Half star for Cima. Useless phone system along with unprofessional follow up protocol. Haven't been able to reach my Doctor in three weeks. Still unable to get test results. Hire some educated people, not just clueless minorities to patronize your political quota.

This place is sad. I can't tell you how many times they've let me down. To the point I've found another doctor. They mess up MRI referrals, they don't call and handle things like they say they will. And getting to speak to someone is next to impossible. Just a waste.

One of the worst facilities I have ever been admitted to. Will not be returning after long wait times after sign in, misdiagnosis of my illness and failure to return documents to my accident insurance. By far the worse I have ever experienced. Which I could give them zero stars. Huge disappointment

Absolutely one of the worst when it comes to scheduling appointments, every single time you have an appointment the Dr. Won't see you until about 2 hrs later, this is not an exaggeration, I stayed with them about a year and it never changed. The girls that work there are absolutely understaffed and you can totally feel they're running on fumes. The Dr. is nice but its just the appointments situation is just way too disorganized.

Only giving them 1 star because that’s the lowest option. I made the mistake of making an appointment here after seeing the awful reviews. The staff is very unprofessional, I had to make for more than 1 hour in the patient room, everything is very slow here, it’s not a very clean place and it seems like they force all staff members to work there with no salary

This facility (Easter) is terrible service, same like angeles medical. No recommend

Located in the ghetto .staff is unprofessional and sloppy looking .Everthing takes long i dont care of your on time or late pack a lunch or dinner because these people have you sitting while they be on their phones and eat sandwiches.

The air is out in this location and the have people waiting 45 minutes past the appointment time to be seen

Dr.Siu is very attentive to my medical needs I enjoy having him as my attending physician.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Sui and I really enjoyed talking to him about my health issues, and he really listened to me with a great bedside manner!!!💜💜💜

Dr. Siu used to be my doctor but I changed doctor same company cima I went to see him for ultrasound results he was very rude asking me why I went to see him if I had my doctor I ask for a prescription and he did give anything he suggested to go to my doctor and ask for it

Rude employees, never answer phone calls and when they do, sounds like they are doing a million things but helping you. They also have an "answering system" that ONLY takes messages and does not provide you with any information that you may need. I don't understand how a medical facility can operate like this. I also work on health care, I called to verify one of my patients information but they did not know how to help me. Crazy that facilities like this one still open. The name of the person who took my call was Marco, who most likely was working "from home" and was running or was working outside, supper noisy wherever he was. NOT PROFESSIONAL He didn't even know their fax number or was able to verify my patient's information. CRAZY!

Dr. Siu is by far the rudest & most dismissive doctor I’ve encountered. He hung up in my face & didn’t give me a solution to my problem. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I've been going to see my medical for over 9 years. 2 years with Dr Siu and seven years with home visits. I love this place. If it weren't for the wait times I give it a 5!

I don't know what you guys problems are by far this is the best Dr Office in the Valley yes they a little busy the Dr don't rush you out his office he helps with every problem

I've been here twice. They are a little slow but its busy. Dr Sui is a good guy and did his best to help me.
