They know you are at their mercy so they will treat you horribly because most people depend on them for quality of life. I asked for labs because my condition was worsening and Dr O (had his back to me) then swiftly turned around and said “do I look like your primary care?” It’s not about what you say it’s how you say it. I also asked for a simple increase from my very low dose meds & they said absolutely not so they switched me to a med that’s 10x stronger. That makes no sense. Thankfully I was able to go track down my old pain management doc and return to his office and leave apex. He was horrified when I told them what I’ve been through at apex. They also always double book so you will be waiting for over an hour just to be berated once you finally see a doctor. The only time the doctor was nice to me was the same day he asked me to leave a 5 star review. Go to another pain management if you can.

The staff at Apex they have always been very nice to me. And my doctors I can talk to and get very good advice. I suffer from chronic pain and the other day. I had my injection in my shoulder, wow! I can now move it in a way that I wasn't able to do. I highly recommend Dr. Ezeanolue and his staff. Thank you all for being patient and I know the feelings that you must go through on a everyday basis. Stay prayed up before you go into work, ask the Lord to give you the strength and to make that day a better day.

Dr. “E,” is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to . He has three different offices in the valley. I been to them all and his staff makes me feel important and comfortable especially Rachael and Daisy who works at the Henderson office. I been his patient for years and it feels like almost family. His website is full of easy to understand video knowledge about the different types of back issues and current surgeries that one can have. Thank you Dr E, Rachael, Daisy, and the rest of the staff for helping me cope and manage my pain.

Apex Medical cares about their patients. For that reason, they're a busy bunch. They have a variety of ways to assist you and your pain. Dr Ezeanolou is amazing. He has walls full of diplomas he has obtained over the years. Dr Ez leads his staff of PAs to make it a good experience. I recommend you check them out for your pain care.

Apex on Mohave n Bonanza take much better care of my needs than the main office on Wellness way... But the main off ice on Wellness Way does a good job on injections n both offices combined are a great place for pain management overall . (Rock on Ms. Jen.) One reason I transferred to the Mohave n Bonanza office is that one of the receptionist at Wellness Way is a flat out LIAR n I don't deal with liars when it comes down to my health needs, Everyone else there have treated me with the same Respect I have for them , they are a great bunch n 1 bad seed won't spoil the whole bunch. I would warmly recommend Apex to others.

My appointment with Dr Eze yesterday was very good. He was very up to date with my pain problems and was making sure I was letting him know how I was progressing. He has been very helpful making sure my pain was being taken care of. Rachel . I was in terrible pain when I first starting seeing her. She is very professional and concerned about my arthritis and she making sure she is doing the best for me. I am thankful that my daughter told me about her. This was my first time here and a new patient I was very pleased with the service and my doctor. His assistant was very thoughtful and courteous. The wait time was a bit long however I attributed to me being a new patient and paperwork

One of the nurses spoke to another about her weekend like I was a piece of furniture....while she was putting in my IV. The other nurse kept trying to ask me intake questions and be professional. Once I was actually in the room getting the shot, everyone is very professional. No one tells you anything about the shot you're getting. Before, after...I didn't know what to expect. For one appointment they didn't even tell me to fast so I had to come back another day. If you need to communicate with anyone at APEX do it through the portal. Or text. Don't bother calling. Major staffing issues. The send surveys after every appointment. I said it went badly one time and it sends me to their website. Since I at least got the shot I went for this time I said it went well and it brought me here to leave a public (assumed positive) review. Cute. If I wasn't in so much pain, I would start over with another doctor's office.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! I requested an appointment and was contacted to book it. I have DOUBLE MEDICAL coverage with 2 major carriers that are almost always accepted everywhere. I told the lady this over the phone and she said they were both accepted. I showed up for my appointment and was told NEITHER was accepted. I explained that I told the lady who booked this what insurances I have. The lady at the desk replied that "she's new and doesn't work at this location". I explained that's not my problem and demanded to speak to a manager. She was rude and unhelpful. I had to pay $150 for a cash visit. I then watched 5 people who came in after me get taken back and had to speak up about that. I spent 3 hours here. Terrible. Will never go back. I explained this whole experience to the doctor hoping he would care. He didn't. Awful office. I can't stress this enough....DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff are very nice and courteous. Dr Eze is the best, very good at listening to my latest complaints and addressing them. The only negative thing I would have to say is the wait is long, always at least a 2hr minimum. Everyone in the waiting room is grumbling about it.

Not only is he knowledgeable & fastidious but his bedside manner is friendly, warm, & completely devoid of intimidation. He is caring & yet to the point. He took care of me promptly! I needed him to change my prescription and he did without even asking anything. The pharmacy told me they were out of the one medication so he changed it to another one so I could get it in time! And he always has a smile with everything he does!

The doctor got upset because he didn’t like that I had a lot of questions and concerns about my ongoing symptoms. He also didn’t like the fact that I called my mom so she could help share my family medical history. While my mom was on the phone, I also tried to explain the other neurological issues I was having that are connected to my family medical history, and he completely ignored me. He then walked out of my appointment without announcing he was done or anything. Then we he walked out he completely ignored me, and never provided me with the prescription he had previously mentioned. I went to the hallway to continue speaking to him, and he told me he wasn’t going to talk to me because I was on the phone. I re-explained the reasoning for adding my mom to the conversation, and he still didn’t like it and said he was moving on to his next patient. The entire facility was also disgusting and in terrible condition. The tissue wouldn’t even flush down the toilet, and the soap dispenser didn’t even work, so I couldn’t wash my hands after giving a urine sample.

Dr Ez made life better for me. He cut back the amount of medications I was given by a Dr who only acted like he cared. When I went to Dr Ez I was on 180 tabs, 120 Soma and 60 Valium. More than 3 sodas a fay is illegal to prescribe he said and your taking way to much. If you were my pt. I'd cut out 1 all together the other half and here I'll give you 120 and only 30 Valium for anxiety and sleep. He then gave me treatments thru injections which helped me greatly. Until HPN decided he needed more ........ they refused my treatment with him and I pay cash. I have been on HPN I'm scared because I need surgery and have to count on an ins thats been there for me but still not where I needed it the most. He's a great Dr and does well at what he does. He deserves to be pd and has enough certificates and schooling that I have no problem letting him inject me. Hes the only one who ever did that part rgt. And without knowing I I believe its what they denied him. If you want pain help he's your Dr. And I'm not saying he's your pill man by far treatments are what he does and he does them well. If one doesn't work talk toto him i did and we aimed more at the pain and walla success. Talk to your Dr he listens

I am so impressed with Dr. Oruene. He has a great personality and explains all my concerns putting me at ease. I had my first back injections yesterday and was really nervous about it. Dr. Oruene did a great job and it didn't hurt at all. I look forward to feeling better soon. Thanks Dr. PS their was an assistant that helped me feel so comfortable, didn't catch her name. But I feel like she is the perfect person for the job.

The staff that work here everyday are so communicative and pleasant. They are always looking to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I have been a patient of Dr Ez for over a decade. He is absolutely the best Dr i have ever seen. Rachel Luinni is an amazing PA as well as Jennifer who I've seen a few times. I owe my life to this team! They found my breast cancer and had i not been seeing them i don't think it would've been found. My pain is manageable, they are understanding and compassionate. Very professional they dont just prescribe medications, they find the cause of the pain and treat it accordingly!

I’ve been seeing this clinic for the last year and a half and it is always easy and thorough. No long waits and bad bedside manner that I have encountered elsewhere. Also, never pushed for surgical procedures. Other routes are worked out first. I’m a very happy patient. If I had any wishes it would be for less visits, but overall, I’m very satisfied.

Dr Eze’s treatment plans for my back/spine issues is always precise and successful. I have had epidurals, etc in the past but no one has ever been able to relieve the degenerative disc/arthritic caused pain. The staff in the surgical center are kind, reassuringly, and always have upbeat attitudes! (Especially Tamika). The main office can be difficult with follow up and it’s difficult to get through to anyone on the phone at times. The medical staff at the main office are professional and attentive, however the front desk staff could be nicer.

I don't like the front office staff at the WELLNESS office. They need to be a little more COMPASSIONATE with the patient's . I should of wrote her name down. When i return in December i will get it then. Anyway my point being everybody is struggling right now during this PANDEMIC so if i tell the girl all i have today is 10 dollars and i can pay more on the 3rd as that is when i get paid from social security my ck is 963 a month and my rent is 792 so when you take all this into consideration??? Be a little more COMPASSIONATE with your patients. She told me you have to pay at least 20 or i wouldn't be seen?? I think that was wrong. It wouldn't hurt anyone to have given me another week or so to pay on the 3rd. My meds are 47 dollars so because i paid out that 20 i had to go to my neighbor and borrow some money

The euphoria of cheerfulness of the Apex medical staff when I checked in and out with the entire medical staff included extreme happiness. I received from Dr. Eze who examined me as euphoric and exuberant. I was pleased and satisfied with my overall visit. This was my first time getting the shots I had no knowledge of what to expect during the process. Once I went to the office I had no clue of what was going to happened what I really dislike once I was in was not being informed I keep asking what was the proces. When the doctor arrived he was nice but in a rush which I didn't like I felt like a piece of meat because also it seem there where teaching someone new without asking me if k.

Dr ez is great Dr has helped me many time with pain issues. But doc if you're reading this you and Rachel and many of your other employees are wonderful but if you could please address your phone system it is absolutely atrocious and that's not fair to your patience who can't get a hold of anybody at any given time or ever I've been told to use the texting app if I can't get through on the phone and honestly that hasn't worked either nobody has responded to that either so doc we love you but please fix your phones thank you.

Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent care I’ve been receiving from apex medical center, Dr EZY and his awesome staff for the past year. Dr EZY is my pain management dr and I see him once a month for pain medication due to chronic pain. I don’t really like depending on medication to deal with this but his care has made my life more functional. The problem with being prescribed this type of medication is that it is often out of stock due to the opioid crisis. I may get my 30 day prescription on a certain day but if the pharmacy is out I may not have my refill anywhere from one day late to up to 2 weeks late. This has become a real problem because due to not being able to control the pain but the awful withdrawals that my body goes thru. The withdrawals are actually worse than the pain Dr EZY and his staff saved my holidays this past December. I saw him on 12/5 and of course the pharmacy was out of stock but I was told I should have the medication one week later when their next shipment came in. I waited the one week and was told it would be another week as my medication did not come in with the shipment Not only was my body experiencing severe withdrawals from not having my medication but my husband and I were due to take a flight out of town to spend the holidays with both my daughter son in law and my grandchildren I started to panic as I knew I could not leave town without some kind of pain medication And also was told that due to short notice my airline tickets could not be refunded Dr Ezys staff saved the day After speaking to them they started working on my problem It took all day but they were able to find an alternative medication that could be filled for me Of course it was not a strong as my regular meds but I did not care because it enabled me to continue with my plans The prescription was actually filled at 9pm on the evening before we flew Nothing like Cutting it close lol Anyway I know this is long but I felt it was important to explain how this all came about I just can’t say enough about how kind and compassionate and caring dr EZY and his staff are We are currently exploring future procedures to help with my chronic pain and for that I am most grateful Dr EZY I thank you so much along with your staff Sincerely Sheryl Cox

The doctor was wonderful! The waiting over an hour even though we had an appointment is unacceptable. My mom who is very weak and has very bad back pain cannot wait every time she goes there. We try to avoid making an appointment at your location.

Dr. Ezeanolue is awesome however to schedule an appointment it requires you to wait on hold for 20 mins to talk to someone after you have already "booked online" from their website. Then if you need to speak to a person to get a prescription renewed or corrected you have to again wait on hold because the mail box is full for leaving messages. Again, Apex Medical has some of the best doctors but they need to sort out the scheduling and patient interaction.

Miss Tamika ( I hope I spelled this beautiful ladies name right), who answered my call at the Bearden office, just recently helped me with a problem I was having getting a prior authorization. She accomplished more in 5 minutes then I was able to accomplish in 5 days. And she did this while making me feel important and special. Her presence and many others are why I have been a patient with Apex medical for many years now. The doctors are wonderful but we all know it's the support staff that keep things going. And Miss Tamika is one of those people that make you believe there is still good and caring people in this crazy world. I cannot tell you how blessed I feel to have crossed paths with a truly incredible human being and her professionalism handling my situation was so on point. Apex medical is lucky to have her !

UPDATE: My appointment was confirmed via text and they made sure to keep confirming even on the day. When I needed to reschedule they answered the phones and they were very pleasant. I can't wait to meet the doctor. His rep proceeds him. I have a primary physician there that I am supposed to see. I was told by another doctor that I could possibly have Lupus and or rheumatoid arthritis. I've been calling all week long to set up an appointment to see the Dr I am assigned to. However I only got through to hearing a real person once and they put me on hold, NEVER picking back up. Upon calling several other times I got two rings and then voicemail and other times I got sent straight to voicemail. This is supposed to be my primary physician and I can't even see him because NO ONE NEVER ANSWERS. I've even left messages and no call back. I made an appointment online no one has called to confirm it with me. I'm highly disappointed because I need to see a doctor my primary doctor I've been assigned to in order to get the proper diagnosis and since I can never get through I'm just in pain suffering.

Dr E is very through and passionate about helping his patients. He does not hold back in informing his patients what needs to be done ( various disciplines) to lessen pain and lead to quality of life.

Dr. EZ is one of the best doctors I have had the chance of dealing with. I have had back issues since a child, and he has taken the time to provide me with a semi-effective ability to live life normally. He doesn't give up, and we are trying nerve ablation coming up - so hopefully I can be able to live again!

Pleasant staff, the front desk ladies and the friendly nurses and I can't leave out the scheduling staff. My first appointment with Dr.Oruene was the first time I have ever been treated with 100% sense of sincere concern and honestly felt truth and compassion in his words of advice from a professional and a person who demonstrated with sharing his own experience with having hypertension (High Blood Pressure). My blood pressure was 228/211 that day. The highest it's ever been. The nurse ask me to sit and wait for her to immediately go to Dr. Oruene and tell how dangerously high it is. He sent the nurse back to the exam room I was waiting in and handed me two blood pressure pills that were the doctors own prescribed to him because of his hypertension. With him doing that for me along with a very serious talk about the importance of taking my medication every day and how easily I could have had a stroke or heart attach and possibly even died if I don't take my medicine that is prescribed for my hypertension. That was very impressive and thoughtful of a doctor to do that. I finally have a real doctor I said to myself.

Dear Dr. Ezeanoloue, Rachel Lunini, and Staff. Thank you for taking care of me and treating me, especially with such kindness. I just want to say that because of you, I am getting soo much better. Between Rachel and Dr. Ezeanoloue's diagnosis and treatment, I was able to improve, greatly!! My pain is considerably less and with the use of fewer and fewer medications. I can't thank you enough!

If you are one with back issues, Dr. EZE at Apex Med Center is the man to see. I've lived with pain for approx. 40 years and now have relief to where it's barely there. I have an a horrible condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia, or TN.. it’s the one of the most painful conditions own in the medical community; I have been seeing Dr. O, for almost three years, and he is always sympathetic and understanding to my issues at hand.. I could not ask for a more qualified, concerned and ethical doctor if I wanted too. The office it’s self is terrific, the staff is amazing from the front desk, all the way back to prior authorizations and Kay herself.. if I could leave 6 stars I would.. Thank You Apex Medical, and especially Dr O!

If the facility/ staff would just answer the phone & be more professional I'd probably give them higher stars... once again I'm disappointed in trying to find a new primary care doctor. I just keep getting prescribed medications for certain problems and I am not getting understood by the doctor. The staff is RIDUCULOUS.

Dr. Oruene and the entire staff at Apex Medical are wonderful. They all are cheerful and very professional and they all go out of their way to make sure that I'm OK and that is PRICELESS. I have been going to Apex Medical Center for yrs. They have helped me more then anyone else came close to. Dr. Ez is by far the best in his feild. The staff has gone out of their way to help me with my pain and the staff n Dr. work so well with each other. The office is clean n they get u in and out in a timely manner.

I love Dr. Ezea, he's an honest guy and cares about his patients. The whole staff is amazing at Wellness Way and also Bonanza. Started there in 2013 and I'm back because I haven't been able to find quality care anywhere else the valley.

Dr.D.Ezeanolue has been able to help me construct a plan to rehab an old injury and resolve chronic pain issues. We have really changed the trajectory of my care from 1. only bad options, and 2. significant risk of other health complications from inactivity-related declining health issues, and 3. terrible bone-crushing pain on a regular basis to several pathways toward a long-term outcome improving mobility and overall health. He will take the time to listen, thoroughly answer questions and dynamically modify treatment plans as needed. If you can see him, be sure to discuss your goals and concerns because he is a doctor that will listen and help.

They are very good and know how to answer, find, or recommend, the answers to all your Health needs.

This place is great they have met most of my needs and were able to diagnose me and treat my health should have been treated long before I started coming to this clinic Friendly staff It's a one stop shop clinic to get most of your needs met

Dr Eazy is amazing and great at helping his patients, he will let you have it if your not watching your health issues and make sure that you take care of yourself, I have high blood pressure and he will let me have it if it's high and that makes me feel good that he cares about me and my health. If your looking for a pain management doctor, Dr Eazy is your guy, Ive been a patient now for almost a year and half and never had any problems, all my health needs are ment. I would give it 5 stars if the doctor introduced himself before giving me the cortisone shot. I was nervous, and it did not make it comfortable when he just came in and started the procedure without telling me what was happening. The shot went well and hardly any pain during or after procedure. The staff was very helpful. 4 stars because of the rest of staff and I have less pain.

This place ROCKS!!!! We been there one week. And all ready we feel at home! Dr. E is a miracle worker I can return to work on Sunday. Thank you Dr E and your entire staff. Forever greatfull.

Dr. Ezeanolue and Rachel Lununi have changed my life! They have both been my primary care and pain management doctors for several years and when I first arrived I had no quality of life and my pain was so severe I was bed ridden. I have had two major neck surgeries and with their kindness and help, they have managed my pain to the point I am finally able to work again after 4 years and work two jobs and I am no longer on disability. They are an amazing team, they listen to your problems and go above and beyond. They treat you like family and care about you as a person. I can never thank them enough for the new life they have given me!

This was my first visit to this office and I was a little nervous but I was greeted warmly at the reception desk and everyone I met was very pleasant and put me right at ease. Dr. Easy was professional and actually listened to what I had to say. I was dreading the exam because they are usually painful but that wasn’t the case with him. Thank you for your gentle care.🙏🏽🙏🏽

I love Apex med. I love Rachael. I love all the staff. However, what I don't like is this. You have to have injections of any kind on a Friday and you also need your medication refills on a Friday. You don't get them. I had injections yesterday and I needed refills and I have not got them that kind of bites because I'm out. But everything else is great

This is how a Dr's office should be! I was in there quick, but they took care of me and my problem! The staff is great the Dr. was great and was very professional and friendly. Dr Rachel L. is attentive and doesn't waste time to get things resolved! SHE LISTENS!

I was very impressed with the Doctor and Staff at this location. They were all so pleasant and helpful at relieving the stress I had for the procedure I was getting, it was my first time there, and I was literally worried over nothing! Doctor was very gentle.

So I'm not very proud of the fact that I had a total meltdown right before getting my cortisone shot. I was so nervous and tears was running down my face but the doctor made sure I was okay. and he was personable. The attendant reassured me the whole time and was so kind. It was fast and was relatively painless and every one of the staff members helped make a positive experience. Saniya at the front desk is awesome! The wait time wasn't to bad.

Dr. Ezeanolue has been a great find. He spends a generous amount of time explaining things to his patients and clearly is very knowledgeable. He also does not look for short cuts that might be more profitable for a doctor, but rather pursues the safest route to address a patient's ills. I highly recommend him.

Staff very kind!!! Dr was very passionate on how I was feeling! He took care of my need. I was in excruciating pain, insurance denied my request twice and the authorization dept kept insisting that it was medically necessary and finally was able to have my injection to release some of this pain. Nice doctor, nurse. I made an appointment for examination. They didn't prepare things for my blood works(blood tube). I had to go another place to do my blood works. The paper work wasn't filled properly that I checked before I left.

At first I was skeptical cause my second visit dr.o yelled at me for no reason I was goin to spazz but I held it together and as I continue to return its been goin ok he's a great doctor and his staff is excellent I would recommend anyone it's the way you treat people that goes a long way disrespect is not tolerated in my book but everyone is professional I know everyday isn't a good day but never bring your problems to work but there good people.

I've been coming to Apex Medical for several years for pain management.. Dr Ez and his staff are awesome!! I would recommend to anyone experiencing chronic pain..they are amazing!!

Overall the customer service is very good . The only shortcoming is they wait till you're in the office for your visit and they tell you they can't see you for your appointment that has been scheduled for a month . For some reason they don't tell the patients they're going to need a new referral from your primary care physician the month before it expires and then tell you they can't see you . Better communication between patients and office personnel would be helpful .

My appointment yesterday was once again very pleasant. The staff was both professional and personable. It would be very hard to find a better Doctor than Dr Oruene.

Absolutely love the fact that the doctor took the time to diagnose my reason for having a problem taking a walk. He seemed to take as much time as you needed which is so unlike doctors these days because they're so pressured by the insurance companies to get them in and get them out. Looking forward to having him as my doctor from here on forward.
