This jewelry store was an awesome professional experience! They have spectacular customer service and knowledge about diamonds and gold, and all the things you can do with customizing a piece. We were just visiting on vacation from L.A. and was interested in some new pieces, but really was just browsing. However, when we walked in we fell in love with their beautiful, quality, well customized jewelry. The investment we made and the pricing is amazing! We will be coming back in the future for sure! Also it does not matter who helps you out here, they have all been very nice, transparent, professional, and knowledgeable!

I came here to get two of my gold chains that snapped fixed and I was able to drop them off and come back and a few hours to them fixed and in perfect condition I couldn’t even tell that they were broken. They worked really fast and have good quality jewelry here. Would highly recommend for same day fix services.

I was helped immediately both times I came into the store. The ladies (I think the first one was named Cynthia) and Jennifer were very helpful. They make you feel comfortable and they are knowledgeable about the products. Also I sent a text to what I thought was Cynthia’s number earlier and later went into the store.
