This is the most disorganized clinic I have ever been to. I had 2 different appointments here and waited 90 mins the first time and 60 mins the next. Have the decency to call patients and let them know you are running 2 hrs. behind. This could totally be avoided. I would have rescheduled. The waiting room is divided in sections. Its hard to hear when a staff member is calling your name or where they are even calling from. You are also not guaranteed you will see the doctor you asked for when you made the appointment. How can you give quality care if you are just reading a person's records minutes before seeing them? I'm so frustrated with this place. I'm finding another clinic.

Dear Dr. Capobianco, I thought you move to bigger place will be better, I guess NOT! The Customer Service at your place Awful than before! Everyone has an bad attitude except one who workedof the lab. The Worst attitide, and this is not good!

I had an appointment to establish care scheduled for 3:45 for which I arrived at 3:30. I did not see the doctor until 4:30. He LITERALLY spent no more than two minutes with me. He did not ask about my current medications or if I needed refills. He quickly looked in my throat, eyes, ears, listened to lungs and heart. He then ASKED ME if I wanted any labs drawn??? So... I’m obviously not a doctor and don’t exactly know if I should be having any labs drawn or which type. He then took me to the lab and did not even tell me that the appointment was over. As he was walking away he told me that I should stop taking over the counter ranitidine, but did not suggest any other medication in place of it. I actually saw him leaving the office before I was even done with the lab. Don’t get me wrong... he was pleasant, but it was rushed and not thorough at all. I’m a generally healthy 34 year old, but if I had any real health concerns I DO NOT think that they would’ve been addressed appropriately. I DO NOT recommend this doctor.

I have mixed emotions regarding this provider. Overall, I went in with an issue and it was address how I wanted it to, he knew what he was talking about and I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. With that being said, the MA was cordial at best and the provider came in asked what he could do for me. I don't think he made eye contact with me once during my visit. 3/5

Be prepared to receive biased treatment if you are from out of town or are a self-paying patient. Chose this practice, based on the Google reviews, to be seen for what I thought was a lingering chest cold. Charged me $150 to be seen by a medical student (never saw a doctor). Prescribed cold medicine that I had already been using for the previous three weeks. No follow up phone call from the office but I did follow up my appt with a phone call to the office a week later per the student's orders and asked to speak with a physician, never to be heard from again. No chest X-rays, no breathing treatments, no nothing. So here I sit with acute bronchitis (self-diagnosis of course) and going on five-weeks now. Time to find another doctor!!

LEO CAPOBIANCO MD... I came to this doctor because all the good reviews but they were misleading. First doc visit copay was 163 fine whatever then I was told it’ll be 60 after that. I go in to see this doctor and explain to him i haven’t been to the doctor in 2 1/2 years. I tell him I’m having problems in 3 different areas of my body and he only paid attention to ONE! He sent me to get X-rays and told me we’ll have lab work done when I return. I go ahead do the X-ray’s I get a call from his office saying they want to talk about my results. Sure enough my co-payment was 106 for him to just read my results literally that’s all he did. He told me what it was and it’s not cancerous and nothing else!! didn’t go into detail about what causes it or remedies nothing. Asked him what about the lab work and he asked if I ate and I said yes and he’s like well we can do it and I tell him i didn’t know it was exactly the time I came back. Mention to him I wanna see a back specialist and he ask’s why would I send you to see a back specialist as if he had no idea or remembered our conversation from literally 3 days ago. If I hadn’t mentioned the lab work or back specialist I would have paid 106 to have my results read to me a 1 minute conversation. Overall I feel his front desk was more interested in helping collect my 300 dollar deductible (which I was over charged so they owe me about 40 dollars because 70 dollars for x rays) than my well being and he himself was not a concerned doctor, didn’t listen well or explain things throughly and I felt he was more interested in getting you out as quickly as possible. I will not be returning to this doctor and I’ll have my new doctor request my results.

From the front desk all the way through examination, it was a professional, courteous and helpful atmosphere. These people are so incredibly busy yet they still have the time to personalize the service. When your not feeling well it is hard to be nice or understanding but it is important to understand that these people are working hard to get to everyone and try to figure out what the best course of action might be. I want to say thank you to all the personnel that I had contact with and specifically the Nurse Practitioner that handled the decision making process for putting her knowledge to work and getting me back on the road pronto. 🤗

I called twice to verify I would be able to be seen as a first time patient without my insurance card as I have just activated my insurance through my work and haven’t received my insurance cards yet. Both times two different front desk ladies said yes, it’s okay if you don’t have your cards all we would need is a member ID number. When I asked if I would be able to give my number after my appointment they also said that would be fine. I show up to my appointment at 8:35am and now the front desk woman said that’s incorrect, and I will be seen as if I have no insurance at all. This office does not have their information together and I will not be returning.

The first time I went to this location, I was pleasantly surprised. BUT...upon returning for my follow-up 11 AM appointment, I waited 90 minutes with people coming in after me going in before me. I paid my copay upon entry. A gentleman behind the counter asked for it again. I told him I'd paid it and he argued with me. I showed him the payment had processed on my phone, and then he said he thought I was someone else. I checked in three times to find out how long g I'd have to wait. Finally gave up. What a joke. It would be great if they valued me as a patient but I guess not

This place is great. I honestly can't see myself going anywhere else. One major plus is they accept Medicaid! The stuff here is friendly and extremely understanding to their patients. This clinic has made me feel comfortable and cared for ❤

Well, thought we would give this place a try. I needed a primary care doc after being in the hospital for heart problems. The staff was friendly in front, the medical assistant ask me if I wanted to see Dr C or a PA or NP, I told her Dr. C. Apparently previous reviews were right, they don’t listen to you and in came a PA. Not only did I not get to see Dr. C, the PA had the worst bedside manner, loved to talk about himself, did not care what I had to say, listened to my heart and had my take a deep breath, no other assessment, and I felt like I wasted my time and did not get the care I expected!

My new PCP office. I’ve been through a few because there’s always something really bad with each office. THIS office is amazing. They listen, they care, the process is smooth and everyone genuinely seems like they want to be there. Brittany Garcia, an NP was the best care provider I’ve ever worked with. She listens, she cares and she incredibly knowledgeable. True collaboration. I will recommend everyone I know to go see her and this office in general. Thank you to the whole staff for what you do for your patients!

Best doctors office/ pcp I’ve ever had! Natalie is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She takes the time to really listen to what I have to say… The whole center is great, but Natalie is my go to! I’m 55 years old and after all of the doctors I’ve seen she’s the best. She treats you with respect, which is very important to me. I can’t extol her enough (and the center). If she were to go anywhere else I would follow her. Such an asset to the medical community!

Very dissatisfied with this clinic. The staff was very unprofessional. Never notified me for any referrals nor bloodwork results. The doctor seems he doesn’t care about his patties. Stay away. Would not recommend.

I chose this doc because of all the good reviews. They are right. Very nice and clean place. The bad reviews you do see are from people who even if their healthcare was totally free they would still complain. Need a doc? Go see Dr.C!!!

There was a little bit of a mixup with setting my appointment, but once that was all taken care of, it was really nice. Lots of paperwork due to being a new patient, but that needs to happen anywhere you go. Nurses and front desk were very nice and the NP I saw, Dani, was extremely awesome. Her and the nurse made me feel super comfortable. Everyone was very personable and friendly. Edited to add that they keep track of themselves and how long it's been since you've been seen. Always something cool to see with a doctors office.

I have been looking for primary care for over 2 years, having moved to Las Vegas in 2020. I have been seen by multiple staff and honestly say they have been great! Doctor C is so, so kind and is an amazing doctor and this is coming from someone that usually is very intimidated by doctors! He listens to what is wrong and orders what is needed right then. My husband and I both saw him and both of us felt so comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is exceptional as well. This is a VERY busy practice which shows how wonderful they are as well. Thank you Dr. C, we have finally found our forever doctor after our other doctor passed away!!!

This has to be the best doctors office in the Las Vegas area. Dr C. and his team have helped me a lot and are always great to work with. The office is always busy but they are quick. Happy to see a new location opening later this year. I will not go to any other doctor. Highly recommended

Donielle is absolutely amazing. I love doctor C, but it’s amazing knowing he has great mid level providers that are so understanding of my needs! Would love to see her at the Henderson office more often. It’s hard to drive all the way up to the Tenaya office when I live in Henderson. But I would drive anywhere if possible to be seen by any of these amazing providers. Being that I work in the medical field, I have trust issues with providers; but not with Dr C or Donielle. So grateful.

I HIGHLY recommend NP Natalie Wynn. I went to her over a year ago and she has treated me for long haul COVID ever since. She is super intelligent and knowledgeable in her job and she LISTENS to you. That’s how she narrowed down my treatment and I’m feeling great after many visits and her unwavering commitment. I can’t thank her enough. She truly is an example of making a difference!

I am happy with Doctor Center in general. However, I was not pleased with the text based communication system you have implemented. I needed to get a renewal for a prescription, sent a message and got no response back. 2 days later I drove to the office and and was able do it in person. Thankfully, there was a slot to get me in to take care of what was needed. That part was 5 star but the process leading up was a 1.

Efficient, courteous and pleasant. Super professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. The absolute most pleasant medical professional I have ever encountered. Ms. Wynn is compassionate, friendly, not judgmental and genuinely cares about her patients and our well being. No rush in and out, discussions on our concerns and works with you on solutions that fit your needs. I love her!!!!

I arrived early, took me in right away. Excellent nurse took vitals, asked appropriate questions. Natalie Wynn is excellent. Caring, smart, understood my conditions, made great recommendations. Love this place and love Natalie.

Despite how busy they were, I was amazed at how fast & organized this office was. This was my first visit. Everyone was professional & friendly. From the check in desk, Sheryl, Roxanne my medical assistant & Becca my NP. All of them gave great customer service. I was really happy with my first visit!

Terrible! Don't go! The staff is friendly and efficient. The medical staff are kind, knowledgeable and involved. You are not a number or cattle in a shoot. They have in house phlebotomists for lab work. The kind of place that you would find in a small town practice. Becca is just WONDERFUL! But, I don't want to say too much about her, because everyone would want to see her!

Dr. Capobianco and Daphne Davis are attentive, compassionate people with their minds on customer care and well being. I have been seeing Dr. C for almost a decade now and I always receive excellent care.

I have never had to wait too long the staff is friendly and professional and my Doctor has saved me from having a nervous breakdown down by balancing my hormones I have been very satisfied with my treatment from the Doctor.

I just love Dr. Capobianco and his staff. They’ve been great and helpful since day one, and I love talking to Sheryl who did my immunotherapy for me for a year, she’s always full of great advice and interesting stories. I just always feel taken care of and the appointments are fast. Every time I did meet with Dr. Capobianco he has been so pleasant and great, he’s the kind of a doctor that is very hard to find these days, he cares. Great place, and I am very happy to have found it. Good doctors are so far and in between in Las Vegas.

My second time at place been waiting 11/2 hrs to be seen. Never coming back and I would never recommend this place.

Great Doctor and very caring and devoted to his patience. I have been my doctor over 20 years. Always, happy to see me and who ever I recommend to him to help. Very through and always take his time to answer any question you may have. Other Hospitail send him any prior records right away so he can review them either prior to your visit if possible, by you the patience calling to ask for the authorization a head of time to email or fax to you immediately. All my Orthooedics and specialist enjoy his prompt response to their request. Any prior mri, ct scan and blood work they will get also promptly for you to give the DR.C a good preview of any prior conditions you might of had or have so Dr. has a clear picture of what next to do and of what’s going on with your health. This office really works to make sure which providers are on your specific health plan to keep you in network to save you money... Pharmacy’s Here in nevada is Smith’s and even while in Texas Kroger was very happy to call my doctor for my high blood pressure medication when I ran out while visiting out of town. Dr. C. always will makes changes needed in your scripts or any type of adjustments to save his patience money and time. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and will voice any concerns you might have to the doctor regarding your care and Dr. C always address your concerns himself. Moving to a new state and having to find a new Dr. that you like and feel comfortable with can be difficult ..so when you’re lucky enough to find a great Dr. on the first shot- it’s awesome. Dr. Leo Capobianco is that doctor with a great staff as well.

It's been a long time since I've felt comfortable discussing my issues with anyone. And Rebecca Reilly, has made me feel very comfortable discussing them again.( Sorry I forget her exact title ) My issues are not easy to discuss with just anyone. They're very personal and private to start, so being sensitive and understanding of them is very important to me. Ms Reilly has been all that and more, and I'm very grateful for that. With her wisdom and experience, we've been able to put together a treatment plan that's orientated to particular goals. All the staff is very professional and friendly, and I'm very happy with the service there, thank you. But again, major props for Ms Riley

Long time patient. Dr Caponianco & entire staff has always cared for me in very efficient, professional & pleasant manner. Nice to know at least a few medical offices in area are superb in all ways. Wish the rest were like this office.

Very easy to get an appointment anytime you need one Monday-Friday. I recommend this facility to many people. Everyone their is always caring and sympathetic. All the people in the office are pleasant to talk to and you get seen in less than 5 minutes. Nurse Garcia did an amazing job curing the pain in my shoulder. I was very nervous to have the procedure done, but she always makes me feel comfortable. It was completely painless to my surprise! Once it was over the pain was instantly gone. I made sure to thank her in person during my next visit but honestly I couldn’t thank her enough. I could barely move my arm for over a year. It’s nearly 100% better.

This is my first time doing a review for anything. Today, I went in as a walk in for an allergic skin reaction. The receptionist in the front are friendly and checked me in quickly. Waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes to be called in. Once, I was called in Becca, the nurse practitioner, was very attentive and addressed/tackled my health needs. Thank you for a very smooth visit today.

Best Doctor experience I have ever had. I am attended to promptly with care. I was listened too, given my lab draw right in the office and was offered options for all my concerns.. My lab results came back the next day and had access to them via the patient portal. They scheduled a follow up visit before I left the office. Just great attention to detail and patient care. The PA Brittany Garcia was fantastic!

I came to this practice to establish a new general doc. From the first call to make the appointment everyone was extremely nice and it seemed like they knew what they were doing from the beginning. They were very familiar with my insurance, which I’ve had people have a problem with in the past. When I got there I filled out my forms, everybody was very sweet and when I went back I saw Doni the nurse practitioner and she was wonderful and the MA that took all my vitals was really nice too I can’t say enough good things about this practice, so far. These people are on top of it. I love the on-site lab, very convenient!

I was seen by a Doctors group here in Vegas for the last 16 years and I hated it. A friend referred to Dr. C and I gotta tell you, just the first 15 minutes was day and night, I’ll never go back to my old doctors! Everyone on staff was highly educated and they patiently answered all my questions. And attended to my needs without hesitation. I literally enjoy going there and always look forward to my next visit. Even the classic rock playing throughout the office was just added pleasure. So don’t wait 16 years like I did. Call them today for an appointment and start looking forward to your doctors visit like I do.

Great place. I never have to wait long to see a doctor and the staff is super friendly. They also do blood work and CT scans on site along with a few other tests so you never have to wait long to get results or have to make multiple appointments. They also offer telehealth visits and their doctors are wonderful. I have recommended this place to multiple friends and family members.

For the holiday season, I expected a longer wait time. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving to Dr Center. Dr accessed my injuries, X-rays ordered. X-Ray technician was fantastic, took care with positioning my hand and ankle to get best pictures. Once X-rays were completed, dr explained my care and I was on my way. Dr, entire staff professional, courtesy and friendly. Highly recommend this office.

The front desk very organized, great customer service skills. Even though they were very busy and short staff that day they never missed a beat. I did not sit in the examine room for hours neither and I was a new patient. Dr. C I really like the way he handle his patients, by me being new he made me feel he will be good for me and he said it in his own way. This was our first visit to establish PCP, schedule exam and labs, obtain referrals. The office staff is efficient and welcoming. We did not have a long wait. The doctor was thorough and also efficient and welcoming. We are happy to have found this practice for family medicine. Our initial impression is that we will be in great hands.

Rebecca Reilly is very thorough and listens to your health needs. On my journey to lower my blood sugar levels for T2 diabetes and I’m glad that I found her. It’s almost a month since I’ve been under her care and looking forward to the months to come to feeling better and get my diabetes under control. I would recommend anyone to her.

I love Doctor's Center, and I refer many people to them. The medical staff are very caring and helpful, I have confidence in them. Even though they are always busy, the office staff is able to very quickly help patients and process them in for their appointments. Between the medical staff and the office staff it really is the best place to go for medical visits here in Las Vegas.

I'm a military vet and had nothing but bad experiences with doctors. I knew I had high blood pressure and other issues but, after I got out of the military, I refused to go to a Doctor. My Friend and wife made me go and I met Dr. C. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I am going to see him again this eek and am actually looking forward to it for once.

I was totally appreciative of everyone there this visit they were kind and helpful and my Dr. and nurses where great, especially after I got my treatment I had ,I was debated on this being my last visit there but it was GREAT! And I will definitely be back ! Thank you and I’ll see y’all on Wednesday for my follow up, I forgot my Dr. name but I have her card ,people like her in the medical field we need !! Like every day thank you again.

The BEST doctor/patient experience that I've ever had is at this clinic. I would recommend Doctors Center to anyone- even if they had to drive 1,000 miles to get here. The check in was flawless, front desk was knowledgeable and anticipatory, nurses were fast and thorough, Dr was caring, extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable and very anticipatory. I was shocked at the efficiency. I thought that I'd be stuck in there for days.. .it was like a total of less than 1 hour. Sweet! .... did I mention they are all hotter than General Hospital actors? ;-)

Very efficient office crew. Got me in a d out in a timely manner. Dr. Capobianco listened to my troubles and gave me all the time I needed to explain myself. Very quick turn time around on follow up appointments. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. C and his entire entourage.

Every time I go here I see Natalie Wynn. I love her. She really listens and gets what she needs to done. The women I got to meet in their in-house lab were so wonderful to talk with and made the experience so smooth. The front office is always polite and timely with answering when I call and make it very easy to book follow ups.

Experienced very short wait time. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The office is very organized and runs like clockwork. This is one of the main reasons besides medical care I love about this medical practice. The practicing physician on that day NP/PA Martinez was not only helpful, but asked the right questions and addressed my symptoms. I also received a follow up phone call that was very helpful to me. 5 stars well deserved.

I am extremely happy with Dr Leo and his staff they have been nothing but helpful and kind. Dr.leo takes the time to listen and always has the time for a hug he truly cares for his patients is a magnificent doctor and I would highly recommend him. I know when I go in I will be satisfied with my results because he goes beyond his duty as a doctor to get to the root of the problem and to solve its, I feel very blessed to have found him and his fabulous staff. I also would like give a hands up to laser hair removal I have a wonderful technician her name is Daphne and she walks you through the procedure I have noticed remarkable results and I've only had four sessions. And I always get a hug before I leave. I give the doctor and his staff a high recommendation.

NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!! Very disappointed with the several lies and back peddling done by several staff members. My care was not the worst but far from the best. During one of my visits I waited 3 hours in the room to later find out that several of the staff walked out because a new manager was hired. The clinic stopped taking my insurance and was seen as a self pay. Per there Policy all Self-Pay patients need to pay in FULL prior to being seen. Now I have received 6 bills telling me I did not pay them and asking me for more money. I have spoken with several staff including the billing department. Who assured me this was just a mistake on their end. At that time I even offered to send a receipt and they said it was not necessary. 11 months have passed and I am still receiving a bill. My last few calls into the office to resolve this issue the staff were very unprofessional and seemed to have attitude. I will never recommend this Clinic.

Dr. Leo is an EXCELLENT doctor! He literally saved my eyesight by correctly diagnosing a rare condition. He's smart, brilliant and kind! I highly recommend him. I will always go to him as my personal physician!

The front desk people are great! They are kind. However, the entire process in that clinic needs to be improved. I waited a long time, the records were not available on time, I kept getting the run around from everyone. Overall, bad experience.

I went to them a few months ago and it was a really good experience so I stayed with them. I made an appointment, but this time a virtual one and requested Brittany because she was really helpful last time!! Anyways, they emailed me saying my virtual appointment was confirmed and they’d contact me soon to explain how to enter my VIRTUAL appointment. The time came for it, and they had never contacted me on how to get into my appt, so I called and they accused me of setting up an “in person” appointment lmao which wasn’t the case obviously. They said I couldn’t see Brittany because she’s at the North location (what, why does it matter if it’s virtual??) and then they told me to call the north location. I did and the lady lectured me about how I was supposed to call 15 mins in advance (as if I was supposed to know??? + I was on the phone with the OTHER location 5 mins prior) I also didn’t even know they have two locations open full time so that was confusing. I wouldn’t have written a review except for the lady on the phone had a bad attitude (even though they messed up and wouldn’t take accountability) and I got put on hold so many times until finally my virtual appointment happened (with Leo, not even a woman like I had requested.) he was nice so whatever. I had to call a couple months ago to change a prescription and whoever the guy was had an extremely condescending manner and was rude and the worst phone call ever. Plz get a grip!!! It shouldn’t be up to me to beg for an email with instructions on my virtual appointment. Also if you’re thinking of going here, don’t set up a virtual appointment. It’s less of a hassle to just go in person and risk getting COVID. The only thing they did right in my entire experience yesterday was taking my payment of course lmaooo ALSO: He literally only sent one of my prescriptions in and completely forgot the other. So I even have to call and beg for my prescription I needed???? And probably get lectured and blamed more?? Can’t wait!

The medical assistants are awesome. The lab techs are awesome and I have no complaint with the doctor’s. I did not appreciate the discourse between the nurse and myself, it was quite offensive. My second visit to this office was equally bad. This place is so unorganized and loses track of time. I was there for a few hours after being told that my visit would take minutes. All I can say is that I don’t really feel welcomed at the office, I did not like options offered for my care and will not be back here. You shouldn’t come here either. Check yelp. You’ll see what I’m talking about.

Dr. Capobianco is not only an excellent Dr. - he's a very caring and compassionate man. I feel blessed that he's my Dr. My wife of 54 years just recently passed. She was also a patient of Dr. C's and he treated her with such caring tenderness and professionalism - I will always be grateful and hold him in a very special caring part of my heart.

Ruth was wonderful and I couldn't have hoped for a better person to do my teeth after too long a wait. First, she was understanding and kind about me having delayed going to the dentist in the first place. I kinda was expecting a lecture. Then she did everything she could to make the visit pain free and positive. Finally, my teeth look great, which is a big positive for an old guy! Thank you, Ruth and I would recommend you unhesitatingly.

Brittany shared the telemed experience with me in a totally appropriate and informative way. She was focused attentive and patient with all my questions. She responded to each of my concerns in a way that gave me much needed relief from my thoughts about my own health situation. I left the meeting with Brittany feeling almost healed by the hope she gave me for recovery. It was a very satisfying experience.

Very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the staff. They provide multiple diagnostic tests/blood/all in one location. Been looking for a new PCM since my last doctor of 20 yrs went to fee for service ; think I’ve found a new home. Brittany was real sharp, took care of everything and then some. I saw Brittany Garcia for a annual checkup and she helped me out so much. She made me feel very comfortable and was so kind. I just moved here and needed to get my meds filled which she did and it went very smoothly. She was so sweet and kind and I am glad I got her as my doctor. Also the receptionists are very sweet and made me feel right at home. I love this place and glad I picked this place :)

I had to find a new doctors office due to my insurance changing. I was really hesitant to find someone new, because I loved my last dr and was with him for 12 years. I have been to this office 4 times now, and each time has been a good experience. I have met Dr C who is genuinely so nice, I have seen Brittany who is amazing and really listens to what you have to say. I love that if I need an appointment, I can get in and not have to wait months to be seen. This office is great!

All of the nurses and practitioners were absolutely phenomenal. I was absolutely so happy leaving here. But arriving, was a total different story. I was greeted by Tanya who had an attitude and treated me differently compared to another couple. As I waited in the waiting room, I noticed the difference in the way I was treated. I wasn’t rude or anything yet I still was treated way differently. If I didn’t have that poor of an experience with the front desk, other than that I would definitely come back again because everyone was so happy to help and such great people, besides Tanya.

Melissa was amazing. She cleaned my ears out and I was scared before she proceeded with the procedure but she kept my spirits up and made me laugh. I felt so comfortable with her, she made the time fly by and I felt no pain with my ear lovage. Great customer service skills, fast and definitely made Dr. center feel like a fun and safe atmosphere.

Very friendly and efficient! I’ve Been there twice and each time I’ve waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes at the most. Lot’s of helpful staff.

Amazing doctors and nurses. Student NPs as well. The NPs and Doctor all listen to your concerns and handle it all right then and there. I can not imagine going anywhere else anymore.

They always go above and beyond for their patients even in these difficult times. For a same day sick visit I was there for a little over an hour and 15 minutes. 30 minutes was waiting for a rapid COVID test to come back (required which is appreciated as to not put other patients or the office staff in harms way). The rest of the time was being seen and treated running a strep and flu test. I had medicine waiting at the pharmacy by 5 pm. Love Doctors Center!

I arrived 20 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. I was escorted to a room EXACTLY on time. The staff was courteous and professional. For as busy as this practice is, the doctor was attentive and thorough. The lab staff was personable and professional.

Horrible service and I haven’t even see a doctor yet. They can’t even handle taking feedback correctly and transferred me to my problematic person without telling me, and that person answers just with “hi how can I help” - cool so no name? No background? I don’t know who you are or how I got here or why you are so rude. Ps don’t try to be helpful or proactive about proclaiming NON-exposure to COVID. Apparently they’ll cancel. And when you call they will transfer without telling you, or providing the next person with any information. They will blame YOU for having a note that is supposed to be to prevent them from calling for more information. DO NOT book through Zocdoc. DO NOT book this for this dr office regardless if the dr is good, I’m getting my refills and leaving. All could have been resolved with just a little better service and communication. I didn’t mean to be mad about having to call to reschedule but when they started treating me poorly of course I reacted. Could I have done better? Yes. But I’m not being paid to be a professional during this call and they are. We all have bad days but they have a bad office full of bad eggs. Not 1 of the 4 people I talked to was helpful or nice.

No long wait time, caring, kind and thorough staff—so very important and the doctors team nailed it. Blood draws at the center are also so convenient. Able to help you immediately, I had a migraine and they gave me a shot in the office that helped me immensely without being out of it. Great doctor and staff.

My personal doctor is Natalie Wynn,and I absolutely love her. I know that she is not gonna medically gaslight me. I am not a sheet of yes or no questions to be answered to determine my well being. She hears me. Which makes me feel supported, which makes me take accountability, because she will help me. She's more than a doctor... She is your coach to your health. And that's a game changer.

I have had a wonderful experience at the Doctors Center. Everyone I have met with has been attentive and shown concern for my needs. I have always felt confident with their assessments and educated on the next steps moving forward. Plus it has been easy scheduling appointments around my schedule.

Doctors are always willing to listen to my concerns and offer the best referrals if they are unable to fix the issue. Not like other offices where they just maintain status quo with medicines that only mask the issue instead of fix it. Always on time, which is much appreciated!!! Great customer service as well, I could go on with the horror stories from other practices, but that isn't my "Forte".

I recently went to the Doctors Center to follow up on recent blood work that I had done.. I was very satisfied with my visit ! I had all my questions answered and The Doctor/ Do went above and beyond. I felt listened to and not rushed ! I’ve been to other providers and haven’t always left with alot of information. All my vitals and check up was taken seriously and I was given all my options and and they were explained thoroughly.. thank you Doctors Center

They got me in the next day to establish new care. They were very prompt and friendly and thorough! I walked out with all the referrals I needed and all my scripts already sent to the pharmacy! Informative and likable!

Everyone was very kind, and accommodating. I scheduled for a telemedicine appointment as a new patient, and when it needed to be converted to a physical appointment, they were able to still get me scheduled for the same day. Dr’s clerical and clinical staff were professional, and gave a warm reception upon checking in. I was a self paying patient, and the fees were very fair! I am very happy that I chose this physician and staff as my new primary care, and look forward and trust them to help me with my medical care. Karen Catlin

Dr Gambill was amazing. She saw my 14 year old daughter for an earache. She was kind and made you feel like she had nothing else to do, but sit and talk to you. We will be scheduling our appointments with her for here on out.

I'm very disappointed due to the lack of commitment. I came in with very bad stomach pain and I was informed by this practitioner that someone was going to call me during the weekend with lab results and based on results she was going to send a prescription with proper antibiotics but worse case scenario I was going to get a phone call no later than Monday. Today is Wednesday and haven't heard from anyone, it makes me sad that they don't follow up. Sad that we are just a number and not people. I feel that people in the medical field should be more compassionate and empathetic they are dealing with people that are not at their best.

I love going to Doctors Center. Walk in is very convenient. The nurses are wonderful and so are the Drs. I have never had one complaint. They get you in fast so you’re not just sitting around for house. I really appreciate that as I am very busy. They really do take care of you all the way around.

Erin was terrific. I love the fact of this practice has everything you need and you don’t need to go to different doctors urgent care never had a bad experience quick easy appointments and they’re always on time. Amazing.

This office is efficient and everyone is friendly. Rebecca Riley is a great physicians assistant, and really listens to the patient – especially hearing the needs of women which doesn’t happen very often. It’s easy to get an appointment and I’ve never waited more than five or 10 minutes to be seen.

Rebecca Reilly is my go to Physician along with Doctor Capobianco. She is so easy to talk to and is very thorough. She has a great personality and attitude, and knows how to explain things in a way that you can easily understand. I highly recommend Becca, she gets my 5 star approval, a rating that very few get from me.

My experience @ the Doctors Center left me feeling cared about. The service from beginning to end was provided my competent & courteous staff. My needs were met & I felt as though I had made a wonderful connection with people who had my concerns as matters to them.

Great, convenient service. They allowed us to do a concurrent visit with my spouse. Easy in and easy out. Only improvement in my opinion would be if they had an on-site pharmacy. Everyone extremely nice and caring!

Dr C is the best, it’s hard to find a really good doctor who takes the time to listen and understand and then provide you with the wellness plan and explain why you need it. Dr C never rushes me, even though he’s extremely busy. The nurses and front desk staff are always kind and accommodating. I feel in good hands at this office on Tenaya

This office is GREAT! I can almost always schedule a same day appointment. They get you into an exam room pretty quickly after you arrive and the staff is always friendly! I almost don’t want to post this. I like that they are not overly crowded.

Relocating to Las Vegas NV and finding an excellent doctor has been extremely challenging. I have been so blessed that I found The Doctors Center at RedRock on Tenaya Way. I have a disability and have taken several falls recently. Natalie Wynn has gone above and beyond to help me get what is needed for me to improve my health.I haven’t had anyone advocate for me as much as she has in a very long time. I finally feel as though I am truly being looked after. Her team is very caring as well. I would highly recommend this team of doctors and nurse practitioners. I am so grateful that I found Natalie Wynn.

When Doctors Center screws up a scheduled, seriously needed health appointment after a patient waits weeks for it, own the failure! In finding out from the office manager the need to wait four more months to schedule another appointment, excuses like "it must have been a new staff member who made the mistake" or comments like "it happens" are unprofessional and sends a message of not really caring. And, my needing to say " if you do not know who it was, look in up"... after hearing "I don't know who made the mistake" especially when I had not asked, is simply a "tell" for incompetency. Major disappointment, major hassle, and a significant complication for my health issue has been created. I have heard good things about Dr C. His office staff needs to get on the ball. Next time... excuses as a response... do not do that. Do better. When I discovered there are three locations for one doctor, I thought, how could one doctor be in all three big centers like this at once? Are these offices full of nurse practitioners? Not acceptable, no trust now.

Great staff, nurse practioners (except Emily), and Dr Leo is the best. Always on time. You can tell they're busy but they'll take the time you need. X ray and blood draw through Lab Corp. on site too.

My experience here has always been great! I have never seen the same person twice, at my preference, to not only get in asap but also to see the quality of care and I have yet to be disappointed! All their staff are very professional and have their own way but in the end the outcome is the same solution!!! I am very aware of what I am coming in for and when I get checked out, they also come up with the same conclusion. All their staff are friendly and happy to assist you with anything they can! I’m glad to have found this place!!!

Erin is great! Everytime I see her she is very friendl, helpful, and she has integrity. Val is also awesome too! Honestly everyone I have seen at Doctors Center is great and I am very lucky to have found them. It was tough for me to find a good provider for a while, but its like hitting a jackpot when you finally find one. To find many good providers in one spot...multiple jackpots!

Dr. C is the most amazing tentative doctor I have ever encountered. He listens and is very kind with his time. His moral compass is impeccable. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I could not imagine using any other office in the valley. Thank you for the amazing healthcare.

My first visit as a new patient. I'm very impressed with the courtesy, efficiency and caring of all the staff members that I encountered and the way they made me feel. I've found my 'home' for primary care.

Girls at front desk are nasty and they don't want to do there job .but you can call your own insurance. And they talk about you when your not looking. Only after I heard my name I started listening. Had to see Dr. Or I would have walked out.Dr didn't even stay in the room longer then he had to .😡
