Stopped in for a quick dessert and was not disappointed! Mekella was very patient with me as I asked about ingredients. Fried Oreos are a best seller but I am trying to be healthy LOL The vibe here is "spacious and relaxed". The colors are upbeat and there is a strong "nature" vibe due to the numerous plants! And WOW the donuts are awesome. So light and fluffy. Next time maybe I'll try the tacos! :) [The name of the place is literally TACO-TARIAN]

Datenight in the Arts District and we decided to try Tacotarian... since we eat primarily plant-based. First of all, the atmosphere is delightful! We loved it! And the service was fantastic! And the little souvenir shop... fun fun fun! The food... not so great. Would I return? That's a "No," but... I am truly glad we went. And despite the taste, I absolutely can recommend this taco restaurant!

Delicious tacos indeed. The food came to us kinda lukewarm but it was delicious. Beautiful staff and the restaurant was decorated to perfection. Nice setup. I recommend this place, seriously. Forget about the lukewarmness, just concentrate on the tacos. The sauce was delicious with a good taste.

What's the better than Tacos? VEGAN TACOS! My wife is Vegan and I'm Hispanic so it's not often I can share may heritage with her food wise. Thankfully Tacotarian was created, everything is vegan so she doesn't have to ask if there is meat or dairy in any of the recipes. As a previous carnivore the flavors and textures are marvelous. This has been a staple to any of our Vegas trips. She has even ordered it on door dash...(or grub hub not sure which one she uses) so the food arrived before us! She is a big fan and so am I.

The service again was very good and I felt right at home. Lookin forward to my next visit especially the fish tacos that were absent cause they ran out of ingredients. I enjoyed the Arroz Con Leche like my mom used to make. Enchiladas, Burritos, chicken Milanese was all wonderful. Prices were great and wheelchair accessible ramps were not visible except for around the corner and the restrooms were very clean. Jesus cares say your prayers Amen.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. the moment you walk in, the ambiance to the decor all the way to the service. I'll start off with I'm not a vegitarian or a vegan but I do love a good restaurant. And this place blew my mind. If your a foodie you appreciate the minds that make something come together you will not be disappointed here. Love stories of fried mashed potatoes in a taco, deep fried avocado Baja, and plant based El Pastor. The different types of tortillas to the different sauces combined with the plant based "meats" are fantastic. And the guac was so fresh along with the chips. And please, please don't skip out on the dessert. Very few things give me feels, but the deep fried Oreos and the blueberry cheesecake brought tears to my eyes.the marriage between sesame and Oreo crust and the ice based ice cream are what I didn't know I needed in life. After my first bite I had to stop to enjoy the it and relish in the fact I've never had such great things made together, (I don't have a picture because I was so focused on the delish). I'm a carnivore so coming here took a bit of effort on my part lol I told the cashier to give me the Taco platter but to surprise me with the 3 most meat tasting tacos he had. I'm not sure what I ate but one of them definitely tasted like meat. The other 2 were too sweet for my taste. I don't like beans so I asked for double rice. The rice was amazing and it even came with a little salad. The jamica drink is amazing and I got 3 refills. I also ordered the frutiest alcoholic drink they made but it was too strong for me so they brought out Agave and strawberry syrup. The staff is amazing and tentative. Love the decor with the REAL houseplants. Will definitely be back!

My wife recommend we try out this “taco place” as we were visiting the Arts District. Immediately, we were impressed with the interior style and layout. There was a solid vibe and good energy that was welcoming, but not too busy. We ordered what we thought were chicken, fish, steak, and el pastor tacos. They were the best we’ve had since moving to Vegas almost three years ago. We didn’t find out they were vegan, made with meat substitutes until after we finished. Neither of us are vegan, but if we could find more places like tacotarian to prepare dishes that tasted as good as today’s, we may convert!

Absolutely slaps. Great food! I only wish they more actively encouraged people to sit spaced out inside of the restaurant, as two groups sat immediately next to our table, when the other side of the restaurant was empty. But the staff were super kind! The inside of the restaurant is extremely cute too.

Not too bad, not too good. The best taco is the One with Mole. But, the Asada and the pastor are too sad. The tortillas are too greasy, not like the regular ones or the traditional ones. All the tacos were cold, the most sadness. The horchata is good—too much plastic waste. Nice place! (Talking about the interior design).

I had the birria taco platter and let me just tell you that this is one of the best plant based mexican food I’ve had! Even the cheese is vegan and has an amazing cheese pull, you would never be able to tell its vegan cheese! I was so happy I found this place! I also had the pineapple agua Fresca, it was such a refreshing drink and had good flavor to it. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was great, you can sit anywhere you want and order up front when ready.

Love every single item on the menu. A vegan delight for all. Yummy food and delicious cocktails makes this one of my favorite Las Vegas joints.

Vegetarian Food: Plant based Eatery. I am so glad I decided to come to this place. Spent a few hours and could have been there longer if I did not have a flight to catch. The food is healthy, delicious and serve with so much care and attention. The tacos were delicious. So was the Hibiscus Aqua Fresca. The chips and salsa were good. Nothing spectacular but still good. The customer service is excellent and the ambiance is lovely. I am still thinking about the teal couches. Looking forward to coming back the next time I am in Vegas. The greens and the handmade products were lovely along with outdoor seating. Must try.

Great vegan taco place in art district. I really enjoy trying their mostly all tacos. our favorite one was asada taco and chorizo taco. All tacos are very tasty and worth trying it. The person who takes Orders is best at suggesting and good salesman lol. Their cocktail were extra strong and good. Overall, we glad that we endes up their where food, service and atmosphere great. It is close to lively street when i was visiting.

This place, omg.... I can't say enough amazing things! The food is DELICIOUS, and priced incredibly reasonably, I'd even go so far as to say it's cheap, but the quality is far from cheap. Everything is vegan, too! Even if you're not a fan of vegan food, you should give them a try. This'll be the place to change your mind, I promise!! The food is so amazing, the drinks are incredible, and the staff is so wonderful!! Please, if you haven't gone yet, you really should! They care about safety too, disinfecting the tables after each customer, with signs that tell you if a tables been cleaned or not, and they offer hand sanitizer in multiple places throughout. This place is right next to my favorite coffee shop and so I thought I would give it a shot. I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly, the place has a great vibe and the food was terrific. Very reasonable prices for a plant based place. I had the taco plate and loved all three tacos. I can’t wait to visit again try some different tacos. I would strongly recommend trying this place.

I was floored. To be 100% honest, I had no clue I was signing up for plant based tacos when we walked in, and we almost turned around to find non-vegetarian tacos. (Thinking about the name may have helped us figure out it wasn’t meat based. 🤦🏻‍♀️) Not only were all of our tacos super delicious, the atmosphere was so refreshing and perfect for the art district in Vegas. We will be returning very soon to have more!

I was brought here by some friends and really loved the experience! Cool urban environment with very unique vegetarian taco fare. The corn tortillas were delicious and I really enjoyed each of my tacos/the spicy salsa they came with. Highly recommend this hip and affordable taco venue!

Our first visit to Tacotarian was excellent! It has a great relaxed environment. A cute little gift shop area and cool atmosphere. The food was so fresh, delicious and affordable to feed our family! We will definitely eat there again!

The menu has a lot of options that makes this place exciting to visit. However, attention to the quality of food is lacking. I started with the sopo de fideo which tasted like a bowl of trader Joe's tomato soup reheated with some noodles added to it. The cauliflowers ceviche had too much lemon making it taste a shade too sour. From the taco menu, I tried the Baja taco and the carne asada taco. The carne asada tasted decent but slightly on the saltier side. The Baja taco however was a disappointment with the dish tasting only of the oil the avocado was fried in and the dressing again was too sour. The beans served on the taco plate also tasted a little undercooked and as if removed from a can. The horchata luckily was enjoyable and the shop itself was setup well making it pleasant to sit in and spend time.

Great vibes. The first time I went I did not know it was a vegetarian restaurant. A couple of the tacos I had I could not tell had fake meat. The one in the art district is my favorite. Even has that Instagram feel if you wanted to take pictures. Plus, after you eat you can walk around the art district and get to know the area and see all of the murals.

Don’t have enough compliments for this place! Very nice people and great food. We got the special which they have until the end of the year and it was amazing. We also sampled other tacos and again, they were great 😊 the agua Fresca was a bit to sweet for me but nonetheless delicious

Always happy to support plant based locally owned eateries. House margarita was great. We ordered several things to try - enchiladas, and flautas were really good. Served with rice and beans which was also very fresh and flavorful. The elote might take a little getting used to - it’s served with Takis crumbs and some sort of chipotle mayo. If it was drizzled with mayo it may have been a little better for me. We love the vibe and the outdoor seating area. Staff was also very helpful.

I came here for breakfast and dinner! I couldn't believe how delicious each meal was. I tried the breakfast sandwich & the taco platter. Couldn't believe how great everything tasted. I wish there was one in Utah): Cannot WAIT to come back!

Been here a few times and it is always consistently amazing. Very, very good food and a chill vibe. Nice patio and the friendly staff keeps it clean. Although it is all vegetarian options, if you aren't vegetarian you'll still enjoy it and feel full. Opt for the tacos, not the burritos. The mushroom asada, the fried avocado, and the fish tacos are my favorites. Hibiscus margaritas are a go to. Always a good spot to get a snack when you are in the area. 10/10.

Not only is their food and service SUPERB, it is in an amazing location! The food is SO GOOD and so is their service. Their Cali Burrito with Al Pastor and Ranchera Salsa is insanely good. So are their Taco Platter and Asada Quesadilla. Also their Cauliflower Ceviche... Point is, this place is amazing if you are vegan and a fan of Mexican food.

I am not vegan but Tacos we’re great! Love potato tacos. Also got chorizo tacos that were yummy. Takis elote was fire. Mushroom enchiladas were fire. Strawberry margarita was great. Everything tasted great.

We were in the area and wanted a sweet treat. This place popped up on Google as having vegan dessert so we gave it a try. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to eat a full meal here! We had the fried Oreos and cheesecake. I am vegan, my sister is not. We both LOVED it! It was the perfect delectable sweet treat we were looking for. So wish we had time to come back try everything else!

Great food and atmosphere at this Vegan Taco shop in the Arts district, downtown.......and I'm not a vegan or vegetarian!! Loved the vibe here! We ate tacos (Baja, Mushrooms Asada, Carne Asada) and the Tacotarian Salad. And the Mexican drink Jamaica. Clean, hip, fun and inviting!!! Great job Tacotarian! 🌮🌮🌮 Keep up the good work, there is a ton of competition out there!

As I have with all of the other places I’ve rated and reviewed, I found Tacotarian by trolling Google Maps for a place to eat. Great spot with very creative (as well as classic) tacos at a good price; I think most of the tacos my girlfriend and I ordered were $3 or less. For this visit, we had the carne asada fries, one carne asada taco, one al pastor, one plantain con mole, and one Baja. All except the Baja were on double corn tortillas, the quality of which was excellent. The al pastor had pineapple and the pork was appropriately red, the carne asada was juicy, the plantain con mole was very creative and delicious (love the slight chocolate against the sweetness of the plantain), and the Baja was a veggie style utilizing fried avocado. I’d have all four tacos again. The carne asada fries were crispy and delicious, though they did get a little soggy toward the end, which is to be expected given the amount of topping used in the recipe. They do use nacho cheese sauce, which I wasn’t a huge fan of; I’d get them again, if I lived nearby. However, being out of state, I’d probably try a new appetizer on a second visit. The four salsas ranged the spice range and were all delicious. I particularly enjoyed semi-spicy chipotle. Anyway, this is long enough! Bottomline: if you’re in Vegas, or even just passing through, head to Tacotarian in the Fremont area!

I don’t usually go looking for plant-based foods but this spot was recommended by a few friends. Pleasantly surprised by how well-seasoned the food was. Service was good and food came out within 5 minutes or so. Ordered the birria platter. The texture felt close to cooked meat, just a bit softer. Minus 1 star due to the menu not being clear—menu makes it seem like the birria platter comes with salad, rice and beans (which I expected for the price and being called a “platter”) but it only included sides for items listed underneath. Should be clearer considering that’s the reason I went with this instead of the taco platter which did include the sides.

Love this place! Just flew into Vegas for work and found this gem! All vegan! Carne asada and Al pastor tacos were amazing, fish taco wasn’t my favorite. Also had a vegan queso fundido! Where else can you get that?! Nowhere that I’ve found. The VIBE in here is awesome, it’s order at the counter, but has a lounge feel, louder music (amazing playlist) and very trendy inside. I am definitely feeling it. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a doggie patio that is super cute. They have cocktails as well. I didn’t try them because I am working. My wife and I went to Vegas for the first time and stopped here after a small excursion to Fremont St. We recommend taking the Deuce double decker bus to and from Fremont St. from the strip. Affordable and cheaper than Lyft. Anyway, we wanted to try some good Tex-Mex/southwest flavors and Tacotarian didn't disappoint! We didn't realize until we got there that the restaurant serves plant-based proteins but the food was still very good, and environmentally friendly! We shared the taco platter and had an asada, pastor, and veggie taco, with rice and beans. Their chips and salsa is good, and we had a side of guacamole which was also delicious. I believe salsas and guacamole are made in-house. If you're looking for authentic tex-mex in Vegas, don't miss this place! Affordable, too!

Best vegan fish taco I've ever had! So f'n good. That thing was stacked and the flavor combo was amazing. Mushroom asada tacos were awesome as well. Did not like tortilla soup as a person that loves soups this was the only disappointment. Love the presentation but execution was not there. Cool patio and vibe.

This place made my vegetarian heart SO happy! I WISH we had a place like this where I live. I tried 5 of the tacos and each one was unique but were also equally yummy. The one with the pineapple salsa was probably my favorite. The servers were all very friendly and the place had a nice ambiance. If I'm ever back in Las Vegas I will definitely be stopping here again.

Open floor and freestyle seeting. For not knowing this was a meatless taqueria, the presentation and taste were superb. I had the flautas - this is what I would recommend if you are wanting to be safe with their options. I will come back!

I ordered the taco platter (3 tacos + sides) and a hibiscus margarita with salt on the rim. Very tasty and reasonably price ($23 out the door + tip). Counter order, table delivery. I got the asada, barbacoa, and veggie tacos.

We went here with the whole family. Everyone had something different and everyone loved their dish. We had only two vegans in the group, but there no complaints from the omnivores. The food came quickly, was hot and fresh, the Margarita pitcher is a good choice. Personally, I had the Giant Taco which lived up to its billing - a taco about as big as my head. And delicious.
