WOW and this is why...Before I even got there, I was already impressed by how polite and cheerful the front desk handled my calls. When I walked in the office today for my first visit, my jaw dropped open at the FABULOUS, fun and playful decor!!! Then, there's this amazing staff (ALL of them, it seems!) are joyful and their camaraderie is plain to see/hear, as well as their interactions with patients. I LUV THAT! Karen (Owner) really listened to what I needed to express about my pain. Austin has excellent bedside manner and gives a very therapeutic massage (thanks Austin). I am VERY impressed with this facility in every way. WELL DONE, MML Physical Therapy!

I've been to MML Physical Therapy many times after 4 back surgeries, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 !!! Not only do the know you by name, the treat you very well for your injuries and make sure you follow through at home on days that you don't have an appointment with them. To my surprise, when I first went there, I met the owner, of whom I already knew because we were from the same hometown that of course being Houston, Texas !!! Keep up the good work Karen !!! This is the MOST AMAZING place EVER. I've been to alot of different therapy places. From the walking into until the end , all the staff is friendly, smiling and you could actually feel that they all want to genuinely help out in whatever way possible. The patience they have when working with you means alot. You see the Owner there and she knows who you are and you can feel how much she cares about you and your treatment. If you have a choice in your PT provider you MUST come here. They are highly trained but most importantly they are sincerely invested/interested in your betterment. I was treated like a close friend on day 1 and by the end of my therapy I left in tears because they were like family. I will always be grateful for each of the 2022-2023 team. When I got diagnosed with lymphedema I knew what it was and my circumstances for getting it. What I didn’t know, was how to take care of my affected limbs. That’s where MML comes in. From the minute you walk in, it’s not the typical health facility. It’s bright, cheery, and colorful. Karen and her staff are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain things. When I went to them the 1st time, I was taught very valuable things in order to help control my limbs from swelling. They want to make sure you, that you are not just getting PT, but you’re set up with knowledge. I can’t forget to mention the kindness that comes out of that office, from the 1st call you get, to being walked out like you really matter to them, they really go above and beyond.

Last Wednesday was my 1st appointment at MML highly recommended from my Dr! And This is the best place in Las Vegas my impression from the minute I walked in was how this is the MOST AMAZING place EVER. I've been to alot of different therapy places. It is my field of expertise and only job since 18 years old and have had the opportunity to work with many different forms of healthcare. It has given my a broader view of the nature and functions of healthcare, also I have had Physical Therapy at two other facilities in Las Vegas. Taking this information into consideration; I would like to give recognition to the two amazing MML associates who helped me today, Karen and Grace. The compassion and patients displayed by Karen and Grace was unlike anything I have experienced with Physical Therapy in the past. They where genuine and attentive. Everything they did today felt tailored to me. They supported my physical and emotional difficulties throuout the visit. They are exceptional examples of the true spirit of healthcare. Working with them was comfortable. Many obstacles burden our healthcare due to Covid-19. Even through this challenging time for the world and I, their kindness shines. I was here on 11/29 for a FCE. The staff and owner were extremely professional and were very helpful. Very easy going. Very nice people. I did like the way they had the place decorated. It wasn't some bland medical office setting. It felt more homely. I do wish I had my PT sessions done here instead of elsewhere. The owner and staff will take care of you. Highly recommend. Thanks for all that y'all do!

MML physical Therapy is, hands down, the best physical therapy center ever. Come here if you want results. Dont waste your time going somewhere else first. The therapist and the staff are very knowledgeable and design exercises that change up progressively. They also offer cupping, which is awesome.

The results I found at this place for my fisical health are remarkable. The staff here, at this location are awesome, good atmosphere , good vibrations can feeling from them, every time I come, they go over their way to make sure we feeling comfortable. I love them!!

Professional and caring staff, very attentive, and more techs and assistants than patients. The whole place looks more like a carefully curated art exhibit than a sterile physical therapy torture chamber. It feels a little strange at first, but it genuinely helps when dealing with the physical pain of therapy and the emotional baggage that goes along with it. The only problem was that the TV in the lobby was stuck on one channel.

After transferring from many different therapy offices because I was not receiving the care I needed and not feeling like I was progressing, I found MML which was a blessing. I am so happy at this place, they make everyone feel so welcoming! Thank you MML!

I have suffered from 2 car accidents and a stroke and along with that came lots of health issues and my body not wanting to recover, a friend told me about this place. Here at MML physical Therapy the staff made me feel confident in my recovery process and even go as far to say “we” will get through this, it’s hard to find someone that makes other feel like we’re not alone, I look forward to a road where pain and movement doesn’t handicap me and in the short time I have been here I have seen improvements as little as they maybe now I can tell the finish line will be even better.
