I arrive 10 minutes early only to hear “oh we don’t have the equipment for that test, you’ll have to come back Wednesday.” Where was my email or text message to tell me not to show up ?? I had to drive 25 minutes to get there! Waste of my time and gas. Will never come back here.

Horrible customer service. I set an appointment up 24 hours in advance for 2:50pm. When I arrived I was asked to wait in the car. After 10 minutes I went in to check to see what the hold up was since it is the "MINUTE CLINIC". The nurse practitioner, Mariana was just returning from lunch with another client waiting to be seen that was ahead of me. She plainly stated she went to lunch and just got back, offering no apologies for my time. First, I think you wouldn't schedule clients to see during the time you planned on taking a lunch - that or arrange your lunch when you didn't have clients. 45 minutes later she called to tell me she was ready, at that point I couldn't believe how inconsiderate of MY time! Forget it!

With such poor customer service I don't think MinuteClinic will be around much longer. We just needed a simple school PE physical. The website clearly states "walk ins welcome". We arrived and the "provider" was rude right from the start. She said because we don't have an appointment she cant see us. She told us she was booked solid today even though there was not a single person in the store. She said we could schedule an appointment for a different day. Yeah, no thanks. We will go somewhere else.

Told the practitioner this morning I needed a strep test because my kids and wife tested positive and I was beginning to feel symptoms. She refused to give me a strep test and said I had to be tested for Covid-19 first. I informed her my wife and I were fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and emphasized again that my family all tested positive for strep in the last 48 hours. She said I had to make a separate appointment for a Covid-19 test because she said the symptoms were similar. I took my business to CareNow Urgent care clinic and surprise surprise I tested positive for strep. She never took vitals or asked any questions beyond the described. Completely useless. I will now take my business to Walgreens and CareNow for my family and I. Additionally, I will alert my insurance company and the Nevada board of health if I or my insurance company are billed for this visit.

On Feb 25, 2022 we paid for a rapid PCR test through this minute clinic for a test to be done on March 10, 2022 as a requirement of our trip to Southeast Asia departing 6 AM March 12. We went on our scheduled appointment date and the clinic could not administer the test to me because the nurse practitioner was not capable of even opening the Test kit. She did not know how to do the test and she destroyed the test kit. Unfortunately this was the last test kit in that location. My wife who was also scheduled to take the test after me was not allowed to check into the clinic and after waiting for 45 minutes the nurse practitioner told us that they did not have any more kits to use. They finally cancelled my test at noon. My wife was not able to check in as their check in machine did not work after me and as a result they were not able to cancel her appointment in their machine. We ended up going to the next city, Henderson, to find a clinic who could give us the rapid test results we needed for our trip and we had to pay more money for it. Now Minute clinic does not like to help us get a refund of the $150 we paid form wife's test, claiming that my wife did not show up for the test. This is a big lie. If they run the cameras on that day they will see my wife in the camera, being so upset and waiting for the nurse practitioner to tell us what was going on. This nurse practitioners in that location are so unprofessional and they definitely lack training to do their job. What a shame for CVS and Trust Assure, the companies selling a product they cannot deliver. I just hope they will refund me the $150 I paid for undelivered service of Rapid PCR for my wife, Maria. The CVS Conf. code for my wife's appointment is FYF6VTK. I am trying to contact Nicole Edison, the person in charge of the Minute clinic in Fort Apache Rd. Las Vegas 89117, but no one in their customer service line will connect me to her. I hope to God Minute Clinic and Trust Assure will not steal from my wife who is an old lady.

There's no way to speak to a human when you call. I'm supposed to drive there to speak to someone?!?! I will find care somewhere else that values people.

Most ridiculous experience ever. Set up an appointment on time. Showed up on time. Checked in. The doctor had a patient already in the room. Waited for nearly 20min and the doctor opens the door and takes the patient in line after my fiancee. The digital board even had my fiancee’s name in front of the patient with a wait time significantly less than theirs. What is the point of using the online check in system. I would have been completely okay with the fact that someone was ahead of her and she would have too, but to top it off the doctor said she could not see her today because she was late. LITERALLY WAS THERE THE EXACT TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT. So ridiculous. So frustrated and I wish that was all I had to say. While attempting to speak to a manager about the situation the doctor came out and called her in. For the sake of the internet I am not going to disclose what the visit was for, but the doctor did not do what is required by law and the whole situation just seemed shady. What makes it even worse is after the whole visit the doctor could not even print off paperwork saying what she was there for and such. She "claims" they were making her close down for the day and that we should come back tomorrow to pick it up. After all that I seriously wonder if that was intentional.

After waiting for 4.5 hours for my TB testing, as soon as I got called into the MinuteClinic, the nurse practitioner told me they had no supplies/equipment for TB/PPD skin test. I wish the workers at the clinic could of atleast contacted me and informed me (which is why I had my phone number/email information filled on the appt. form) in advanced rather than wasting my whole day to get this TB test over with. Highly unsatisfied, won't come back here. Would of rated this place -0 if I could.

The woman who works here is god awful. I wanted to be tested and treated and she pretty much berated me for choosing to come to the MinuteClinic and not taking her advice to go to a cheaper clinic. I was well aware of my options and I just wanted to be seen and taken care of. It was honestly traumatizing and I’m still untreated. A waste of time.

We went for a free blood pressure test and cholesterol test and we were told that “the doses were out of stock”. If someone would please explain what doses are needed to measure the blood pressure and to test for cholesterol I’d really appreciate it, and will inform the medical system in my country that so far they have always done it wrong!

My mother and I scheduled appointments 24 hours ahead of time, for 10am and 10:15am. Upon arrival was told only one of us could be seen because one of their providers called out and they were so busy they had to rearrange schedules/patients. Despite the fact that we were the only two patients in the clinic from the time we checked in until we left about an hour later. Though, I'm considering the cancelation of my appointment a blessing in disguise after seeing the care my mother received. Their NP clearly did not want to be there and it was evident. Customer service was abysmal and they clearly prescribed based on a contract they have with a pharmaceutical company because the list of side effects of what was prescribed was twice the size of that of the leading medication recommended for what they claimed was wrong. Would highly recommend CareNow Urgent Care over minute clinic.

Dr Lou was very thorough, she took her time and did not rush me out of the room. The clinic was very clean and organized and the check in was very efficient and fast.

Worst ever !!! JUST DO NOT GO!! Had an appointment for a simple test over an hour late. Then this so called nurse practioner who is so rude , disrespectful and unethical continues to constantly cut you off then says she is not. She had no idea what she is doing or saying as her rudeness and anxiety take over . She is extreme rude and unethical and was going to inject me with something I didn’t ask for as she couldn’t even understand what I was there for !! This place is dangerous to all patients and needs to be shut down. These individuals do not belong in health care . This so called nurse practitioner MA needs to be fired and find a new career . When you talk to there manager Nicole on the phone , she ignores your complaints and asks you to leave the clinic !! These people are just horrible and belong nowhere near patients or healthcare !! Just horrible and why Las Vegas has the worst health care on the nation

Do not use this clinic if at all possible. Made an appointment, first available, the night before for 1:40pm, after their lunch break. Got there 15 minutes early as instructed. Signed in at kiosk. No one there to greet us. Saw the provider leave at 1:30, no word to us. 1:45 called the number which apparently is a main number, not someone there. A lady came out and said “the provider is delayed.” 2:10 finally seen. Takes a COVID test and has us wait 10 minutes while she take another break (could have tested my daughter for strep while waiting, since that is why we were there.) Tried to say my insurance was not accepted when it was clearly showed on website. Will probably get a huge bill.
