only gone here a few times. This last time it wasn't bad or nothing. They followed my instructions except they didn't put the right kind of pasta. However I was asking for a lot of exceptions and a lot of changes. So it was no big deal because I appreciated them going above and beyond for me. The young man that came out and brought me my food was just the absolute sweetest. I will definitely be back.

We stopped for lunch. Got seated by a large loud group which was weird because there were a lot of empty tables on the other side of the half wall. Ordered never ending soup, salad, and breadsticks. I have to say I was disappointed. The portion sizes were large, but the soup was more like vegetable then chicken and gnocchi. I don’t know if we got the top of the soup kettle. There wasn’t hardly any chicken to be found and minimal gnocchi. Breadsticks were soft, but neither of us tasted much garlic on them. Which is good for your halitosis in the morning, but bad for your tastes buds. I was texting my companion during our lunch because the loud group table was selling a pyramid scheme to the people so loud we really couldn’t converse adequately.

I wish I could remember our server's name. She was so sweet and very attentive. We had a larger party and she remembered names and remembered me telling her it was my sister's 30th birthday and she brought out a dessert for her. The drinks were good, took a little long to get there but I only saw one bartender. Food was great. I had stuffed tortellini chicken Alfredo

Fantabolously wonderful. Our waiter was awesomeness personified. He handle my picky sister, my four year old nephew who is quite demanding. Our waiter handle it with great ease. I would highly recommend him. We had 9 in our party and a takehome meal. Just wish I could remember his name.

First time trying OG.. called to make reservations. Everything was yummy! The salad was probably my least and that's because I would have prefer the dressing on the side.. would definitely try again. Great customer service, the waitress was very attentive.

Google says they close at 10pm. Came in at about 9:15pm. Host said they were fully booked and about to close. I asked if I could place a to go order she didn't even know so I asked the staff at the to go counter and Leslie was nice enough to let us order and treated us very well, she was super efficient about everything. You can tell she works hard. What I REALLY didn't like is that a family placed a to go order after us but then got seated at a table. There were tables that said sanitized and ready while we waited.
