Been going here about a month and I'm really unimpressed. It's only been own a few months and it feels like a years old neglected gym. Broken machines, cable machines missing parts, stationary bikes with grinding parts and wobbly seats, saunas that don't work. Bathroom faucets that don't work. It feels like they opened a really nice gum then sat back and said "it'll fix itself". Granted it has more than Planet Fitness but what's with the giant hole in the second floor. What a missed opportunity to have so much extra space but instead you basically gave the first floor a vaulted ceiling. I'll give it a couple more months but this gun did not show up for the long haul.

Love the EOS Fitness in Centennial Hill on Durango. The best gym with equipment for all parts of the body. Very spacious, clean, great equipment, and it even has a basketball court to help elevate ones 🏀 fitness and the staff are the best, very polite, professional, helpful, and just great customer service skills, especially, Alana, who has always been very helpful to me, with a smile!!

Great location with a lot of equipment. Would recommend at least checking out. Like most gyms avoid the busy times because it’s hard to get onto machines. The environment and the people there are much more enjoyable. I’ve personally been a member at golds and planet for 5+ years. Golds gym is great all around like Eos. Recently moved to vegas and the pf here was just a terrible vibe with limited weights and mainly cardio machines. I’ll always say it, planet fitness has the best business model targeting people who don’t work out mainly well having some great perks. I’m very pleased to have my money going to a gym that targets new/intermediate/advanced fitness levels with much less judgment and a lot better environment. They do have an abundance of perks if you upgrade as well. One gripe I forgot to add because I was enjoying the gym so much. Just a recommendation on handling new member and free trials. When me and my wife did the trial we had to wait awhile to even talk to anyone probably 20/30 minutes. Then whenever we came us being on a trial really held up other guest because someone had to approve it which is understandable but caused a jam at times. The mane gripe was we had an appointment to sign up with someone there and I assume they get commission which is fine. We got a text confirming out appointment and came in at the time we were suppose to and told the person we worked with was with someone else which was a big let down professionally speaking. If you set a time you make it simple as that. Being as I often brush off most things to, “it happens” I told one of the greeters we would just workout vs waiting and just have her come grab us when she was free which also didn’t happen in the hour or so we were there. After that we both just signed up at home which sucks for the employee but busy or not that’s a big letdown to miss times that are established by both parties. Great gym though I look forward being a member and watching it fine tune the kinks.

Been going to this location since it first opened. A few things that you should know: The same machines have been broken for months now without getting fixed. What are we paying you for? Avoid rush hour times if possible. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and it will be full. You will have to park across the street. The bathroom is not well maintained. It's not the worst, but it could be a lot better. Definitely wear shoes and sandals. Cleaning solution is available throughout the gym, but it is just vinegar and water, and not aniti-bacterial. Not a fan of the smell. Paper towel dispensers often are broken or out of paper. Some of the staff are friendly, but most are horrible with no customer service skills. They are only nice when you are thinking of joining or getting training sessions. As with most gyms, people will hog machines, socialize, and just sit there. Not re-racking weights is also an issue. Be diligent with offenders. Read the membership cancellation policy closely. Their third-party billing company has restrictions that your sales rep does not disclose when joining. It's also a nightmare to cancel personal training sessions. Best of luck on your fitness goals.

Poor customer service all the way around. I've experienced instructors no showing to class, classes being canceled without notice. Front desk staff not wanting to put managers on the phone. Not to mention my guest being harassed with soliciting phone calls, text and emails. Always issues with the pools at different locations. 🙄

2nd update- STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!2 months AFTER I cancelled- and not only have they not refunded the money they shouldnt have charged as they said they would- they are still charging me for memberships that I've requested multiple times be cancelled. Time to report them to the consumer fraud division of the Attorney Generals office All of the employees are nice. That is the only redeeming thing about this gym. As a former smoker who is getting old and more out of shape every day, I went all in and joined the betr health nutrition program, opted for a personal trainer, top tier membership, all of it. The Betr Health coach starts out strong, then zero communication. Not one contact with my coach in 2 weeks. My trainer always seems distracted and disinterested. After 2 months, he has yet to load a single workout or exercise regimen into the app for me. I've been to the gym in the early am hours, afternoon, early evening, and late evening. No matter the time, I can't seem to get access to anything more than a treadmill without a wait. Oftentimes, the people on the free weights or machines are playing on their phones, or a group of kids are playing around, keeping the equipment that I am paying to have access to unaccessible. Plenty of staff- but no one seems interested in going to these people and telling them to move it along. This causes what should be an hour or so workout to take twice as long. They have so many members (good for them) that the equipment I am paying to use can't be used. Just not worth the hundreds of dollars a month I am spending. I'll be looking for a smaller, more accessible gym.

If you want a place to go work out. It's great, but don't sign up for any of the personal training. It's a sham. I've been through 3 trainers. The first one left to go on maternity leave, that's not the bad part. The issue with that is that I had to track down the manager to set up a new trainer to continue my 6 months of sessions. The second trainer disappeared and never contacted me again. Apparently he was promoted, great for him, but again, no contact from anyone to help me change trainers. The 3rd one, I've had one session, I had to cancel the second, but have not been able to reschedule any sessions with them. It's been a large waste of time and I would suggest spending your money going to a smaller gym if you're looking for that personal training aspect, by with far less corporate overhead. They're quick to take your money, but do not know how to run a successful business correctly.

Equipment wise, this gym is amazing. Brand new, has everything and at least 2 of most everything (more for most popular equipment). Never had an issue with cleanliness or spray/paper towel being available. I gave it 2 starts based on the enrollment. Whoever makes the decision, either corporate or management, does not care about you and only cares about the number of people signed up. They have such a large number of people signed up that you cant workout pretty much anytime of the week from 3 AM to 11 PM. The gym is packed for about 20 hours, only slightly less on the weekend. Along with this high enrollment numbers is the amount of high-schoolers that run 4-5 people a machine/station, and there is so many of them. EOS is not a bad company, but don't give this location your money until they make changes. Their Lake Mead location is actually usable, or just go to UFC fit, which is also better.

It's been a little over a month now. It's great to a see a fitness center up north--but it's tiny and crowded. I've attended early hours and kept away from Friday, Saturdays, and Mondays. 6am is busy. I adjusted to 5am, but the areas I'd like to explore are always in use, weights, machines, and the upstairs grass area. I've also tried late evenings. 8pm-9pm it's busy. 10:30pm-11pm is less crowded, but again, no access to the weights, machines, or grass area. Another thing I didn't agree with was the way the management team handled my membership. The team is "nice" and their attempts in upselling their product is wrong. I knew going forward I just wanted a simple membership—not interested in additional packages. They really push you into their fitness-training program. I told them it was not in my budget, however they insisted I think on it a few days and set me up with a trainer and if it’s still a “no”, I can email the district fitness-training manager to cancel. The second day, I emailed him thanking him for extra days to consider, but I want to cancel. His response to my email was directing me to the main manager’s email address to discuss the issue. I went on to emailing the main manager explaining the previous situation and if he can confirm my cancelation—no response. Low and behold, I've been charged twice for these services that are set to charge every other week—this is ridiculous! I called and left a message—no one got back to me. Showing up in person and waiting over an hour (management didn't show up until 9:30am) to finally dispute the charges was also a annoying. I spoke to the enrollment manager in wanting to down-grade my membership, but was told there would be fees and usually they prefer to have you wait their 6-month grace period—I’m not surprised... I finally spoke with fitness manager, who didn't necessarily acknowledge me (no eye contact during conversation at all). He questioned my actions and asked for proof, which I showed him the first email (should have shown the second one). He took my name and number down, stating he will call me Monday to cancel the program. We shall see… As for the trainer I was supposedly scheduled with—she was immature. It’s unprofessional to contact your clients saying your canceling the appointment because you’re hosting a party and then bombard them with additional texting to reschedule and never mind—the appointment still stands...I canceled the appointment either way. Update 03/23/22 I was charged again. It's really disappointing having to follow-up w/them, after being told they would follow-up with me. I took extra precautions and disputed the charges with my bank--thankfully, they're stopping and reviewing previous charges.

Great equipment and offers a lot of variety for different workouts. The staff is not so great. The front staff have been nice to me at times, but not always so welcoming. It also gets extremely busy and sometimes there’s nowhere to workout!

Nice EOS newly built. Very large gym. Also has an indoor swimming pool, indoor basketball courts, sauna, etc. They offer various classes like zumba, cycling, and more. They also have a cinema room where you can cycle while watching a movie on the big screen lights are low in there too. Theres towel service too. Lots of equipment and free weights.

I suffered a severe medical problem and need to cancel my membership. I went into EOS 3 months ago to cancel. I’ve called 2 times to cancel. I am still being charged! Nobody will help me cancel a membership I can’t use. I am receiving conflicting information from their workers and now must go to my bank to stop their billing. This is awful!

I come to this location once a week. Its conveniently located right off the 215. The staff is nice and the classes are great. I come here for the ride and define class with Keisha. This particular gym is a little hidden but still gets very busy. They have a lot of weight equipment on first floor and a good variety of cardio machines on second floor. I havent used pool yet but it looks nice and I do see people using it. Overall its a very nice gym.

Great BIG gym. Cheap at $10/month to use this gym only. I think $20/month to use ALL EOS. LOTS of group classes like Les Mills, AQUA, zumba, Senior Fitness and so much more. Daycare and POOL and open 24 hours! Does get busy at 7pm ike most gyms

I went in this morning to try to sign up. There was no one at the front desk. One of the class instructors saw me and was trying to help. She went to go look for the front desk attendant. She couldn’t find anyone. I waited for over 20 minutes and no one ever came to the front. Some of the members who saw me standing there said, go ahead and work out and talk to someone on your way out. Of course I can’t do that because it’s not right, but what I can do is not return.

really nice gym. Just got a membership the other day. I'd recommend doing a tour of the gym first the employes are really nice. The only downside is that this gym is pretty much always busy and the basketball courts are too, and the courts are only open from 6am-9pm. But overall good gym nice employes I'd just recommend going early or late like 10pm, for it to be less crowded.

Absolute worst EOS in Vegas. It doesn’t matter what time you go, every single machine will be taken. It is a shame because it does have nice equipment. I have never seen a gym as crowded as this gym gets at all hours of the day to include at 3 am all days of the week. Childcare is constantly booked fully so you pay for it and never get to use it or they cancel it because they are under staffed. In addition, expect groups of 5-10 teenagers/high schoolers to crowd singular machines throughout. Honestly I am surprised they don’t bust firecode with max capacity with how many people are filling this gym. Miserable place to workout.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Tons of equipment. Definitely enjoy coming here to work out. Always a consistently positive experience and has all the equipment needed to get in a solid workout. The employees are always kind and helpful. It's a busy location but I have not had any difficulty in getting in a good workout yet. May need to skip certain exercises and return when machine is available but this depends on time of day.

Honestly, I love the overall experience. It’s a wonderful gym and I love how there is so much to do like the pool, the recovery room, a steam room, a sauna, etc... I also love how there isn’t any hidden fees when it comes to the pay/bill every month, it’s just straight to the point. If you could afford the highest membership, go for it, you get so much out of it! I would highly recommend doing this gym over any other one! The weights are clean and the gym is clean. People are nice. Just go for it, you sleeping if you not going here. Overall amazing gym!

I want to love this gym, I do, but I can't. Its always just so busy with people no matter what time of day. Not wanting to be that guy, I tend to not want to hover machines, but that's what you have to do. I don't like how crowded the machines are and I wish there was more than one machine per exercise. You spend a lot of time observing and waiting for the chance to jump on the machine. And the way they have it laid out is just overall very crowded.

Equipment is generally in good order and clean. The main complaint is the capacity. If you hit the gym after 4pm you might as well go home. There’s no parking and tons of kids in groups using equipment so you’ll never get an efficient workout done. Be sure to see what machines you use often before getting a membership. Some machines there’s only 1 option so there’s always a wait.

The EoS Fitness Center on Rome Blvd is fantastic. The gym is always clean and the machinery is always in good shape. If some of the equipment goes down, it doesn't stay out of service for long, thanks to Andy's diligence. the staff is friendly & always say good morning when I arrive. Larry & Nate are usually the first staff members you see. They do a good job holding down the front desk. The Fitness Trainers are also great. Even though I don't have a trainer at this location, it never stops them from showing word of encouragement or just a simple high five when they see you. I had knee surgery at the beginning of 2023 (torn quad tendon). I felt like I had my own cheering section when I returned to the gym. Special thanks to Cara, Cassidy, John, Nate & Dre. Also the sales manager do a great job. I always see Travis, Nik & Vanessa giving new & prospective members the Grand tour. I know they're busy, but they never neglect to speak when I see them in the mornings. The friendliness & attentiveness of the EoS staff is a direct reflection of their Operations Manager Jonnae's leadership. I believe that she sets a positive example to which her staff follows. It is a pleasure to come in to this facility on a regular basis. The only way the experience could get any better is if I could get them all to say my name in unison, like Norm from Cheers, that would be awesome!!

Great gym location, love the equipment that is available. I come late at night, anywhere from 11:30pm-12:30am, so I don't get to interact with many of the staff. I just switched to this location from the Lake Mead and Buffalo gym and I like the equipment options here better. I enjoy using the TRX Straps, bosu balls, and you guys have more benches available. Although I'm still trying to navigate my way around and find certain equipment and areas as I've only been here three times so far. I love the location and will be continuing my fitness journey here!!

This is a great gym and the workers are always friendly. I love the atmosphere and the location. Also, I’m very appreciative of the manager Jonnae, for helping fix a situation I was having. Because I’m deployed most months out of the year, my situation can be a little complicated.

Great new gym. Two levels of new and clean equipmen; pool too. Members are considerate and helpful. There are several restaurants, a barbershop, and Bank of America in the same lot as the gym. Other stores in the same lot too.

Customer service here is pretty bad. I went into the gym back in June or July to cancel my membership and the guy made me sign and said he would cancel it. 2 months later I’m still getting charged and I speak with someone last week on the 13th saying she didn’t see that my membership was cancelled but not to worry she can do it right then and there since she has access to do it and she would be giving me a refund for the last 3 months. Called again this morning to confirm my membership has been cancelled and they stated there were no notes on my account from last 2 interactions with them and it was still active and no refund would be given. Very frustrated with this gym they refuse to cancel your membership or give you a refund. They’ve already lied to me twice and no one seems to want to cancel it or give me a refund like they said they would. What a scam!!!

My interactions with a gentleman that work with you Skyler he's a personal trainer there. What a helpful , insightful , polite and all around great person to have an encounter with. I just hope he gets recognized for it I know in places I have been some of the good talent goes unrecognized. But yes you all deserve 5 Star. Because of employees like that gentleman. Thank you for replying to my post . Have a great day.

I gave 4 stars not because the gym it self but just how packed it gets and I’m always having to substitute certain workouts every day due to machines, benches, racks etc. being taken. Other than that the gym is nice with good equipment friendly staff and clean work out areas.

My son and I signed up for the personal training. I didn't want to but was coerced into. Travis signed us up and was not truthful or transparent about the program. We were told we could cancel at any time with a month's notice yet now that we want to cancel we are in a contract. Exactly what he told us we were NOT in. We had 5 people with us during sign up and all heard the same thing. When we approached Travis he continued to belittle our concerns and told us that was our reality and not what we signed. It was unbelievable. We have now reached out to the district manager to try to get resolution but have not heard back as of yet. He lied to us in the sign up and then sat there an lied to our faces as well. Very unprofessional person!

was a member for 4 months and was only able to get two workouts in. the place was so crowded even the parking lot didn't have an available space. i guess if you want to workout at three in the morning on a sunday, this is your place. this review would be zero stars if it was an option. i've also been trying to cancel for three months now and they either didn't know how or straight up lied to me before when i initially told them to cancel the membership and i'm still being billed. calls to their member finance company is a waste of time as well. i think i spoke to the manager who just got on with them a few weeks ago and he was at least helpful with a website to register with and cancel there. doesn't help with what was just stolen from me but i guess i'll dispute it with my bank. kinda feel bad for dropping some f bombs during our conversation but how would you feel being stolen from? nice people who work there but EOS Fitness as a company can suck my nuts.

  • 1/5 Brandon B. 7 months ago on Google
At the sign up and first payment they ask me to sign up for there BMI check. Send it would take about 1 hour and they recommend it as it had been a few years since my last visit to a gym. They set the time they had available for 7pm the next day. I uranged my schedule to make that happen. I showed up the next day and was told that it would not happen and that the fellow who did it had already left for the day, but would call me first thing in the morning. He NEVER did. The only call I got was EOS computer call try6to sell me shut that was unrelated a d I have had similar calls about every 3 fans since. They are very close to my house so the convinance is nice, but if they keep up with it all I will rethink my gym decision. As we all know there is no Shortage of gyms in Las Vegas.

The gym is great. Almost always clean and friendly staff but recently there's been a lot of car break ins. It's the second time this month that I've seen this happen. They have signs saying to lock your car and take your belongings but I feel they should do more to try and prevent this from happening.

  • 1/5 Robert L. 8 months ago on Google
The gym and people I interact with are great and I like my trainer but after 3 attempts to freeze my account which I was informed would not be an issue prior to starting the membership I have had to ask my trainer to talk with the manager to freeze it after multiple times of being charged. X3 to be exact. I have since requested a credit of the last payment from my credit card company, and will be discussing the failure to follow a freeze of payment until my PT session aligned with what I have been billed. Approximately 14 remaining lol. In either case I would he cautions on what the PT manager promises and verify billing on your method of payment. It is unfortunate that this is occurring because the gym is nice and the trainers helpful but it does not seem as if the manager is capable of communicating with clients to determine when accounts can be unfrozen and just bills.

I like the gym. It’s clean and has good machines. I love the “grass” area and “jungle gym” that they have. Only complaints are that it does get quite crowded and it gets really hot in there. Upstairs by the cardio equipment, it feels like there is no AC. I don’t even bother going to the movie room anymore because that place is like sauna.

EOS on Durango is the place to be! The overall environment is clean and efficient. I mean, if a gym isn’t maintained well, then how could I expect to walk-in on any given moment and workout successfully. The staff are also pleasant, which makes your personal goals possible. I highly recommend a trainer as the additional guidance, learning, and motivation, can really help you thrive mentally as well as physically.

Folks Ive gotten so many gains over the last 3 months my friends ask if I got em from Costco on wholesale. Other than the crowd, this gym is pretty awesome. It has great amenities and classes. Any broken equipment is fixed within the week and the staff are really friendly. I switched to EOS because of the kids club and the squat racks. The kids club is nice, but you can only schedule it the day before. The squat racks are full, with a line of people waiting to use them. I've been to this gym 3 days a week for about 4 weeks and have only been able to use it once. It is a really great gym and I hope they build another one close so the crowd thins out.

Very disappointed in eos. Charged me child care services that they could not provide me with. Signed up when my daughter was about 6 months and when daycare opened up after covid restrictions were slowly being lifted, eos had changed the child age requirement to 2 year olds. But they still charged me anyways even if I couldn't use it. Than they contact me to try to resolve this ,which I thought they were going to but eos just wanted me take off the review and did not help at all.

i LOVE this gym. I got into working out a couple months ago and I tried the other EOS locations but this one was the best one. The staff are so nice I love talking to them. It does get crowded sometimes but that's with every gym. Equipment are all clean and brand new and I like the layout of everything. You should definitely try this gym out if you're looking to sign up somewhere.

Poor customer service, does not honor their contract, good luck canceling anything. If you end up deciding to get a membership, stay far away from their personal training manager, Travis Apple. He will lie straight to your face, very unproffessional. I've been fighting to cancel that personal training contract since day 1. Travis stated I could cancel anytime. Luckily, I read the contract, you only have 3 days to cancel before youre locked in. I commited to the cancellation within 24 hours of signing that contract, however they refuse to even honor even that. Ive recieved verbal and written confirmation of cancellation and have still been getting charged. Ive followed their instructions for cancellation, stated on the contract with no luck. TYPICAL PREDATORY GYM PRACTICES!

I was surprised by the monthly fees price increase without prior notice. I called EOS four times. Each time I was either sent to voicemail or hung up on. It’s impossible to speak to the GM to cancel my membership. He’s obviously trying to avoid it. That only made me more furious. This is not how a competent manager should handle the situation. Finally, I unwillingly had to leave the voicemail.
