For the most part, everything is clean and up to my standards. The customer service SUCKS! There is a young lady that’s at the front with curly hair as well as a young man w curly hair-they both eat, sit on the counters and are on their phones CONSTANTLY! When I need to use the tanning rooms or body enhancement and they have to help me it’s like it’s not their job. They NEVER say hello, have a good workout or have a good day-because they are TOO BUSY doing what they want to do on company time! The gym is a customer service based job!!!!! Get with the program OR LEAVE! It’s their job to greet the people who walk in or out! Javier is amazing as well as Edgar(he’s my personal trainer).

No hot water in the shower. It's 50/50 if there will be. This seems to be the trend at every location. I hope in the winter you have hot water or else I will be cancelling. I'll pay $20 at the truck stop if I have to

3-21-21 ☆ ☆ Small place, no air, very dark and gloomy, did not like it at all. Whoever designed it probably has had experience in designing casinos but not gyms. I was trying to find out how much was a one day pass. Was told it’s free but just one time deal (they desperately want to sign you up). I did not like it so much that was hesitant to use it even for free, asked an employee if I might go and check, was told she was alone thus she might not give me a tour and I was not aloud to go inside by myself. Weird rules and weird place.

This is a good location even tho it’s one of the smaller gyms. Usually not too busy and clean. Plenty of parking

Very immature staff, nobody wearing a mask and the staff was huddled all together instead of cleaning or asking people to put on masks. This gym really needs a staff that cleans, its looking rough in there. The owner should start watching cameras

I love this gym. High quality, beautiful machines, positive judgement-free atmosphere with a helpful and friendly staff. The absolute best feature that sets this gym apart from all others is the Black Card Spa area with hydro massage beds, massage chairs, Total Body Enhancement vibra shape machine with red light therapy and tanning booths. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel better overall.

I like this gyms I just feel like they could have more options I guess I am a spoiled 24 hour fitness brat but the cleaning can be done more

Some locations are horrible. Bathroom and showers are nasty all the time. I'm looking at another gym. You get what you pay for apparently

Worst gym staff leaves signs and cant be found. Trainer only like to help a few as if its his own gym. The gym is a ghost town because nobody likes this location ...oh did I mention got stuff stolen here .. Cleaning lady is a thief..She may not understand English but she knows how to cut open lockers... Not a great place to be at or even work out. Same ole awful music..

I love this rec center. Superior grade, lovely machines, positive sans judgment climate with an accommodating and well disposed staff. The most awesome element that separates this rec center from all others is the Black Card Spa region with hydro rub beds, knead seats, Total Body Enhancement vibra shape machine with red light treatment and tanning corners. I enthusiastically prescribe this rec center to any individual who needs to get fit as a fiddle and feel better generally speaking.

Came to this gym and tried to get a membership twice. The first time I was told that the computers went down minutes prior and they couldn’t process any memberships. Now today, I am here and there has been no one at the counter for over 30 minutes. I even called the phone number and it’s here ringing next to me and no one has showed up.. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

It is a judgement free environment and I really feel comfortable. The employees are very nice and helpful. Most goated employee is Wishfull Encher i’m ngl.

Congrats, after traveling around the country for 6 months this is the WORST planet fitness I have been to. None of the showers have curtains, dessing areas dont have curtains, filthy restrooms. Do better.

They keep everything as clean as possible. And since they have nice showers & private (via curtains) Changing areas = you can workout BEFORE work!

I've been going to ALL of the planet fitness's as a local and there are good ones and not so good ones but judgment free ones idk so far I've felt the judgment from 2 out of the 6 that I've been too and I'm thinking, no pool and being told I was there too long as I'm actually working out !?! Maybe, just maybe I should be the JUDGE of THAT!!! Maybe I don't need to go here Las Vegas athletic club has a pool

I canceled my membership a year ago only to see find out that I was still getting billed. I called to ask what was going on and they said sorry but we don't believe you. Asked them to refund me the $40 I was just charged they said corporate doesn't like to do refunds but they did like billing everyone the yearly dues during the mandatory shutdown and they do like forgetting to cancel people's memberships and saying go to the website to file an inquiry for the refund but there is no option for that in the customer service section of the website unlike what they said when I called. Thank you glad I know why LVAC is better. They aren't shady thieves like PF. Edited: (Response from owner is an outright lie. The only thing calling did was them telling me corporate does not like to give refunds and sending me to the website where customer service on there has no option to reach out for help. Plus I wasn't asked to fill anything out and when I called to make sure they canceled membership it was once again an "okay it's taken care of".)

The manager today said that masks aren’t required for cardio def not safe. Should stay away With the Delta variant spreading this is not a safe place. I come here everyday and they just do not enforce masks. It says on the door mask required but people wear it at their chin and just not wearing it. If you tell the staff they’ll tell you they’ll do a “walk through” and walk right past everyone and not say a word. There were people running without one in front of the desk still nothing. I would stay away until they enforce their own policy.

I forgot how big and spacious this gym is lol. No more key tags, everything is through the app (I like that), all the equipment works and the staff cleans regularly. Not crowded at all and the personal trainer is definitely worth working with (and it’s free with the Black card membership).

I love going to Planet Fitness! I have had my membership for a few years but wasn't great about going until January 2021. I must say my favorite thing is that I do not feel judged by my weight and feel confident when I go that I will have a pleasant workout to start my day. I do want to note I was 296 pound lady so any bigger ladies who are trying to get fit but don't want to feel ashamed this is the gym for you!

Overrated. The guy behind the counter spoke a garbled language. Idiot. I had to go sign language. Showers were good though. Never coming back.

Has what you need to get the job done. Unless you're trying to be a competitive powerlifter or bodybuilder. Then try something else. Could use another 45 degree leg press though. Only one and everyone wants to use it.

I've been to many Planet Fitness locations in many different states, and I have nothing but excellent experiences. Tonight was different. Although it was easy to find, quick check in, the showers are cold and dirty. Thank God I had flip flops to wear and a tolerance for cold water or I would have a heart attack with how cold the shower was. It wasn't even Luke warm. And the level of dirt on the bottom of the 2 showers would have given someone with an open cut on their foot an infection.

Planet Fitness is an amazing gym! The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the equipment is top-notch. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, making my workouts more enjoyable. I especially love the Judgement-Free Zone policy that creates a non-intimidating environment that makes me feel comfortable and motivated to work out. The gym also offers a variety of classes and amenities that make my membership worth every penny. Overall, I highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for an affordable and high-quality gym experience.

They have a very good program. A lot of equipment everything you need they even have a 30 minute workout area....place is clean and friendly..no pressure in joining...

Very immature/rude staff. They spent more time flirting with the chick who hung out at the front desk than paying attention to the people who needed their assistance and were waiting for them at the desk. The guy with the braids with red tips also made a rude comment as a girl walked out of the facility after she waited for them to help her and they never noticed. Terrible experience.

this place is alright. summer pass for 14-19yo. staff greets in and outs. the Rockbot jukebox music: 👎 equipment are wipe as you go. shower stalls are clean. shady activities in the men's shower area at times. several tall lockers are used by overnighters.

This place is FILTHY on the weekends. During the week the staff stay on top of the gym. But during the weekend the staff are not attendant as much especially on the bathroom. They are so filthy I left once just to go to another one. And this isn't the only one thats this bad on the weekends. I'd hate to throw anyone under the bus but this has been this way for several months at this point. So my advice, jump on that! It's disgusting.

Staff here are friendly! Gen gave me a tour of the gym. She made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back to this location.

I LOVE this place because it’s like club med you can get massages and tan everyday and the people are really nice!

Love going to this gym!! It's not too big and overwhelming, has friendly staff and I always get to reward myself with a massage at the end of a workout.

My favorite gym in all of Vegas. The manager is so helpful with all my account issues. I went on vacation for a little and he assisted me with my late fees and making sure my payments were updated.

Big, clean, and has everything you would need. Great deal, especially if you have the black card. Which gives you more than most other gyms which charge more. Tanning and massage chairs. Would recommend.

They we'll not return your money if you cancel membership- they are a very dishonest company. Eos or wherever is much better than this. They we'll charge you and the workers break into the lockers. The night lady has been known to get items out of the lockers and keep them. The trainer only trains a few who well listen to his gossip about how smart he is. They have a thing that cuts locks so dont leave anything there . The police have come a few times there for just that. If you get anything stolen the manager does nothing. He just smirks at you and says nothing. Not the best crew either just stands around. Ghetto operation Not worth it.. Planet fitness is not suppose to give overnight lockers but two friends of the trainer are allowed and given special treatment.. Their equipment is out dated. Other gyms have more to offer what gym puts 20 of the same machines.. This system just does not work....go elsewhere.

I went to this gym last weekend and absolutely loved it! I’m going to be coming here a lot more often. (Could use a couple of free weights tho)

I enjoy working out here, but the restroom is filthy and disgusting. When I entered it was filled with trash and stains all over the sinks. Trash all over the floor and no hand soap to wash with. Please do better.

Great workout n it was clean

Allthough working is more what I do rather than working out... I am satisfied with my experience. The air conditioning is verifiably cleaner since personally exchanging the filters. So breathe while working out with no mask with good air thanks to Roberts A.C.

I've no problem with the staff. The shower wouldn't warm up for over ten minutes, and the shower area on the whole was built as cheaply as possible. I left without using any machines...

Updated gym with great tanning beds and a ton of machines to use! They also have one of those "total body enhancing" bed for those interested in that !

I've been coming to this location for close to a year now and enjoy working out here. Staff for the most part is friendly and the cleaning lady does a good job when's she's there. I agree with on the weekends or late nights it's not the cleanest. I believe this gym has the basic equipment you need to start your fitness journey especially at an affordable price. I would suggest cleaning more often and maybe have a weekend cleaner. Other than that I don't have any issues.

The place has gone Downhill really fast. People are sleep in the Locker room,and sitting in counter in the rest room. I talked to other members about the staff and they told him they don't care. He told me they are rude. Since Rosa and Stallion left. Alot of people have gone to EOS.
