This office is one of the best I have ever been to and I've seen a lot of doctors in Las Vegas. The front desk staff are very efficient and always eager to help in any way. The medical assistants are really friendly and they get you checked in fast. The fact that they do walk ins is awesome as long as you arrive at opening time you will be seen quickly. The lab technicians are so great at their jobs, when getting blood drawn they are very gentle and effective even for people with the worst veins they are thorough and won't stick you multiple times like some places do. I have only seen one doctor there so I cannot speak for the others but Dr Coy is a superb example of what characteristics a doctor should possess. He is patient, thorough, soft spoken with a bedside manner you can't beat. Dr Coy cares about what you think and will listen to your concerns. This office is always sparkling clean with very professional staff I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Coy is the absolute best doctor who truly listens to my concerns. His front desk staff (Olivia) is the just the most unfriendly person ever, and I dread the check in process whenever I go to the office. They don't follow hipaa, you have to announce your full name and phone number when you check in (in their tiny wait room everyone can hear). Their office is run horribly, with callbacks taking forever.

Dr. Coy is great no problems with him. His office receptionist the older Asian woman is the most unprofessional person I ever meant. She’s miserable and acts like she’s doing you a favor. I’ve been to the office numerous times and she has been that way on every visit. How they keep her there is beyond me.

Honestly one of the best Primary Care Dr's (Dr. Bui) and staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are well organized, thorough, polite and I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be taken back for my appointments. Dr. Bui is super down to earth, speaks in laymen's terms and is easy to talk to. His staff is wonderful, the nurses and phlebotomists and admin staff are all fantastic. Good location too on Charleston/Rainbow - easily and quickly accessible from work or home in less than 20 mins. I would highly recommend this team.

Dr Bui is a 5 STAR doctor. I would recommend him freely to anyone. Knowledgeable, caring, he really is special. The downside is that it will take weeks to make an appointment and once you get there you are certain to wait at least 45 minutes past your appointment time. There is one excellent clerical staff member, she is great, the rest range from bad to worse. Front desk clerical get 2 stars

I love how Dr. Michael Coy takes good care of me. I have been going here for some years and he has never failed me. He knows exactly what to do and say and the best care. He cares allot for his patients. I highly recommend him and his hospitality and his nurses. 100% you'll be in good hands!!!! And I can't forget about Eric and Jessica the best nurse assistant ever, love them ❤️ they take good care of you.

As ALWAYS, the office staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Coy takes his time and talks to you. He also listens to what you're saying. My appoint ended up being the day I arrived back from my brother's Memorial Service, I received my customary confirmation call the day before, and let the staff know I was out of state, but still was going to keep my appointment. As soon as I landed, I called the office to let them know I was on my way. They were very accommodating. Prayerfully, I made it within the 15 min cancelation time. This office is great!

I just had my first appointment at Intermountain Healthcare on Rainbow with Dr. Ofa and I am impressed with my whole experience from the front desk to the back desk. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Dr. Ofa was very thorough and asked me all the right questions and actually listened to my answers. So far I am very happy 😊

Dr. Evenson and staff are the best. New back office girl Bonnie and her trainer, T, were very pleasant and did a great job. When you get to the office you are always greeted like they’re very happy to see you, and I love that. Dr. Evenson is wonderful. I always get concise answers to all of my questions and referrals if I need them. I would definitely Recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Coy is the best Dr. In Las Vegas. Never met a more caring person in my 65 years. Listens to you, never rushed, always has a kind word. I met him by chance and switched him to our primary doctor. He should get an award for Best in Las Vegas. Knows exactly where to refer you if you need it. 👍👍👍

Office staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Coy took the time to listen to my conserns. Gave me options on what I could do. Took his time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel like he was in a rush to get me out of the office. I think more doctors should practice what Dr. Coy does. He makes the patient feel like they matter. THANK YOU!

Made reservation for a day and time. All was great even got in earlier. Nurse “called my name got weighed/ blood pressure check in room in no time. Waited 5 min Dr. came in said blood pressure was good. I saw this Dr as my normal Dr was not available. I was told to get another prescription I had to make this appointment as I haven’t been in for a year. This Dr put his telescope on me 4 times took 5 seconds. How does he even hear my heart beat. I kid you not it was a touch n go.. How’s that even helpful. I told him on my last visit they took blood and tested for several things. He said not needed. If you look on my last 2 of 3 visits I had a few test done. This was a complete joke on my visit. Office girls were very professional and nice. But I’m still wondering why I went for a 3 minute exam. Taking my weight and blood pressure was longer. I hope I was not charged for this visit. Heck I had to take a vacation day off from work just to get in. Very disappointed on this visit.

My first vist with doctor bui was a great experience. Staff and my nurse was friendly and professional I moved here 19 years ago. And went through few primary care doctors. Feels like i finally found a great doctor in vegas. Thank you!

First new patient visit with Dr. Coy/DO. He was pleasant, professional, addressed my medical history & present concerns. Lab test were ordered and performed after a long wait. The lab tech was very pleasant, professional & apologetic stating she was only one on staff & had completed 16 blood draws in 2 hours before me. It seems more lab technicians are needed.

Dr. Michael Coy has to be the best doctor I have ever met. It did take awhile to get seen but it was worth it. Definitely keeping him as my doctor for sure! Makes you feel very comfortable and very understanding! Thank you guys 🙏🏻

Great patient care! Dr. Coy listened to my health concerns and ordered appropriate care. This was my first visit (new patient); we relocated to Las Vegas from So. Cal. I am impressed with their office service both in-person and over the phone. They have a slick online system/portal for visit records, lab results and tests. Dr. Coy has wonderful patient interaction/communication skills.

I arrived early and they took me back right away. My visit with Dr. Coy was great as always. Had blood work done and out in an hour and fifteen minutes. Office was clean and efficient.

Hard to overstate the importance of a caring physician & his supporting staff. On every visit , Dr. Coy & Eric provide a constant level of care & professionalism. Dr. Coy never makes me feel rushed, consciously listens, answers questions, communicates information, results/ health care options in a way that's easy for me to understand with a calm & sure nature. The whole staff at 1000 Rainbow is wonderful. Watch Dr’s office any waiting room— patients checking in/out; are they frustrated, having a hard time checking in? Not @ Dr. Coy's office! From checking to scheduling follow up appointments to check out —I’ve always had a good experience

Staff and doctor were fine. Wait time was really good, maybe less than 10 minutes. My problem is when I made the appointment, I specifically stated I'm a new patient and will need bloodwork since it hasn't been done for awhile and I'm on certain meds. They got me in on a Friday, the day I wanted which was great since I was already off. But after seeing the doctor and him setting me up for bloodwork, then the nurse bringing me up front it was only then I found out that the phlebotomist only works M-Thursday...so essentially it was a waste of time. And I now have to take time out of another day to get the bloodwork done. I'm not sure who that falls on, the scheduler? Whoever it is, this needs to be worked out. Everyone should know that bloodwork can only be done on certain days and should be relayed to a patient when they make an appointment....especially of course if labs are needed. Thats my only gripe, but its a big one. Again, my time was wasted and it will be another day to get labs done. Easily avoided had the scheduler listened to me, or cared or knew what I needed and what was available to me the day I came in. I did ask for Friday, but was open to any day especially had I known labs were done M-Thurdsays.

Took the last appointment of the day for Dr. Coy at 7:20pm. It was nice spending time and being able to address my issues. Got my blood work requests for June, prescriptions refilled and referrals for my knee. I’ve had Dr. Coy as my primary physician for over 18 years now, I’ll never go anywhere else!!

The service was excellent and quick the Dr provided great help even though I'm not his regular patient I was very pleased

Dr. Coy Is Great. He listens to my concerns, issues blood work if necessary and he has a wonderful disposition. The staff is friendly and the office is very sanitized.

The doctor was fine, but the staff is really slow moving and appointments management need improvement. I waited one full hour plus to see the doctor for 2 minutes. 15 minutes wait is fine but one hour. Who has the time when one's schedule is already maxed out? Please mange your time better or schedule properly to have the patients flow in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!

Dana the referral specialist is empathic ,caring ,kind, funny and overall a expert at doing the job all in one phone call. I felt comfortable and cared for by her. She truly has me thinking there is hope out there for good people. I had just been brought to tears by another uncaring thoughtless office and Dana has me trusting that things are going to line up...Thank you Dana

Dr Bui has been my doctor for many many years. I recommend him to everyone, he is the only doctor that I've ever gone to that doesn't stand there with his hand on the doorknob waiting to move on. He is thorough and and friendly, he clearly enjoys what he does and it shows in the way he treats his patients. The staff is just as awesome. 10/10

All the people I interacted with were very nice. The place was clean and well maintained. Waiting time as a walk in for me was very short too. It was easy to go on my phone and register into their new system too. Only problem encountered was that the blood pressure machine used at the very start was way off on the high side. I just bought the unit Costco sells and was getting 116 over 78 once, and my daughter who graduated with a degree in nursing has the real deal and she was getting 123 over 82. Theirs had me at 143 over like 89 or something off the charts. That's the only thing I wasn't happy about.

I absolutely love Dr. Coy and Eric!! I have been a patient for over 13 plus years and have recommended family and a few friends and I recommend you too 😀 he is very patient as well as thorough. Depending on the day there may be a wait but, it's worth it.. I appreciate you guys for everything you do, keep up the great work.

Dr.Coy is an Amazing doctor. He actually listens to his patients and he cares about their health. I have never liked going to the doctors but I don’t mind with Dr.Coy. Eric his medical assistant is very nice as well. Between the two of them they make going pleasant. They are both caring, kind, understanding, compassionate and very competent, qualified and proficient in their work. I would recommend them to anyone (and I have to all my family and friends) who needs an excellent doctor.
