I live in San Francisco and visit Las Vegas often. I asked my sister for a place to repair a missing clasp on my tennis bracelet the few days I would be in town and recommended T-Bird Jewels. The store is very upscale and could be intimidating at first yet the people are super friendly. Susane took care of my needs, the quote was fair, the repair and shine on this bracelet I use everyday is worth every penny. I highly recommend them and I will be back for sure!

1st time visiting. I needed watch batteries and 1 watch had to be pressure tested. Their watchmaker did a wonderful job and my watches were ready ahead of their anticipated schedule. Everyone there is very professional and helpful. Pleasantly surprised. I will be back.

I had been waiting for this new jewelry store to open in my Summerlin neighborhood. Little did I know how helpful they would be when I walked in with a specific request. I needed a white gold necklace chain for a piece that was made for me. Susanne was relentless is showing me all the options in the 18” length I needed. When it came down to deciding she was honest, confident and didn’t budge at all when the chain we chose was less money than the others. That’s good business . . . and that’s why I will be coming back to custom make a necklace I had admired in their window (with my own stones). Jewelry is a very personal statement and says more about a person than what shoes or clothes you wear. So, it feels good when you find a jewelry store that caters to “you”, and not just what’s in the display case. Friendly and professional, you can rest assured your taste will be respected at TBJ!

I visited T Bird for the first time this week. They did some repair work on my jewelry after some hesitation on my part. The co-owner and Cammie we're kind and understanding. They called me 4 days later to pick up my pieces. They did a wonderful job for a fair price. Good job and quickly, what more could you ask for?

Everyone was so nice and a beautiful store with great displays. The only problem was I had to make an extra trip from North Las Vegas to get my watch set correctly after repair. I went to pick it up on a Saturday and it was not set. I asked to have it set after I payed my bill and was told to come back Monday. Thus the extra trip across town the following Monday. When I picked it up it looked fabulous and was set correctly.

Pleasant and knowledgeable. New store is beautiful. Their designer replicated a pair of earrings as I had lost one. He made new pair and they are gorgeous. Not knowing anything, he said that the quality of the one I gave him was not very good. I laughed as that was the one I had replicated previously when I lost one. I had it made at the “Ace of Diamonds” store, which is what the guy across the street at MJC jewelry calls himself. Stick with quality and go to TBird!

One of my diamonds was missing out of my band. Originally thought about mailing back to Illinois where it was purchased then came across T Birds Jewels and was nervous because the way my ring is made the princess diamonds could have come loose if they cleaned it. I just wanted the diamond replaced. Was told would take about two weeks it was less than a week and they cleaned it. Looked just like it did when my husband proposed. I almost started to cry. Thank you Ed for taking the time to work with me and thank you to the gentleman who did the work. My husband was even shocked on how good it looks. We definitely will be back.

T- Bird Jewels was able to bring my grandmother's wedding band back to life, fixing the tiny prongs that hold the diamond chips in place. Also, they repaired an old turquoise & silver bracelet.

They have cases and cases of beautiful designer jewelry. The sales staff is inviting and makes you feel completely comfortable, even when I stop by for a simple watch battery. I got my engagement ring and wedding bands at TBird and always encourage my friends and family to do the same! Zero pressure sales and extremely knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

We had purchased a ring in India that lost one of its stones and Tbird jewelers was able to find the exact size, matching stone and color. Family feel, spectacular selection and outstanding service. My husband & I were visiting the area & stopped by T-Bird Jewels just to look. The staff greeted us warmly, they treated us as if we were part of the family. The owner Darryl was very intelligent, knowledgeable & very patient, he answered all of our questions & guided us through the purchasing process. Darryl & his staff helped us order the most beautiful Wolf Watch Winder and the best part was that we did not have to carry it home. Darryl was able to drop ship it directly to our home in Hawaii, part of the states that most things won’t ship to, LOL. Darryl & his staff also helped me order an amazing set of custom Sapphire Princess cut earrings. It’s almost impossible to get a pair of Princess Cut Sapphires to match my ring, but they did. Darryl also specially designed the studs for the earrings with a special backing that I requested. They are now my favorite jewelry.

Excellent experience. Had a diamond pendant reset from basket to bezel. I wanted a very specific style. Ed was great. He got every detail right. I picked it up today, and it is gorgeous. Very rarely these days does something exceed one's expectations but my necklace did. The people here are lovely and personable. Pricing was very fair. I plan to go back soon with my husband so he can buy me something special. 😁

I brought my Dad’s Rolex that he left for me (he has passed) and was very nervous because I could never replace this gift. More sentimental than the value. The women here were so nice and reassuring that they would take care of it and me. They had it serviced and it looks better than I ever remembered it. After being told by multiple jewelers around town that it just wasn’t possible to have the prongs on my wedding ring fixed, I had one jeweler recommend I go to T-Bird Jewels because they used laser instead of heat so it might actually be possible. After an amazing introduction and quick discussion it was confirmed that they could indeed fix my ring. The four top prongs were worn and one was holding on for dear life and catching on everything I wore. When I picked it up it looked like it did when I first bought it 15 years ago. I am beyond pleased with their work and the whole staff is amazing! I have already referred my family and friends to them and will definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs.

He also helped me choose an elegant and tasteful wedding ring for my wife. He was patient with showing me the stock they had on hand. Dropped off several watches for batteries that the regular battery store could not replace. Ed took care of us and he was very pleasant, efficient and fast. He helped me pick out a new band for my nice watch and had it installed on the spot. Even though we didn’t spend much money on the batteries and band we were treated like VIPs. Such a beautiful and modern jewelry store at the best location! TBird Jewels has an incredible assortment of designer jewelry. My favorites are Marco Bicego and Hulchi Bellini. They have such a large assortment of engagement and wedding rings including lab diamonds.

We've been looking for a birth year watch in celebration of the birth of our daughter. Ed has been patient and listened to our wants.
